The new management team at Iconic at Shoal Creek has been fantastic! Theyre super responsive and always on top of everything. The office is always open now, and the property looks amazing. Before, things werent as great – work orders took forever, and communication was pretty bad. But now, its clear they really care about the residents and making this place great.

Ive been living at Iconic at Shoal Creek for a while now, and I must say, the recent changes in management have made a world of difference! Previously, the management team struggled with any work order completions and communication was often lacking. However, the new management company has been incredibly responsive and proactive in addressing all concerns. The office is now always open, and the property looks fantastic. Its clear they are dedicated to providing a great living experience for all residents. Im cautiously optimistic but overall really pleased with the changes.

Its Austin, i have lived here since August and I have had nothing but good experiences. I am also realistic and know what comes with apartment living. I have been able to make this little 1/1 my dream home. Yes there is noise,, but if you get to know your neighbors you can let them know when its excessive. This has been a great starting over place for me. Its in a great location, there are lots of options for food and shopping close by. I would say, its a diamond in the rough!!

The new management team at Iconic at Shoal Creek has been great! The past months I’ve been living here they always on top on everything keep you updated with everything that goes on & it’s friendly community no problems or anything since I’ve been here 🤍 it’s very affordable

We moved in a few weeks ago, we love our apartment! Great location and most of all affordable. The staff was great. I did not get his name but one of the maintenance staff saw us struggling moving in upstairs and offered his dolly and brought us 2 bottles of water. Thank you for your kindness!

I cant say enough good things about yilien the property manager...very polite.. very respectful..just recently signed a second lease mainly because of the management..great job..keep up the good work

I have lived her for a few years and gone through a couple of management changes since I have been here, our current management is very responsive to our needs. We have had a few issues with our ac unit which they needed to order a part, so they brought by a portable ac unit until the part came in and were able to fix our ac. We greatly appreciated the plan that was put in place without even having to ask.

This complex was the worst one I’d ever seen 2 months ago. The rudest management ever, plus any and all tenants requests ignored. It got to the point where tenants were gathering up getting ready to go all at once & complain to ATC. I could go on for hours about how awful it was, but that was then & this is now.The complex was bought out by a new company, and it has been a dream come true, an end to a nightmare.Q, the lady working directly with all the tenants is a literal angel. Understandably, tenants are not happy with the way things had been going. There’s an angry mob of tenants going in the office pretty much every day trying to get their problems resolved. I can only imagine how stressful it may be trying to clean up the mess the old owners left behind, trying to answer a million phone calls while at the same time dealing with all the walk-ins that have problems. I would’ve pulled half my hair out by now, but somehow Q manages to keep a big smile on her face through it all. She doesn’t show her stress one bit. She is friendly, courteous, considerate, understanding, PATIENT, and professional.All in all I’m so glad they’re a new company, and I’m sure the changes that we’ve seen will continue to progress with time. Thank you guys for being so awesome.P.S. somebody give Q a raise.

I met with the manager, Deborah, today and she was really helpful and accommodating in solving my issue. She worked with me and really listened to what I was saying to come to a solution. An apartment complex with good management is a huge plus so kudos to Deborah for being so great!
