I have been a long time resident at this property and really enjoy living here. It is quiet, peaceful and conveniently located in Farmers Branch and Addison. Imelda, who is the property manager is someone the owners need to keep. She is friendly and seems to really enjoy her job. She is very helpful and accommodating when I need maintenance done on my unit or have questions about the property. She has been a pleasure to work with.

My family and I have been living here for 3 years now. I had looked into these townhomes for quite some time and Im glad that I made the decision to move here. There were several changes to the management and ownership since living here. However, the only change that I was not happy about, was the visitor parking rules. Other than that, I would recommend this place to anyone. Imelda has been very helpful since she became the property manager. Keep up the good work.

Been living here for a while been through a couple of managers and by far Imelda is the best one., She takes care of my maintenance issues and she is really nice. The property itself is very quiet && I truly enjoy it here, I see people complaining but they are still living here so obviously the property isnt as bad as they are making it seem on the reviews, However everyones experience is different mines has been great!

Ive lived here for three years! The neighborhood is so quiet and people are pretty friendly - everyone is looking out for each other around here. Its a nice place for the money too! We have a dog and there are so many places to walk the dog and its very pet friendly.

I lived here for over a year and had such a great experience. Its well maintained, the units are beautiful, cozy and reasonable priced, the location is EXCELLENT and any issues/questions were always addressed immediately and with great empathy. I would absolutely recommend Huntington Cove to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I moved in about a month ago. This is a little hidden gem that we didnt know existed. Great price for a town home in this area. They are kind of old, but well maintained and up to date. Kendra is the manager and goes above and beyond to help. I came from the village, a huge corporate place, so this is a great change. Looking forward to staying here a while.

Beautiful apartments but unless you speak Hindi you may have trouble communicating with your neighbor. I personally am trying to learn some Hindi so its not a problem. This complex is a very diverse community.

Very quiet, clean, responsive manager and maintenance, and VERY reasonable pricing! We love living here so far! This place is a great find.
