I’ve had a great experience living at Hudson at Westchase! The customer service here is top-notch, and the staff is always attentive to any issues or concerns. Desiree and Victoria consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything is handled smoothly, making my stay here even better. Whether it’s maintenance requests or general assistance, they are always professional, friendly, and efficient. The community is well-maintained, and I appreciate how responsive management is to residents’ needs. We blind moved to Houston about 6 ago and got approved at the Hudson. The lease signing and move in process was easy.This complex is in a great neighborhood. Generally pretty quiet even during the day. The pool is clean. Property is pretty clean. Maintenance is fast to come help with whatever we need.Miss Vicky has been a blessing. She’s knowledgeable, solution oriented and always happy to help.

I waited a few weeks before putting in my review. After transferring into a new unit, I am very happy with the improvements that are property manager Yvette, and Miss. Jasmine has done such an amazing job with improving the property. Miss Jasmine was very kind and understanding about the reason why we needed a transfer. They made sure that the process was effortless on our end and we had little complaints. I see how hard they are trying to improve this property. And theyre doing a great job. Maintenance respond a lot faster now, this complex has has always been very quiet and family oriented. Ive lived at this property for about 5 years now and I can definitely see a difference between then and now. I am very happy with the changes that have been made and I hope they keep making Improvements.

I’m not sure what’s going on with some of these irrelevant older reviews cause they need to be taken down, but I’ve lived here for 2 months now and have never had a better experience. Move in was EXTREMELY easy. The staff is more than helpful, but also they are EXTREMELY friendly. Anytime I call or visit the office, the vibes are immaculate. These are older apartments of course, but the interiors are actually super cute for the price especially. And above all…. My neighbors are awesome. The first day I moved some random woman came up to me to welcome me. Asked if I needed help. Went out of her way to tell me she’s been here for 9 years and had LOVED it and assured me I would love it too. My name also matched the apartments so it was kinda a no brainer🤭 but seriously, I’m proud to represent !

I LOVE THIS COMMUNITY! THE STAFF IN THE OFFICE IS WONDERFUL, POLITE, WILL WORK WITH YOU THROUGH ANY CONCERNS AND ALWAYS EAGER TO MEET EVERYONE! MY KIDS GET EXTREMELY EXCITED WHEN WE ARE HEADED TO THE OFFICE!! THATS THE TRUE LOVE GIVEN BY THE STAFF! THIS IS A KID AND PET FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT. Move-in process was painless and the staff was friendly. I was able to get a tour same day calling and after 4 days I was moving in. Street is quiet and not a lot of traffic and the apartment is very spacious for a single man like myself.

This complex has a very nice layout, with trees, a very attractive pool area, and smaller groups of buildings. All units have fireplaces, and there is a floor plan and price range to suit most any budget. Parking is plentiful and also available assigned. The exteriors of buildings are painted in pleasing schemes, which aids in the ambiance.The staff are always courteous and helpful, and management is always striving for excellence in the property and managementMaintenance is always timely, efficient and courteous.You should definitely consider this property!

I am highly impressed with the professionalism Elizabeth (Property Manager) has instilled in her team thus far. Elizabeth has definitely put her mark on the organization. The maintenance staff is outstanding! Prior to moving in I mentioned to Hector that there were some things that needed to be touched up around the apartment. He wasted no time in getting it done. Thanks Hector! I have also had low priority work orders that were completed in less than 24hrs. Yes, there are some pest issues but with a little preventative pesticide maintenance and good housekeeping you can eradicate the issue. So please do not let this deter you from renting here. Truly a wonderful place to live.

I previously had a laundry list of work order requests, that was completed in a timely fashion and done done correctly by Oscar. Also, currently working temp at Crosby at Westchase which is your sister property. There has been some issues with my rent balance which now have been corrected by the manager Erin, which is working with me to resolve the issue and Im so appreciative. The Hudson is a great place to live. The staff takes great care of their residents.

I am always very thankful to Mr. Benny( The Manager of the property)for his outstanding professional & friendly service..& always impressed when things always get done quickly under his supervision..including paperwork, arranging repairs and replacing things as needed.I signed my lease for the 2nd time all because of Benny’s service..& I might go for the extension.Apartment is really good at the level of any maintenance..Thank you Benny and your team..👍👍

I moved in at the end of December of 2016. The new manager Liz and her staff is awesome !!! Very professional ans helpful the property is clean plus they have security overnight to keep people safe. The new manager is doing an excellent job in uograding the property as well.

This is my third time renewing in this apartment complex! From the first time I applied, I fell in love with this place and that is why I have loved my time living here. Among the things that should be improved:• Investing much more money in FUMIGATION, I would dare say that almost all apartments have many cockroaches :( or at one time they did.• They should do better maintenance in the entertainment areas, the pools are BEAUTIFUL and should almost always be clean (including the chairs in the pool areas).• there are many strange smells inside the residence... 🍀🌿🍀🌿😑• More lighting between apartment hallways• Give the rest I am and I will continue to be delighted with my experience in this place100% RECOMMENDED ❤❤
