    Omg what can I say about where I live D has been so helpful from the first day I meet her. She was there in the office for so long alone yet she never let me down was always on top of everything and always went above and beyond helping us I am truly grateful for all her hard work and attention to details. Thank you so much she is one of the main reasons I decided to renew my lease with them thank you so much .

    Rosilyn is the best!!! She is professional and pleasant. She is able to multitask and take care of business. Deshondra is also very pleasant and professional as well. If you are looking for an apartment look here. They will take care of you.

    I moved here a month ago Ms.Rosilyn the apartment manager is the best she made me feel so comfortable she was very helpful & friendly she made me feel at home she helped me with my application process I’m so thankful for her patience

    I have moved to the most outstanding property that I have ever lived at. Ms. Deshondra and Ms. Roslyn are outstanding at assisting me throughout my move in process. They both are very knowledgeable about what is needed to aid you through your move in process. I highly recommend this property as the one for you. The maintenance staff is courteous and punctual. They will fix whatever is needed. I have had a joyful move in process. Please if you are in need of an apartment pick this one you won’t regret it.

    The apartment manager is awesome and really nice and helpful. The fact that the apartments are open until 6:30 works perfect for me because I dont get off work until 4:30 and I was still able to tour the complex.

    These apartments are under new management. I have a son on disability. I ended up making to much money and had no choice but to move leaving my son behind so we both wouldnt be homeless. Making too much money but yet still not enough. In tears, in a situation I could not control. Melissa is her name she help me so I honestly know that God still have Angels on this Earth still. Under the new management everyone is equal. No different prices do to color.. maintenance is now on top of completing all work orders.. not only would I ask for the general public to stop and give mountain creek apartments the opportunity but I give them 10 out of 10. My heart has not felt this type of love from anyone but family. Thank you truly mountain creek Melissa and her team. Truly from the bottom of my soul. God bless you all. I get to spend this Christmas with my son. Thanks again a dept that can never be repaid. Thank you.

    I was looking for a 3 bedroom for me and my family. Ms Rosalyn and Ms DashundraWere so helpful . I don’t qualify for the apartments because I am over income but I will refer people. They should definitely give other apartment offices training on how to interact with a possible new tenant they make u wanna call these apartments home I got that A 1 chick fila service thank u ladies

    Came into the office to see a one bedroom, and Mrs. Roslyn and deshondra were very helpful to me and my family! Not looking to move until January, but this will definitely be my first choice

    Wheeew we have been through some management lol but what i can say is Ms.Roslyn she’s amazing always willing to make sure things are took care of in a timely manner , communication is on point definitely make living here worth it

    We’ve lived here 5 years and it is truly a blessing the only thing is the former staff (or owners) never made an effort to make sure the residents maintenance request were being met and they would mark them as finished on the online residential portal but really would never (have never come to do the maintenance). I love my home I just wish they would love us as well.

    I love this apartment, the office people is very kind and friendly.The place is clean thanks to the maintenance staff who are constantly cleaning it, and if any repairs are needed they are promptly attended to.

    I have been living here for eight years now, I have seen various of management come and go. I love it here now, and if any one is looking for a place to call home please feel welcome to look into these apts. We have new management here Ms Stephanie is great, helpful, and compassionate. I admire and I am Thankful for all her new ideas here and she is bringing GREAT changes here. Nobody is perfect but she is showing new progress and better changes for us all to live comfortable and clean. I love it, even the maintenance is better. Ms Stephanie is removing negative vibes and toxic things to create a outstanding living environment for us all. I am truly appreciative for her and her new staff. I am blessed to be here.

    I been living here for 1 year I just recently renewed my lease because I am super happy living here the staff are awesome I especially love the manager Stephanie she is super helpful, sweet, nice and very professional every time I go ask for something it is done quickly. The maintenance man are awesome as well just ask them to go fix something and 5 minutes later they are already knocking on the door. I just want to say thank for giving me a place I can call home. STAY AWESOME STEPHANIE AND STAFF YALL ROCK!!!

    I came in Saturday nd Rosilyn was very professional and helpful towards what I was looking which was a one bedroom apartment …..she helped me look for great accommodations within everything I was tryna get…..I was able to figure out what I wanted what I was looking for and what i’m interested in and I’m definitely will continue to figure out if this is the apartment for me.

    Just moved from cali to Texas got a three bedroom, the African American lady in office was very helpful to get me on my feet and into our own apartment. My apartment was ready within two weeks. It was very clean with new carpet I love my place! When I put in a request for maintenance I got the white maintenance man and he normally does only half the job. When the Hispanic main maintenance man comes in he gets the job done quickly and completely. Love the community. Only bad thing the white lady in main office I believe shes the manager and she comes over very rude stares at you as if you are below her! Just the other day as my husband went to reload our washing card she stood over him watching him as if he was doing something wrong. As I believe we pay rent here and we are allowed to use the washer and dryer and to reload the card we have to go inside I dont understand why she has to stand over him and watch him if he was not suppose to be inside . I didnt appreciate that nor my husband she seems as she hates her job right off the back and sits and stares at everyone. Besides that I love being here!

    I have yet to sign my lease and Ill update my review at that time.My entire experience with H@MC has been wonderful. Maria has been extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process. The units are gorgeous and are a phenomenal value for the money.Edit: Im a year into my lease and will ne renewing my apartment is so amazing. My neighbors are great. The pool is always clean and refreshing in this summer heat. If you have kids the playground is a great place for them to burn off some energy. Im in a 3 bedroom with a storage unit and carport and I feel like this is one of the best complexes in the DFW

    Ive been living in this complex for nearly three years now. I really enjoy my apartment and my neighbors. The people here are really friendly and they lookout for each other. No place is perfect but this place comes pretty close, and as for management and maintenance they are very friendly and if you have any problems they handle it pretty quick. I would recommend living here to anyone I know!!!

    I have lived here for almost three years in the Homes Of Mountain Creek, and have been under two management and the first one was wonderful, now under these new management, i like Laurenda, the black assistant, i dont kno what yall apartments look like /clean, but i have never had any roaches, and when i need something repaired, they get right on it. i like these apartments, they keep the property up. Laurenda is very knowledgeable of what she is doing, and will do all she can to assist all residents in every way.... i plan to be here for a very long time.If We All work together with management, we can make this a very wonderful place to live..... I give the black-lady Laurenda a Thumbs-Up......

    I came by the community to view a 3 bedroom and I was well beyond pleased with the apartment itself, not to mention the the amenities and they also have garages... I am excited for my move, I have not lived in a apartment in a long time but I am sure I will have no regrets... Thank You... Laurenda for all your hard-work to accommodate my girls and I and getting us approved.

    I have been living here for almost a year and the assistance is excellent, there is peace in the apartments, Mr. Jaqueline has helped me a lot, they are always present for any report, the staff is very friendly, they speak Spanish and there is no doubt that the apartments are beautiful in perfect condition ❤️

    I have lived at Homes of Mountain Creek for over 10 years. The community is very well located and the customer service is very good, I love my two-bedroom apartment. Thank you Jacqueline for helping me in Spanish. Ambria, the manager is very friendly too.
