    The maintenance team from the regional to the in-house personnel are excellent professionals and treat my issues as if they were their own. i understand they are challenged by the age of the building. they do offer coherent solutions when delays are required. i look forward to vast improvements in the near future that will induce more positive conversations among the residents. I have enjoyed my stay here at Historic Electric Building overall and love access to the downtown lifestyle.

    I toured the property yesterday with Danielle. She was kind, accommodating, and spent time with me that I know she didnt really have. She answered all my questions thoughtfully and with patience, and she went above and beyond to give me information that I will be able to share with my clients in the future. I feel extremely confident that she will take care of my clients respectfully and competently, and I look forward to sending many new residents her way. Thank you, Danielle!

    I want to commend the new apartment manager Haide and the new maintenance staff for all of the hard work they are doing to make this building better!!!! As the manager she is always available to listen to the tenants (which is very unusual for Texas apartments), and she shows genuine concern for the issue. The new maintenance supervisor is hard working and actually shows up to fix whatever the issue is. This may be an old building, but I am very happy with the work they are putting in!!!!! Great job!!!!

    I’m in the process helping some friends to relocate to Fort Worth and took a look at HEB. I love the historical look of the building. Ms Katrina was very helpful with the information of the spacious floor plans. The views are awesome. I know my friend will love this place much as I did.

    Beautiful highrise apartment complex. Outside has Double glass doors which requires security code to enter which leads to one single glass door that has a security code as well. Historical style Elevators. Ground floor. Mailbox, door to stairwell or elevators. And complex laundry room.Very quite and very well maintained.

    Everyone is friendly especially Dewayne Johnson. He took the time to make sure people around the building outside where safe from ice and put down salt on the sidewalk. Always has a smile on him.The location is great!

    Great Service, Specially the new Assistant manager Yara Lopez. It took me three times to tour a unit, I came in Yara and Katrena help me out great personally, Service and I love my new apartment. I can give more than 5 🌟.

    Went in office and the new manager Ms Harry took out time of her busy schedule to help me with the understanding of my billing. We never have gotten that personal touch from any other manager. I appreciate her turning around the vibe in their business office.

    I am so happy that there is new management. The ladies are so professional and helpful. I think her name is Rece, she is a ray of sunshine and very polite and patient with me. I was offered a beverage. The staff made me feel really welcome and that is rare now since Covid

    Im impressed by the job Mr. Dwayne did to address a maintenance emergency that I had late night and also glad that Mr. Tommy and was able to check on my apt while I was at work the next day. Overall Im happy by how quickly they resolved the problem.

    Just moved in. Could not be happier! Great location. Leasing office person, Yara, has been amazing to work with! If you are a city mouse, this is the place. Love it!

    I love this places gorgeous outstanding area the units are reasonably priced and the leasing consultants and property director have continuously been great. stood out to me as exceptional service, down to earth, and exceeded expectations I would recommend this as a new home for those currently looking to move which can unfailingly be a stressful situation, to say the least, but they at this property aim to provide straightforward services hands-down

    My girls and I just moved in the Historic Electric Building, We absolutely love living here. I feel like it is a very family orientation environment, very safe and super clean. The office management is awesome and very helpful. They are always on top of their game, anything I have asked they have been very helpful and if they didnt know they found out and got back to me in a timely manner. Tracey Marsalek Goyne Is so lovely and made us feel at home here at the Historical Electric Building. I love her warm and welcoming personality, She has gone over and beyond for us. With saying that, you really dont see that kind of customer service at apartments any more. Travis is also so kind and friendly every time we come in, he is so welcoming and friendly to my girls and I. I highly recommend these apartments and I also have 3 close friends looking at getting a place here. We Love Our New Home!!!

    I really enjoy my apartment and the location, right in the middle of down town. There’s an amazing Italian place right across the street and other great restaurants within walking distance. The office staff is great as well. Amy in particular went above and beyond helping me with my application when things got a little more than confusing. She also responds to emails very quickly and is responsive to any concerns I have.

    I would not only like to leave my own positive review, but address some of the negative comments as well. I have been living here for 8 months. In that time I have gone through the application process, waiting list, compliance review, moving in and even changing from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. Every step of the way I was informed and kept up to date of where I was in the process. The information flows easily and without me having to ask! The fees involved in leasing an apartment are standard, if not lower than those at other facilities, and to be expected by anyone trying to rent in this decade! Parking is very reasonable as well! We are parking DOWNTOWN! It’s expensive and limited and Greystar has negotiated a great rate to park in a safe, lighted, weather protected area. As with any 90 year old building there have been a few maintenance issues..nothing major for me personally, but I mention it to the office and the maintenance crew is on it! I’ve never waited or asked twice! Today they even replaced the lights on the elevator buttons because it bothered me! They have excellent customer service and customer relations with the tenants. If you’re unhappy here at the Historic Electric Building Apts then it’s probably a fact that you will be unhappy anywhere! The nostalgia alone is worth living here! And if you don’t want city sights and sounds then don’t live downtown!

    As a recent transplant to Fort Worth, Texas I have been Blessed to connect to Wonderful Individuals!!!!!My experience with Historic Electric Building and TRACEY MARSELEK has been like none other I have experienced thus far.She is very professional and pays close attention to detail, listening to the needs of the applicant. She walked me through the process step-by-step; and although I was connected to her on a professional basis I have adopted her as family.The leasing office was well maintained NO LOUD DEROGATORY MUSIC the atmosphere was set well. I LOVE MY APARTMENT AND ITS PLACEMENT! And would recommend this location to others who enjoy peiple and the downtown atmosphere.Mr. Travis is also in the office and is very helpful and pleasant to speak with or receive answers to questions.Professionally attired and knowledgeable in diverse areas...Ms. Tracey Marselek & Mr. Travis are an Awesome Team and I am Grateful for our Acquaintance and my new apartment home.

    I saw the penthouse and it was the most stunning penthouse i have ever seen, more things about this building i love is the costumer service there. Ashely is always such a helping hand and i love seeing her smiling and welcoming face. This is such an amazing place to live and i love all of the smiling and loving faces there

    The Historic Electric Building is a lovely community. I am glad to see the owners refurbish and preserve the building rather than tear it down.Also, Ashley is very helpful, answering any and all quetions you might have. She does not rush you through. She is very thorough and efficient. She makes you feel welcome and part of the community from the minute you walk thru the door.

    Amber and CaSaundra are some of the most professional business women Ive ever met. They have found a fantastic balance of professionalism and compassion that they show to all of their potential residents, Im pretty sure you could give these two ladies any property to manage and they would double the good reviews overnight!     The apartment was BEATUTIFUL, in a beautiful area of town. We had a lovely view from the 6th floor, and our apartment came stocked with dishes and silverware!! The check in process was wonderfully convenient, and the staff was lovely. We really really enjoyed our stay!

    So far Ive had an awesome experience with this property. Ive had a lot of questions and have called in several times and am very satisfied with the service I have received.     Its so convenient to everything downtown it has an Italian pizza place next door called peachi paci very good food also have a barbecue place right around the corner little coffee shop across the street convenience store right downstairs of the building at 6th and Lamar close to everything its a great place
