    I recently toured Hawthorne at Bay Forest, and I was thoroughly impressed! The property is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds and modern amenities that cater to a comfortable and luxurious lifestyle. The apartments are spacious and well-designed, offering everything one could need.Alyssa, the property manager and her team were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel right at home. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly stood out and made the experience even better.I am seriously considering making Hawthorne at Bay Forest my new home. If you’re looking for a place that combines elegance, comfort, and excellent management, I highly recommend checking it out!

    I at Bay Forest lived for about two years, and it was honestly the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. While the community is big, it’s super well-managed by an awesome team that really cares.Alyssa, the property manager, is amazing and makes everything so easy. Gracen, the assistant manager, is on top of everything and truly looks out for everyone she helps.The resident events are always fun, and the amenities are super well-kept.If you’re thinking about moving here, just go for it—you’ll be glad you did!

    Hawthorne at Bayforest has exceeded my expectations by far! I’ve been here for about 4 months and have never felt so at home. The neighborhood is quiet and the leasing office is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Marquis is always readily available to help in anyway he can. The property is very well kept and beautiful with tons of amenities. The apartment itself is very spacious and feels luxurious and the view is my favorite thing to wake up to. It is a beautiful place to call home and you won’t regret it.

    Moved here in january and absolutely love it. can’t wait till it gets warmer to start using the amazing pool they offer, the gym is the star of the complex for me. as well as a fairly big dog park that my doggo loves! also love all of the engagement with the community, taco trucks, food trucks and the list goes on

    Our family has enjoyed the new management and staff especially Marquis, very professional and friendly. Our furr baby loves the dog park 2 areas and the dog wash! So convenient for bus riders for school grade kiddos.we are going on a 2nd renewal offer Big improvement with staff. Prior was a bumpy start but very content with all the amenities and friendliness of staff NOW.Found a dog park nearby with clean water as well for those hot summer days !

    Hawthorne is such a beautiful property. We really liked the location. Amarissa was our leasing agent who gave us a tour which we weren’t expecting without having an appointment she still answered everything and gave us a tour. We liked the Sylvian apartment she showed us. She guided us really well and I really appreciate how nice and patient she was with all our queries.

    While Ive not opted to move in at present, I can say that I was treated very warmly and professionally by Amarissa! She was both knowledgeable and engaging. We toured the property and apartments, and I must say, the amenities are over the top! Not your run of the mill, so much more than the average! The apartments were clean and nice, with lots of natural light, as well as a refreshing neutral pallette, so go crazy with your own decor! Matching should be a jiff. I will definitely be considering this property when Im ready to move! (BTW, the complimentary Cheez-It snack was a nice touch, too.)

    My boyfriend and I love living at the Hawthorne at Bayforest. The staff is kind and understanding with anything you need. I never feel like I can’t walk into the office with a concern. They are super timely with everything. You can always expect a quick resolve. One staff member I want to shout out specifically is Gracen. She always gives you a warm welcome when she’s sees you, always has good attitude, and really takes time to get to know the residents. She’s my go to person for everything. She really tries to make things super seamless for you for any situation you might be in!Thank you Gracen for being so great!

    We needed a place to stay for short term nearby for a summer internship and this is - by far - the best apartment we have rented. So much so that wish we were staying longer. Everything was super clean. We loved the community! Gracen and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this apartment. Thanks for making our stay so great!

    Gracen took me on a tour recently and showed me a few floor plans and I am having a difficult time deciding because everything was exactly what I wanted. Not to mention Gracen was soooooo easy to work with. She answered my questions and spent over an hour with me to make sure all my questions were answered. I am so happy!

    My family and I toured the property in January after they came HIGHLY recommended by many friends/family. During our tour of the property Mrs. Gracen showed us the available units, and the amenities the property has to offer. We immediately fell in love and knew we were home before we even had the keys. The application process was an absolute breeze, and we had our keys and were able to move in right away. Moving from a country home into an apartment was very nerve wrecking, but Gracen, Alyssa, and Adriana welcomed our family in and made the move easy peasy. The amenities here are amazing, but our favorite is the dog park/dog spa because it is so convenient when you have a larger dog that needs to bathe! Since January we have met so many new friends here in our community that have become more like family. Everyone here knows everyone by name, and everyone looks out for eachother here. My family feels so safe and welcome here, this was definitely one of the best choices we’ve made moving here! We recommend Hawthorne at bay forest every chance we get!

    THE GYM IS EVERYTING! I came by yesterday to look at a one bedroom. The office staff was so friendly. I was really impressed with the amenities they offer their residents. Pool table, fresh baked cookies, computer lounge area, salt water pool. What sealed the deal for me was their amazing gym. A variety of different machines, free weights and it was so clean. They offer complementary towels and water. Say less! I will be submitting my application today.

    Hawthorne at Bayforest has been amazing! We talked to Marquis when moving in and have been living here for about 8 months now, it is a great place to call home! The management does a great job with bringing the community together, and offering lots of opportunities to meet the other people in our community! Marquis made it super easy and welcoming for our move in and we couldn’t have asked for a better move-in experience :)

    Best apartment i’ve lived at!! We have been living here for over a year and were more than happy to renew. They are quick at responding to maintenance orders. They always pick up the phone, call back, and respond emails the same day. We have always felt safe here. All neighbors i’ve encountered are friendly but keep to themselves. The amenities are always clean and kept up with. Never a green pool, gym equipment is always working or fixed quick when out of order. Plus they always have ways they take care of their residents! They have food trucks out front you can buy from, they have bingo nights, today they gave pie for (pi day 3/14), they gave out protein shakes, energy drinks & protein bars on january, lots more, and not to mention their starbucks machine they have in the business center. Also it is a very pet friendly community! Lots of benefits to be a resident here! Definitely recommend.

    I just finished up my lease at this community, and I can honestly say that once you get past the bugs coming in due to it being a newer construction, it’s worth living here. We did not renew due to relocation, and the price but if those two things were not a factor, we would have definitely renewed. The new management is very helpful, and understanding. Very bittersweet moving from these apartments, but our stay was amazing aside from the bugs.

    I have been here almost a year and love it. The community is quiet, the ammenities are kept clean and beautiful. The staff is always willing to help and are extremely friendly. The couple times I have had maintenance issues, the maintenance staff was on site quickly, worked clean and resolved the issue. They are always doing events so its easy to meet your neighbors. I chose Hawthorne at Bay Forest because pricing was better than others I looked at and the apartments are extremely nice and felt like home immediately.

    We moved here in October and there was hardly anybody working here (very new and still building) but Marie and Kaelee and they were the best. Then Andrew came along and he was great also. They have moved on and now we have Alex and Vellum, and Marie is still here and they are all awesome as well. They make you feel welcome whether you are visiting or live here. I walked through with my little dog every day and she says hello and gets love and treats from everyone! This complex is very nice all upgraded appliances. Love the area!!

    I came here even though it was further from my ideal location because of the reviews, and because of the reviews for Marquis, in particular. I sure am glad I stopped by. Not only did Marquis patiently walk me through all the options and benefits for my needs, he was fun to talk to and was respectful to my daughter. And a sign of a true consultant: he helped my find the best place for me, even though it wasnt at his community: I ended up choosing the other Hawthorn (on Crenshaw) even though I originally eliminated that one from my list.     This place is beautiful. From reading the comments from 9 months to a year ago, it has had to have a change in staff. The office is respectful and informative. MARQUIS helped us with the application process and is still resourceful and helpful to us daily. If you can find a parking spot you will love this place . Also, kid and dog friendly!

    Andrew was great and awesome to talk to. He helped me find my perfect apartment. I loved the service and the collective energy/Excitement you felt when touring the complex.Also these guys are absolutely swamped with calls and walk in guests, yet they give you so much attention and ensure every question and concern is answered. Absolute rockstars.I can’t recommend these apartments enough and am excited to finally move in. Go see Andrew he couldn’t have been more helpful and generous with his time!

    A quiet area, nice peaceful environment. The pool is great. The weight room is great. Friends and family come out to cook on the grills at the pool , people are always friendly . very kid friendly . & I’m working on my stoke in the virtual golf room 😎

    Marquis made this move very easy and worked with me to get the application done and every employee I’ve talked to is polite and personable. The amenities here are amazing I’ve spent time at the pool table and the golf simulator just waiting on it to warm up to try out the salt water pool but overall best apartment experience I’ve had.

    As an apartment locator I get to work with some truly incredible places to live. Hawthorne at Bay Forest is a wonder place to call home.     This property is so beautiful!!. I visited the complex after touring many other properties in the area and this was hands down the best. The staff is friendly and super accommodating, but the amenities alone had me sold. If nothing else check it out for yourself. I promise it won’t disappoint.
