    The maintenance guy David is awesome, he is always quick to respond to any requests I send. Sandra (the office manager) is also great and has been so kind to me since I moved in over a year ago. I like living here and overall have not had any issues with my apartment.

    I came and got information last March and was helped by a gentleman by the name of Christian I believe. He was very informative, kind, personable, and showed genuine care for what i needed in my situation!I ended up choosing another place to live due to no available soon but If you want great customer service and a detailed tour of amenities, the leasing agent for Gristmill at Tuscany Park will for sure give you that.

    Outstanding maintenance staff!! 10/10 service!! My grandmother has been with Gristmill for years and its nice to know David has been attentive to her concerns with her unit and immediately taking care of it. Thank you, David! Christian with the leasing office was poise and answered any worries I mightve had and went the extra mile to let me know if I had any future concerns to contact him.

    My aunt has lived there for years and she’s had great experiences but David really takes it to the next level. He really listened to her concerns and made sure she was happy in her unit. Definitely recommend this place for the service. Thanks David!

    Experience here has been going on 8 years. I would like to say more security cameras should be installed. The Maintenance man is very good at getting things done around the complex. Now we need the ceilings breezeway redone it’s peeling.

    Went to visit a friend and the place is looking cleaner. Looks power washed and the freshly painted rails make the place look better . I remember the old maintenance guys never kept up with it , but ever since David , the new maintenance guy , started working here the place looks great .

    The entire office staff is great from Sandra on down. She knows her residents by face and name. That’s so important to know your more than a number when you have a problem. Makes you feel like they care about concerns. I’ve been here since the complex first opened and I just refuse to leave. They all speak when they see you. Waving asking if you need anything.always throwing holiday events for the kids.

    I LOVE living here! The property is nice, quiet, and clean. Management is always available and super helpful. Maintenance request are always completed in a quick timely manner. My daughter loves living here because there are always neighborhood activities and fun events planned for the family. I am so glad I chose to come here and will continue to renew my stay as long as I can. Trust me, it’s definitely a place you’ll enjoy calling “home.”

    I was 1st in my apartment and Ive been here every since. Almost 3 yrs. Im very pleased with my stay. Its quite. Location is great. I would definitely do it again. NO bug problem. parking is fine. Laundry is not the best, but I have my own washer and dryer in my unit. Mostly I love the layout and space of my unit. I have the smaller 1 bedroom and its prefect. I even thought about leaving and getting a bigger place....but couldnt fine anything remotely close to what i already had. Definitely worth it.

    I have been communicating with the rental office and they are always polite and very informative. I filed an application and was able to get on the waiting list. Property is very inviting and looks safe and secure. Looking forward to living there. Please experience your visit directly sometimes people have their own agenda to give a negative review.     I love 💓 it at Gristmill when I have a problem it be fix right away. I would tell anybody about my stay here love it been here since it open maintenance right on time when i need him when David on call he come right out to fix the problem keep it up

    If you are looking for a nice apartment home managed by a welcoming and professional staff this is your new home. The manager Monica, has been at this property since the beginning when the staff was working out of a trailer. When you drive through the property, its always clean and maintained. Apartment complexes are a reflection of the management team. So I would say Monica and her team are getting it right.

    Best Apartment Reward goes to Gristmill at Tuscany Park. These apartments have became a home to me. Nice Apartments, clean and luxury. The staff is amazing. The Community Manager is the BEST. Helped me out during the winter crisis with snacks and refreshments which was extremely helpful. I am grateful to stay here. Thank you.

    Such a beautiful property and the Manager Monica is fabulous. The maintenance Mr. Charles is great and I would recommend this property to any one looking for a nice place to live. Christina is very sweet as well, she showed me the most beautiful 2 bedroom.

    I have driven passed this property for the past few weeks and decided to look it up to get a little information. Filled out the form to get an appointment and when I decided to go up there I was kind of disappointed to find out that they had already started leasing but the staff was very informative and guided me through the process. I left there filling excited and happy that I was able to speak to a live person. The staff was very friendly and gave a lot more information than I received on the live chat or on the phone. I was able to lease and I am so excited to move into my new apartment soon. I hate when people leave bad reviews when some of this may be the individuals lack of consistency.

    I got to meet the young Manager Monica today.She was very welcoming and nice. She let me take a look at her very nice community. I was ready to make this place home.     Beautiful place but the staff act like they dont know what they are doing sometimes. Quote you one price and when it was time to get the place, they just about doubled the price. When you call, no one answers. They are always at lunch. Not happy with them at all.
