I’ve lived here since the end of June and I cannot say enough good things about Green Tree. If I’ve needed something maintenance wise, handled easily within 2 days at max. Front office staff are nothing but friendly and helpful! The other reviews stating that the property manager is difficult to deal with are kind of ridiculous. She’s very straightforward and honest, which I can appreciate in a person. The property is quiet and the amenities are nice and kept clean, along with the rest of the property. I absolutely love loving here and I’m super happy I found this place.

I recently had the pleasure of touring an apartment with Alexandra , and I couldnt be more impressed. From the moment I stepped into the apartment, I was struck by its modern design and spacious layout. Alexandra’s knowledge of the property and the neighborhood was exceptional, and she answered all my questions with enthusiasm and detail. I highly recommend this apartment and. It was a five-star experience that left me eager to make this my new home!

I recently toured Green Tree Place Apartments and just wanted to share what a lovely experience I had. Alexandra was so friendly and was quick to greet me when I showed up for my appointment. She was well prepared for my visit and had already planned what apartments I would see, showing me all the amenities along the way. Alexandra was friendly and very knowledgeable about the property and surrounding attractions. She really took her time with me to answer all my questions and made me feel important. If you are looking for a new place, I highly recommend that you stop by and let her show you around. Clean property, friendly staff, great value!

Loved it here!! 🥰 Me and my boyfriend just moved in, staff is incredibly polite and energetic. I love that I also don’t have to worry about parking because you get a free reserved parking space. A lot less of a hassle!

I actually really enjoy living here. It’s a very calm area and the amenities are nice. I enjoy working out in the gym, I haven’t used the pool yet but it’s very pretty. I enjoy being able to have a pet here as well. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. I feel so at home here.

Maintenance team is timely. Alexandra, Ana and Christi at the leasing office are helpful. I like the gym and the pool. My apartment is really nice. I’ve never had a roach problem like in my past apartments, if you have a roach problem it’s because you’re dirty.

Been living here for 3months now and let me tell you that these apartments are so well put together ! It’s very quiet at night , no roaches and they always maintain the apartment put together ! If you do have roaches it’s because your dirty , the apartment it self doesn’t this is my first ever apartment that are not infected at all 10/10 and the 24/7 gym is always clean they even have tv and waterdispenser for you ❤️ also I been going to the pool and it’s very clean never seen it green or anything

So glad to see improvements to the parking areas. LOVE having an assigned parking spot. Green Tree allows for one designated spot per apartment unit, but there are plenty of unassigned parking places for other residents cars. And with our complex being so small it is a short walk from any space to a building.And management has been 👍 👌 👍 👌.

I moved into these apartments a year ago, and i absolutely love it. they care about their tenants. they’ve always gone above and beyond even to the point where they removed a tenant for marajuana usage. it’s kid friendly and they always leave notes for your birthday of ANYONE in the complex, they even left a note for my brother who babysits my kid. they take the time to give little gifts for kids during holidays. they always celebrate holidays with little festivities. and even support residents and their businesses. they seem passionate about their love for the people. i leave five stars because i would love for someone to read this review and know the little things i’ve noticed in the one year i’ve lived here, i still have one more year and i’m not worried of no dangers that could ever happen to me and my baby. this apartment complex just keeps getting better and better.

I just moved into GreenTree and I am already loving it - my dog and I have settled in perfectly. All the amenities are kept clean and having a 24 hour gym is a huge plus. Love the space and the layout as well!

Been living here a few months now and I gotta say I love it here. Its quiet even on the weekend.The only complaint I have is about the parking. Sometimes parking can be a little difficult and people park where they shouldnt. Other than that Ive had a great experience so far and will for sure update after Ive been here my full lease time. The ladies in the office are wonderful and have been very helpful to me, so Im honestly not sure why people have said otherwise.

I love my apartment, I can’t say enough how much I love the upgrades, brand new silver stove, silver fridge, granite countertops, new washer and dryer, modern wood floors, brand new mini blinds, I just LOVE my beautiful home sweet home!!!. Manager is super nice and friendly, she truly cares about her residents, and I’m very satisfied with her help during application process.

I can rate this place with a 5 star due to my apartment was very nice renovated with nice improvements no pest yes my electric was off on one side But they came right away to fix it and some people may have had some issues but its all in Communicating the Staff was very Professional and loved them its a place in Progress everything not going to be Perfect but i can call it home coming from a Home that was burned due to a fire and FloodSo Im Greatful to have any place and alive to tell it. Thanks Green Tree for excepting me and my Family.

Location is good and very convenient close to my childrens school and job. The office staff is amazing, friendly and efficient. Maintenance crew keeps the property nice and clean. Very excited to make this complex my home.
