    My experience for my daughter Lucy and myself at Grandmarc has been absolutely great and so comfortable. The staff is so kind and helpful especially Madison. She has never miss a beat! The pool and and courtyard will be great places to relax and meet other residents this summer. Such a great community! Thank you Westberry :)

    Grandmarc is great, my kids enjoyed working with Madison. She was very friendly and took time to explain everything in detail making not only them comfortable but myself as well.     Josh and John are the best guys that work at Grandmarc hands down. Both are super friendly, hard working, and give only the best service! They make living at Grandmarc a home away from home.     My granddaughter moved into Grandmarc this semester. Yesterday was my first visit and I was amazed at the apartment. The amenities were unbelievable. We spoke with an employee named Tiffany to get a package and she was so friendly. Tiffany talked to us for a minute even though she was busy. What a great experience at Grandmarc.

    When i was looking at apartments for TCU, I looked at Grandmarc and spoke to Madison from the office. She was so helpful with all my questions. Ultimately I decided it was not a great fit, but the staff is great!! Recommend speaking to Madison if you have any questions while looking.

    After recently moving to Fort Worth to attend TCU I came and got a tour here from Madison Domin. Not only did she make me feel super welcome being in a new city, she was very friendly and professional along with being super positive and upbeat. She answered all my questions without making me feel like a burden at all and didn’t rush me. Not only did I really love the apartments, her influence and kindness will defiantly be bringing me back for further consideration.

    I am amazed at how kind the staff is and how prompt they are to help with any problem! Ashley and Rachel helped me easily submit work orders, and always greet me with a warm smile! Reece, the current Hall Director, is also extremely personable and is quick to make the Grand Marc a home to any young adult and/or college student!

    Came in for a tour here with my son a few days ago. He wanted something close to campus, but not too close to campus where it would be super noisy. This is a perfect balance of being close to campus, while also being close to nearby grocery stores such as Trader Joe’s and all his other favorite places to go. As a mom... I’m a little worried he’s going to be using the pool here a little too much... but work hard play hard. Thank you to Savannah who was with us during the entire process... and answering my email list of over 30 questions. Can’t wait to move him in next fall.

    John Riley at Grand Marc was beyond helpful and friendly in helping with a parking issue. There were two people in Front of me needing assistance and he was able to help all of us with such a friendly and helpful personality.     My younger sister Madison Domin has loved living and working here! i give 5 star because the apartments are beautiful and she was able to work close to home so if she had to work late she was safe going up the elevator to her apartment instead of walking across campus and then driving! highly recommend

    First semester and loving my experience. The leasing manager Ashley was such a help. My flight arrived late and she offered to stay a few extra minutes for me to arrive so I could move in that day. Work orders are also great and completed quickly and easily. Recommend

    I lived at Grandmarc for almost 5 years. I had a one bedroom, and loved the view, how close it was to my classes, and how quick maintenance was all the time. Only thing was I don’t like how they didn’t allow pets, and did a ton of procedural room checks. Looking back, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else offered in the TCU area. It was very convenient, and had a computer lab that I use to study and needed to print. They always have a few events each semester with food and things to make you smile. The staff have stuck out their neck for me many times and that alone gives them a five star rating.

    Came in with my daughter about a week ago, to find a place for her for next fall. I toured a few places, and this was by far the best. Immediately when I walked in I was greeted by Savanna (sorry if I misspelled), who stood up and waved to us with a smile. Even her just being friendly was an immediate great first impression. We toured a few floor plans and eventually settled on the first one she showed us. Signed our lease, and can’t wait to have my daughter move in.

    As a graduate student new to TCU, the Grandmarc is a wonderful and convenient place to live. I have a 90 second walk to my building every day. The atmosphere is relaxed and perfect for TCU students, the amenities are top-notch, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. (Not to mention they give away lots of free food, t-shirts, candy, and other items that fit students needs!)

    My son and daughter will be attending TCU this fall as international students. the few places we called had no idea how to handle the paperwork for international students, but when I called here and spoke with Savannah she knew exactly what to do and what documents we would need. knowledgeable staff and I know my kids are in good hands.

    The Grandmarc has been my home for 3 years and it has satisfied all my needs. From getting to classes in walking distance, and being home away from home with all of the extra amenities. By the way the staff is tremendously wonderful and make Grandmarc truly a special place to live at.

    Really happy with choosing GrandMarc! They are always quick to solve any issue that comes up. The faucet in my bathroom was leaking water, and they actually bought me a new faucet! It was gorgeous and shiny. :) Just an example of the experience you get at GrandMarc.

    I lived in GrandMarc for 2 years while attending TCU. You cannot get any closer to campus than this! I loved being able to roll out of bed before class and just walk across the street to campus. Living here was convenient and safe! Id see security walking around at all hours of the night and TCU police are always in the area. I liked that everything was controlled access. If you didnt live here and have a key fob, you werent going to get anywhere! The Amenities! Parking in the parking garage is too convenient.TCU has a shortage of parking and my friends have to arrive early and drive around for a half an hour before finding any parking. Having my own spot was super convenient. The gym is brand new with very high end equipment. The pool is always spotless and ready to enjoy! I loved the internet cafe. I would walk down at any hour and print whatever I needed for class. Also, there was never a shortage of ink or paper as the staff was always on top of it. All maintenance is included! Everything from changing lightbulbs to unclogging drains are completed in a timely manner, if not the same day! Living worry free is really important while attending TCU. School work will keep you busy and stressed out enough. I really enjoyed all the community activities that happen throughout the year. Free food, study bags, and even a haunted house on Halloween are there to melt your stress away! The staff is always courteous and always willing to help with anything you need. Living here was the best decision my parents and I made!

    As a student at TCU, Grandmarc at Westberry Place has been a great place to live. The convenient location to the academic side of TCUs campus makes it so easy to get to class on time, and the onsite pool, fitness center, and mailroom give residents everything they need at their fingertips. On top of the amenities, the office staff is personable and determined to give every resident the best living experience possible. I highly recommend Grandmarc to any TCU student looking for an off campus apartment.

    I have lived in GrandMarc for a few years and it has been an incredible experience! They really meant it when they said it is all RIGHT there, because it definitely is! Its right on campus, everything you need is right downstairs, and that makes it the right place to live!The most important thing to me is security and easily said, GrandMarc has taken necessary steps to where I can feel safe. I have looked at other apartment complexes, and you definitely get what you pay for here at GrandMarc. The staff at GrandMarc is competent and make it clear they want your living experience to be nothing short of enjoyable. Living in GrandMarc has only positively contributed to my experience at TCU!     I was really impressed by the customer service here at this establishment. I’ve been in the market for a new living arrangement and have had trouble getting my all of my questions answered at other facilities.
