We have lived here for about 8 years and continue to renew our lease because we genuinely enjoy living here. Savina, the office manager, is the BEST we’ve had, she listens attentively, takes quick action, and always finds a resolution. The maintenance team is wonderful as well, they are friendly and handle issues very fast.The location is incredibly convenient, with grocery stores, a mall, restaurants, and a movie theater all nearby. The elementary school we are zoned to is AMAZING, which has been a huge plus for our family.The community itself is quiet and family friendly. The front office also does a great job organizing get-togethers for families, which helps build a sense of community and makes it feel even more welcomingThe only downside is the gate, which is frequently broken. When it’s not working, it unfortunately allows outsiders to come in, and we’ve had instances of tires stolen. However, when the gate is functioning properly, these issues are rare.Overall, it’s been a great place to call home, and we’re happy here!

The maintenance man Pedro and Osvaldo is awesome, they are always A1 when they comes and service my apartment….a great office manager and great maintenance make it a comfortable place to stay!

I have lived in Golden Bamboo II Apartments for 10 years and have loved everything about my stay. The apartments are spacious, well maintenance and appliances are all up to date. Savina Majano and the rest of the management team are great. She is very personal with all of the residents, keeps the ground clean and serviced and no loud noises are permitted after certain hours which are greatly appreciated for those of us working!!!! There is always something fun for residents to do from holiday contest to, to back to school bash and even rewards for children having good grades !!!! But one of the best parts is that there is NO CRIME!!! The apartments sit in a secluded area and are extremely SAFE!!!! Come and see us soon!!C Tripp

I been here, moved in, since 2018 and my Parents been here since 2011. I will say that out of all the Apartments I ever lived in, these are Honestly the Best ones in the Area. The Apartment Manager Savina is so Sweet! She really cares about the people in this community! She really does go above and beyond to keep the property looking nice and to also help people to the best of Her ability. I really appreciate that! I love the events and contest the community, has to bring neighbors together. I have met alot of wonderful people and I have watched kids Grow up here! Another cool thing is, This community has an After school program to help kids with their education and tutorials. The Program also offers a Cash incentive program for good grades which helps motivate the kids to want to bring up and keep their grades at As and Bs! My 3 Teens take FULL advantage of this! LoL And our Maintenance Guy(s) are pretty prompt and very nice! I really do like it Here! Every place comes with its Share of riff-raffs, But its not to often at all that you will see it here because The management does an excellent job of handling that! I have recommended Golden Bamboo, now to 3 coworkers of mines and Two have moved here and the other is going to check these out!😊 I would recommend these to anyone looking for a great community to be apart of!

I sincerely LOVE this place, at night I can walk my dog because is safe. Ms. Nicole (the manager) is really a nice person , friendly, helpful(best I have known) The maintenance guy David friendly, gets things right.I love this place.In overall I would give this place, manager and maintenance a 10 ⭐️And I get to see the most beautiful Gods creation sunrise and sunset.God bless all of you!

I’ve been living at Golden Bamboo Village II since the beginning. This is my honest review for this Apartment Complex.1. The owners of Golden Bamboo Village II is very generous when it comes to the tenants and their kids.2. For the Children:a. They have ‘After School Meals’ for free.b. They rewards them with money for making ‘Good Grades’.c. They give them ’School Supplies’ for free.e. Doing the Summertime they have free meals for them.3. They celebrate some of the holidays with the tenants and their kidsA. HalloweenB. They have Christmas Contest: This is my favorite one.C. They have ‘Get To Know Your Neighbor’ Day and more!4. They keep the property clean and cut.5. They have ’Surveillance Cameras’ for Tenant Safety.6. The Maintenance guys are on the job of keeping the property upkeep and the tenants happy.7. I have been under some of the best Managers ever, here at Golden Bamboo Village II.‘I want to give a shout out to ’Savina’ She’s the best!’ Keep up the good work guys, God Bless!

Beautiful property and Great staff! Im the current contractor for Golden Bamboo. Its been a pleasure working with Savina and Marcos. Theyre both really hard workers and they both work as a team to have the units ready for move ins, scheduling and residents orders. Savina has exceptional customer service skills, and a pleasant attitude. Shes always making sure that all jobs are done in a timely manner, and she is always available for any questions or concerns I might have even if its on weekends, holidays or even after hours. Marcos is always helping me in any way he can. He is always keeping the property clean, and nice.He is a fast maintenance and does an exceptional job.

I just personally want to say that the management and maintenance are SUPERIOR. Always very nice and respond quickly. Savina the property manager is the nicest and warmest manager I have ever had. Marco the maintenance personnel always respond to my work order request with in a day and there is nothing he can’t fix and he always has a smile. It’s because of this me and my family won’t be leaving anytime soon. As long as Savina and Marco are running things we are here to stay!

If you love nature in the city then this apartment complex is for you! There is a lot of wildlife around the complex and wooded areas. There is not a lot of traffic and easy access to two major highways. The manager Savina and the Lead maintenance Marco are very warm and welcoming. They always have a smile on their face and are ready to greet you!

I have worked on fire code compliance issues with on site representatives from the NRP Group apartment management company, including the Community Manager (Ms. Savina Majano) and Maintenance (Mr. Marco), to correct fire code issues and they are very responsive and good to work with. Best property that we’ve ever moved to! It’s always clean outside, landscaping and trash is always in order, it was definitely worth getting onto the waiting list. We’ve lived at properties that were run down, had terrible roach problems and property managers who don’t care. We don’t have any of those issues here💖 the manager, Savina is amazing! She’s very knowledgeable about the property, kind and quick to resolve any issues we may have.There’s only one maintenance man here but he works really hard his name is Marco.We always see him doing improvements on the property and keeping the grounds clean. We definitely won’t be moving anytime soon😁

The customer service and attention I’ve received in this community is over the top. I’m very happy with the management, they are proactive and keep me informed when I’ve requested repairs or needed help. The property grounds are clean, and the fitness room is always available to use. I moved here because it’s a gated community and I wanted my children to go to CyFair school district.

The service was completed with the help of maintenance coming out fixing our two toilets in which were stopped up for two weeks and he also came to fix my ligh bulb inside of my bathroom. March 14, 2023 my son and I arrived at this community in search of a new home when our lease is up first encounter was a beautiful property clean friendly. We were acknowledge by the community manager, Nicole, who is a very warm and welcoming, very bubbly and happy She gave us all the information we needed. She was very thorough and easy to talk to. She made us feel welcome like we were already a part of the community. If one reason I’ll sell move here is because she made us feel like home. Good apartment been here for years now, Mrs.Nicole is really helpful she always sends help for every maintenance issues we have in our apartment. Another great thing about living at the Golden Bamboo I noticed isthe community is in a great location you are close to so many great restaurants, hospitals, colleges, Willowbrook Mall , retail stores, groceries stores , movies theater , interstate 249 and beltway 8 within 2 miles.I have live here for 12 years. And my apartment still looks like new with my good house keeping and the great service of the maintenance Mario. I love it here. I’ve been trying to get in for years. Had my name on the waitlist since 2015 but for some reasons was always denied. I was about to become homeless with my husband and children. Around May-June 2022. When Ms Chatman took over, I really felt cared about. She really made me feel at home. She went above and beyond to make sure that I have a place to stay with my family. She made sure to always keep me updated on what needed to be provided as far as my documents was concerned. To me She is a God sent because without her I would’ve been homeless. On top of that maintenance is always on point every time we need them. She makes sure they get to my unit in a timely manner. I highly recommend the property.

I wanted to wait to write a review on these apartments until we had been here long enough. We’ve lived here since June of 2017 and I love it here! Daniel, the manager, has always been very helpful and the few times I’ve needed something fixed they have fixed them immediately. I’ve never had a problem with roaches or anything. The apartment complex is clean and well maintained. I definitely plan on renewing my lease! As of now it has been a very good experience living here. I love the location because we are close to everything, the mall, movies, restaurants etc.

These are first come first serve apartments there is no waiting list. They do take a while to answer the phone but they do answer they also answer emails Ive always gotten a response when I was trying to move here. So far these apartments have been good to my family and I. Its conveniently close to everything. They are nice and well kept. No roaches in my apartment or infestation. The manager Daniel is always friendly and informative. If and when I have problems with my unit which is rare maintenance man always comes and fixes the problem and I dont have to deal with it again. Ive been here a good while and I would definitely recommend it. Thank you Golden bamboo.

Have not felt so welcomed until I made it to Golden Bamboo Village II, the ladies in the office have been more than gracious and helpful. Gods sent angels at that front office and they will welcome you with open arms and a homey feel. Made a great decision coming here to Golden Bamboo Village II, makes my transition way more enjoyable!! Thanks Ladies!!!

I am currently going through a divorce and I am trying to get the process started to become a resident of this community. It has been a challenge getting ahold of anyone to move forward. I have heard great things about Golden Bamboo and it is in a perfect location for me to travel to my Daughter. Please advise if going up to the complex would be a better thing to do verses trying to talk to someone on the phone or through email

Ive been living at these apartment since they open in 2011, no problem plus Ive moved into a bigger space ( 4-bedrooms for guest room and computer room for $739 and month ). They never had a break-in and the complex is small with an onsite officer. They are selective on who they let to keep out of those bad renter (renters credit check). Don’t get me wrong the apartment are always full or goes quickly; meaning you may have to call every week( if you want to stay there). But that’s how it goes for a safe, quiet, and great location and reasonable rent. No complaints from my end and I will continue to live at Golden Bamboo Village 2 until I purchase a house. Ive been here since 2011 and no change on how I feel about these apts; almost ready to purchase a house within two years are less.2019 Update...Im still living here; its a shame how much apartments cost; you need to buy a house if you are paying over 1,000.00. But still love the complex and taking my time to move; Im not the one to live for a house payment and cant afford anything else just to say Im living in a house.Still first come; first serve but its worth it to save money.
