I worked with Blade at this establishment and was very pleased and impressed. Ive lived in Austin a number of years and have used many locators for assistance and most others did not seem to care where I signed my lease- just that I did. Blade took the time to do the research WITH me and took into account what I was looking for before we even left the office! I ended up finding a super sweet deal with him on an amazing apartment and I could not be more pleased! It was the first place we looked at in fact! Thank you for your dedication and assistance. If I need another apartment, I know where I will go for help!

When no one else could get me and my mom into a apartment due to our credit scores, Blade did! He got me and my mom into our dream apartment in Austin, in what has become a safe haven for us, with easy access to Mopac and Hwy 183 which gets my mom to her work in less then 30 mins outside rush hour traffic!And we never have parking issues! :)Within one year we were even able to upgrade to a dream two room 2nd floor apartment for one of the best monthly rates in town! :)Blade has been nothing less then a pleasure to work with! He is trustworthy, responds quickly to his calls, even has a personal assistant take his calls at all hours of the night to make sure he gets back to you and gets your message! I know of no one that does this!Blade has a servant heart of gold for helping people, and even travels the world in his spare time, with a fascinating background of stories to share from his humble nature which has allowed him to build an extensive network of contacts he can network you with!I cannot recommend Blade enough to anyone looking to move into Austin!

Hi. My name is Douglas Ross and I was down on my luck looking for a place to stay. I had been to three apartment locators be for I found Austin Home Search. The three I been to all told me they could not help me. Once I arrived at Austin Home Search I told them my problem on why I was unable to get a apartment. The guy that worked with me name is Blade we walk threw every apartment information online until we found the right one. We call and set up appointments with them. I have so many reason to love this company but the the main one that stands out to me is it was never a doubt in there mind that they wouldnt be able to make me happy. I am a very satisfied customer.
