My wife and I have been residents here for four months and we have enjoyed it. The leasing team is professional, attentive and accommodating. The maintenance staff has always responded to our minor maintenance requests in a timely manner with expertise. I highly recommend Gables Republic Tower. The apartments are spacious, modern and the building amenities are more than adequate. Plus it’s downtown location can’t be beat for the price and such a well maintained property. Great job Gables Republic Team! Keep up the great work!

My fiancé and I moved in a month ago and we are loving it here!! Some of my favorite things about this building:• Moving in was a breeze with their freight elevator!• The beautiful views are my favorite part!• Such nice units!! Our unit looks just like the pictures online.• I don’t hear any noise from the street or from neighbors! Very quiet, at least on our floor.• The rent is very reasonable considering it’s in Downtown Dallas!• The parking garage is secure, with security guards!• Very nice pool/grill area on the roof. Plus a gym and business room on the 9th floor.• Friendly and helpful staff!• We have met a lot of our neighbors and everyone is so kind!!• Quick maintenance! (I requested maintenance this morning because our ac unit wasn’t cooling as much as normal. They came same day and fixed it!)• The valet trash and trash chute room on every floor is very convenient.I could go on and on! We have no complaints so far. We are so happy to call Gables Republic Tower our home!!

I toured this community and it was amazing the building was very clean the hallways smelled like a fancy hotel to me. The manager was very thorough when touring and showed me every amenity that was available. I am looking forward to renting at the gables in 2025.

After 2 years of living here, I couldnt have asked for a better first home, after moving from out of state. I sadly moved, because I wanted a place w/ a balcony. The residents in this building, are some of the best people you can possibly meet. The views are absolutely spectacular and the staff are so great and welcoming.

The view alone makes this place worthwhile! The staff is amazing and always helpful when I need them. Maintenance is friendly and quick to respond. Another amazing plus is that I almost never hear my neighbors. I never thought that would be possible in an apartment!

Living here has been a dream, largely thanks to the fantastic leasing staff. Theyre not just personable; they go above and beyond to ensure you find the perfect home. The property management promptly addresses any issues, keeping the building in top condition.The apartments feel amazing—solid construction, high-quality materials, and thick walls mean peace and quiet from neighbors. Maintenance is quick and efficient, with problems usually resolved within a couple of days.Located close to Klyde Warren Park and next to a train station, the location is prime. The parking garage is another plus—clean, secure, and more affordable than others in the area. (half the price of the LTV tower).I cant recommend this place enough for those seeking a comfortable and convenient living space. I believe the is the best place downtown that has the perfect blend of pricing and quality of life.

The overall experience here at Gables Republic Tower as been good. The apartment is really good, with great areas and quiet. Some of the amenities are great, like the gym and other need a little bit more maintenance, like the pool and outdoor grills.The leasing office team is really great and welcoming people, making us feel at home from day 1.My biggest complaint is about cleanness, specially in the 1st floor, where some residents let dogs do their business just outside the door. Management could send a newsletter commenting on the new park just around the corner and that its a perfect place for dogs to be free.Thanks.

Property rents have increased a lot but the property itself has started to lose its luster. Great units that are very quiet and a great mix of neighbors. As for the units themselves, some are in much better condition than others yet however pricing does not seem to count for the condition.Building should be planning for some interior upgrades in order to remain a highly rated community especially with all the new development in and around downtown.Great manager and very helpful long term leasing agent.

I have lived at Gables Republic Tower for six years, which is a clear indication of how much I enjoy this property. I love the beautiful view of the city, the quietness of my apartment and the staff is very friendly. Most of the neighbors are pretty nice, which makes living here even more enjoyable. Tom in the leasing office is always a pleasure and Juanita on the cleaning staff brightens my day every time I see her and Ricky from maintenance is helpful and always manages to fix issues in a swift manner. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live in downtown Dallas.

I spent the last couple days dog sitting for my son who lives at Gables Republic Tower. Every single person on the staff, from security/parking attendant to leasing office to maintenance has been extremely kind and courteous. Also, what stands out are the levels of security in the building. I have been very impressed.

Initially, I was very excited to move in to the Gables Republic Tower. However, after moving in, I noticed that there were lot of issues that werent addressed prior to moving in. Then, when I spoke to the leasing office, the Community Manager and her team were ever so kind enough to take care of every issue and concern that I had. Now, I am very pleased with the team and my new apartment. I love it here!! Absolutely amazing and a bang for your buck!

The apartments are huge in comparison to the others I looked at in downtown and the views are amazing.

My move was super stress free! During these times I thought it would be a little bit of a challenge but both Carla and Tiffany were sure to make the process easy for me! I have been living here for 2 weeks now and I love it so much! The residents are friendly and the property is clean! If you are worried about noise just know that I have not had any issues and my unit is very close to the Dart train! I would def recommend this community! Thank you Carla for your assistance you are amazing and kind!

We moved in about a month ago and continue to be amazed by the views we get from our unit and by the first-rate building amenities being offered to residents here. The experience of making Gables Republic Tower our new home so far has exceeded our expectations. GRT residents that weve come across are super nice and very courteous. The leasing office staff has been very on top of things, professional and accommodating, which helped make the moving process relatively painless. Considering this is downtown living, weve been pleasantly surprised by how quite our evenings have been and how minimal general traffic in and around the building has been. So, 5 stars for our overall experience so far and for the high quality of living GRT has provided for its residents.

(Shoutout to Tom, he’s my favorite). Let’s not forget to mention the AMAZING views. This apartment is truly the best place I ever lived!

Living downtown has been an amazing experience. The location of the Republic Tower keeps you steps from some of the best restaurants and shopping downtown has to offer. The apartment amenities are great and the amazing staff on hand only enhances your stay. The Gables Tower offers scenic views of the downtown skyline giving residents views unlike any other!

Lived here for 15 months and it was easily the best apartment experience I’ve had. Views are awesome, location is great, and staff is very helpful. Everyone I met at the complex was friendly, as well.Utilities, valet trash, and the parking garage (specifically the gates) are slight drawbacks, but they’re very small hassles to deal with given what you’re getting at this apartment overall.

First rate maintenance work from Ben. Repaired the leaking HVAC, hardware for the shower, storage racks, cabinets, and a few other things. Knowledgeable guy who works quickly. Super pleased with all that hes done. Everyone has been this good. Thomas who was our rental agent. Vanessa who helped with move in, especially since were did it remotely with a friend helping us in Dallas.

I just signed a one year lease with the residences of Gables Republic. Not a process I am at all familiar with (or apparently good at:-) I have been dealing with Vanessa. What can I say?! she is probably one of the most professional, calm and helpful people I have ever dealt with. She followed through in every single commitment and question. She went ABOVE and BEYOND what I would have hoped for. I move in March 5th and I feel so much more at ease moving after speaking with Vanessa. She is truly fabulous. One of those employees everyone of us needs:-)

By far the best place to live in downtown Dallas. I lived here for 5 years and enjoyed every day of it. The office staff, Shelley and Tom are very friendly, helpful and always making sure all is well. Last but not least, the views from this tower and the rooftop are spectacular to come home to. I highly recommend living in this tower.

Check out the Gables Republic Tower if you love being in a walkable area and having friendly neighbors. The price is hard to beat and the views area awesome! The Gables staff is always helpful and professional and we have enjoyed using many of the building amenities. We love having DART dates and not needing my car on a daily basis is a great perk!

We applied and got our approval with a move-in date within 48hrs. WOW! Such a relief! One less thing we have to tackle, moving 774 miles away! I HIGHLY Recommend working with Vanessa/Carla. What I love the most of this place is their thoughtfulness and concern for our furry fam-bam. While many other places don’t want pets in their building, here, they are more than welcoming. I love the view from our 24th floor & everything we need for the house is right around the bend. The building is totally secured, so you leave the house for work worry free.

Lived here for 6 months after moving to Dallas. I love the location within walking distance of Arts District, Deep Ellum and Klyde Warren Park. I do not have a car yet but the DART right outside makes it easy to get to DFW and shopping. Also free M Trolley around corner goes right to Uptown and Whole Foods. I use the gym and business center with free WiFi and printer regularly. All the management team are helpful and friendly. Highly recommended
