After a month here, I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, and it feels like they genuinely care about the residents. This past weekend the manager, Brenda, made sure that I was aware of the onsite, complimentary breakfast for all residents in the 7th floor entertainment spaces. The amenities are top-notch—especially the gym, which is always clean and ready to use. I am enjoying my apartment, and the view is amazing!Noise levels are low, which makes it a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind after a long day. Most importantly, I feel safe. I look forward to whats next here!

Weve lived at Gables Park 17 for almost 8 years, and we couldnt be happier. The Management Team is always accessible and willing to help in any way they can. If we need maintenance they usually arrive within 24 hrs to resolve the issue. We also love the location. Being close to the American Airlines Center, Klyde Warren Park, restaurants, and the Tom Thumb grocery store makes everyday living a piece of cake. We also enjoy, and often use the amenities floor. I go there daily to enjoy a cup of coffee, read, and write songs. My wife uses the gym and pool a lot. When we moved in it was a different lifestyle for us. And were glad we made the change.

To anyone who is new to the Dallas area looking a new home or is considering moving to another complex, please do not look any further! Gables Park 17 provides a great residential living experience with a staff that listens to your concerns and needs and works very hard to make those changes happen.To speak upon my experience living here, I am writing this review after re-signing with the help and support from Jerold Cloud. As my lease came to an end, I started considering other apartment options in the Dallas area where I thought I found a new home. While trying to move out of Gables Park 17 into the new apartment, it became very evident that the I would not receive the same level of care, expertise, attention, and timeliness as Jerold Cloud and the rest of Gables Park 17 can and does consistently provide for its residents. Long story short - Jerold provided a level of service that went above and beyond my concerns and needs and made sure that I would be taken care of.Thanks to Jerold, I am happily re-signing and extending my current lease at Gables Park 17. Thank you again very much for all your help and support, Jerold!

I lived there for about 8 months, it was awesome! Unfortunately, my company put me through a relocation and I had to leave my high-rise life.Jerold Cloud helped me navigate my options in leaving and found the best situation for me! Hes been with the building for quite awhile and knows most of the residents on first name basis.Additionally, concierges Dan and Edgar are absolutely wonderful. I miss my home.

I have lived here for over 7 years. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the living here. The front office staff has always been helpful and the maintenance crew takes action. There are a few things that could be better, but I’ve lived in several communities in Dallas and there is a reason why I have been here for so long. I recommend this to anyone looking for a home in a great location. Walking distance to all types of great spots around uptown and victory park, including the AA center and Katy Trail.

Great apartments. The location is incredible-restaurants, AA Center, and soon a Tom Thumb grocery a block away. We’ve lived here about six months and love it. It is quiet - I’ve never heard ANY noise from neighbors. The management is great - any maintenance requests are handled promptly, usually within 24 hours. Great fitness facility and common areas. The pool is beautiful. We’re on the 23rd floor and the views are breathtaking.

My fiancé and I moved here from Austin , and we wanted live in an area with with a great location that’s assessable to everything . Fortunately, on our hunt for apartments, we came across Gables park 17 and we were instantly amazed. Not only is it in a great location but the property itself is absolutely beautiful and the amenities are outstanding. They have a rooftop pool , an amazing gym with all the equipment you need and even a coffee machine so you can skip your starbucks runs . But it gets better , the property management and maintenance team are on top of everything and keep the property clean and organized. I will definitely be renewing my lease here once it’s time.

I currently reside at Gables Park 17, and I must say, its an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped foot into the community, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The new manager, in particular, deserves special mention for going out of her way to introduce herself to me and my dog. Their dedication to creating a welcoming and enjoyable living environment truly sets this place apart. Aside from the remarkable swimming pool, Gables Park 17 offers a range of other fantastic amenities. The fitness center is well-equipped with state-of-the-art exercise machines and offers ample space for all types of workouts. Its a great place to stay fit and healthy without having to leave the comfort of the community. One aspect that impressed me was the attention to detail and the maintenance of the facilities. The entire community is kept impeccably clean and well-maintained, giving off an overall sense of pride and care. The maintenance staff is prompt and efficient, always ensuring that any concerns or issues are addressed promptly.

I have been leaving at Gable 17 since June 2017.Stephanie, Jerold and all the leasing offices staff are always very professional, among being extremely understandable cooperative and friendly. The building it is always kept in shape shape, clean, efficient and safe. Maintenance Team it has been acting within few hours from any request I have made so far. Concierge Team has been always efficient and welcoming with a smile. Location is getting better and better every year, high end restaurant bar, groceries stores are opening. Best place to live in Dallas.

I stayed at the property for a year and would have for longer if I didn’t have a few other properties.I first want to say the location in uptown is one of my favorites. Easy to walk to almost everywhere.Secondly I feel it’s necessary to say there are some staples of management to the gables that make it home. Jill at the front desk embodies hospitality. Countless times I’ve come down to the front desk to see other residents gathered around to spend time and socialize because she is there. No other concierge in any apartment, penthouse or hotel has had this influence. Jill you certainly turn it into a home.Jerald you will find to be efficient and humorous all at the same time. He’s been there for years and one of the best.The gym is always clean, air conditioned and had a great selection of weights and typically only 1-2 people if anyone in it.The only disadvantage I have to say is the elevators and summertime. 2 out of 4 worked and we definitely ended up like sardines at times which was… humid, hot and a little miserable.However that tends to happen at a few buildings.The Christopher across the road has the same issue in fact.I personally loved my time and the complex.

I am still in the process of leasing an apt at Gables Park 17. Jerold has been a huge help since the day I came to view the apartment building to now. He is definitely very persistent and every layout I asked him for, he immediately informed me when it came available! We are in the process of my minor leasing issue, but hopefully it will be resolved and I can officially sign and move in!The building itself is very unique. The decor in the lobby to the hallways, filled with interesting portraits hanging. I find most of them to be entertaining and funny to look at. I am NOT a huge fan of the green back-splash in the units kitchen, but it will do. The view is amazing if you have the uptown and downtown views. The balconies are huge compared to the other apartments I had viewed. The amenities at this apartment really wowed me, especially the movie theater and infinity pool! The location is ideal, close to a lot of restaurants which I liked.I have not moved in yet, but will update my experience on this review.If you are looking to lease at Gables Park 17, ask for Jerold Cloud. He will take care of you! Best leasing agent I have worked with from all the years I have rented.

Very accommodating and professional staff. Maintenance crew are prompt and courteous. Walking distance to many excellent restaurants and parks. Good quality neighbors. Lacks the homeless situation we found when living closer to the downtown area of Dallas. A pleasant experience and am sorry to be leaving. They are really boosting rents and folks are complaining and fleeing. Ours was boosted over $500 a month and as much as I enjoy the property, it simply isnt worth that amount.

This has been a fantastic place to live. Really first class. The management, maintenance team, house keeping and concierges are all top notch and take care of the residents. You arent just a number around here. Many of the people know me by name. It is a great community and you are well taken care of.The location is hard to beat. The amenities here are also really nice. The building is kept up really well. My biggest complaint (which isnt a huge deal) is that the balconies get filthy. If I go out barefoot I come back with black feet. There is no water hookup for a hose to clean them. I wish this was something they were able to clean, but I do love the balcony other than that.

Topnotch apartment! I am honestly surprised it isn’t rated complete 5 stars.First off; for the amount of Square footage you get this apartment complex, it’s unbelievable at the price!You get the luxury of high rise living with a beautiful view, & beautiful amenities, right in the heart of Dallas. The concierge is always there 24/7 to take care of your guests and well as deliveries or any general needs you may have.The management team is responsive, and are always willing to help. Especially Stephanie, she’s literally god-sent, you probably won’t find better elsewhere.I’ve lived in this property for over a year, and I’ll say that as far as luxury apartments go, this is unbeatable!

Lived at the gables for two years, and I must say it was one of the most family oriented environments that I’ve experienced in luxury high rise living.Attentiveness is common, but building a personal relationship with your tenants is rare and in our case, Gables Park 17 took the time to do so. Even in the midst of error, we were always approached as a friend instead of tenant. From top to bottom, everyone that works on the property takes pride and enjoys what they do which makes for an excellent living experience. The head leasing agent, Jerrold, is by the book, kind, and consistent, and he holds everyone around to the same standards. The assistant property manager is “AWESOME SAUCE”. I admire Stephanie a lot, not just because she’s nice, but because she in a lead position but will do whatever needs to be done outside of our job description. I honestly can’t say there’s been a time where I’ve called in need, and she said that she would have an office agent call me back! If Stephanie answers, she going to see whatever is needed all the way through to it’s done! They also, have a great concierge by the name of Daniel. Always lively, willing to help, and working hard. He’s the ideal person you want to pass up daily in the midst of coming in from a long day, whether it’s a bit of encouragement or just a simple reality check by way of cowboys game conversation, he’s your guy!The Gables is an outstanding property with an even greater staff. This is the place to inquire about if you’re looking for family oriented luxury living!!!

I have lived in Gables Park 17 for 5 months now and after the current power outage in February I have to say its been a Great experience. Gables Park 17 went above and beyond in making sure all residence had Hotel accommodations and paid an enormous amount to each residence per day for food and incedetails.Jerold also has done an outstanding job communicating to the residence about where they are at in the process of restoration and what to expect day by day.I have lived in several properties in Downtown Dallas and I have to say Gables Park 17 has been the best experience.I encourage anyone thinking about moving here that you will not be disappointed with the property or the Management Team.I Love Gables Park 17!

Great location, good neighbors, rent very reasonable for the area. The amenity areas are top notch, and maintenance is fast (24 hour guarantee.) Its also nice that the gables staff has very low turnover, in 3 years Jerold is still here, and the maintenance staff hasnt changed. Concierge changes often, but its a contract job from what I can tell. Overall for the 3 f us we are very happy.

Jerold on the other hand has been my favorite property manager by far! I have been a resident at Gables Park 17 for 6 months so far, and its honestly the best apartment complex Ive ever lived in! Ive leased at other Gables properties in the uptown Dallas area, as well as other high-rises like the Cirque. I enjoy being right in the middle of uptown at Gables Park 17, with easy access to all the major highways as well as being in walking distance to restaurants, bars, Klyde Warren Park, the AAC, and the Dallas Museum of Art (to name just a few places!).What sets Gables Park 17 apart is the property management company. The building itself is beautifully constructed, with luxury features in every unit. And any time anything is amiss or needs work, the property management team (and the concierge and leasing team too!) is always on top of it. As any seasoned apartment renter will tell you -- things will need maintenance/upgrading/etc. Gables Park 17 always promptly and cheerfully completes work orders, addresses any issue raised by residents or guests, and recently have been fully upgrading areas of the property like the pool and the gym. I toured 20+ apartments in the uptown/Victory Park area, and Gables Park 17 was far and away the best choice for me. So happy I moved here!

Being in this area…I feel safe. Generally, downtown Dallas is safer than most downtowns. But, this area feels much safer and has less activity. Not only is the Park 17 building very nice looking, but so are most of the surrounding buildings. It is a clean area to be in as well.The style of the Gables Park 17 apartments is modern but sensible. There are some very attractive kitchens, living rooms and bath areas, complete with beautiful floors, sparkling appliances and other innovative features. They really get the modern feel right, but without going overboard or being “too” artistic. The apartment is very inviting and comfortable feeling. Perfect place for having a small party to impress.I found the Gables Park 17 apartment had these Strengths:• Gorgeous Kitchens – The kitchen just didn’t have any weak spots. Pretty green subway backsplash tile. Plenty of cabinet space…PLENTY! Even glass front cabinets. Sooo nice!• Granite Countertops – They were thick and beautiful.• Hardwood Floors – Not only are they pretty, but they were the GROOVED kind. Not hand scraped, but close. (I wish the floors were a little lighter, because it would make things look bigger and more inviting.)• Patios/Balconies INCLUDED – And that is a big deal, because you have some fantastic views here.• PLENTY OF GLASS – All glass walls that look over Downtown and Uptown Dallas brighten up the apartment big time!• Newer appliances – Stainless steel appliances, and higher tier brands as well. They didn’t cut corners on this one.• Nice size Closets – These closets are large, love them!• Programmable Thermostat – This is a BIG deal! If you travel a lot or don’t work out of your apartment, would it be nice to have your thermostat adjust to make your utilities cheaper while you are gone? Only a few places in Uptown have this great feature, and Park 17 is one of the few.• Washer/dryer INCLUDED – very nice.AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT:• No walk in showers – Not many people I know use a tub much. Instead, we love the walk in shower. The Gables Park 17 had the standard tub/shower combo, however.• No Gas – Really would like to have seen gas ovens here. Not that the oven was bad, it was nice. Gables Park 17 is the Epitome of High Rise Luxury Living in Uptown Dallas. Me and my dog value our privacy and this place is offers secured entry way and multiple security cameras. From the all granite tops in the kitchen, bathroom and Island table, the huge planks of hardwood floors, the floor to ceiling windows is just pure joy living in a High Rise Residential. The 7th floor view is Priceless, the salt water pool, gym, 7th floor Park, Business Office and all the appointed recreational activities like the pool table, Cinema Theater, Poker room to top it off there is free Starbucks machine for all residents. The 24 Consierge and to my Community Manager and her Super Leasing Consultants, I would like to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

After the recent ice storm and power outage, when the power was restored, it caused a surge that set our generator on fire. The fire sent plums of smoke throughout the building. Luckily we live at Gables Park 17 who stepped up and provided us with lodging and a per diem for for food. Over and above the professionalism they showed during the crisis they also abated our March rent. After speaking with a mentor or mine for the past 40 years, and listening to him tell me that professional organizations do the right thing before being asked, I realized that this was just a bump in the road of life. During the coldest part of the winter storm I looked down from the 30th floor of the Westin Hotel, at the Convention Center that was housing hundreds of homeless, and realized how blessed we were to have a professional organization doing the right thing. We count our blessings every day and we are grateful we chose Gables Park 17 as our home. Thank you John, Stephanie, Jerold, and the rest of the Gables team.
