I go to visit my friend on the weekends, and the property is always well presentable. Bright, clean, and everyone is always polite, and everyone is always having a nice time by the pool. This is a phenomenal place, I love the weekend visits here.

Chasity is wonderful! From the beginning with our tour, to the renting process, to getting our keys, she made us feel so excited and taken care of. I am in love with my place. Since Day one everything went smoothly.My previous apartments had a fire which flooded out my unit. Unfortunately management could not place me in another unit and told me it would take weeks to fix my floors and drain out the water damage. I came to the Gables and Chasity was very sympathetic to my issue. Thankfully my previous apartments let me out of my lease and Chasity was able to get me in an available unit right away. I believe an apartment building is as nice as its management. They were so welcoming and empathetic to my situation.This is a perfect place to live. It’s away from Westheimer, very secure, quiet,clean and convenient to the grocery stores near by. I highly recommend this place. I’m very pleased.

Love the costumer service. Everyone is very helpful. I really enjoy that they answer all my questions and keep everything clean. You cant bet the price for the area and the amount of space you get.

Gables 6464 has some very nice floor plans. They have some 2 bedroom lofts that are roomy and nice. Most of all the customer service is the best. My husband and I were looking for a new home and met the leasing agent, Chasity. She was really nice and showed me some apartments on two different occasions because I could not make up my mind on what I wanted. I remembered her as being patient, friendly and very accommodating. She answered every question we had and made friendly conversation. I have not experienced this kind of warmth at other apartment complexes I have visited. The second time I went to see the apartment, I was running late and she waited for me so that she could show a certain floorplan I was interested in. I will never forget her generosity and kindness. Thank you Chasity for making my apartment search such a pleasant experience.

I have lived at 6464 gables for many years. I really need to compliment 2 maintenance workers - Ronald and Juan!!! I truly do not have problems in my fabulous apartment - but recently after the rain storm I had a leak!!! They both were truly taking care of everything !!! Even took care of my smoke detector! The both of them are so great.Thank you Ronald and Juan for being so wonderful and helpful during my weather disaster. The best of the best. 😊

New tenant here! The application process and everything was so great and smooth. Applied on a Thursday and got approved the next day, that’s how fast and easy the process was! Chris helped us and was very responsive and informative when it came to any questions we had. The leasing team Chris & Dana are very friendly and welcoming. The communication here so far is great and I’m really looking forward to my new apartment. Also, it is such a great location, Whole Foods, HEB, and Kroger all within a 5min drive or less.

I have enjoyed being a resident of this apartment community. One of its best features is the fact that it is not a large property. Noise levels are relatively low, even for units with a pool view, which is really appreciated. Additionally, the maintenance crew is very responsive to resident needs. Work orders can be submitted 24/7 via the online resident portal which is an added convenience. That same portal can be used to submit rent payments, too. Finally, the new management has devoted significant effort into updating the property. Recently, bird deterrents have been installed in the parking garage which equals cleaner cars for residents, the pool deck has been replaced and looks amazing, and finally, the entire exterior of the the community has been repainted. Nice!

I would like to say how very delighted I am to see the changes Ive seen in the last few weeks here! Our new manager, Chris, has been a breath of fresh air after the last several months as he immediately took ownership of how the property looked and he cares about us as residents! The lights on the west side of the garage on the first floor are working, hes working with the vendor to ensure they are addressing issues with the gates, the pool benches that were stacked in the garage for the last five months have been removed, I havent had to beg and plead that the pet stations be emptied since he got here . . . so many things and he just started less than a month ago! He sees things because he looks for things and he addresses things that need addressed! Rents had increased in the area well before he arrived at our property as so many other costs have increased in recent months with inflation, etc., that were dealing with now but I was extremely discouraged because I consider my apartment my home and the appearance of the property had diminished so quickly. Now, Im encouraged and so grateful that our local management cares about us as residents and they care about the property. Theres more to do but Chris and our wonderful leasing agent, Dana, make such a great team and I cant begin to tell you the difference theyve made in such a short time!! Thank you both!

I am in my second year living here and love it. The location has great walk ability to nearby stores/shops/restaurants anything you need. Not to mention Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s right behind us.The maintenance team works so hard and Pablo the maintenance manager is always smiling and says hello. Victoria is always eager to help me if I need anything at all and makes me feel important. I know I’ve made a great choice to live here.

I have been with gables since 2014 and since the new Manager arrived last year it has been a MAJOR improvement. WE have had upgrades and maintenance improvements and excellent communication. I also appreciate that Taghi constantly reiterates good citizenship for all of the residents. Most importantly I am not pet owner and for those who own pets cleanliness is enforced which has made a HUGE difference. We are looking to build a new home and decided to renew our lease rather than move to Pearland to be closer to the new construction just because we are pleased with the management and maintenance staff.

I lived here about a year but I really enjoyed it. Rebecca did a fabulous job when I needed help and made my transition out very smooth. I moved because of my job otherwise I would still be there. I recommend this property. I like the layout and the garage. It was the best value in town for what I was looking for.

My family and I lived at the Gables 6464 for several months while our home was being renovated. Taigi and Victoria are wonderful and they do a great job running a first-class operation! The Gables location is perfect - you can walk to some of the best restaurants and stores in Houston. The apartments are very nice, amenities like the pool and fitness center are awesome, and the community and neighbors are lovely. I cant recommend Gables 6464 enough.

New Resident here. I give 5 stars. What should have been a chaotic move-in, (days before Christmas), was smooth. Both Taigi and Victoria are sweet and work hard to accommodate requests. They also listen to suggestions. For a larger complex, they handle the load well. Welcome gift left, it was awesome...this felt genuine, thought through. Ie: green cleaning supplies: paper towels, eco sponges, granite cleaner, enough tissue to start for all my bathrooms. (Lol) Everything you could think of to help leave a light footprint and give a great fresh start. Pictures of residence are dated. Don’t be deterred. Come look. It’s a nice place. Traditional look. Guests are impressed. Very unique high ceilings. Units are spacious, w/ large bathrooms. Lots of light. Looks great from outside, even better inside. Great walkability to local stores/ groceries. New ones popping up regularly. Maintenance is very responsive. I’ve had several requests, routine things that come with apt age...handled same day generally. Pretty quiet location, and neighbors are friendly.
