    I’ve been a resident since 2023 and I haven’t interacted with the office much other than coming to get coffee. Since meeting the assistant manager Aspen, I find myself walking my dog to the office every day so he can get his daily treat. The ladies in the office are all amazing and friendly but Aspen stands out above them all. The maintenance men are absolutely fantastic, I’ve never been more satisfied with the turnaround time with work orders. I love living here at Franciscan. I would recommend it to anyone of my friends.

    The people who work and represent these apartments are the best group of people to help you get into a new apartment! The assistant manager, Aspen goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and comfortable as well as the rest of her team! Couldn’t thank them enough for helping me through the process getting my new apartment!

    If you do rent here keep in mind it’s a older apartment complex so your stay might not be perfect, I’ve had drainage issues, shower head broke, the unit I moved into was vacant for a while so the shower water was dirty when I first moved in and smelt like rotten eggs, never received a valet trashcan (lived here for 2 months so far), with all the negatives aspen has been the biggest help in making our stay as pleasant as possible. Every issue we have had aspen has been very attentive and helpful. The maintenance men are always respond quickly and do a great job at repairing whatever needs to be fixed. Aspen is the assistant manager but she should be the main manager because anytime we have had a issue she gets it fixed immediately, whenever you bring a issue up to the main manager she seems to not care that much. A example of this would be I told the manager 2 weeks into my stay about not receiving a valet trash can and she told me she would order one, now 2 months later I go into to tell aspen I never receive it and aspen is getting it resolved in the same day. So if you do lease from this apartment aspen will do everything in her power to make sure your stay at Franciscan is comfortable as possible!Also would like to add the location is amazing , easy access to almost everywhere and the apartment is by a dog park and lots of beautiful trails.Keep in mind if you’ve never lived in euless the water is awful and is an ongoing issue for every resident. It tastes like mud water so you might want to invest in a water filtration system for every faucet.

    My moving experience was a little different as I was moving from Alabama to here and unable to actually see the place in person. Angela was an incredible help through the whole experiences and going above and beyond to answer my questions or send me some pictures of the actual unit I would be renting.Finally moved in and loving this complex so far!also I have a pretty great view from my patio!

    Our first interaction was with Sarah, who rightfully so, deserves all the positive reviews that have gathered here. She was calm, kind and understanding in her demeanor; more importantly, she listened to what we had to say.Next comes Isabel (the property manager); I’m yet to come across someone who keeps customer/client service as a priority as much as she does. She was pleasant to interact with, and kind in the way she handled our needs and understood where we were coming from; at no point during our conversations, did we ever feel like we were being rushed around.We are so glad that we came across this community and we are looking forward to joining the Franciscan.Thank you again, Isabel and Sarah!     ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cant say enough good things about my leasing agent Sarah! From the moment I walked into the property, she impressed me with her extensive knowledge. She knew every detail about the property, from the amenities to the floor plans. Not only that, but she was incredibly transparent throughout the entire process. She made sure I understood all the terms and conditions, and there were no surprises along the way.What really stood out to me was how she knew exactly how to sell the property. She highlighted all the unique features and benefits that made it an ideal place to live. It was clear that she genuinely cared about finding the perfect fit for me.On top of that, she made the application process a breeze. She kept me updated every step of the way, letting me know the status of my application and what to expect next.     The staff worked with me on getting a great deal and getting moved in at the time needed. The apartment was clean, in excellent condition and such a relief from my last property. I only needed one small light fixture replaced, and it was swapped quickly! The community is well kept and quiet as well which I need as I work shift work around the clock. I enjoy this neighborhood and the amenities nearby as well. I appreciate the staffs thorough care, follow up and communication! They really do call you back and follow up about questions and issues. You don’t get ignored or forgotten which is professional and how it should be! Definitely recommend.

    Update: 6/7/24 -I moved from this property for a couple years and moved back. I have to say, still a 5 star experience. Isabel is super friendly and willing to help and their new assistant is always friendly and willing to chat. Maintain team is still prompt and friendly and even remembers names and issues to follow up on. Also, the neighbors are super nice. Great gym, great pool, meh parking but thats minor to me.I have been living in apartments since I was 18, switching almost every other year. At 32 I can say this is probably one of my favorite properties I have ever lived on. I see a lot of people saying a lot of negative things on here, but I have found that any issue I have had, with proper communication with the office staff, they are very accommodating and on top of. Yes, they have gone through a few different people in the office and on the maintenance team, but it seems as if everyone they got rid of was replaced by someone a TON better.The maintenance staff: A-1! They are SUUUUPER friendly guys who take time to talk to you and are on top of requests pretty quickly. I went on vacation and came back to a broken AC in August and they came out at 2AM and worked until it was fixed. Amazing service!The office staff: These ladies are great! I knew they were accommodating when I explained that my sister wasnt able to get to my home easily in her wheelchair because the handicapped spot was so far away and over a speed bump, and they offered to get one painted for me closer so that she was able to visit.Suggestions: More dog poop pick up and trash receptacles. We have a lot of pets on property so lots of poop happens!I would bet that most problems that residents are having are because of lack of communication with the office. People tend to forget that just because you are paying to live somewhere doesnt mean they can read your mind. Just like everything else in life, without communication nothing gets accomplished.Go to here.

    Exceptional experience i was greeted by Sarah her introduction was very warm and inviting. She was extremely friendly, professional and very informative. The layout and personal touch in the office and apartment couldnt be more beautiful and so welcoming!. This place is Five Star worthy.     Just recently moved into The Franciscan! Cassidy was a huge help throughout the moving process. Timely with responses and great customer service! My boyfriend and I love how clean and professional the complex and staff has been with out transition. Would definitely recommend to a family member or friend!I am updating my review due to current customer service! The maintenance staff is very efficient & the quality of work is great. Our water heater was leaking and within 30 minutes after calling the emergency maintenance number they were there to fix it! Also place a work order for dishwasher which wasn’t running properly and it was fixed in two days! I’ve lived places where it takes a week or two to get somebody over. They show up and get the job done! I’ve enjoyed living here!

    I have lived here since May of 2020 and I can finally say I found a home here. Shelby Autry & Cassidy Lane as well as the entire staff at Franciscan at Bear Creek have been amazing. They are so attentive to every concern and inquiry I bring to their attention. They are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and make living here so wonderful. They always answer the phones promptly, reply to my emails and put a lot of love into what they do to ensure their residents are happy. They have the friendliest maintenance staff ever- they are so helpful and kind and wave when they see you entering/leaving the apartment complex. I have put in multiple routine maintenance requests, and am in process of transferring to a different apartment here and in all situations that have seemed like they were going to be overwhelming and/or stressful, Shelby, Cassidy and Angela have seen through each situation of mine from start to finish seamlessly. I love the leasing agents and managers here at Franciscan and it’s a huge part of why I will stay a resident.

    Beautifully kept grounds, apartments are good size with wonderful amenities. The office staff is efficient and friendly, Shelby has been a joy to work with, she is knowledgeable and helped us find the right apartment within our price range. The office area with the open kitchen and pool room are very inviting as well as nicely decorated. Thank you Shelby for your help you made everything easy and it really feels we are home.

    I have lived in apartments most of my adult life and I have never had more of a positive experience than the one I had when I moved into the Franciscan at Bear Creek. All of the staff are friendly, personable, and they remember you! They make the area feel more like a community instead of an apartment complex. I have lived here for a month and so far it has been very pleasant! Angie, the Assistant Manager is amazing and super accommodating. I look forward to the rest of my time here!

    I came from another CAF property and was less than impressed, but I have had nothing short of a phenomenal experience at the Franciscan. Shelby went above and beyond to make sure that my roommate and I were very welcome. She spent over 3 hours getting our lease completed as it should have been and provided EXCELLENT service. She is an asset to your company and she be commended for the work she does. The property itself is beautiful and the maintenance staff does a great job.

    I’ve lived at the Franciscan almost 3 years and really enjoy my updated and bright apartment. I’ve had some maintenance issues but the management was responsive, and the maintenance team is courteous and helpful. The grounds and pool are well cared for. The complex is overall pretty quiet and great location near 360 — but not too near that you have to listen to the traffic! Management offers occasional treats and movie night snacks which is nice personal touch for the residents.I lived at a much more expensive complex off 121 and Glade with more noise and traffic issues. Even though the Franciscan is an older complex, my apartment with real wood burning fireplace, large deck and attached garage is a much better value. I highly recommend.

    Signed a lease after meeting with Angie in the office. She had the best customer service. The staff is fantastic. The amenities are AMAZING! The resort style pool is absolutely perfect with this Texas weather and its very well kept. The community is very dog friendly, my dogs are always so excited to play. Maintenance is on point with their response time. Its convenient located near many different things to do. This is home and I highly recommend. The Franciscan at bear creek are a pleasure to live in.

    I enjoy my home away from home. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Cassidy and the Maintenance team are very responsive. My A/C went out and the team was there and had it fixed immediately. The Franciscan at Bear Creek has many amenities I have never had before in other places. Great place to call home.

    When going through the entire process, we had an incredible experience. Angela was very helpful answering all the questions that we had for her. we were able to get all paperwork signed prior to our move in date so we could start unloading about 10 min after meeting with them. The apartment looks incredible and when we noticed a few things needed to be fixed we had maintenance in the apartment within 15 min. We look forward to the time we will spend here as a family and will recommend to anyone.

    These apartments are awesome!!! Maintenance Is freaky fast and it’s quite and over just over all nice. The pool area and the gym are great amenities and the over all grounds of the complex are nice. Plus the management staff in the office are wonderful! As long as you are a good tenant they are understanding and work with you. By far the best complex I have ever lived in keep it up.

My wife and I love it here, we knew from the first day we walked into the office that this was going to be our next home. The Management staff are totally awesome (Shelby, Angie, Cassidy) are so professional, nice, and caring about the residents here, they will take care of you day one. They go over and beyond to get any problem or issue you may have resolved quickly. I would also like to mention the maintenance staff they to are professional and nice they fix the problem correctly the first time out and do not leave a mess.     We moved here just before thanksgiving, and I couldn’t say enough great things about this complex. From the moment we first walked in the office Angela was so welcoming and super friendly. Shelby is so sweet every time I go in the office as well. The maintenance is so hardworking and gets everything taken care of in such a timely manner. The apartments themselves are so beautiful and I’m extremely happy we picked this as our home. I highly recommend this complex!

    I’ve lived here for about 6 months now and I love it. The facility is well kept and maintenance calls are always completed in a timely manner. Craig the maintenance guy is super friendly and always waves and smiles when he’s driving around the complex. The ladies in the front office are always sweet and prompt when I go into the office. The only downside I can see about living here is the limited guest parking, but there’s plenty of reserved covered spots and garages available. The workout and pool facility is simple but always clean. Overall I plan to stay here for years to come.

Angela and Ashley were great managers they communicate very well with the residents and also willing to help as much as they can.     We’ve lived here for about two weeks. Shelby and Cassidy have been super responsive to everything we’ve needed! Also really nice and cool on top of that.     I have been a resident for 3 months now and these are my thoughts through that time. I hope this helps anyone browsing for apartments. I will try to be thorough!First, I specifically chose this community because I was looking for a smaller and quieter community. The Franciscan is in an area packed with different complexes and I visited most of them. I do not regret my choice. The community is quiet and I havent experienced a noise issue of any sort.Second, the leasing staff is always responsive. I can call or send emails and they will always get back to me quickly if not immediately. I tend to ask a lot of questions, so having a responsive staff is particularly important for me. Thanks Shelby and Angie for all your help.Third, the apartment perks, such as parcel lockers and valet trash, can be seen as an unnecessary cost for some (and thats okay) but I personally love that these services are available. The lockers, especially. Rarely, the postal workers wont use them but they usually do. Knowing my packages are secure is a small but important comfort.Fourth, parking can be an issue for guests and residents if they arrive later in the night. I purchased a covered spot specifically for this reason. There are generally spots available, its just a matter of walking distance. If you plan to be a resident, I would recommend purchasing a spot or a garage. Just my personal opinion!The only con to living here the first 3 months is the extensive construction work being done on Ash Lane. This affects all apartments on this stretch of road and is obviously outside the control of any of the complexes. It can be a pain but it will hopefully be done within a month or two. This point can probably be considered irrelevant if youre reading this well after March 2020.Overall, I would recommend the Franciscan. Its still 9 months until the end of my lease but if I had to choose now, I would renew without hesitation.

    Franciscan is where I have had several friends live over the years and they always loved it. We have decided to remodel our house and needed to rent an apartment for the interim and were on a time crunch to get something secured! Cassidy was able to get us approved in less than 24 hours and had move in set EXACTLY in the timeline we needed! The unit is perfect for us, totally upgraded, and her communication has been A++! Highly recommend!

    I absolutely love this apartment. From start to finish and I’ve looked at many different apartment complexes. Franciscan in its entirety has amazing staff that know what they’re talking about, know how to excite new tenants on their new homes. They send out friendly reminders of security and comfort making sure all residents do their part in the community. They also have quality people living here too so getting to know your neighbors is so much easier and fun!I’m renewing my lease and staying here!Thank you guys so much for the help during hardships and being so kind and professional!     I stopped in to look at apartments for my daughter. I absolutely loved this community. Though she found another home on her own, I fell in love with the atmosphere at this complex. But most importantly, the young lady, Cassidy Lane, that helped me was awesome. She answered all my questions and was so patient with me. She was knowledgeable and her attitude was contagious. You could tell she truly loves her job. I would definitely recommend The Franciscan at Bear Creek.

    My husband and I have lived here for over 6 months and we ABSOLUTELY Love it!!!!The community is so warm and welcome, when our friends and family come they never want to leave !The office staff is AMAZING, the maintenance is AMAZING, and even location is AMAZING!     I have enjoyed my time here. Angie at the office always answers the phone and she is super nice and prompt. Ashley the property manager is also very nice . They’ve made me feel right at home since day one. I don’t see my self moving any time soon.On a side note: their maintenance crew deserves more praise. They’re very quick when responding to service request and are willing to help. One time our fridge stopped working and at 11:30 pm at night they replaced it with a working one. I’m super pleased with everyone here

    My husband and I have lived here for about 6 months now and were so happy with the property and our experience thus far. We have lived around the Bear Creek area for 2 years prior and this is by far the best property weve lived in. The office staff is always happy to help with any request we have and the maintenance staff is fast, courteous and effective. We have a dog and I love that the apartments are so close to the Bear Creek dog park, very convenient. The apartment is also a great size, so if my dog wants to run around, he has the room for it. As a pet owner I also appreciate the fact that their pet waste stations are kept stocked, clean and taken out regularly. That was a huge problem at our last apartment, their stations were so old that the bottoms were rusted out and there were never bags lining them so the waste just went onto the ground...and people would leave it there.The office does what they can to make sure that people pick up after their pets, but they can only do so much. Ive seen other apartments do DNA testing so they can fine the owners. I think that would be a good idea, especially since that does seem to be an ongoing issue with some irresponsible owners.The only real issue I have is that parking can be a bit tight, especially if you come home late like I do at times. Weve fixed that issue though since weve rented a covered parking spot. Ill be honest, I wasnt thrilled about having to rent a spot but in the long run this has saved my husband and I so much time finding a spot when we get home late. Cause lets be real, who wants to try to find a parking spot at 2am when youve been working all day? Not me.I would 100% recommend this complex to someone who is looking for a nice, quiet community with friendly staff and neighbors. Even if the parking can be tight, the good out weights the bad by far.

    So far I have lived here about 6 months.The Pros: The office staff is great. If you go to them they are always nice and helpful. Shelby made our move in process very easy and we have had no issues at all even with Covid-19.The maintenance is the best of any apartment complex I have ever had. They are fast, they pay attention to what needs fixed, and they fix it correctly.The property looks very nice (aside from trash) and is very quiet outside the majority of the time. It also connects in the back to the park which is a huge bonus for me.The Cons: The construction here is fairly new. That being said if you have lived in apartments you will know that walls here are paper thin. Be prepared for that. The new people who moved in above me play loud TV/music from 5am to 11pm, the bass comes in super clear all day long. Walking sounds like elephants and you can clearly hear conversations outside of your apartment. Smells also travel through the thin walls, the master bedroom wall I share with and Indian family on the other side. Everything we own on that side of the house stinks like spices no matter how much I clean and wash it.Trash. The complex has one dumpster and valet trash. Even though the management keeps up with it, there are always trash bags in the halls and the dumpster itself has huge piles on holidays and non-valet days. This is due to the residents, not the company. The people that live here cant seem to put trash into the trash bins. Then others just pile on top of it over and over until its a dump.Parking. Not as bad as other places I have lived, but again if you live in an apartment complex there is never enough parking spots.

    This is a wonderful neighborhood and apartment community! After relocating here from Houston, Ive been searching for several months for the right place to live and feel at home. Then, I remembered how awesome Franciscan at Bear Creek is! My daughter once lived here for 10 years, and her experience was very positive; That, and the professionalism of the staff and their customer service made choosing to live here myself a very easy decision! Cassidy and the others were very helpful, and made the extra-mile effort to make sure everything that was needed was in place.     New to the community here at The Franciscan, however the units are top tier and the front office staff, especially Angie (Office Mgr) are tentative and responsive to any needs or concerns, if any at all. The staff will accommodate your needs as much as they can. My building is quiet for the most part and Im happy with my choice to reside on the property.

    I have lived at the Franciscan at Bear Creek for almost 5 years now, and I have had nothing short of a very satisfactory experience living here with my daughter. I have lived in three apartments here -- a 1-br, 2-br and currently living in a 3-br while also working from home. I have enjoyed living in this area in general, and more specifically in this complex as it is very family-friendly and peaceful. My daughter and I love taking walks around the blocks and through the parks and trails just walking minutes from this complex.Maintenance is very timely in accommodating maintenance requests. I have submitted as many as four, maybe five maintenance requests at one time, and within 24 --48 hours at the latest -- those issues are resolved. Within the last several years of living here, Ive only had to call once to follow up to make sure my maintenance issues would be addressed, and the only reason for the delay was that they were in the process of hiring a new maintenance manager.Aside from maintenance, every single leasing agent and manager over the years has been super accommodating even though there have been many that have come and gone. Though she no longer works at the Franciscan at Bear Creek, I have to personally mention Jessica Johns as she was the one who I signed with when I first moved into this complex.I also have to specifically mention Angela Green who recently assisted me with a noise issue I was having with my upstairs neighbors. I held my tongue for a very long time because I always want to remain tolerable of any situation no matter how harsh it may be. However, my upstairs neighbors were simply unruly with noise and disruptions. After I had initially expressed to Angela my frustrations, she let me notify her -- and when I say notify, I mean literally blow up her inbox -- as many times as it took until this noise issue was resolved (my neighbors ended up moving out of the apartment above me it was so bad). Though I am slightly heartbroken the family upstairs had to move out, I am even more thankful for Angela and the rest of the leasing staff for taking my complaints seriously. Because of them, both my daughter and I can now work, live and sleep peacefully and with no disruptions.Overall, I love living here. I wont be living here forever, but I have always felt comfortable, safe and well-taken care of every day of my living here. Neighbors here are very kind and keep to themselves. While living in my 2-bedroom apartment, I had neighbors below me who would sometimes throw parties on the weekends, but when asked to keep the noise level down, they were very considerate. I have had to call the emergency maintenance line a couple of times because I had locked myself out, and they had arrived to let me into my place within 30 minutes each time. The officer on duty at night is immediately responsive. While going through my break-up with my ex, I had felt afraid and threatened at the time, but the leasing agents at that time were very caring and assured me that I was protected. I could go on, but by now, you probably get my point. I really could not ask for a more peaceful and comfortable experience living here. Upgrades and improvements have been made to the complex over the years, too.If there is anything that could be improved on, the pool could be cleaned better/more often. One day last summer I took it upon myself to skim the pool while we were there swimming lol. Other than that...no complaints.

    We have been living here almost 6 months & so far have loved it. Plenty of room in our apt & the staff & maint team is always quick to help. Most issues have been fixed by maint team the next day! Covid caused the gym & pool to close but luckily that have reopened right as summer has warmed up and the staff have worked hard to facilitate the use of these amenities.Location is awesome with a walking trail to Bear Creek Dog Park & walking trail which we love.Only real down side is the lack of available parking. Unless you pay for a garage or covered spot, it is often possible that you cant park in front of your building, especially at night.Other than parking, we so far have loved our time here. Shelby even took us on a tour of a different floor plan today after our pool time in case we wanted to change apts. Top notch customer service!

    I want to say that over the years I’ve lived in many different communities in different states and areas across the country. This past week I visited several apartment communities near the DFW Airport due to their proximity to DFW and was impressed by most but only The Franciscan stood out. Besides having great floor planand upgrade options for the value, I wanted to also point out how well the quality of guest reception was in the front office. Cassidy and Shelby both from questions they answered over the phone and with their hospitable demeanors made my long hot week and weekend of home hunting less grueling as seemingly felt! Thank you both for your warm greeting and patience as I bombarded you with local area questions and even for advice while I picked your brains just to stay out of the heat for an extra few! I got the sense of how prideful they were to offer up local interesting thoughts and spots to hopefully someday checkout. It was really nice talking with them both and learning about the area from true local Texans! Thus giving them 5 Lone Stars!

    The place was the first home for my wife and I. We stay here for 2yrs. and some odd months. The property was really clean and quiet. The staff is amazing and they do all they can to try and accommodate the residents. If I could be knit picky so you know this review is authentic, I wish they would have a telephone key pad at both gates instead of one gate. Other than that, I recommend this place for anyone who wants a safe and cozy environment.

    ABSOLUTELY LOVE LIVING HEREIve lived at this location for over a year now. Im nearly 40 years old. This isnt my first multi-family dwelling environment, but it IS the VERY FIRST ONE in my life that Ive fulfilled a lease in, and even re-signed. Ive never waited more than a day to have a problem fixed. Most times, I dont even wait a day. Office management is extremely friendly and professional. Ive not had a bad experience yet. If I had any complaint, it would be this: I have a service dog that is of a restricted breed. The occupants of this complex must be very sensitive or scared (and Im not being hateful or degrading - my dog is big and can seem intimidating if you are not dog friendly/familiar with bigger breeds) He has, however, never become aggressive to anyone or any other animal on the property. Ive managed to be notified of several ridiculous complaints, as a result. This is more humorous than annoying, though. Love this place. 2 thumbs up, FOR SURE!

    I lived here for about two years, from 04-06 or so. I miss it. I had a two BR second floor with garage, each bathroom had a garden tub. The kitchen was bigger than the one in my house now. The staff were great and maintenance was prompt. It was a while ago but Id move back in a heartbeat if I sell my home. My only complaint was what we called the Kidney Crushers-- what seemed like really high speed bumps. Loved it there.

    Live Here Too!!I love it here. The office crew is nice. They are helpful through the good, bad, and confusing and the maintenance guys fix everything you break and even things you dont break. The floor plans are great with high-end appliances. My shower head has 4 different setting and I have 2 garden tubes. Did you know a 65 man and a baby can both fit?! (Disregard the babys expression.     Just moved in first of 2012. for the most part, the apartments are nice. Price, location, and security is pretty good. Tenants will need to mention the hottub needs to stay or the owners will join the bandwagon of permanently closing the hottub for less maintenance costs.I havent seen any bugs at all and the gates work so well even the staff doesnt know the access codes to them sometimes.Im happy to say I live here and chose a great place to live, even for the third floor.

    Been here for about 9 months so far and havent really had any problems. Its actually very quiet and peaceful at night and not alot of noise. Yes if you dont have the garage parking or the car port you will have to find parking spaces, but I mean even if you have to park far away its only like extra 30 seconds of your time to get to your apartment. They have remodeled the gym and put in new machines as well as new patio furniture for the pool area. They also have valet trash that they pick up Monday thru Thursday night outside your door, so thats a plus. The only thing that needs to be address are the in and out gates, sometimes they are broken and then it doesnt become a gated apartment complex. But usually there is a Euless police car patrolling the area to ensure safety. Overall, I think the apartments are a good deal for being so close to the airport, Grapevine and Arlington and even a Uber trip to Dallas is only 20-25 bucks if you want to go out at night. And no Im not an employee.

    The only reason why I cant give 5 starts is because we dont live here yet lol. Cassidy had just been great from the start. Whenever we have a question she has timely responses. We havent seen our unit yet, but Shelby was nice enough to show us one like it and we are pleased. In a couple of months Ill revisit this if necessary. Washer and dryer dont come in the unit and you cant access the amenities freely because of COVID. Hopefully that changes. But for now, were content.

    I had a problem with my air conditioning. The manager was very compassionate and committed to resolving the issue. I am elated to have an expedient resolution to my situation. The staff is awesome!

    Hi I just moved over here to the area I must say that the moving process was kinda difficult but at the end it was totally worth it the people in front office was completely nice in understanding and they helped me with all of my questions in our concerns in order to make my move a easy transfer.     No place is perfect, have been here a little over 3 years, but overall has been a great experience with the area, community, things to do, like i said no complex is perfect, but this has definitely a good one in terms of management even though we might not agree with many things. Overall no complaints.

    Good apartment complex to live at so far, but there is no parking anywhere. There has been several nights I can’t even find a parking spot and I live here. That is pretty ridiculous. But other than that I’ve had no issues.

    My mom has been here since 2014 and its nothing but GREAT, staff is very friendly, no bug problems what so ever, anytime there is my issue my mom has it is taken care of fast, I lived with my mom about a year or so in her 2 bedroom and it was a great experience, maitnence guys are super friendly and can fix pretty much anything, angie was super great helping my mom downsize since she has a ankle injury that was healing, I would give more stars if I could!
