Full of nasty people and barking dogs that wont stop barking for nothing.... Office people dont care dog by the back gate barks all night and day non stop but if I get rid of it Ill be the wrong guy.

I have to say I love staying here. I have been here 3 years. I stay here with no problems . I enjoy my apartment . If you don’t keep your home clean than you will get pest ... that’s anywhere .. I have to say I have no issues with that I keep my home clean. Maintenance staff is great .. office staff is great .. 💪🏼 The pool is clean . And it is very Quiet ... I love coming home .. all I have to say sometimes when people can’t pay rent they will talk bad about where they stay .. just think about it if you have been staying here over 5 months and you just realized something was wrong with your apartment. 🤔🤓 ..

I just moved here about 2 months ago and i have to say I love it. The office people are very nice. I get home from work and want to live in piece and this place is nice and quiet. It is always very clean and anytime i need a repair maintenance guy comes out quick! This is my 3rd apartment and the best one so far. Parking is tight at nights thats about the only issue I have.

I moved here from another close by apartment complex that I will not mention. I have been here 4 months and the experience from day one has just been awesome. Karla and Susie are very helpful friendly and always there when you need them. Maintenance request are intended to promptly and very professionally. Compared to where I moved from this is the Taj Mahal and it only cost me a little more. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to any body looking to live in the northwest Houston area!! The swimming pool is maintained very well and stays clean. This is a smaller apartment complex than most of them around this area and its much quieter. I also take care of many properties as thats what I do for a living , and contrary to some of the reviews that are from people that probably never paid nothing but their first months rent, maintenance here is very fast and efficient. I actually look forward to coming home in the evenings now enjoying a peaceful quiet environment. I wish I could give it six stars compared to the apartment complex that I moved to hear from that is very close by is a very large apartment complex that is full of drug dealers, people on disability so forth.! Do your homework find a nice place to live like I did.

Ive been here almost a year, and really enjoy the property. Its a very quite, friendly community.The maintenance staff is amazing, very Egure to help. They answer right away, and Every Morning I See them picking up grounds.The office staff is helpful as while, when I call they are quick to answer any questions or concerns I have. Elsa the manager is always very active in helping when I go into the office.They also host alot of community event, on Fridays they cant wait to get candy from the office.My only complaint is parking. If your home after 9 forget finding a spot.Pet friendly is a plus!!I will be renewing my lease!!!

I think this is a nice place to live my neighbors are nice the grounds are maintained and as far as any repair I have ever had it gets done fast and it gets done right thanks to Jose the head maintenance man ! And I work late and Alford the night time secruity officer is always happy to make sure I get in my door safely as a matter of fact Savoy manor is very fortunate to have both Jose and Alford . Just one problem PARKING! Thanks for a happy resident Mandy

I have visited Flint 290 several times in search of an apartment for a family member. The staff was very helpful. The property was very clean. The manager was very knowledgeable of her property and respectful. If l didn’t own my home l would definitely rent an apartment at Flint 290.

Have lived here for almost 2 years. Have never had any work order request go unanswered, EVER! When I call (usually manager-ELSA answers calls) and give my request-JOSE (maintenance) typically answers within minutes, unless really busy-then no later than that day, all is fixed. Have never had crime issues, thankfully, but always aware of surroundings, as we all should be. ELSA is super helpful and goes out of her way to make sure that client is happy. Satisfied, happy Savoy Manor Apartment dweller here!! Thanks for all yall do & heres to many more years together!!~J

I have been living here for about 3 years now, its quiet, the community its clean.. The pool is always clean no matter the season.. The office staff are wonderful and very understanding.. Loretto is very good at her job and always is willing to help you, and the manager Gloria is one of the best managers I have ever come across in all the apartments I have lived in.. They both are understanding individuals, all you to do talk to them and upfront... Plan on renewing my lease in upcoming year.. Thanks Lorretto and Gloria, you guys are awesome..

This places rent is fine...the water...it goes up and down a little above normal.But what Im not satisfied with...is that...for drainage, they charge me much higher than normal.I pay very high for the resivo...very bad........I am very satisfied with the service of the office..and with the maintenance ones..I comment...The property had an exemplary worker from Del Salvador...He did know Asher his jobSolved all types of problemsDepartmentYou were suffering from the evil that will be reported......That person came to fix meThe boiler...that same day I checked it..And it was for the material I needed..And I FIXED it in one fell swoop..I dont know whats happening...what time...They take time to repair the damage......At this moment I am already 2 months old and they are not coming to solve it...I dont have hot water...And about the stove...Likewise.....They dont have the right person..To solve......any problem...

Good morning, I have been in this property for 14 years and the truth is that at one time it was very satisfactory but now it is fatal. They do not want to maintain the apartments but the increase is constant every month, my damaged tubs are damaged and I have already painted them once in a while. my money but it doesnt seem fair to me the gates remain damaged whoever enters or leaves the car thefts are fatal and they dont care and they will ask why I dont boy. and the reason is because I am recovering from a surgery and it is impossible for me to move but if they go bad bad every day sincerely Lourdes Rodas
