Justin did a great job and made the move in process extremely simple and easy. I’ve lived in the apartments for about 3 months now and anytime I’ve called the office I get the answer/help I need. Maintenance does a great job and neighborhood is very welcoming.

I have been living at Farm Haus for the past year, and I can genuinely say it has been a fantastic experience. The new staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any concerns or maintenance requests. The new maintenance team is prompt and efficient, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly.The townhomes themselves are modern and well- maintained.The amenities perfect for my family including a fitness center, a beautiful swimming pool, and a cozy clubhouse thats perfect for social gatherings or to work in conference room.The community is also very safe and family-friendly. The landscaping was redone and looks great. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

I love living at Farm Haus! The property is amazing and the amenities are always clean and maintained. The only thing better than the cleanliness of the property, is the property management team itself. I have never felt more appreciated as a tenet than I have been, while working with them, Tara especially! She is always helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I have yet to see her without a smile 😃. I would recommend the Farm Haus property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home!

I recently visited FarmHaus and had an amazing experience thanks to Ms. Tyra, I loved her energy and how she patiently and clearly answered all our questions. Her enthusiasm and professionalism definitely convinced us to move into this complex. If youre looking for a nice place to live , definitely come and ask for her. Highly recommended!

I have lived at the community for 6 months with limited access to the pool because it was always dirty/closed. I have been pleased with the new management company so far- pool has been cleaned/open on a regular basis just in time for summer! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Also, great resident event last week. We enjoyed it.

The staff was amazing, they have been so helpful. The one thing that is factual is that they always have a smile. Recently they had a community event, BBQ and drinks by the pool. Amazing vendor and they all were around to great the tenants. This is a warming community and it start with the staff of Farm Haus

I am moving to the SA area and currently on the hunt for a new place. My first stop was Farm Haus and I was really impressed. I am about 1st impressions and the leasing agent Michael really set the bar high. He was not only knowledgeable about the property, but friendly, and open to hear my concerns about other reviews. His customer service was A1. He took me on the tour of the property and really took his time explaining the property and different layouts of the homes. If you are in the hunt for a new home, stop by and see Michael!

I went to look at the property and wanted to tour. Michael was very knowledgeable and very professional. He knew the rates and was very helpful and friendly with any questions that I had! If and when you decide to go out and tour ask for Michael he will take great care of you and your needs!

The level of amenities offered at Farm Haus has been unexpected and unparalleled. The staff made our move painless and they truly made us feel excited and welcomed! We really cannot say enough good things about their great service and attention to detail. Any questions we had were answered promptly and with courtesy! They made sure we had all the information we needed to get settled into our new home. Never has a transition been so easy and frankly, FUN!The smart home features are just one of our favorite parts about our new place. We can control our door locks, room temperature, and even our oven, all from smart phones. For tech enthusiasts, this was such a bonus!We love talking walks around the community with our dog and appreciate how clean and quiet everything is. Having a dog washing station and private dog park is perk we didn’t even know we wanted.We cannot wait to host a private family gathering at the Clubhouse. It’s absolutely stunning! We also work from home, so when formal meetings arise, having the option to utilize the conference room will be so helpful and convenient!Additionally, they offer Spruce. The App allows you to customize chores and housekeeping for your home and we absolutely plan on taking full advantage of it. You can request certain days, times, service durations and even choose repeat service options. Again, just another thing we didn’t even know we wanted, but are so thrilled to be able to have.This place really is amazing and we are so glad we chose to be here! 10 out of 10.

EDIT/UPDATE: NEW MANAGEMENT has taken incredible leaps for the best. Things are changing around here. Gates are finally closed, fobs finally work and have been distributed to residents, maintenance is quick to address service tickets and fix whatever is broken or not working (like same day fast). So much so, that since we have not found our forever home yet, weve decided to renew our lease and feel excited for another year at Farmhaus!We moved in from out of town, to a “new” unit. Day one we realized the stair bannister wasn’t properly installed and unsafe to grab on to. The dishwasher wasn’t properly installed and the frame broke off, we have outlets throughout that do not work, and the over-all construction of this place is cheap. Not what you’d expect from “luxury living”. We moved in at the end of December and STILL have no access code or electronic fob to enter or exit. But…no worries! You won’t need one being that both gates are open 24/7- not secured at all. There was even a break-in at the club house and some teenagers trashed it over the weekend. There is no access to the clubhouse, clubhouse restrooms, or the pool ever, because again-no electronic fob for entry unless someone from the office can open those spaces for you with their fobs. If you have pets or kids just keep a close eye on them to not run out the gate into oncoming traffic because that’s where the open gate leads to. All these “amenities” are listed and sold to you by property staff. But, we quickly learned that we were mislead, and to basically not trust a word they tell you. In summary, this place will cost you what a mortgage would and has zero feel of luxury or safety for that matter. I only wish we’d had more time to research a more fitting place for our family but we didn’t. We are praying to find a place soon because this is certainly not worth it. On the plus-side: we got lucky with the best neighbors.

I just moved in about 7 months ago and this place is AMAZING! The staff is wonderful even if they are just other properties helping out the sister community of the same company and amenities are beyond words! I highly recommend coming by and experiencing this beautiful place to live.
