    Pros: The office staff is VERY welcoming and respectful, the apartment is brand new, spacious floor plans, near sea world, great amenities, plentiful parkingCons: Expensive (but is fair relative to other new apartments in the area), only one area for trash when need to take yourself.Overall: I’m very impressed thus far and my complaint are minor. I highly recommend!

    We just got approved for this apartment. So far I’m so happy with our choice. Eliza has been an amazing help. We had some issues doing the application but Eliza was able to help us get it straightened out. When we arrived everything was so nice and clean. It’s a very beautiful complex. We are so excited to move here!!!

    Moved in a few months ago and fell in love with the apartments. Staff has been nothing friendly and respectful. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. Pool is beautiful. Area is rather quiet. Amenities offered here are great. Walk the grounds daily with my dog and the the dog park is a great addition. Apartments are worth the price in my opinion. Friendly community too! All in all, the pros vastly out weigh the cons Ive encountered.Only real complaint is the shear fact other people dont know how to pick up after their dogs. Complex has stands with pet waste bags everywhere around the complex, but yet people are lazy. Wouldnt be opposed to stricter penalties for people who leave their pet waste everywhere.Update: rating stayed the same upon move out years later. Relocated due to work and moving to Missouri. The apartment personnel and maintenance to the very end was accommodating, friendly and professional. Was an absolute pleasure residing there and encourage people to move here. Apartments were very modern, clean, maintenance was performed quickly and neighbors were not problematic and rent was reasonable. Will miss the view and apartment, wish nothing but the best and hope future residence enjoy it as much.

    Ashley is very pleasant. I went to view an apartment for my son and I was impressed with the view of the amenities there very spacious and welcoming to call a place home with pool, grill and other places that can ave accommodation for having friends and family over if your living space isn’t that big in wich my son is looking to rent a smaller 1 bedroom unit. Least to say Ashley answered all of our questions we had with no rush.we also liked the setup of the apartment we looked at the steel appliances and the flooring was a beautiful look to us Thanm you for the tour of the place . I hope my son chooses this place to live it is beautiful.

    First… KEVIN. The best. I was searching for words but “The Best” simply covers it. Always smiling, helpful, above and beyond.Fitness facility is phenomenal. I especially love the Wellbeats program on the big screen that walks me through hundreds of workouts and equipment use. Perfect for me. And no one is EVER in there. So it’s like my own personal gym. Thanks Estraya! (and none gym using residents) Lol

    April 2024 update:I moved out and the security deposit was refunded quickly. Not a bad experience overall. Please note that the management will try to raise your rent after your first contract while giving cheaper rates to new people._______________________________________________January 2024 Update:The recent changes to Valet Livings trash pickup service have raised some concerns among residents. While residents are required to pay for the trash service fee, they are now also responsible for handling the service themselves, which involves placing and retrieving the designated trash can during specific hours on trash pickup days.For those of us who often sleep through the designated trash pickup hours, it has become necessary to put our trash cans out earlier. However, its worth noting that the management has implemented strict rules regarding this new policy. Residents are now subject to fines if they fail to place their trash cans out between 6 pm and 8 pm, as well as retrieve them before 9 am.This new policy has left little room for consideration, particularly for shift workers and individuals who enjoy the occasional night out._______________________________________________Ive been living here for 10 months. Maintenance is very responsive. Staff are friendly.

    Estraya at Westover Hills was a wonderful experience. Eliza helped make that experience so memorable! She was beyond helpful and always looking to help with whatever problems arose for my roomate and I. She is professional, funny and overly caring! Anything I needed, she made sure to take care of or, at the very least, point me in the right direction. I just want to say thank you immensely to the staff, nothing but positives to say about this apartment complex and those on the staff. Eliza, thank you so much! If you’re considering living here, make that commitment. You will not regret it!

    I lived in Estraya at Westover Hills for about a year, and oh my gosh, let me tell you. Ashley is AMAZING. NOTHING short of that. Any time my roomate and I needed something, Ashley went OUT of her way to make sure we were comfortable. She is beyond professional, caring and makes you feel valued with every conversation. PLEASE, if her leadership is reading this.. give that woman a BIG raise. Thank you SO much Ashley, we are going to miss you profusely! Whomever is considering moving into Estraya, please do, Ashley is going to take REAL good care of you!

    Theres few people left in this world that are genuine, kind, and helpful all while doing their job - Kevin is one of those people. Answered every question, was upfront, and super helpful throughout my entire application process. The entire staff in fact were pleasant, Ive called and spoke with many complexes during my apartment search and this staff was the friendliest and most helpful. To me that is extremely important.     Absolutely the best move I could have made! Ashley provided a tour of the facility when I was first interested in moving here and Eliza helped process my application and had me moved in within a week! Maintenance is friendly and provides quick service! Great location, everything is close by.. I am definitely loving it!

    I’ve lived here for 2 years. The apartment is very nice and I love how it looks! The maintenance staff is friendly and responds fairly quickly to requests. Parking is never an issue and there are always many spots in front of my building. Knocked down a star because the gates break often and usually takes a while to get fixed. There have been several car windows smashed just in front of my building over the last few months. I was also frustrated when they gave stickers that open the gates. My fiancé’s never worked, and when mine stopped working they said they reactivated it and it did nothing. Overall, I have enjoyed living here.

    The office staff is amazing, especially Eliza she is very helpful, I went in a few times while she was busy, and she still helped me with a big smile on her face!!! The maintenance staff/ office is friendly and communicative I am really enjoying it here! If you are thinking of living here, I highly recommend it.

    Dont be turned off by the color of the buildings. This property is AMAZING!!!! Very comfortable, the maintenance team are friendly, respectful and very accommodating. The office staff are great. The amenities!!!! Talk about a pool area. Theres a dog park. The only thing missing is a park area for kids to play... that would be amazing. The apartments are modern, the color choice is spot on, closet sizes are nice. Plenty of parking, washer and dryer comes with the units. I mean what more can I say besides its worth every penny.

    Eliza is the best! Ashley is fabulous! James in Maintenance is phenomenal. This is a wonderful apartment complex! The amenities are outstanding. The apartment is just what you want! I cant say enough about how great this place is!

    Just moved in this week. The staff has been amazing. I worked with both Ashley and Eliza during the leasing process. Both were very friendly and responsive. Ive definitely called upon them quite a bit during the move process and both continued to support me and ensure anything that needed to be handled was taken care of. It’s been a while since I’ve lived in an apartment and from logistics to processes working with a property management company, I appreciated the partnership.

    Estraya is our new home and Mrs. Ashley Brown made the entire experience wonderful! We are new to the SA area and not only did Mrs.Brown answer questions about the apartment complex but offered information about various things around for my family and I to enjoy. At no time did I feel as though she was just trying to lease a unit vs actually caring for what best fit for our family. Though there were some other apartments I considered, Mrs. Brown top notch customer service, the amenities including adequate parking made calling Estraya our first home here an easy choice.

    My daughter and I toured some apartments yesterday and today. We had lots of questions and wanted to see different floor plans and buildings. Eliza and Ashley were very accommodating and helpful. They patiently answered all of our questions and explained the application process. My daughter found her new home and is excited to move in next week!

    Other than the noises from maybe some kids playing above my apartment from me (which is bearable and very rare), and my AC going out on me twice. The place is pretty great, I most definitely appreciate the place more because of the staff. They will double check on things I have called in before and will go above and beyond to make sure I am doing good, also the maintenance leaves a paper copy of what was found wrong with what ever work order you turn in. Overall, I am very satisfied with this place so far mainly because of how private the area can get and how friendly, sweet and nice the staff are. Keep doing great Estraya, please stick with your management team!! They are doing brilliant so far.

    After 9 months of being here, I still really love it. Maintenence is usually quick if you have an issue pop up, and the office staff is super friendly. The food trucks are a nice thing to have come by! Overall, its been a good place to live. I do recommend a garage, my truck did have the catalytic converter stolen early on, but I feel super safe with the garage, not only from thieves, but any weather that moves through, my truck is protected! You wont regret moving here.

    I stopped by here to look at a 1 and 2 BR unit. Kevin was so extremely helpful and nice. I could tell he was pretty busy handling a few calls and someone else that came into the office, but he didnt rush me or try to cut my time short. He took me around the property and showed me a few units. The pool area is gorgeous! And the leasing office is very nice with great amenities. The units are beautiful but there wasnt one avail during the time frame of my move in.

    I lived at the complex for a few months and my husband and I truly love living here. It is a very quiet complex, the apartment is beautiful, all of the community spaces are clean, the people here on-site are all friendly, and the application process was very smooth. I worked with Kevin throughout the process and my husband and I both agree that Kevin is truly a wonderful person. He helped us with the application and taught us how to use the LUXER ONE boxes. I love it here and want to stay here for a long time.

    I moved here back in August 2018 and have loved my experience. I visited 4 different properties in one day and just so happened to see an advertisement about Estraya on facebook and decided to stop by them last. This property was the furthest location from my job in the medical center but the amenities and quality for the price was too good to beat so that was one sacrifice I do not regret making. Everyone in the front office is amazing, warm, and welcoming. I study frequently in the office and its nice to see such a genuine office staff that is truthful and helpful. I have had issues with apartment complexes in the past and was afraid of having to deal with that on top of moving to a new city. I can honestly say I havent had any issues with this community. Of course, theres always going to be some people who arent good about picking up after their dog/themselves as well as dont keep their trash tidy, but management is good about enforcing a clean community that can be enjoyable by all. They also have cute community events, but due to my work hours/travel schedule I havent been able to make any.100% recommend to move here!

    Just moved in Aug 2022. Place is clean and nice overall, hopefully it will stay that way for a while. Great location with some level of privacy depending on which side you are on. Ashley Brown was very professional and efficient at getting me moved in all within ONE DAY. I moved from MD to SATX and wanted to see before signing. So far, everything seems to be great!

    Positive experience so far. Been leasing for 3 months now. Neighbors are quiet, keep to themselves. Area is safe, beautiful community. Only issues are the dirty walkways. Kind of an eyesore, and the gate keeps breaking. I think its residents with lack of patience that are trying to zoom through the gate and causing it to break by running into it or something of that sort. Other than that, pleasant experience and the ladies in the office offer great customer service. Highly recommend.

    Amazing! My friend and I came to do a tour and I can’t say we have anything negative to say about the complex. From the moment we walked in the office we felt so welcomed. Brittney sat down with us as we explained what we were looking for, time frame and price range etc. She beyond helpful and very willing and excited to tour us where we wanted to look. There was no walking around the complex to get to the apartments as she pulled the golf cart out of the garage for us to get to the apartments. We fell in love with complex and will most likely end up leasing here in the future as the apartments we are looking for free up.

    I’m pretty sure you know the name Kevin by now, but I promise you it’s not just hype behind the reviews. If you’re looking for management that cares and a friendly face, Kevin is the prime example. Imagine it being the first apartment you’ve ever rented and having all kinds of fear about your experience, then a genuine person is the one leasing your apartment to you - that is Kevin. Kevin reassured me that I would be taken care of and he was right. Whenever you see Kevin, he’s working, waving, and smiling lol. He brightens up my day. I have even seen him pick up around the apartment if he saw something out of place. From the beginning to the end, Kevin has always been the same. Plus, the apartments are nice, quiet, and have all the amenities that I was looking for. If you are lucky, you may end up with a view of Sea World and their fireworks;). Lastly, they have established a service called Spruce that helps you with daily chores/task.

    Kevin is awesome!!! I give him 5 stars because he always take care of me. I recently moved here from the East Coast. I am an elderly mature woman and change has been very challenging for me.     I just wanted to leave a review for anyone thinking of staying here. I actually love this apartment complex. I would have stay longer if I didnt move to a different area.Pro- Peaceful community. Not noisy late at night. A bunch of parking. I love the staff at this location. If you have a question or a problem they ensure that you are helped. Close to many places.Con- price is a little higher for size of apartment. Dumpster mess some times.

    My fiancé and I moved here in July from Amarillo and we have been very happy with our decision ever since! The location is safe, spotless, quiet, and very well managed. The moving in process was extremely smooth and effortless. The front desk staff are amazing. There are SOO many amenities that we love here such as the pool, the fire pit, the outdoor TV with a bar and grills for cooking, the gym, the 24/7 Luxer lockers for mail, valet trash pick up and the list goes on. We love living here and are so glad we chose this place out of the hundreds of other apartments in SA.

    I am so pleased to say I live at Estraya Westover hills the complex is beautiful, close to the highway and my school and the neighbor is very peaceful. We were able to move in, in less than a week all thanks to Kevin our leasing agent. He is very friendly and was really on top of things and getting work in!

    I live here at Estraya for 13 months and Kevin is awesome. Hes always with a good attitude and one thing I can say is that he takes care of the tenants . If u have a problem in needing a maintenance. He will make sure it’s taken care of immediately. Or if u have any questions or concerns. He’s there to answer your questions or concerns and takes care of the matter immediately . Because of Kevin this is an awesome apt!

    I recently went to look at these apartments and Myriah was very professional and very informative about everything. I completed my application that same day I went and was approved the next day to move in August. I love the flooring and the open kitchen and I fell in love with the pool area.... which is big.     I just leased my new apartment. I work down the road and seen this place under construction for a few months and have been waiting to go check it out.     The apartment is nice. The neighbor above me walks really loud. Cant wait to move so I can have some quiet time. That is my only complaint. Live on the top floor
