    From day one the property team was fantastic! Huge thank you to Savanah for taking care of us during our 14 months of living here. She is exceptional at her job and always accommodating! The property is alway being taken care of and maintenance is prompt and thorough. The location is awesome for commuting to work and very close to shopping/restaurants.     Best place ever, I have enjoyed this place so much. Best Customer service around town, Savannah sets the example of exemplary customer service.     The apartment is in an ideal location and close to everything. You can walk to playgrounds in the nearby neighborhoods as well for your children in less than 10 minutes The maintenance staff are quick to respond and so are the office staff. There are always great events and giveaways each month planned thoughtfully which is a fun treat.

    Ashley and her team have been so wonderful! My time here at the community has been such a great experience. Every maintenance issue I have is resolved quickly, every time I have a question or concern, Ashley and her team are always happy to help. The community is clean and the apartments are modern and super spacious. Love being able to call this place home!

    I moved in to the community a week ago and I have nothing but good things to say. It’s been a smooth move-in and I love my apartment. The price and location is great. I have a beautiful pool view. The front staff has the best customer service. Deysi sold me and my family from the beginning! Her and Savannah have been great and very welcoming. I recommend this calm, beautiful complex to anyone looking!

    Loved my time loving here! Travis was always super helpful and provided helpful information with a positive attitude! Savannah always helped me with anything around the community and hosted excellent resident events! Maintenance was always out quick responding to any issues!Couldn’t recommend it more! They staff makes it amazing!

    I moved in back in February. I purposely waited to do my review. I can confidently say today that this has been a great experience! Neighbors have been great. The property is well kept. The staff up front have been excellent, Savannah and Alex made the transition into my new place painless. And the whole admin team has not let up on their level of customer service to this day!! I had a self inflicted situation come up. And within a hr they had a solution. Keep up the great work EFPA!!

    I loved living here over the last 1 year. The complex is very clean, the dog park is huge, the apartments are spacious and really feel like a home instead of an apartment. I had a unit with a yard for my dog. The grounds were always well maintained, trash service always picked up and breezeways are regularly cleaned to get rid of any staining. The maintenance staff was some of the best I have EVER encountered. Anything I ever put in for, they fixed within 24hrs and always had come to check it out within a few hours. The maintenance staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and great at what they do. I experienced flooding in my unit during the big freeze last Christmas Eve... Maintenance came over right away. Got everything fixed as best they could, got the place dried out, and then cosmetic repairs were done within a month. We noticed some mold in the outdoor closet later on (from the freeze/flood) and that was also fixed extremely fast. I absolutely loved living here, I wish I didnt have to move out of the area or Id have renewed my lease!

    We moved in the Mid of March 2024. It was quick, as the process was explained in detail by staff and they are very supportive to help for anything we might need during the leasing process. The apartment is quite and beautiful. I like the amenities in here. My kids and family love the place too.We Love living here....

    We love living here.We have lived in 4 different apartments in this area and we love Enclave!Our move in progress was a breeze, the staff is always friendly and welcoming .Samantha has helped us many times, and she is very professional and helpful.Beautiful complex, very clean, and a lot of parking space.     I lived at Enclave Falcon Pointe Apartments for two years now, and its a fantastic experience! The community is incredibly diverse, and I always felt welcome and included. The floor plans are well-designed, and I appreciated the excellent sound cancellation that made it easy to relax at home without being disturbed by my neighbors.What really made my stay special was the outstanding staff. The leasing agents, Deysi, Savannah, and Paige, were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to answer my questions and ensure that everything was taken care of. The maintenance team was equally impressive, responding quickly to any service requests and always equipped with the tools they needed to get the job done.Finally, the leasing office held many seasonal events throughout the year, which was a great way to get to know my neighbors and feel like a part of the community. Overall, I highly recommend Enclave Falcon Pointe Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

    My experience has been absolutely amazing!! From the moment of speaking with Savannah and Ashley up until move in day. Everything has been great. Both of those ladies were so sweet and so kind and very genuine and I felt at ease with the whole process.

    Great staff, location, and amenities. The maintenance team is quick to complete requests and everyone in the front office is helpful. Located about a four minute drive to lake pflugerville and five minutes to the closest shopping center. The dog park and 24/7 gym access is a plus. Highly recommend!

    Clean and quiet community. Exterior and interior of the units are extremely nice. Maitnece is responsive, but rarely needed due to the high build quality of the units. Notably the community manager Ashley Thate is extremely helpful, and professional. Highly recommend leasing here with their more than reasonable pricing.

    I absolutely love my apartment! I have been living here since 2017 and I can confidently say that I will never move. I was one of the first ones here and Im so happy. The sense of safety and comfortability I feel in this apartment is unparalleled, which is a huge factor for me. The staff here is amazing, and I cant say enough good things about them. Deysi is great and one of the friendliest person Ive ever met!! Savannah and Paige and lovely as well. They go above and beyond to make sure that all of my needs are met, and theyre always friendly and welcoming whenever I have a question or concern.One of the biggest selling points for me is the maintenance team. They are incredibly helpful and always respond quickly to any issues I may have. I feel like my apartment is in good hands with them around. I would like the air filters to be a little better, but everything else is great.Whats really great about this community is that they have all kinds of events throughout the year, and they always provide free food!! Its a great way to get to know my neighbors and feel like I am part of this community. I really enjoy these events, and theyre a big reason why I feel so connected to this place. Im excited for the game night that are having in May.Overall, I am extremely happy with my decision to live in this apartment. The staff, maintenance team, and community events have made this place feel like home. I cant imagine living anywhere else!

    I’ve lived here for about 6 months now and have had an overall very positive experience. Paige was very helpful when I came in for a tour and throughout the move in process. Maintenance requests have been dealt with quickly which has been nice! A much better apartment experience than many I’ve had.

    Daisy and Natasha are the best and very attentive!Our experience while we lived there was great! Aside from the nosy neighbors on the first floor everything else was great. The amenities were kept clean and our maintenance issues were always taken care of in a timely manner.

    The office staff and the maintenance staff here are exceptional. I had an unexpected personal situation come up that required me to transfer to a different apartment. They were all very helpful and understanding when I came to them in a panic. I was ultimately able to switch quickly and they made all the paperwork and payments easy. No apartment is going to be 100% perfect, but what I like most about this place is that the staff seem to really care about making you happy and comfortable here. After sitting in the office for 15-20 minutes, I think the biggest complaint around here seems to be that the front gate doesn’t always open with the little remotes. But there are other ways to operate the gate, so it’s not an issue to me.

    I’ve lived here for one year and am still in love every day. I’m very excited to be renewing here for more reasons than I can type out, but here are a few:1. The grounds are extremely well kept, and almost always spotless. I can probably count on one hand the pieces of trash on the entire property at any given time. They’re constantly updating everything and maintaining the landscaping. Every guest that I’ve had here has been impressed with how nice the complex is.2. The apartment itself is very spacious and the renovations are high quality. Real granite countertops, real tile in shower, beautiful floor plan and finishes. There is so much space on our balcony, too. I feel that I have a true luxury apartment experience.3. It’s silent. We’re far enough away from the highway to hear any noise from the road. All of my neighbors are quiet.4. Amenities. The pool is gorgeous, although it’s closed right now. The dog park is nice, and we use it all the time.5. Rent is more than reasonable for everything that this place has to offer. I would pay more if I had to.6. I feel incredibly safe here. The locks on the doors in my apartment are double dead-bolted. The locks on top are only visible from the inside, so they can never be picked or broken from the outside. The doors themselves are also heavy-duty. I don’t think it’s possible for intruders to get through them. We’re also a gated community.7. Maintenance team is efficient, punctual, friendly, and do a great job. They are always available quickly when we need their help.A few minor inconveniences/advice to management:1. Valet trash service. It’s supposed to be picked up every night, and often we are skipped or there is no service for our whole building. Sometimes we receive a notice, but most often we don’t. Sometimes they will take some of our trash, but leave some. Once, they knocked over our trash can and just left it on the ground. This would be less frustrating if we didn’t have to pay for the service, but it is mandatory. They also don’t take recycled items unless they’re in a specific bag provided by the office. Trash service is supposed to leave the bags at our door, but we never get them. I have to go to the office to request them.2. Mail system is flawed. We have a locker system that sends an automated code to our phone when we have a package. Sometimes I receive a locker code, go to the lockers to enter it, and the locker that opens is empty or it’s someone else’s mail. We always turn in other people’s packages, but have lost some of ours after they were delivered to locker. This is user error on the part of the carrier, but the residents still have to deal with the issue.Overall, I would 9/10 recommend living here. This is the best place I’ve ever lived, with friendly neighbors and office staff. No apartment complex is perfect, but this one is close. I can see myself staying here for a long time.

    I’ve lived here at falcon pointe for 2 years and it has been nothing but peaceful all around. The ladies in the leasing office are great and are always prompt to respond to emails and/or calls. Maintenance was quick to come by when my hot water heater stopped working during the freeze of 23 and got me into my garage when power was knocked out from storms and I had to get to work. All in all a great place live. The price is worth it for the amenities is has and the distance from downtown or job sites such as Tesla ,Samsung, etc.

    What an incredible leasing experience. My previous landlord notified me that they were moving back into the home that I was in with very little notice, so I needed a short term, pet friendly lease and fast. I reached out to the main office and connected with Brianna, one of the leasing agents. Brianna was incredibly helpful, always quick to respond, and she made the leasing process very efficient to accommodate my deadlines. I’ve now been here for seven days and absolutely love the property, the staff; and neighbors. This is a great community and I would it recommend it to anyone looking for a pet friendly apartment.

    Enclave falcon pointe is my favorite place I have ever lived. The amenities are always super clean, the front office staff is super bubbly and friendly. Maintenance team is knowledgeable and efficient. I have great neighbors and am so close to all the places I love. Oh and they are still significantly under the average rent rates that I saw around the area when I was searching for a new place! They have checked a lot of my boxes and I am looking forward to renewing this year!

    I love living here, Enclave has everything I need right by my apartment like the gym, pool, grill, and fire pit. When I had an issue with my sink the guys came out and fixed it within 5 minutes or less. I love the location next to all the shops its just so convenient, I have no need to drive out to austin! I love the big dog park for my dog which is way bigger than any of the other apartments I have been at. Also all the cute things that the office plans like food trucks, movie nights, and even during Covid lock down they brought everyone little stay at home goodie bags. I renewed my lease in July and I dont regret it all.

    Everything was super easy and seamless while moving in. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. The maintenance team is very quick to finish work orders. My boyfriend loves the 24-hour gym I also cant wait to use the beautiful pool :)

    I lived here for 2 years out of college and barely had any problems. My neighbors were nice and the people in the front office were always willing to help me out! I didnt have any noise complaints, but I guess that would depends on who your neighbors are. The area is amazing as well! Everything is pretty much in a 5-15 minute driving distance. I enjoyed my time here very much! Only complaint I would have is the gate on the left side was constantly broken.

    I love my apartment! Plenty of parking in large spots. You dont have to worry about bumping your neighbors car door. Quite community living with normal amount of apartment living noise, great 24 hr. gym. Maintenance quick to help. Office staff is Amazing! Thank you Sarei and India!     I cannot find one detail that has made me think negatively about this apartment complex. This was my first time moving out and after looking from Central Austin all the way to North Round Rock I am glad I made Estraya my final decision. The management team and staff as a whole at this location is welcoming, humble and very respectful. They raise high standards to local competition by having awesome events, treating you with great respect as soon as you step in and show that not all apartment realtors are there just to make money off you. Great amenities, greater people.

    My move-in experience was flawless. I communicated with Sarai via email from beginning to end as I was coming from out of state. I was able to do a virtual walkthrough as well. When I arrived with the U-Haul, all I had to do was pick up my keys and sign a couple of forms. I absolutely love my apartment. It was everything I expected. Great communication from the staff and they are available whenever I need anything.

    Moved from out of state recently and having to pick an apartment without visiting first is one of the hardest and most stressful things ever. I was lucky enough to find Estraya and Anyssa was so kind to walk me through floor plans/pictures over the phone. She made me feel comfortable enough to apply and not have to worry it wasnt going to work out. Everything was perfect! The move in process was seamless and my apartment is beautiful. Im so happy we chose this community and couldnt be happier with our home.

    It all started with the tour of the apartments. Nakia was very nice, patient, and just AWESOME. The front office staff is amazing, the fitness room is perfect and the swimming pool area is beautiful. The apartments are quiet, in a great location and I never have to worry about parking.

    Nice and quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are not too noisy or nosey. Great please to live with a child or a pet. Parking could be better but I understand that would be a hard fix. 4 out of 5 overall.
