I cannot say enough good things about Ashley Patton, the lovely lady who works at Enclave Woodlands leasing office. From the moment I first stepped into the office, she greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. Her charm and professionalism instantly made me feel at ease. She delivered kindness and grace. Its clear she takes great pride in her work and truly values the community she serves. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and approachable nature makes her an absolute gem. Anyone fortunate enough to work with or meet her will see just how special she is. Highly recommend stopping by and saying hello—you won’t regret it!

I have been at Enclave a year now and at first, things were rough. But ever since Theresa, Ashley & the rest of the wonderful staff that came along with RPM Living have joined, it has been JUST what this property needed!!! They are on top of keeping the community clean, attending to any needs, always kind, making sure the property stays presentable, as well as doing a lot of events, food trucks and fun things. I am very happy that they took over. ☺️

Whether it’s the management team or the maintenance crew, everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing the best possible experience for residents. Great place!!!! Updated appliances, countertops and floors for a very reasonable monthly rate. The management is what sold me though. They’re efficient, personable, and very accommodating! And I’m sure they will continue to make my stay here very comfortable. Feels like home 🏠

We’ve recently moved in and my family and I love it. The ladies in the front greeted us when we came in during our tour but Gabi was the one who have us the tour. My wife and I believe that she did an excellent job with the tour down to the application approval and everything we needed to do during the process. This property is in a great location for all of our needs. There’s no loud noises for the most part which I appreciate. All and all it was a good fit for our family. Thanks Gabi!

All the ladies in the front are absolutely amazing. More specifically Gabby helped with all of my needs and was very responsive and followed up with me every step of the way. Living on my own for the first time in almost 40 years was a huge transition but she never once may me feel like I was a bother. Everyone I have come into contact with on the property has such a great attitude! I know I picked the perfect place 🙌🏻

Katelyn was extremely helpful during the rental process. I relocated here from Florida so I wasn’t able to view the apartments in person. Katelyn emailed me a video of my apartment and it looked exactly like the pictures. My apartment is beautiful, and I love the layout. There are restaurants and a movie theatre within walking distance. The only flaw that I found was that my apartment faces the street, so I can hear the cars, ambulances and emergency vehicle sirens as they pass by. I am overall satisfied with my choice to move to Enclave. It’s beautiful here!

I’ve been a resident at The Enclave at Woodland Lakes for a little over 3 years. I can say I don’t have many kind things to say about Greystar, but ever since RPM Living took over I can honestly say things are moving in the right direction. I had planned to move out at the end of October in 2024 to downsize. However, The Enclave wanted to keep me and gave me such a great deal that I couldn’t pass up and ended up staying. All of the staff at the leasing office are incredibly kind and have treated me so well and in such a professional manner every time I’ve visited. Especially Ashley, who’s greeted me like an old friend or family member at every visit. When I injured myself and was unable to move myself out when my lease was up, she gave me extra time at no charge to move units that fitted my schedule and needs. I can say out of all the apartments I’ve lived in, The Enclave is above the rest and the staff is the best I’ve dealt with.

Recently moved into this place. Such a beautiful property and apartment. The staff at the front desk are lovely and very nice. The only hiccup (thus minus a star) was my unit seemed to have been missed for cleaning and being fixed up prior to my move in. I told the front office about the cleaning and couple things that needed to be fixed and they deeply apologized and took care of it right away. And they consistently checked in with me to ensure everything was fixed to my satisfaction. Overall great experience so far.

All the ladies are very helpful with the process of moving in. However the apartment had a few imperfections like dirty patio with spiders. There was a smell to the apartment and we did our own cleaning. However they help us with getting maintenance forms in and very responsive in fixing the problems we had. Overall the Enclave is a good start to living in Texas.

Back in early September, I took a tour of the complex, which was then under the management of Greystar. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. During my visit, I wasn’t able to see the unit I initially wanted because the woman insisted on trying to upsell me a much larger unit that simply didn’t meet my needs. A month later, I received a call from Gabby, who sweetly inquired if I was still interested in moving to the complex. I shared with her that I indeed was, but my move wouldn’t be until February 2025. Gabby’s warm and informative responses over the phone reignited my interest, prompting me to reach out again where I had the pleasure of speaking with Kaylin (forgive me if I’ve misspelled her name!). I can’t emphasize enough how kind and helpful both Gabby and Kaylin were! They truly fueled my excitement about moving there, even before I had submitted my application. Eventually, when the unit I wanted became available, Kaylin encouraged me to apply, which I eagerly did. Soon after, Stone and I finally met our new lease agents and toured our future unit—it was love at first sight, and the entire office staff was equally wonderful! Just yesterday, I received the thrilling news that my application was approved, and I was sent the lease to sign. Gabby was the one to share this fantastic update, and she expressed such genuine excitement about welcoming Stone and me as their tenants in February.

I had nothing but problems, office management never getting back to me in important issues and lots of red tape to get the simplest of answers. Utterly ridiculous. These ladies have taken the time to listen, and empathize with residents who have been getting the run around for the last 2 years and help residents like myself have confidence once again in our little community here at Woodland Lakes. I feel safe here at all hours (I live alone), the gym is my go to place here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It is a little pricey but definitely worth it!

Hello,I had an emergency with my air conditioner and emergency maintenance on call Shane came and did a phenomenal job by getting the ac to flow. He provided me with a temporary unit because it was dark outside . The next morning Shane came back as promised once he could see on top of the roof and fixed the unit and my ac was working in no time .

I have had the pleasure of living at this property for over 4 years. Nothing is perfect but what I can say is any issues or concerns I had were always addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. Dealing with with Melissa as a returning tenant has been so easy and effortless. I’m so happy that we’ve have the opportunity to cross paths again with me moving back. Her professionalism and making sure the line of communication stays open so I can get the exact floor plan that I desire has been her priority and I want to personally thank her. This is a place that I called home once before and excited that I get to do it all over again.

About to complete my second year here. Overall good experience.Maintenance has been quick to respond, no issues there.Valet trash shows up about 90% of the time.Biggest complaint is that there are a lot of younger tenants who are disrespectful and play loud music at all hours, day and night. I work from home and noticed this.Ive called the courtesy cop line before and there was no response at 11pm. I called the office once and they got the neighbors to lower their music entirely, but it continues regardless.Never dreaded apartments until now. Last time living in one.

I have been a renter for a long time and I rarely take time to write reviews. However, Melissa and the consideration she took to make me feel like I found my new home, was very comforting. While writing this review, ofcourse, I went through some of the other reviews. And I must say, they seem very similar to any other property; things break, people are loud, and they dont take out their trash, they dont pick up after their dog, etc, etc...welcome to community living.

Lived here for a little over a year. Ive read some of the reviews that are being posted with negative reviews. There are people review bombing this place. Does it have its issues? Yes, but what apartment complex doesnt? I like the staff here they are friendly and treat you like family. The only issues that I have is the maintenence turnaround time after submitting a request but there are only two guys so I understand the time it takes.

I’ve lived here since the complex opened in 2018. I absolutely love this place! The amenities are top of the line, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the maintenance guy is so sweet and is always quick to fix an issue. My only complaint was with previous management, but since they’ve switched, everything has been amazing! The location is perfect and the apartments are stunning. They also have fantastic brunches once a month and they do a wonderful job of promoting small businesses with fun weekend activities for the residents. I just signed for my third year and I’m still in love with this place!

I can not say anything bad about these apartments Ive lived her for a year and about to resign! Everyone in the community is super friendly and the staff is sweet and really care and get to know you! They have been super helpful with anything that Ive needed that host little events now and again. The pool and dog park are great places to hangout! I go to the dog park everyday and everyone down there with their dogs and talking having a great time! I highly recommend living at Enclave at Woodland Lakes!

We have lived here for 4 months and absolutely love it here! The gym is nice, pool is always clean as well as the grounds maintained by our porter, Apollo. He is very friendly and always has a smile on his face. Management is always great, especially Victoria, at answering any questions we have.The maintenance team here is top notch! We have had to put in a couple tickets for a few small issues and Froylan is always on top of it with a fast turn around and resolves the issue the first time. We wouldnt want to live in any other apartment community around!!! The team her is great!

The staff in the leasing office, Veronica and Kaeley, are super friendly and professional. Veronica was very helpful and responsive during the tour, application process, and move in. They are always friendly and smiling anytime I’ve been in the leasing office. All the neighbors we have talked to also have been really nice and normal also.The pool, gym, and playground are all very nice and well kept. There is a dog park also. The place is very dog friendly and we enjoy walking around the huge pond that you can fish in if you want.There’s a market once a month with lots of food and craft vendors. We have enjoyed that. There are also several really good restaurants, bar, and smoothie place right next to the apartments as well as Xscape theater across the street which is really nice also.My only gripes would be their landscaping needs some attention - this place is way too nice to let the landscaping go like it has. Management said the landscaping is getting major overhaul next year.We have had issues with water on and off since we have been here. Sometimes down to a trickle and a lot of times none at all. It’s apparently an issue with the water provider Aqua and not the apartment, but it is extremely inconvenient.We’ve also battled roaches for the entire 4 months we have been here. We keep the kitchen spotless every night. They come spray when we ask them to and I spray myself weekly - they seem to come in waves but have never been completely gone.Everything else about the place is top notch - the apartments themselves are nice inside.

These luxury apartments are not only beautiful but have an amazing staff! They really do go the extra mile here to make sure their residents are happy. Every time I enter or pass by the office, everyone is so kind and inviting. They are are always willing to drop whatever they are doing to help with anything I need. They have truly make me feel welcome and comfortable which is very important to me. I haven’t really had any issues but their eagerness to help is so heartwarming, gracious and kind. The property itself is very nice and new and the amenities are always well kept. It’s the perfect combination of feeling like I live in a high end hotel and peaceful home at the same time. If you don’t live here already I highly recommend it!

My husband and I have now lived here for all most 4 years now. We just signed our 4th lease term here. We absolutely love where we live. The staff really cares about the residents- and the apartments are amazing.We have lived in a one bedroom office, a two bedroom and now a one bedroom - going on our second year in this apartment- we love this apartment- but we do miss our 2 bedroom!! The apartments are spacious and amenities are great! We also have the best neighbors living here at the Enclave. We are located at one of the finest spots in town, close to freeways, shopping, schools, theaters and transportation. We feel blessed to be living at such a nice community.

I have moved to many apartment complexes and this one is run perfectly. The office staff is friendly, accommodating and quickly handles all maintenance requests. The staff makes sure this is a safe property for all. If you are looking for an apartment complex that looks and has the amenities of an upscale hotel, this is it!Please take the other negative reviews into perspective. You always hear the negative from people you can never make happy! Brooke was delightful to work with as she worked with me on the lease. Lana the property manager is amazing.

The staff is amazing! These are great apartments in a great area. The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues. Just last night we were having trouble with finding parking and it was 11pm @ night and I work 4am M-F the regional manager Susie just happened to be walking property along with her leasing agent Maria, they both went above and beyond to get us a parking permit so I could get to sleep for work. From the moment of moving here I’ve loved every moment and will always recommend it to others.

I was a little nervous about these apartments because I thought they were probably out of my price range(which its not). But after having a short deadline to move, Maria helped me through every step of the way with an instant approval the same day I applied. The whole staff is welcoming every time I come into the office and very helpful with any questions I have. So far, this has been a complete positive experience than the apts I was previously at. And not to mention, its so easy to pay my rent online ! I love it and so does my family !

I just recently moved here, and have been very pleased. Enclave is a wonderful place to live. The grounds are very well maintained and I feel safe at all times. The staff is always helpful and makes us feel very welcome. I moved here for the close proximity to my job and we have not been disappointed. We have restaurants, a pharmacy, nail salon, hair salon, and cute cafe in walking distance from our apartment. We never really have to leave to get where we need to go. The gates and security measures are also an added bonus!

We have lived at Enclave since they opened and we absolutely LOVE it here. We just upgraded to a bigger apartment and the managers, Lana and Brooke were so helpful with the transfer process. The office is amazing. They all know us on a first name basis. And our dogs insist on visiting “the girls” in the office everyday! Seriously, we can’t skip a visit. Super pet friendly and welcoming environment. The maintenance workers are always here and even they know us and our dogs by name too! It truly is home for us here.

The office staff always answers any questions or responds to any issues quickly and they are nice as can be. The property is lovely! We enjoy the restaurants that are within walking distance. Try the concierge service that they offer!

Nice new apartments with plenty around. Froylan, our maintenance person, has helped us out tremendously and has always given us the best service weve had. Any issue, no matter how big or small, was taken care of expeditiously. The front office staff is helpful and friendly every time weve visited.

Living at the Enclave has been the best apartment experience I have ever had. The property and units are modern and well kept. The management team (especially Brooke) are amazing and truly care about the residents and property. The maintenance staff is friendly and responsive. I have been to many of the apartments in the area and the Enclave is by far the nicest and most well managed.

Management is great they are always very friendly. Maria has been very helpful when I’ve had any issues. The pool is well kept at all times and the Starbucks coffee machine is awesome! I stop by every morning before work! Great property!

Ive been living at this place for a few years and I cant really think of anything bad to say. The goofy bald guy in the front, I think his name is JD, is super friendly and always helpful. The lead maintenance guy Froylan shows up super quick whenever I have a problem and usually has it fixed the same day. The apartments feel safe and Ive yet to experience any problems.

Ive lived in apartments for quite some time now, And I will say hands down the nicest and cleanest facility Ive been in yet. The staff have done nothing but meet my expectations and more. They are kind and courteous even when there are multiple people in the office and they are running around trying to multi task. There is no doubt in my mind if youre looking for a place to call home the Enclave is it! So talk to Melissa or Brook in the front office and they will help you out! WOW! Have been here since they first opened up last summer and have nothing but great things to say. Interiors are stunning, location is great in an upcoming area, management is one of the best, if not THE best, I’ve experienced in my many years of renting. Another plus is that it is a very dog friendly community. As the months go by I’m even more impressed with the amenities, growth, and community in this complex!

You know, everyone can find something wrong with anything. I did have a bad experience once (partly my fault) but the front office has been more than accommodating since. While they might seem a bit pricey, Ill tell you right now.. Its Worth it. Yes the ceilings are a bit thin, yes dog owners sometimes dont pick up after them selves, but the community as a whole has been super nice, Ive only met one person I dont ever want to meet again. Which is pretty good seeing how I normally dont make conversation with other residences.

I Would have given 4.5 if it was an option. The only reason not a 5 yet is due to the elevators going out at least 2x per month. And when the electricity goes out so does the water. Strange.BUT...the staff is so wonderful and friendly which is hard to find. Lana is the tops as a manager and she chooses her staff wisely. I love living here and hope to sign another lease, if they fix the elevator for good. Convenient to everything.

This really is a good place to live. Its open and convenient to so much. I had an opportunity to move back into the Woodlands but I chose to sign a second lease here. Unfortunately, Maria and Joseph are the transition management team and wont be staying. They are so good with people and fun to talk to. The reason I didnt give it a 5 is Im by the elevator and tenants dont realize people live behind these doors so they have their phones on speaker and it always sounds like a party at my door throughout the day and into the night. Otherwise, Im good.

AMAZING APARTMENTS. I dont live here, but my friends do and i am 10000% jealous of them because I live in an absolute DUMP. This place is awesome! So clean you could eat off any surface, so well kept like PGA Golf course greens in the summer, and so friendly and helpful with their staff like those on a cruise ship; I wouldnt mind being stuck at sea with this crew! Also, AN AMAZING Assistant Manager as well (who is quite the looker) and great at what she does. KEEP IT UP!

From the Amenities inside the apartment to the recreation areas, pool workout room and media room this place is top notch! The whole staff is A plus. Never has there been a time when something had to be taken care of and it wasn’t giving top priority.
