This place is under NEW management and they are awesome! If you have ANY maintenance issues they will fix it in 24hours if not sooner. The pool is clean and actually open too. Overall I love living here and am thankful for all the wonderful Amenities.P.s they have a yoga studio

I love the property and the location is great. Theres 2 gyms, a spa, and work spaces for those who working from home which is a win for me. This place is less than 10 minutes from grocery stores, movie theaters, department stores, and restaurants, which is an even bigger win for me. I definitely recommend this place.

For everything I have ever needed or brought up to maintenance, George has been nothing shy of a gem. Not only is he quick to respond to work orders, but he also makes sure the job is done correctly. Aside from his stellar service and professionalism, George is a super friendly guy. George is truly an asset to this place.

For myself the service by maintenance has been quick to complete my service requests. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Since my move in there has been a working entry and exit gate off and on. I wish it were working permanently. I got a wonderful renewal rate with one month free rent which I really appreciate.

If I wrote this review a month ago, it wouldn’t have even been worth 1 star.Maintenance: recently I had an issue where a water pipe busted inside the wall in the unit above mine, and my apartment was impacted with a leaking ceiling, resulting in my bathroom flooding. George, Gabriel, and one other person responded promptly and resolved the issue within an hour. Among that, they also addressed issues I’ve waited over TWO years to be fixed. Still more to go, but I will say since Greystar has taken over, along with a change in managment, I feel this property is heading into the right direction.

As a honest review. I have a 13 month lease. 3 months left to go. Before greystar took over this place was deff worth a 1 star review. Since greystar bought the property it has gotten better. Better communication, I know they have gotten more maintenance people which they need for 400 plus units. I’m an understanding resident. George from maintenance came today and fixed all my 4 maintenance issues and he did it with a smile on his face. Took my renters insurance to the front office and they were very polite and professional explaining that they need to input everything manually. Place is only going to get better with greystar taking over.

I refer people here all the time Andrea is amazing and is always ready and eager to help me in anyway she can. My referrals love her. new management has been very helpful with new residence and Greystar has been improving the property for the better!

Nice and cozy place for both me and my family. Being here I have felt calm and grateful to the people who work in this place, they make it more fabulous and make you feel at home, thank you very much
