Yohanna was so so so so awesome!!!!!!!!!!!! This property over in Garland is literally the best. The process to move-in was stress free thanks to Yohanna. We had to end up moving our move-in date 15 days out due to our circumstances and they worked sooooo well with us. I would recommend this property 1000/10000.Adriel was also of great assistance. Ask for any one of those individuals.

Love my apartment, and the pools are awesome. No problems with my apartment unit. The parking, though, is so stupid. Every unit is forced to pay for a carport spot even if they dont want to pay that extra money every month. So then, if theres two or more people in the unit, the person who doesnt have the carport spot is EXTREMELY limited on where to park. Everything is carport except for a few spots, and half of those are guest spots, so you end up either parking in a guest spot that a guest wont be able to use or walking a quarter of a mile just to get home. Again, the apartment itself is great, perfect size for me and my husband. But the parking sucks.

Pretty good. Few minor incidents but the team was quick to respond and resolve. Community is quiet for the most part. My kids enjoy being able to play outside. The only issue Ive had was kids keep taking my trash out the bin and putting it in front of my door. Overall decent luxury apartment homes!

Overall this place has been great! Applied online and the process was super easy. Alaina is one of the managers in the office and she was super detailed and straight forward with costs it’s been 4 months. The apartment has had minor issues which have all been fixed. The maintenance team is amazing, super sweet and always on top of everything. All other people on here with negative reviews, all I have to say is check the online website because that is where they will show which units are available. Also if they don’t have a unit to show it could be because they are all full! I mean I think that is common sense but... anyways I love the apartment complex and management, this is my first apartment and I am super pleased about where I am. Please don’t get discouraged by the negative reviews, keep checking for availability! I always leave honest reviews by the way I promise I will never leave a false review. When I was apartment hunting I would also read the reviews, so I felt it was important to put my review out here, Thanks!

Been here 2 years going on 3. No complaints on office or maintenance staff. Parking could be better for visitors, but Ive talked to office staff if visitors were coming and worked that out. Maintenance guy Mr. Bernardo is always so nice and helpful. Each time Ive submitted a request he responds very quickly even after hours if an emergency comes up.

My roommate & i moved in a month ago and we LOVE this place! it has checked off all of our boxes and we are very impressed! from the tour, to the application process, to the move-in day. everything has been easy flowing and great customer service from the leasing office. the only complaint i could have would be the parking situation which i know they are trying to take care of currently.. i just think another lot needs to be added. this apartment is fantastic and im really appreciative of how well kept the place is!

The response and experience were great the guys are great they definitely fix the issue and not just bandaid a problem or sweep it under the rugs!! They are always cleaning up the parking lot and keeping the place looking tidy! Always a wave and a good morning when passing by! Bernardo always answers all my husbands question about issues and how they got fixed.

I really don’t like being that person who leaves reviews like this but there has to be a better way to do parking. Every unit is required to pay for 1 carport. And there’s only like 2 parking spots in between each carport that you can park in and a few in front of the buildings. I don’t get off until later in the evening so when I get home, there’s no parking and I’m having to walk at night by myself, all the way from one end of lot all the way to the other where my apartment is. I feel like carport should be optional instead of forced, so the people who don’t want to pay for it, the others who want another one can. Other than that, everything is great. Management’s friendly and super helpful.

Nice friendly and professional staff. I appreciate the quick turnaround on maintenance requests. Grounds are well kept here. I would like to see more done to remove the spider webs that build throughout the building walk way entrance. A great place to call home.

Embree Hill is an incredible place to live. The community itself is beautiful with a lot of amenities making living more convenient, the apartments are amazing I personally love the interior and appliances. We have only been here a few days but the entire staff has been very responsive when it came to any assistance and work orders. Luis is so kind and helped us with a few minor things that needed to be fixed very quickly! Moving here was the best decision we could have made!

Mr. Chino was very helpful today! I told him I had a problem with my blinds and he IMMEDIATELY came back within an hour and replaced them. I’ve never experienced such quick maintenance repairs. Amazing customer service!
