I would like to specially shout out Amber and Theodore here. Amber has been the most helpful and personable person you could ask for. She was more than understanding of any situation and went out of her way to help me fix them. Theodore I’ve known for the entirety of my lease here and I can’t express enough that he is a key member of this community running smooth. Theodore goes above and beyond any and everytime you reach out and will get the job done. He is the sweetest man ever and one of the most respectful as well. They really make living here a pleasure

Went to tour this beautiful property. Also meet some wonderful people in the office the manager and assistant manager both were so kind and informative ,very energetic and professional showed me around made me feel at home the amenities in this apartment home are spot on clean open spacious, welcoming well put together I would definitely recommend this property for anyone that’s in McKinney. Go take a look you’ll be happy you did!

By far the best community Ive lived in. Neighbors are great. Leasing office is on top of everything and take care of their tenants. Without a doubt one of the best places to live, in the area. Amber is a godsend and made the move in process as easy as can be. Love living here. Would recommend to everybody.

We honestly enjoyed our stay out here, from the leasing staff to maintenance everyone was always quick to respond and respectful. We would had renewed our lease for another year but everything is becoming expensive so we no longer were able to afford rent. For 2bed 2 bath we were paying $2360 + fees. Other than that it’s a great place, it’s in a great location, and quite.

Had a great experience at Elevate in McKinney when I brought my client by to check out their townhomes. While they dont work with Realtors®/locators, Adrianna was very professional, respectful, and eager to help out! We came at the end of the day, but she still took the time to help us walk the property, showing us both the 1 and 2 bedroom options and the community amenities. Its a great community in an even better location! Adrianna was great and really took care of my client and I, and I will definitely stop by with future clients who arent quite ready to buy. Thank you Adrianna!

Adriana in the leasing office went far above and beyond any of my expectations to ensure I could get into a lease on a short deadline. She made everything about the costs and process clear and easy to understand, and was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions I had. The unit I moved into is great, and if the move-in experience was any indication, I have high hopes for what the future brings here at Elevate.

This place is great. I was able to move in quickly and was made to feel at home immediately by the front office staff. Adriana was extremely kind and made the entire process smooth. She handled everything for me and was very helpful throughout the process. Theodore was great too and showed me around my new home and assured all my needs were met! Thank you to such amazing folks who made the moving-in process painless.

The lady i spoke to, i believe her name is Adriana, was fantastic. Very personable and very helpful. She answered every question i had. If you want an adorable place to live with a great atmosphere i definitely recommend Elevate!

Maintenance staff is extremely responsive and friendly. We unfortunately had a maintenance emergency, and Maintence staff was at our door in 10-15 minutes later and worked diligently (and throughout the night) to resolve the issue. Not only did they resolve the issue, but they were understanding and apologetic. They have also been quick to turnaround on cleanliness concerns after the switch in management companies. All around a great team of property management, leasing office and maintenance staff. Highly recommended community!

I Would like to thank Vesita and Adriana for their professionalism. I was very pleased with how you all handled the business, even though there isn’t anything available to lease, Adriana still gave me an excellent tour. Vesita came out of her office and made sure to introduce herself. This has never happened to me while I have toured a property. They made me feel like this is the place is should call home. I have 90 days before my lease is up, I will check back with them for availability.

We absolutely love Elevate at Skyline. We moved here originally last December and renewed our lease again this spring. The location is amazing and It’s so nice to have the feel and privacy townhome with the community feel of an apartment. The yards are great for pets and the community is very pet-friendly. It’s very quiet here which is so nice coming from an apartment. Both of the ladies in the front office are incredible, they’re quick to help and answer questions whenever needed and so fun to talk to! Theo is so helpful with things around the home that may need repairs and luckily we haven’t needed many— but he is quick to respond to questions and concerns as well. Highly recommend these townhomes and this location— it’s been exactly what we needed as a small family with pets.

As I walked into office I was greeted with a smile that would brighten the darkest region of the universe by Adriana. Her charismatic energy along with her desire to make sure every question that I asked was answered propelled my experience. The property manager Vesita then emerged from her office who I then briefly spoke with. She assured me with charm and grace that whatever I was looking for in a home would be established on her property. Vesita adorned me with her vivacious energy and abruptly made me feel like this was the best complex in the world.

I love, love, living here! First I would like to point out that it is not your typical apartment complex. These units are more like townhouses. I have no one above me or below me and my unit is not sharing walls with anyone. I also have a decent sized yard that my two small dogs love. There is also a little dog park for those who have super energetic dogs. Inside the unit comes with full size washer and dryer as well as a full size fridge. It is a very spacious open floor plan with a big beautiful island in the kitchen. The huge island also has tones of cabinets for storage. The master is a decent size and has a huge walk in closet, perfect for more storage. It feels more like my own little house and I love that! The complex also has a beautiful pool, gym, pickle ball court, putting green and many more amenities. The staff have also been very accommodating and friendly. I had an issue with my bank at one point and they were very friendly and patient with me as it got sorted out so I can pay rent.

Wish we could give 10 stars but it wasnt an option....My family and I absolutely love living at Elevate at Skyline, we just renewed another 12 mos lease. Let me start with acknowledging how clean and well kept the property is, its a 10/10. Our family feels safe and secure at this property. All of this is because of the property manager, Ms.Vesita is hands down the BEST our family has EVER experienced. Ms. Vesita is professional, thorough and extremely communicative with all residents. The entire staff and maintenance is kind and personable. We know and enjoy our neighbors, appreciate the location and all of the surrounding shopping centers are in walking distance. Our son is in kindergarten and the school bus picks up right infont of our home. If youre looking for a family oriented property , style and security at a reasonable price, Elevate Townhomes at Skyline is where you want to be.

Great place to live. No wall sharing with any neighbors. The staff is very friendly and maintenance guy is very responsive . The location is perfect as you have Costco at walking distance, and Sams Club is just minutes away.

Theo and Faris are the absolute best part of Elevate at Skyline. They’ll introduce themselves as maintenance men, but in truth, they’re the core of this apartment complex. Faris, his humor, and willingness to go out of his way to help me, lifts my spirits. Theo is the epitome of what southern hospitality should be. ALWAYS. His attitude, work ethic, skill set, and compassion makes living in this complex, worthwhile. As tenants, we are extremely privileged to have a duo of people who care about the community as much as they do the property.

Management and maintenance are some of the sweetest people I know and they will go to bat for you to get things done. The previous management company never got anything done especially when it came to maintenance. My backyard had an issue with flooding and only started to get resolved when the Morgan Properties took over. I know that if I ever have an issue I can count on management to help me get it done.

I am possibly a future resident here, I got a tour of the property today and fell in love with it completely. It is a little pricey but that’s the area as a whole when it comes to apartments. Benton (i think that’s how you spell it) was super friendly and helpful. He walked me through the whole process and was very find.
