I recently moved into Echelon at Reverchon Bluffs, and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience so far! The leasing process was seamless, thanks to Alexandra, who was incredibly attentive and made the entire process stress-free. Luis, the Service Supervisor, has been a huge help, promptly completing all my work orders with care and professionalism. Renee, the Community Manager, has been thorough in reviewing my ledger and answering any questions I had, ensuring that I felt completely at ease.The community itself is fantastic – the surroundings are beautiful, and living so close to the Bishop Arts District is a huge perk. The location offers a blend of urban convenience and a charming neighborhood vibe. I highly recommend Echelon at Reverchon Bluffs to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home! -

During my search, I decided to tour Echelon. One of the things that stood out to me was the agent who took care of me during my tour. She was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Not once did I feel like I was just another tour for her (like I have with others) and that alone deserves a shout out. Good customer service should always be recognized and if you’re thinking about visiting Echelon, ask for Alex! -

Beautiful spacious homes in a quiet community. I’ve had a very positive experience from my initial tour to moving in. Alexandra the leasing consultant is a pleasure to work with and is always willing to help. Any maintenance requests are addressed very quickly and Luis the maintenance guy always follows up.Overall very happy living here. Great homes and even better staff willing to go above and beyond. -

I have lived here since Sep ‘23, and recently the property had gone through a management change. I have to say that the new management team is doing a great job of improving the property and taking care of their current and new tenants. The property is extremely quiet, grounds are always kept up with, and they help with all requests in a timely manner, even going above and beyond. I really enjoy living here and would highly recommend this property. -
