I just want to say Im really thankful for Pamela, shes been amazing. Im new to town, she has help me a lot. Even before moving in. She walked me true all the application process, help me step by step.Amazing service. I did had a few maintenance issues when I got the apartment. I notified the office, and Mainace was there in no time, but overall amazing service.

I had contacted the person working the front desk to turn in my walk through paperwork. I did let her know about a concern I had with the stove elements. She schedule for maintenance to correct the issue while I was away at work, giving her and the complex permission to enter while I was out. When I returned from work, the issue was fixed and resolved.

I just moved in for work. I turned on all the lights when I first got in, to inspect the apartment and it tripped the breaker for the lights, in the living room. When I called, 2-3 hours later the maintenance guy knocked on the door. I find that to be a very quick response for a spur of the moment call. He was very professional. Apartment was clean, no issues to find parking, everything works fine. Would request this apartment for lodging anytime I’m in town.

We’ve enjoyed our stay here at Dorel! My honest opinion the apartment itself could be better for the price… but the staff here make up for it! They’re always on top of everything and are such nice people.

Nice quiet place to live. Apartments were clean and smelled good before move in. Maintenance crew was great kept the property cleaned and never had any issues. Only had to move cause I needed a garage.

Honestly the staff is amazing ! Every single one of them!! The reason I give 4 stars is that there is absolutely no storage in the apartment other than closet space. I mean if there was a storage unit in the complex it would work out but not even that. Also there needs to be more garbage cans, there’s only a few and they get full really quick.

Dorel provides a sense of security and a safe community. Being able to take my kids to the park here without having to worry is outstanding. Having the 24 hour gym is great when having kids, I wait until they are asleep before heading over there so my sister-in-law doesnt have to worry about watching both of them everyday. The location to my job is wonderful as it is only a 7 min drive for me. The layout of the apartment and the look of it makes the price worth it.

The living conditions are good and the area is clean with the exception of people that don’t pick up their dogs droppings. I personally don’t understand why we are paying extra for a gated community with a gate that hasn’t worked in over two months and a gym with damaged equipment compared to the rest of the apartment complexes that pay $200-$500 dollars less.

My family and I have been residents at the Dorel for about 9 months now. We have had nothing but positive experiences so far. From the precautions because of COVID-19 to making their residents feel special with the little gestures that they do. Plus maintenance’s response time has been exceptional with any WO we’ve had. By far the best community we’ve lived in!

Excellent, it is a neat, clean, organized place and the people in the community are very nice, they help you, they guide you. In addition, the community is a quiet place of peace. I love that when you have a maintenance request they come quickly to solve the problem. The parking lot is completely illuminated as well as all areas of Dorel. The pool is very clean, organized, the pool areas are cared for and it can be seen that they have maintenance.
