    Monica Monica Monica !! This woman is an angel sent from heaven truly . She’s assisted me now with 2 of my apartments. Consistent with the whole process ! Recently she helped me and my boys move into a bigger more spacious apartment. Despite the unseen Monica was always alerting me and keeping me updated and never took NO for an answer . If there’s a way there’s a will and Monica stood by that ☺️🙏🏾🥹 Always will cherish her ❤️

    I had a rough time finding a rental property due to a few credit discrepancies and Done Deal became my last hope. From start to finish even before making the initial payment, Monica was amazing. She was helpful and encouraging which made my experience that much better. Monica truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a place within the time frame I requested. Despite the delayed communication from the properties Monica consistently followed up and made sure my urgency was recognized.     My experience with Done Deal was excellent. Monica on Long Point did an awesome job with assisting me. She got me through the whole process Im so grateful to have such a concerned person as she was. After six months of paying on time and not being late on my rent or Done Deal contract I was able to go rent my own apartment on my own. Thank you Monica a job well done.

    Kayla is AWESOME!!! She deserves to have a raise or bonus. My whole experience was becoming a nightmare. But Kayla said not to worry everything is going to work out.
