    I really enjoy taking the shuttle! Its always punctual and runs smoothly, making my day so much easier. Ms. Kathy is incredibly kind and does a fantastic job connecting with every student. She always greets us with a warm smile and creates such a positive, welcoming atmosphere.

    The staff are all amazing and helpful and the apartments are great!Edit: I already loved the domain so I left a review before but it just keeps getting better and better! Like the only downside is the distance from campus and thatā€™s not even Domains fault, but they have a shuttle that goes to campus M-F every 15 minutes (some other apartments will have every 30 minutes).- They have snacks and food! No other apartment I know of does this like the domain. Every morning there will be snacks put out and there is a fridge with things residents can take and itā€™s all free! I have gotten cereal, cool drinks, and even bagels sometimes! And not just any bagels but they had even gotten some cinnamon swirl ones with a matching cream cheese (attached picture). They also have a Starbucks machine that has (I think) coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. A lot of apartments will say ā€œluxury livingā€ but none of them deliver on that the way domain does.- The staff is absolutely amazing! I donā€™t know how some reviews make any negative comments on it thatā€™s crazy. Every time I go to the lobby Iā€™m greeted with a smile and they are always quick to help and have a good attitude about it. They are able to help you quickly and efficiently. The organization is also phenomenal when it comes to things like packages. Iā€™ve lived at another apartment where it would take a long time to get a package because they were always getting misplaced but with domain they walk back and within literally like less than 2 minutes theyā€™ve got the package for you.- Maintenance orders are completed quickly too! Iā€™ve had one or two things I put in a maintenance order for that were not even remotely urgent but were done in the same day or the next day.- The size of the apartments are also great! My first thought walking into my was room was, ā€œOh wow this is huge.ā€ The room I have at domain is probably about 130% the size of my last apartment, and I had the biggest room in my last apartment. The living space is plenty and Iā€™ve not felt cramped at all living in a 4 person apartment.I donā€™t know any other apartment who cares for its residents the way domain does and I love it! For the service you get, the staff, the quality and the price of the apartment I canā€™t think of any apartment better.

    I had the best experience with The Domain property. I hardly had any issues and if I ever did the staff was quick and prompt to take care of them in a timely fashion. The entire staff from front desk all the way up to management have been some of the nicest and most professional people Iā€™ve ever dealt with in property management. They made my senior year of college an absolute breeze. Out of all of the student living properties The Domain is the place to go that you can call home! My family and I are so thankful for them.

    Great living facility during my time at Baylor ! Despite being out of walking distance from campus, the Domain has a timely shuttle service and free parking ! The floor plans are amazing as they provide a roomy common area and balcony! The pool is also very well kept and gorgeous. My favorite part of the domain is the open complex style that feels much more true of an apartment (as opposed to other apartments in Waco that are comparable to ā€œThe Shiningā€. I always recommend people looking for off-campus housing to live here!

    I love the domain! The front desk is always so helpful with handing out packages. One time, one of them unlocked the front door in order to help me get my package because I arrived one minute past closing. Just one example of the domain going above and beyond for their residents!!

    Domain at Waco is a great first apartment! They had everything I was looking for! The granite counters and islands, furniture, private bathrooms, a theater, a HUGE pool, and even amazing staff! Being that this was my first apartment in Texas, I had so many questions and never hesitated to call and they were always there to lend a helping hand. The maintenance team is also great, I never had to wait long for someone to fix whatever was needed. If you are looking for somewhere to feel like your home away from home, Domain is the way to go!

    This place is nice, and I love the amenities of what is offered here. I moved in today, but unfortunately, it wasnā€™t as clean as it shouldā€™ve been or would be expected. I had to sweep and wipe down everything. It is hard to give a review after only being here this first day, but itā€™s good overall

    I currently live in a 4 bed 4 bath with 3 other girls and for the price point itā€™s really nice. they have a shuttle that runs every 15 mins and has two stops so itā€™s really convenient but sometimes out of service. they have many amenities as well like a gym, movie theatre and game room which are advertised as 24 hours but is sometimes closed. people at the front are super sweet and friendly as well. only thing is that the stairwells and hallways in each building are semi outdoor so itā€™s kind of dirty and thereā€™s lots of bugs. other than that itā€™s pretty nice and relatively safe.

    Iā€™ve loved living at the Domain this past semester! The amenities are donā€™t get too busy and the front desk staff always chats with me when picking up packages. Cole, one of the workers, even recognizes me when I walk up and has my deliveries ready for me! Love living here!!

    The Domain is a great place to live! The leasing manager is very considerate and helpful with the residents problems. He is very quick to respond to emails and/or finding solutions to anything.     Domain at Waco has been a great living experience for me this past semester! Me and my friends absolutely love the pool because itā€™s HUGE and doesnā€™t get completely overrun like other apartments in the area. The staff is super helpful and so nice when I go pickup my packages. Would definitely recommend to any friends that donā€™t already live here!

    The Domain at Waco is the best apartment that I have ever lived at. Their priority on safety, quick maintenance responses, having a friendly staff, and clean and exciting amenities are what makes this community perfect for any resident (especially students). I have NEVER had any issues while living here, which is why I am giving them 5 stars. I also love how big the pool is!!

    The Domain is a really nice place to live. The front desk staff is super friendly and very helpful. Maintenance requests have really quick turnarounds.     Since moving in, itā€™s been a great experience living here so far. The amenities are nice, and the staff at the leasing office are very attentive. Youā€™ll definitely feel welcome once you walk through their door. Our apartment had a few maintenance issues moving in, but maintenance was quick to get it resolved the same week. Overall, living at the Domain has been great.

    Iā€™ve been living here at the Domain at Waco, for about two years now, and I can honestly say that the management team has improved a ton! Yeah there were many ups and downs last year, but ever since they got bought out by the Cardinals, the management team, staff, and maintenance team have improved on their assistance towards us by so much! Plus, they offer shuttle services daily from 7:30 am to 5 pm, in case you need a ride! Would definitely recommend living here now :))

    This place has had some Ups and Downs the last year 2020-2021. I was so incredibly disappointed with every aspect of this company they were just horrible, but now that Cardinal has bought them out, I see a huge huge difference!!Theyre trying to make it right and so much better!.I see huge improvement in every area, more organized more communication.I think this place is only gonna get better and better.They have the most amazing pool, but unfortunately its been closed All summer and reopening soon! The front desk staff has gotten so much better and now answer the phone.The apartments are fantastic! the amenities are fantastic!They even have a Starbucks and snacks area for free down in their kitchen for all the kids to enjoy ! šŸ˜Š very very nice feature! Great location, shuttle service to Baylor, fun give aways!I would definitely look into this place.

    I have lived at The Domain for almost a year and could not have had a better experience! The staff and new management are so awesome and really care about the residents. The amenities here are top of the lineā€” it feels like a resort! There is a ton of outdoor space which make nice weather so easy to enjoy.     Great apartment for the price. The rooms are bigger than I expected and they each have their own bathroom and closet. The closet is big too which is great for me cuz I have a lot of stuff. Theres also a dresser so extra space and room. Plus the beds are a bit lofted and adds even more storage. The appliances are also pretty updated. Great shared living space. The rooms also have individual locks which just adds privacy. Overall a great college apartment.

    By far the best apartment I have ever lived at! The service I received from the property manager, Alexa are second to none. She has been beyond friendly, responsive, and helpful during my time here. I had a few minor issues with roommates and before I even asked for a transfer, she gave me options that best accommodated my needs and made my situation it her priority while getting it resolved! Out of all the apartments I have lived- Iā€™ve NEVER had a manager so kind and helpful! Other times Iā€™ve needed assistance or maintenance repairs my request were replied to and/or fixed in a very timely manner, sometimes within the hour. The entire community is consistently kept clean and upgraded. There are a variety of community events to take part in as well. I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a clean and friendly environment! & ask for Alexa!!

    These apartments are the best! 10/10 recommend living here! I have never had any issues with the Domain! Iā€™ve lived here since 2016 and have loved it! The amenities are great. I love that they offer a 24 hour gym and 24 hour study rooms, so I donā€™t have to drive to campus at night. Management is super kind and the staff are so invested into learning more about their residents. The apartments are very nice and fully furnished which made move-in an easy task! Whenever my roommates and I have maintenance requests they are able to fix everything. If you are looking for a place to live during your college years, live here! Itā€™s so much fun and there are events by the pool and in the lobby every week!

    I have had the best experience at The Domain. The manager, Chris Dahman is always so helpful. He truly knows the value of customer service. Anytime we need anything, he is available and takes care of us in a timely manner. The staff has always been sweet, the maintenance is quick to take care of any work orders we have ever had and the property is very well kept. We will definitely be renewing our lease.     I just moved into the Domain and I could not be more happy with my decision. I love the location! Youre a little outside town so you dont feel crowded; but, youre close enough commute to school or into town in a timely manner. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well laid out. My three roommates and I have an excellent view, plenty of space, and we seem to by the envy of our other friends who live at other apartments. The amenities are pleasant and well maintained. The staff is excellent, friendly, and easy to contact when needed. Sam, specifically, has been exceptional in addressing all off our questions and concerns. Overall, if you would like a location that feel more like a home than another dormitory, the Domain is the place for you.

    The domain is so lovely. compared to the rest of the strip of apartments on south u parks the domain is the cheapest and the pretties apartment inside. the 4x4 is huge and more than enough room for 4 people and that goes for every layout they have. they are the best apartments for sophomores looking for somewhere to live after freshamn year. like do yā€™all see the photos, this place is niceeeee!! i remember doing my tour and walking into the office for the first time and itā€™s better & more beautiful then every complex i toured. my cat and i in my single are very happy ā¤ļø.

    I was visiting a friend that lives at the Domain and just have to say how much I loved the place. As we walked through the lobby all of the staff were very friendly. I was suprised when the manager said hello to my friend and even knew him by name. Seems like a special place that the staff are so friendly.

    The domain at Waco is by far the nicest and most affordable of the luxury apartments in Waco. Not only is it fully furnished, has tons of amenities, but the apartments are huge with lots of cabinet space! The staff members create fun giveaways, events, and deals each month and are seriously the nicest people. All of my maintenance requests this year have been resolved no later than 30 minutes which is also super nice. Highly recommend signing here!

    This is a beautiful property and the staff is amazing. They worked with us to resolve questions we had about my sons lease.     This complex holds a special place in my heart. The team is FANTASTIC. The amenities are honestly so great for a community build more than 7 years ago: a huge pool, a movie theater, a gym (could use some updated equipment, but otherwise solid), a game room, a fitness studio, and a HEAVENLY coffee machine. I miss getting a Chai latte every day from the Starbucks machine when I was living there. Furthermore, the units are well-built with nice furnishings (fully-furnished with major furniture), and they have secure locks! There are even townhome options built into the apartment buildings for groups of 4 friends! Thereā€™s a gate system, a DOG PARK, a court to hoop on, and a big field to play football and frisbee! Honestly canā€™t think of a better place to live in Waco while youā€™re going to college for the price. They are almost full and itā€™s barely the middle of January. For being a bit off-campus, you know the magic is there when everyone wants to live at the Domain at Waco!

    Wow.. Touring The Domain for my son to go to Baylor had me drooling. I wish I had a place like this when I went to College. It has all the amenities kids need to keep busy and the apartments are spacious and comfortable. The staff is so friendly and informative : Chris D. Was awesome. This is a top choice for my son.

    I love living at the domain. I always feel safe, especially at night when the gates are closed and Im walking alone. The apartments are a great size and come with everything you need.

    The Domain is a really good place to live. The amenities are amazing and management/maintenance is good too. The only problem that Ive had here, is with the water pressure being weak, other than that it has been a pleasant stay.

    My two children live in this community. I feel so comfortable that they are here. The staff is so friendly. My two chidlren share the unit with two other people, we love the set up and how beautiful the apartments are. The apartments have nice features; granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and the amenties are wonderful. The grounds are secured, well-kept and well-lit. This is my daughters 3rd year living here and my sons second year. What we like the most is that it is affordable especially because we have two here :).

    After looking for months for the perfect place to live in Waco we found Domain. We love it here and all the amenities they have to offer from the media/study center, game room, tanning, gym and our personal favorite the pool! Couldnā€™t ask for a friendlier staff.     Ill be honest theres no apartment in Waco thats gonna be perfect but this is as close as youre going to get. Its a student style living space with a surplus of great amenities for their residents. They have an awesome pool and theres usually always something going on where they give out free drinks and food and whatnot. Ive been here for a while now and cant complain about the super friendly and knowledgeable staff or the prices. As far as the maintenance goes every work order Ive put in has been filled within the week when it wasnt an emergency and when my A.C. went out (which lets be honest can happen all the time in Texas) they had it fixed the very next day. Youll hear a lot about other apartments here around Baylor having issues constantly with maintenance requests and rent problems but those things just arent characteristic of this property. They handle things in the office promptly and with great attitudes I honestly cant complain about them at all.

    Its super close to campus and the Baylor Bus comes right to the main buildings front door every 15 minutes. The staff is pretty friendly and they solve problems quickly. They also hold events rather frequently: picnics by the pool, breakfast in the main building, etc. All around, Ive loved living here.

    The management has changed and the Domain is starting to do a lot better. They are doing a lot more for their residents which is pretty cool, including happy hours, free chick-fil-a breakfasts, and giveaways. Pests arent an issue as much anymore and the property is a lot more safe compared to what it used to be

    Really great place to live...Maybe even the best in Waco. I have lived in 3 different apartment complexes while I was living in Waco; the Outpost, the Domain, and Haven South. The Outpost biggest issue was security followed by their age. Haven South has a tendency to screw over their residents ALL THE TIME, their security is literally the most ANNOYING security service you will encounter....but the Domain... my only issue living here was the fact that they gave me 3 bar stools instead of 4 when I lived in a 4 bedroom apartment and maybe the use of simple bills (only because its annoying). Now it has been a year since I have lived there, but honestly in comparison to others this place was best in my opinion. In retrospect, Domain was the best place to live.

    This has been the best move in experience I have had to date.     Great complex, only problem is a bunch of insects think so, too. Nothing Raid cant handle, though. Big pool that plays good music, an awesome gaming lounge, study rooms (That for some reason are put next to the loudest area of the complex, the pool). What else could you want? Dont answer that.
