I’ve been here for almost a month. i absolutely love living on this property. Front office staff is amazing and is always helping me with my concerns. Maintenance are always on top of their jobs. The black maintenance guy is always helpful and going out his way to help others. He works well and stays on top of his job duties to make sure the property is clean. They have monthly holiday parties which is my favorite.

I was in a hurry to find an apartment m since my temporary housing was ending soon. As a Dallas business owner who travels a lot, I needed a small spot to crash. After checking out a friend’s unit, I applied online and got approved pretty quickly.To speed things up, I swung by the leasing office on Saturday. Even though there was a line of six-plus people, the one guy working handled it all with patience. He gave me all the info I needed and was upfront about how my income might bump up the rent. I really appreciated the honesty, since most places would just add the extra charge without saying anything. Whoever was working on 02/08/25 did an awesome job. Can’t wait to move in soon!

I dont know where the negative comments are coming from. Or perhaps my experience was slightly different. So far, my experience has been nothing short of incredible. I had some minor issues with my apartment when I moved in, but they were rectified within a day or two. This alone speaks volumes. The property is well-kept and clean (with the exception of a large amount of rubbish at the end of the weekend), but that is to be expected. Its the weekend! People party on the weekends! Id also like to thank Ernesto for making my move as painless as possible. I had all of my documentation ready and received my keys in less than 20 minutes! I adore it here and intend to make it my home for a while!

I’ve moved here at the end of August. This is a great community. The property always has events monthly to bring everyone together. The maintenance man El he’s always making sure the property is clean free of trash. He is always going beyond to help anyone who needs it.

Hellooo!! I spent just two nights in the condominium while visiting friends.The condo is well maintained, just missing a few lights. Good amenities like two pools, gym, pool table, community kitchen, two dog parks, and a lot of parking.Keep it up guys!!!

I have been living here for about 3 months now, but in this area for 4 years. My journey at The Domain started off in June of 2024 when I met with Meesh Perkins (Who is now the AM for The Domain ! Congratulations again girl!!) She was very happy to show me around the complex and was very interested in the reason why I was moving plus what exactly Ill be needing for my next move. She went above and beyond when it came to explaining the perks of why I should choose Grey Star as my next leasing management company to live in. This company works with Salaries and They have many benefits especially if you work for specific companies, please dont be afraid to ask. I appreciate the Staff and maintenance crew as they are ALL friendly and finish request promptly!Now lets talk about the community EVENTS !! Since living here, Ive been too 4 biweekly events and Ive met a lot of great people in this community thanks to these social events. The Paint & Sip Pumpkin event and The Halloween Monster Bash was AMAZING!!! Let me tell you NATE & His team know how to party ! They also offer Gym Classes and plan on many more ideas for this community!Neighborhood is SAFE - I go on early morning walks and Late night walks and I have YET to see any violence or police vehicles chasing down anyone like they do on the other side of the highway lol ( ROYAL & FOREST LN )This is a gated community and the neighborhood is quite, we do have late night safety patrol & they helped me get back my uber eats order from a delivery guy who wasnt trying to deliver it, now thats what I call SAFTEY PATROL !They keep the grounds Clean and there is a lot of places to walk your dogs, lot of trees and grass areas. If your looking for a place that feels like nature with Bunnies running around, this is the place for you!!CONS : I really dont have any!if you are looking for a LUXRY, AFFORDABLE, SAFE place to live, move to, The Domain at midtown Park !

I toured Domain at Midtown Park and immediately felt at home. The leasing agent, Cole, was by far the best Ive had on this search. He was very detailed and transparent with every question I had, and made sure to attend to everyone in the office, despite having quite a line of people waiting to tour this wonderful property. Coles attentiveness and dedication to providing great service to each prospective tenant, even with him being the only one in the office, had us ready to sign the dotted line. This property is everything I was looking for and more - I highly recommend checking it out!

I have been a resident at Domain for almost 3 years and I can honestly say it has been one of the best communities I have ever lived in. Yes, not everything is perfect (but who and what apartment is) however I have noticed a lot of improvements that have been made by the new office and maintenance team that have helped in my decision to renew my lease. Here are a couple of things I have personally experienced:MOVE IN / SAFETY- For starters, my move-in experience was very smooth. I moved from home and was very skeptical about the Dallas midtown/downtown area as I had always heard crazy stories of crime and safety but surprisingly and thankfully, I havent experienced any personal incidents while living at Domain. That also may be because I am a very paranoid person and make sure I lock my car, and home and am very aware of my surroundings. I initially was planning on moving to Richardson since they had less crime but after touring multiple properties and consulting with family, they reminded me that nobody could promise me safety and that if a place did, they were most likely lying to me and just wanting to lease. When I came to tour at Domain, they were very truthful and not only gave me information about their properties but also of some others since I was very indecisive about my decision. They gave me information about stores that are nearby, things to do nearby, and parks. Everyone that Ive encountered (past and present) has been a real help.Resident/Visitor Parking- Parking has been great these past few months, back then my friends and family would have to park in visitor spaces which were very limited since residents park in them as well. I would have to follow them to the end of the property most nights and pick them up in my vehicle since I have a carport. Now since they have a new towing company my visitors can park anywhere. They still have though (which is normal). Now my sister was towed last week, and it was very annoying because I had to drive her to pick it up, but it was her fault as she had parked in a handicapped space.WORK ORDERS- At the beginning of this year my work orders were taking anywhere from 2-3 weeks (not exaggerating). I know they had new people coming in and out since every time I went in to ask for an update, I would see new faces, the only people I would recognize were Marlene and Jenny, they are great, theyve been here since I moved in. Thankfully everything has been getting done within the same week I put in work orders, and I think they have a full-staffed team.OFFICE/MAINTENANCE TEAM- Nobody is perfect, but I can assure you the team they have isnt the worst. The manager Tammy and Sheri are the opposite of the reviews Ive seen. When the old team left, I was scared to go into the office for a while because of the review that was left by someone but once I had to go ask for an update on a work order I met Sam one of the leasing ladies, and the managers Tammy and Sheri, they were and still are very helpful and nice. The same day I gave them my concerns Shawn and Rodney showed up to my apartment to fix the issue.Overall, I would recommend living here. Its not a perfect property, but they have some good amenities and people working here. Again, these are my personal experiences, and everyone has a story of their own. At the end of the day, change is what you make it.

I’ve lived at Domain since June 2021 and it has been an overall positive experience. The property is clean, location is perfect, amenities are well kept, neighbors are respectful, and maintenance has been friendly and responsive.However, there has been an upsetting degradation of management and safety over my tenancy.As an aggregate, excluding a select few, the office administration is unresponsive, disorganized, and unpleasant - prioritizing their time to new tenants and deprioritizing existing ones. The office NEVER answers the phone and I frequently need to send multiple emails with follow ups to prompt a response - if I get one at all. The only way to get administrative concerns handled at Domain is to go into the office, hope you get a good admin, and sit with them until the task is complete. I do empathize with the team as they seem to be understaffed and subject to high employee churn but, this communication problem has plagued Domain for over two years and it’s a shame to say it has only gotten worse.As for safety, things have destabilized rapidly. It may be a symptom of the economic conditions, but, within the past ~6 months, I know of over half a dozen cars in the north-end of the property alone that were broken into, vandalized, or outright stolen. This includes one of my visitors, my two neighbors, and my girlfriend, a first grade teacher, who had her window shattered and teaching supplies stolen out of her car - all of which now refuse to or are scared to visit Domain.Other folks accurately mention the gate is always broken and it’s a likely contributor to the crime. However, I couldn’t count the amount of times I’ve seen a gate repair team fix the gate and someone turn around and break it the next day - I think the gate is just cursed.Overall, I would recommend and have recommended Domain as a place to live as long as you have ample administrative patience and are mindful of your property and surroundings.

I am a “young senior” who returned to Dallas after 22 years and luckily found Domain. I fell in love with the complex, got the only one bedroom available….ideal location and floor design, all amenities I could have wished for and reasonably priced. Have been very happy here in spite of the fact that resident services and maintenance in the past 6 months were lower than my expectations.Fortunately a new manager, Mrs. Tammy Gray, arrived several months ago to restructure operations, provide leadership and structure to the staff and contractors. Resident services and property maintenance has improved substantially under her supervision.She is a real asset to this property.I have lived here 2 years, am pleased to renew my lease and plan to live here as long as I can live independently. I highly recommended Domain at Midtown ParkApartments.

So me and my partner came in yesterday to tour the area and I will be honest with you guys, if you have a good thoughts about it going in, you are going to be pleasantly surprised. This apartment complex, from the location, to the amenities, to even looking inside the units, this would be an excellent place to live. I was interested in their townhomes, but none of are available and don’t seem to be for quite a long time. I think that’s a really good thing, because that just shows how excellent this apartment complex is.We were helped by Marlene, who was very warm and welcoming. From just our general pitch, she remembered our wants and needs and made sure to offer information/give alternatives if certain things weren’t available. She gave an amazing and informative tour, gave us all the time we wanted to explore around and was able to answer all questions we had. I’ve worked in leasing in the past and she was an exemplary example of what a leasing agent should be.Me and my partner loved this place from the moment we walked in. We hope to sign a lease with this complex really soon.UPDATE: with careful searching, we were able to find and sign a lease here and recently moved in. We moved in the 4th of July week, so therefore that unfortunately delayed our move in date slightly. Tammy was nothing short of transparent, empathetic, and communicative. She worked rigorously to ensure that our move-in issue was remedied and we are extremely satisfied with how this was handled. This is honestly an all-star leasing office crew.

I stayed at the Domain while my house was undergoing renovations. It was a good experience.. The staff was great, especially Claire. She was helpful, patient and kind throughout my stay. I needed to call maintenance a couple of times. They were quick and efficient. There was always parking near the apartment and I found it to be a safe place to live.

I absolutely love living at the Domain. I recently moved in and couldn’t be happier with the decision to move a little north from Downtown Dallas. My commute to my job in downtown only takes me about 20 min with traffic. I love the size of my unit compared to what I had before. Better bang for my buck. Especially love my large patio! Amenities are incredible. You won’t find any amenities like these anywhere nearby! The staff is wonderful, the maintenance team including Jordan the supervisor, especially have always been really helpful!

I have almost lived her a year and have zero complaints. Everyone in the office is extremely helpful when I have questions or concerns. The maintenance staff is always quick and efficient when repairs are needed. Anytime I see staff, they always greet me and call me by my name which is incredible.Everything about this apartment complex has been a positive experience. Its affordable, spacious, and much nicer than my last luxury apartment. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking to move in the area.

We are on our 3rd year of living here, and have only had great experiences - with this particular management team and staff. Fatima just helped us move into a larger unit amidst the craziness of a pandemic, and it wouldn’t have been a smooth process without her. Claire is incredibly responsive and helpful. Jordan and the maintenance team jump on any/everything promptly, and always have the property looking nice. They’ve continued to upgrade amenities over the years which has been a bonus.

I went to see an apartment and toured the gym. I couldn’t believe how clean it was. It even smelled great. The apartment we saw was gorgeous! The manager I think that is who she was, anyway we were going back to the office and ran into a lady named Jenny. She was super friendly and upbeat. Turns out she is the person who takes care of the gym and the apartments when people move out..It was such a pleasure to meet someone who seemed to sincerely like her job.We will be going back in the spring when our lease is up!Hope Jenny is still working there!Apartments were really nice!Thank you

We recently moved to this apartment and WE LOVE IT! The office team was very helpful in answering all my questions, emails and calls :) Kara was especially helpful in helping us find the right home for our needs; she really made the process easy and smooth! The value for the apartments is unbeatable, the property is recently built and everything is modern and sleek. I cant say enough good things about this property, we are very happy to have chosen this to be our home!

Its a well-built apartment complex with a well-kept exterior of the buildings. However, needs a bit more focus on the cleanliness of the hallways inside the apartment buildings. Though the interior of the apartments is neat, it gives a repulsive feel while walking through the hallways which are not that clean.I am new to this place and still exploring the area.

I moved here about a month ago. Fatima facilitated the move and on the actual moving day, Claire handled all my inquiries and helped me change my apartment to one I liked better. I have a pleasant experience here so far. Jenny the cleaning lady is super helpful opening the gym in the morning for me to workout. The property is really nice and quiet and maintenance is on property 24/7.The ONLY con I have is towards people leaving their dogs poop on the grass. That is soo disrespectful and annoying to me. There are dog parks everywhere around the complex yet people are still lazy. I still rated the property high because I love my apartment and the management is really nice.

I moved in while everything was still shut down for the most part but Claire made my move in so easy. Since moving in the entire office staff and maintenance crew have been helpful and very responsive anytime I’ve had questions or maintenance requests. Demario has seen my dog and I multiple times and always has a smile and says hello when we cross paths as does the rest of the staff. Having three separate dog parks is really nice and they are well maintained for the most part I just wish the largest one had a little more light at night. I love my apartment and this complex and I’m really happy I moved here.

Although I recently moved out of this complex, I was very satisfied with my experience. Really enjoyed the convenience of the area. I was really close to the major intersections without the traffic. The property itself was maintained well. Always clean. The staff were always friendly. Jordan came to my unit a few times for minor work orders I submitted. He was always really timely and attentive. My unit was spacious especially for the rate that I was paying. Would recommend!

This place has been amazing! The staff is so sweet and great. My husband and I love it here. They have two pool areas for the residents and a nice gym for us to use. I think my favorite part of this complex is the dog parks. My dog is going to miss his friends. Unfortunately, because of work reasons we have to move to another city. But living in 3 different apartment complex’s in Dallas this would have to be my favorite. Thank you Clare, Fatima and the rest of the team.

I’ve been nothing but happy with my decision to move here. Catherine was really helpful and responsive throughout the move-in process, and I love my apartment. I have not had any maintenance issues or other problems. The pool is amazing and I hope the second one opens back up soon. Mail/package delivery system is accessible and I haven’t had any trouble finding a parking spot.

I have been a resident of The Domain at Midtown Park for over 3 years and overall am very pleased with the property and management. Their management team and maintenance are very responsive. The property manager changed while I was there and I think the actual management company changed too, but a lot of the staff stayed consistent. Fatima Martinez in the office was one of the ladies I spoke with pretty regularly. I had a lot of issues with my unit over the years related to the construction and management was always extremely accomodating, responsive, and kind. Things were always fixed when problems would arise and if anything major occurred, they would offer alternate accomodations at no additional cost. The staff was so sweet to my dogs whenever they were in my unit when I wasnt home. I had a security system with cameras and they never gave me a hard time about it. They would call before entering my unit and had their own code. The property is well maintained and the residents overall seem very nice. I have met some great people there over the years, some of which have become close friends. I moved as I decided to buy a home, but I would recommend the property.

Just recently moved in and have had a wonderful experience! We have two pups and they are loving the multiple dog parks. Moving during a pandemic has been so stressful but Fatima made this process way less stressful. We had toured many properties and Fatima was by far the nicest and most resourceful person we spoke to which made our decision to move here easy. Anytime we have had any questions or concerns the staff has been very helpful and quick to respond. Would highly recommend this property!

I’ve lived at the domain for a few months and love how spacious our apartment is. The amenities are so nice. This is the perfect place if you have dogs. With three dog parks, there is plenty of space for our dogs to run around and play. It’s in a great location at such an incredible price! I’ve worked with Jordan several times and he’s always happy to help with my maintenance requests.

Been a resident for about 4 years now and am still happy to call this place my home. Its a great looking property in terms of the style/layout and all of the amenities. I would say the thing to be most mindful of which may be a deal-breaker to some is the noise. Its adjacent to the DART and the walls are pretty thin, but if you dont mind that then there arent really any other complaints.A year ago I upgraded to a bigger unit and Claire was extremely helpful the whole way through. I had a ton of questions and requests and she was accommodating throughout all of it. Its comforting to know that her and all of the other office/maintenance staff are super responsive to any issues.

Fatima walked me through the whole process up till my move in date and finally departure. She is very professional, she is caring and also knowledgeable. Let me start by saying that I have never met someone so helpful in the process of finding a new apartment. Fatima has been such a huge help from the application process to the move In day. Any time I have a question or need help with something I can always count on Fatima for a fast response. She’s so professional and has such a happy attitude. Pretty nice place, gate secured, clean, plenty of parking, has garages, quiet area easy access to 75, really friendly office staff. Claire was super helpful and answered ally questions. The units are fairly new, but built better than the new cardboard ones you see popping up the last few years. Spacious balconies are nice too. Also they have AT&T fiber so my internet is pretty quick.

Overall the amenities of the facility are above average for places I’ve rented in various U.S. cities. Fatima has been extremely helpful from the move in process and at various times throughout almost the last year. The staff is courteous. Maintenance could be better but I’ve definitely seen improvements. The lease renewal process is not great but again I was able to work with Fatima on a solution.

Domain at Midtown Park and we’re immediately taken aback at how the property wasn’t on the “major” street and was set back nicely into the beginnings of a nice neighborhood.The property is without a doubt visibly well maintained and is a newer constructed community, which obviously caught our eye as we wanted to live somewhere that is considered “nicer” than what we had previously experienced.The leasing office is inviting and contemporary, (think fancy hotel lobby) and we were able to speak with the most amazing, Fatima, I can not say enough kind things about her professional, friendly demeanor and willingness to answer all of our questions and concerns. Take my word for it, we asked a lot of questions (which you should when you’re searching for a new home).We didn’t know it at the time but Fatima quickly gathered we had dogs that are part of our family and their well-being and happiness is important to our lifestyle...Get this, Domain at Midtown Park has 3 dog parks ON THE PROPERTY! And I’m not talking a patch of grass, I’m talking full on dog park! (Not to mention a grooming station for residents to utilize when need be).I could go on and on about how awesome EVERYTHING at this community is but you really should experience it yourself. We weren’t planning on moving immediately but the apartment home that Fatima showed us was seriously perfect for us, it was modern and stunning with more than enough space, not to mention the unit that was available is super close to the “Bark Park” so we can access it as often as the pups need to burn off some energy.Finally, between you and I, they were offering an unbelievable move-in special that made it practically impossible for us to walk away, every little bit helps! You should also know that the application process was such a breeze, they send an email (that you can answer in the cool business center in the leasing office) and you answer questions, provide needed documentIon and within a few days Fatima was welcoming us home.We’ve lived here a month or so and literally daily we are mentioning to each other and our friends how much we love it here! Since we moved in the office staff remains outstanding, responsive and always willing to go above and beyond to be of assistance in any way they can be.So, I write all of THIS to simply stress my belief that If you are in the market for a new apartment home with modern amenities in this area of Dallas, you really can’t go wrong with this lovely community.Seriously, do your research, stop by and see it for yourself and if not to busy it wouldn’t hurt to ask for Fatima, I mean from my experience thus far I’m positive everyone in that office is just as amazing and accommodating.

I have lived at The Domain at Midtown Park for a year now and it has been an amazing experience for me from start to finish. Claire was extremely flexible and patient with me in allowing me to review my leasing options in 2019 and was professional, organized and prepared for me during my move in. During my residency the amenities were always available, the property was always clean and I always felt 120% safe and valued as a resident. Some of the highlights here are the fitness center, pool house, package concierge, the multiple dog parks (huge dog family here!) as well as the dog wash at the lower end of the complex. I had to call maintenance only a few times for minor things and they would come out right away and get everything fixed expeditiously. I lived here during the COVID19 Pandemic and I couldnt have felt more confident in maintenance and management in making sure not only was I safe but all of the residents. Though my rental payments were not in jeopardy of being late due to the economic collapse, I was well aware that many resident may not have been as fortunate but in talking with some that were, I know that management was extremely accommodating.. I want to personally thank Claire and Fatima for making my experience in residence here extremely enjoyable. I also want to send a shout out to maintenance, YOU ALL ROCK! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!

Ive been a resident for 7 mths, everything about living here has been so great! Its always maintained well, so great job maintenance crew as well as the friendly and helpful office staff. Every time Ive had visitor there are no parking spots available for them within the complex. I know there is a lot of parking outside, but it is a little inconvenient. The customer service is excellent, especially the leasing agent Claire Pena (highly recommend you ask for her), and addressed all my questions as EV car owner. The complex is constantly offering excellent move-in specials and the apartments are truly luxurious and spacious. Its the tiny details of Domains floor plans that make the biggest difference. For example, how each room has a walk-in closet and spacious bathrooms.Lastly, I want to emphasize ask for Claire Pena! I promise you wont be disappointed.

Ive lived here for a year and I have had no real issues! I love the layout of my unit and the community feels safe and is fairly quiet. They do appear to change staff in the office quite frequently but everyone Ive encountered has been nice and very helpful.If I had to list one con, it would be dog poop. As a dog-owner myself, it is a bit frustrating to constantly encounter dog poop on the few grassy areas that exist within the gates of the community. There have been a few instances when walking my dog at night that Ive unknowingly stepped in poop. I wish the front office would do more to prevent dog owners from doing this. I emailed them with my concerns about this months ago and they did send a mass email, but other than that not much was done.

Of all the commodities that are offered, my favorite is the high quality service from their maintenance team. Anytime our apartment has an issue, within 1-5 hours max the maintenance team has already fixed the issue and emailed a confirmation.I do want to point out one of their maintenance members specifically, Rosalbo Garcia. Rosalbo continuously goes above and beyond to help my fiancé and I. For instance, he has helped us power wash our grill, for which, without him, we would have had to throw out and buy a new one. Rosalbo is not only extremely helpful, but brightens my day with wonderful conversations! He is truly an exceptional part of the Domain team.I have lived in other apartment complexes, but the Domain is in a distinctly superior category due to their team. Dont lose them!

Wowwy wowwy wowwy! Y’all I can not express how thankful I am to the maintenance techs that work here. As embarrassing as it sounds. I accidentally got one of my shoes stuck in the garbage disposal and I gotta tell you. Air Force ones are NOT easy to dispose of. Needless to say, it clogged everything and I couldn’t rinse any of my dishes. I called the office and they sent a tech right over. I let him in moments after I broke wind.
