This is a wonderful place to call home. Management is the kindest and most understanding out of all apartments I’ve ever lived in. This truly is the Dolce Vita lifestyle with events and activities. There is so many amenities. Spacious and clean environment, quiet, kind and peaceful neighbors. The best part about it is the beautiful scenic views.

Where do I start, every since Micheal and Ashley have come along, the interaction with the residents is phenomenal. They are very considerate and involved with our apartments. They fix everything they can and assist with any concerns. No is not the answer. They help no matter what. I enjoy the food trucks and lobby events. It is very thoughtless for them to make sure they spend time with the residents. This is not just a apartment complex. This is a beautiful community they are building. Thank you both for all you do and always doing your very best with us. They are quick and efficient with events and assistance within the apartments. If you aint here you aint living your life. ❤️

I live in Houston, but wanted to say what Im missing and San Antonio. I stumbled across this beautiful property and I was taken away. I literally wanted to pay out my lease in Houston so that I could move here in a hurry. The staff is really nice specifically Michael Lopez was extremely kind and greeted me with such genuine upbeat energy. im extremely happy that I met him to help me because although Im very eager to move to this property, he walked me through the steps that I should take in order to have a smooth transition and relocation. Not only is he fully aware of this property, but he understands the nature of relocating and helping you feel at home. When I come to San Antonio to live, it will definitely be this property that I choose.

Dolce Vita is a beautiful, elegant, quiet place to live. Ashley & Michael are wonderful leasing agents and take the time to make sure you get into the apartment that fits you the best, as well getting to know you on a personal level. If you need maintenance on anything at all, John is very quick to get it fixed. They deserve all the stars!!

After nearly three months of living here, I can confidently say this has been a place that exceeds all my expectations.The location couldn’t be more perfect. It’s conveniently situated near Highway 281, Stone Oak, and a host of incredible getaway spots, all while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere away from heavy traffic.Having lived in various apartments before, I can say that the amenities here are unmatched. The complex has a conference room, a business center, a kitchen area, a pool, a fitness center, a movie theater, a outdoor BBQ grill, a dog park and a game room.Micheal and Ashley are truly top-notch, professional, responsive, and always ready to tackle any issue that arise. I can’t say I’ve had to make a maintenance request due to the property being so new, but John does a phenomenal job in upkeeping the complex.Overall, this has been a fantastic place to call home. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in search of a comfortable and quiet living environment.

After moving in, We LOVE this place office is so helpful during the actual move in process Michael and Ashley are the greatest help! The place exceeded out expectations! It was so clean and fresh through out the whole complex, hallways are very well kept super clean we have no complaints everything was quick and easy, plus ALL the amenities they have available are Beautiful! We had the pleasure of enjoying our first Event here and it felt just like we wanted…home! Thank You Dolce Vita for taking care of us through this process! Definitely will be recommending to others!

EDIT 2: New management has really turned things around. All of my previous concerns have been or are being addressed.EDIT: Apartment is under new management and conditions have improved. Front gate and doors still need to be repaired and the smell of marijuana in the hallways still needs to be addressed, but grounds are much more maintained and I can tell that the new staff is doing their absolute best.Leaving this review with the hopes that it brings attention to the terrible grounds keeping on property. I will be more than happy to remove my review once the property is maintained the way it was before management changed. The pool is disgusting, I don’t know how anyone is still using it with the amount of dirt, leaves, and grime on the bottom. Then again, I’m not sure the people who use it even live here. Residents should be limited to TWO GUESTS, this is not a public pool. The front office could mitigate this problem with a wristband system. The dog waste trash cans in the dog park and parking lot are ALWAYS overflowing. They reek of death (not even poop) from over 30 feet away and regularly have dung beetles flying around them. The “no smoking” rule is a joke and hasn’t been enforced since management changed. Trash, furniture, and other items are left lying around public areas for days on end. The entrances to the buildings reek of dog pee. This could be mitigated by placing signs that ask residents not to let their dogs urinate at the building entrances. At this point, I would gladly take a part time position maintaining the property because I know I could do a better job than whoever they have now. I’m at my wits end with these issues and I’m really upset that I resigned my lease.

Updating to 5 stars. New management is great. As well as maintenance team. All issues getting resolved right away, even non-emergency ones like valet trash concerns. They fixed the gates and all entrance doors that haven’t been working for months.Updating my original comment from 1 star to 3. I do see major maintenance improvements with a new management. Community is cleaner, finally fixed elevators and one of the entrances door. They still need to fix the gates to call it gated community, develop emergency maintenance system for urgent issues, however, off to a good start.Upd:management response is that Pest Control company can’t come earlier than 16th of October which is two weeks out. That’s how fast problems are taking care here. The whole community is infested. Watch the video and consider if you wanna see this in your home.Do not move here. There’s a reason why this community can’t get a 5 star rating with 21 reviews only. First of all, even though it looks fancy on the outside it’s absolutely horrible maintained. Horrible sound isolation- you will hear every sneeze of your neighbors.All the maintenance request, apartments cleaning after previous tenants , pool cleaning are done by the same person. Obviously he can’t do it all and everything just looks dirty and not looked after. They do not have single housekeeper on property. Trash and dead bags everywhere.Week ago I started noticing ants next to our front door and in the kitchen. I clean every day so I know there are coming from somewhere. Submitted an emergency work order which was marked as completed. Called the office, leasing agent Ashley said that it was marked as completed cause they expect exterminator in 3 WEEKS. Can you just imagine how many ants we will have in 3 weeks? And keep in mind, we live on the highest floor. Ashley also mentioned that there was other complaints about ants. As always she kept pushing the line “I’m not a manager so it will be Sarah’s decision to make whether we have them to come sooner or not”. This is ridiculous. Especially since many tenants have ants, the whole community is infested and they don’t bother to take care of the issue. Just patiently waiting for a new month to come. I was also suggested to buy an ant spray. Why on earth we pay pest control fee for?They don’t have any kind of emergency maintenance system. Your request will be reviewed at best within a couple of days and only if you keep calling them.The gate is broken for months. Front door to the building breaks every other day. No security whatsoever.We used to live at Marquis at TPC just down the road and even though apartments were older, the maintenance was quick and responsive.

We looked at multiple properties in the area and were impressed with the floorplans, amenities, and community size of Dolce Vita Cibolo Canyons. What really sold us was Ashleys authenticity and care. Michael greeted us so warmly and made the move in process extremely seamless. Very pleased with every aspect!

Ashley, the leasing agent is always professional and shows integrity. She does what she says that she is going to do. She follows up on any request that we have made. Always has a smile. New management has improved the property and atmosphere. We love it here. The doors had been broken for months and new management came and had them repaired within weeks. The landscaping is beautiful.

I meant to write this review the first day I meet the new management. Day one I was impressed he right away Michael started correcting all the things we had concerns about around the complex. John our new maintenance man has tackled and accomplished and improved the aesthetics of the complex. With a smilie on his face everyday. The energy is uplifted now and the atmosphere is welcoming. I lived here for a year and a half and we never had a community. Michael threw our first and it was amazing! He is just amazing and now I’m excited to live here and refer people to live here. Jay🤠

I would highly recommend anyone looking for a luxurious community to consider Dolce Vita Cibolo Canyons. The property is not only beautiful but safe, well-maintained, parking areas are well lit, pet friendly, on-site self service hair salon, state-of-the-art athletic equipment, craft room, media/theater room, plenty of parking, gated community, and so much more.The staff is professional and courteous.The units are impeccably clean with upgraded features.Ashley Hinson made the move-in experience exceptionally smooth.

Me and my family moved here since March. The building itself is pretty nice. It changed manager twice and the current manager is better than the previous one (not sure about the first one since they didnt stay long after we moved in). Current management gets things done nicely and in timely fashion, especially maintenence. And the party celebrations were nice too.

I toured the property with Jennifer, and I was immediately sold! Outside of the view I wanted and great amenities, Jennifers customer service was, hands down, the best experience I have had in this whole hunt for a new place. She was pleasant, and it was like touring the apartments with an old friend. She answered all of my questions, and put up with my indecisiveness about whether I wanted to move into a one bedroom or two bedroom. She helped me select the perfect unit for me and my needs!***UPDATED REVIEW***I have fallen in love with this property all over again thanks to the new manager Michael, and our new leasing agent Ashley! They are both SUPER helpful, and are on top of property maintenance. We now have awesome resident activities, and this is the first place Ive ever lived where I know the names of the majority of my neighbors. Everybody really looks out of everybody and I love it! Highly recommend!!

Michael, Ashley and John have a good service, the place is kept clean and very quiet for the residents, the pool area is very clean and the gardens are kept in good condition, the elevators all work without any problem, the maintenance of things is done, I have not been living in Dolce Vita for long but I have seen that everything has had a very good and fast service, therefore I congratulate this new administration.

Under New management. Im very happy with our new management! Michael our new manager, Ashley his assistant and John the maintenance manager. Since they came in, the pool was cleaned properly, Trash bins cleaned, several community events have been put together, doors and gates have been fixed. And im so proud that our manager has put together a coat drive to keep the homeless warm! Now that makes me very happy to be a part of this community!

Dolce Vita Cibolo Canyons is a fabulous property in the most gorgeous part of the Stone Oak area! It is in the top of apartment home communities in San Antonio and it stands in a class of its own. It has breathtaking views of the hills. From the pastel colors and the stone of the outside of the building, to the gorgeous colorful salmon colored print carpet and all of the interior amenities make it an unparalleled resort style community. The interior perks include gorgeous granite top kitchen islands with sparkles that look like flecks of gold, modern washer and dryers, glass top stoves and plush carpet. This community also has a media room--essentially a movie theater room where you can recline in chairs with drink holders. Management is outstanding! Sarah and Ashley make your transition seamless, really make you feel right at home, address all work orders quickly, and are super nice! Dolce Vita is right across the J.W. Marriott resort with a golf course. Next to the resort are 9 miles of trails which you can walk, jog or bike along, and its also a wonderful neighborhood to walk the sidewalks, lined with beautiful trees. The Leon Creek Greenway trails are just 15 minutes away.

Shout out!!! To Fallon, she was spot on with her friendliness and customer service. She gave us a tour of the available units. UNITS ARE AMAZING!!!! The overall apartment complex is stunning! Living here for two weeks it has just been perfect.Fallon had all the answers to our questions me and my partner had. After a long day of touring. We returned to start our application since Fallon gave us Amazing customer service unlike other complexes we visited that day. Thank you, Fallon !!!

I moved from College Station -> San Antonio to Dolce Vita, sight unseen and I was astonished with my apartment, the move in process and how smooth this was. The leasing process was very smooth as well. When I showed up to the property, the first thing I did was run right up to the apartment to view it and was blown away!! I am in love with the standing island in the kitchen, the in-unit washer/dryer, and the staff has been amazing throughout this whole process. Eric, lead Maintenance, was also very helpful when I needed my hot water heater turned up and he was in the unit within 5 minutes of me asking!! I love my apartment and LOOOOVVVVEEEEE the view from my balcony!!

I like being treated with respect and professional courtesies.I like the consideration of my situation in moving into my room Even though I had health events occurring the same time of my move I had help from all.The positive attitude of management and all involved made my move as easy as any move I have made.These are real people who treat all with the utmost care and helpfulness that is above expectations.They go beyond what one would see in management.All amenities are more than a person would desire.Since I have a problem with my left leg I really appreciate my packages being left at my door.The facility is outstanding as related to quality and health and safety issues.The security deposit is very reasonable.I have not had to make any compromises.Maintenance and that includes repairs is a great luxury as well as valet trash.This move meets my needs and lifestyle.The considerate management is reliable.The utility expenses are well within expectations.The appliances are so very much above expectations. I never expected a deep stainless steel kitchen sink.And a washer and dryer that are better than one would get any other place.But the bottom line is the people.Management is the best.Basically I have found the best of the best.It meets my needs and that means the cost is what I can pay and is how much responsibility I can take on.

As soon as I walked in, I felt really nice vibes. The hallways are spacious, elevators are clean, nice swimming pool, easy access to Cibolo Canyon trails, and miles of sidewalks to walk my dog. The dog park looks like its mainly for midsize dogs, but thats okay since theres plenty of other places to walk off property. The area is surrounded by gated upscale neighborhoods. If I look out the window I get the view of the J.W Marriot San Antonio Hill Country Resort and Spa. Im very happy to call this home. I want to say thank you to the leasing staff. They’re very attentive and welcoming. Both ladies went above and beyond to fulfill my needs.

I am not a current resident but I must take a moment to boast about my experience with the property thus far.I came to San Antonio on business as I am relocating here in the next month. I had looked at some places online but was hesitant to apply to a property sight unseen. Having worked in leasing myself in the past, I had a bit of knowledge of things to keep a look out for before committing to a new home. Let me start by telling you that I was very indecisive and unsure of the area and had a ton of questions. I was pressed for time and only had a few hours to find a home.All I can say is, Falon, Falon, Falon! Falon Tucker was simply amazing! Not only did she do a virtual tour but she took the time to do an in person tour with me an hour later. She answered all of my questions with patience and ease and made me so enthusiastic about becoming a resident. Not only was she courteous and relatable, she was a breath of fresh air. My experience was similar to a conversation with a new friend, I never felt pressured or rushed. She was amazing! The apartment was gorgeous, the amenities, the fixtures and space is very functional and well designed. I cant wait to be a resident and call this place home!Update: I received a request to rate Dolce Vita today and thought it was only right to comply with the request. I have not have the best experience here but figure it could be worse and was not willing to jump from one mess to the next. I have a pet but do not take him to the dog park, as the grounds are never cleaned and it is not enforced. There is trash in the hallways and spills frequently in the elevator. The elevator is out every other week which can be super inconvenient. The gate and locked door are frequently blocked and more than once someone was parked in my paid parking spot. Mail is always misdelivered and the pool is not as pristine as it was when I first moved in. The gym is small and only has 1 treadmill and stepper so if you dont get there before someone else, you wont work out. I have a shortage in my apartment when I use my microwave and it trips my circuit, I put a call in about this but was told no issue was found.Could I move? Yes. Does it make sense? No, not at this point, I just deal with the issues the best way I can. Face it, there will always be something no matter where you go but you have to decide what you are willing to put up with and leave when enough is enough

I walked in at 540pm to just grab the fliers since they were closing at 6pm. Ashley was nice and kind enough to give me the grand tour even though she had mentioned that she had a kid at the ER. Very nice, elegant and comfortable environment. I actually told Ashley that because of her I will be highly considering moving in to Dolce Vita. Highly recommend and Ashley was a God send. Love it. Come see for yourself.

My experience in this place as a home has been excellent. We have many facilities such as GYM, office with computer, beauty salon, activity room, swimming pool and place for our pets. The treatment of the new administration is very attentive and cordial at all times. I love and recommend this place to live
