The cozy decorations and warm setup were perfect for these cold winter days, making it feel so welcoming. It’s clear the staff puts in so much effort throughout the year to create special moments for residents on different occasions. Your hard work and cheerful attitude truly make this community a wonderful place to live!

    Great Apartment complex! They have many amenities and are pet friendly. Stephanie was wonderful and assisted my fiance and I with finding a unit that suites our needs. I can tell she really cares about the community. They even have a courtesy officer on site.

    Great staff, never had an issue with them or the maintenance. They come in a timely manner. Only issue we have is, the playground should have hours marked because there is always kids and even adults screaming and yelling outside our window past 10pm. And the ceilings are very thin, we can hear everything our neighbors do above us. The footsteps are extremely loud, and we have 3 kids and yes it wakes them up at night, can hear conversations and even their phones vibrate. But other than that, it has been a great place to live so far. If you can get past the thin ceilings and stomping every day and night.

    The gym is nice and the on site trainer, Josh, is amazing. Ive been training with him for 2 years now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. Josh is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging & somehow fun. Not only has my mental health improved but my fitness has increased noticeably; and Ive seen improvements in my ability to lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. Importantly, Josh ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He is extremely reliable, encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession. I thoroughly enjoy working out in the sessions I attend and aim to continue to train and maintain a good level of fitness with his help for a long time to come.

    I am moving into an apartment for the first time in my life. I have always rented houses with friends but am renting a 1 bed apartment now.The apartment tour was very informative and helpful; the leasing agent(Stephanie Rex) was friendly and answered all our questions thoroughly, providing a great overview of the unit and the community amenities, which really helped me get a good sense of whether this apartment would be a good fit for me.

    Easy move in. Love my floor plan. Clean! Love the trash service. The questions I have had were answered by management, and the leasing office is full of welcoming, smiling faces. Very animal friendly! No complaints.

    The whole staff is wonderful! Ever involved with their resident with versus events.They had a very lovely Christmas party! We’ll even see maintenance out in the complex and they will stop and ask if are apartments needs anything!

    Discovery features a new, clean, modern gym facility with many of the latest fitness machines to help maximize your training. That, coupled with the expertise, patience and encouragement from Trainer Joshua Thomas, you cant go wrong. I highly recommend.

    First time here and the food was very good. I had the Rosta Pasta with oxtails. The pasta was so creamy and the oxtails were so tender just wish the oxtails were a little bigger and more lol. Also can you please fix the door handle.

    The property is beautiful, and the pool, (resort style with cabanas, ledge loungers, and outdoor kitchen) is amazing. The clubhouse and gym are second to none. They also have a professional trainer, (Josh,), on-site, who provides complimentary classes several times a week. The gym equipment is top of the line and you will find Josh and his adorable family about the property regularly. He is full of information and always willing to give helpful advice.I am also truly impressed with the new management team. They have a positive welcoming attitude, and they seem to be genuinely committed to keeping the property at its very best, and focusing on addressing issues as they arise and in a timely manner.Wonderful location, gorgeous amenities, . A+ staff!

    Discovery at Craig Ranch has partnered with physique transformation coach, Josh Thomas to offer people a chance to grow in their physical health with a focus on top tier performance and quality nutrition. I started working with him about 2 months ago when I made a commitment to get serious in prioritizing my health, and since then I can say Josh has helped me do just that. Since doing his online coaching program and in person training sessions, I’ve gotten stronger in my workouts, taken care of my gut health, and formed new and practical wellness habits to incorporate in my daily routine. Josh has helped me improve my physical well being even over the holidays and I can’t wait to see the growth I’ll make within the coming months. Thank you Josh Thomas!!

    I have been a client of the resident trainer, Josh, for right around a year now and I can say if he is a reflection of the complex, consider it a five star. Josh is courteous, consistent and knowledgeable. He listens to the need of clients and make any necessary adjustments. I honestly don’t know if I would be as consistent with my goals if it were not for Josh. I truly appreciate both the challenge and and encouragement that I receive. He is wonderful!

    I have lived in the community for a couple years. Ive had some issues but many have been resolved with the latest management. Maintenance has improved significantly as well in recent months. The pool was closed for around a year but now its open and well maintained! The price per square foot is reasonable.The grounds still need a lot of work. There is about a 6 inch gap between the sidewalk and the soil at our building and I have injured myself falling off. Promises to get it corrected and leveled were not kept within the 6 month time frame.

    Today I spoke with Tammy and Stephanie and had an awesome experience. Both were extremely helpful, informative and professional. My conversations with both were so appreciated and needed for me personally. If all industries had employees like them, the world, in which we live would be a better place. All I can say if you need help, they are my chosen two employees so far to turn to. The new recent management and staff are superb. Shout out to Barnaby too...excellent with the maintenance.     If you are coming to Discovery at Craig Ranch make sure you ask for Darius (sp) not only does he provide great customer service, but he follows through with what he says. I had a question about a lease not only did he pass my question on to management but he called me back the next day as promised with the answer!     Apartments are nice for the location and price. This place has a large pool and an awesome dog park for my dog to let some energy out. I talked to so many different people in the office, lots of work orders were placed, lots of promises were made, but the problems were never solved until Ms. Stephane Rex came to the office and took charge.
