I would wholeheartedly recommend Beverly Cardenas! She’s an excellent real estate agent who was indispensable in helping my family find a great place in Dallas as we were moving there from the North East. She really knows the Dallas area and gave us great guidance on which neighborhoods would meet our needs, and in a short space of time was able to find us a great place within our budget. It really was a pleasure working with her and from the get-go she was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and invested in finding the right place for us. Overall excellent experience!

I worked with Beverly Cardenas of Dallas high rise rentals last month when I was looking to lease a new luxury high rise in the Dallas, Victory Park area. I started searching on my own but soon realized some of these properties say theyre luxury but are not. Plus, getting an appointment or anyone on the phone is a job of its own. I reached out to Beverly thru a friend previously worked with her and gave me her contact info.As soon as we spoke, I knew she was the type of realtor who knew the city inside and out! She knew all the small details of each high rise. She showed me 3 luxury properties. Beverly is extremely sharp, polished, and so down to earth. Her relationships with the leasing agents got us in the door without an appointment at one place. In just 1 day she found me a great deal at a brand-new high rise with floor to ceiling windows (which was a must) and a city view!!!! Beverly Cardenas is the BEST realtor in Dallas and I strongly recommend you contact her!

Beverly pops up into our lives with a solution. Originally, we were set on the Uptown area of Dallas but Beverly found us something much better in the affluent, well-sought after area of Victory Park Dallas.
