I’ve been living here for almost a year and have loved every minute of it. The atmosphere of the apartment complex is very homey. There are kids playing outside which is very sweet to me. It’s very dog friendly & very easy to make community here! The office staff and grounds keeping staff have all welcomed my husband and I in as family. They are very kind, accommodating, and quick to fix! I would recommend this community to anyone and everyone!

Creekside Park The Residences is such a great community! The apartments and amenities are super nice and well kept. Everything you need is right there. I cant stress enough how friendly and helpful the staff is. Definitely recommend to anyone planning on moving to The Woodlands.

I just renewed my lease for a second year. This is a reasonable place to live. However, the pleas to repair the access gate for cars has gone on deaf ears. The owner company should have the budget to replace the gate. This is not a secured gated community. The gate has been broken more than it has been functional in the time I have been here. I only renewed my lease because I don’t want to move again so soon, not because I love it here.

We recently moved into Creekside about a week ago.The Managment team was different than it was in June when our son moved into the complex.The Managment team in June was amazing very hands on.We had a few set backs with the new Managment in regards to a few items but they were finally handled after about 4-5 requests, one being a resident referral form.Joel (we met in June) and Chaz (who is newer) were very helpful with us and our need and our accommodations since it is a short lease.We met Kaitlyn who also was very helpful and friendly.And the manager Erin (idk if I am spelling it right) was very understanding of our concerns and they were quickly resolved upon moving in. I expressed what I like and want to see upon move on and my needs were met to my expectations.I hope our stay will continue to be a good one.Thank you.

I had an amazing leasing experience thanks to the whole Creekside Park The Residence team, but a special thanks to Katherine, our leasing agent. She went over and above to accommodate our needs, and was always very responsive and attentive. Before making our decision, we visited many apartment complexes in the Woodlands area and out of all of these we were the most impressed with this apartments and their team (presentation goes a long way). The whole team was super professional and very welcoming! Their facilities also smelled and looked really clean, which we really liked! Anyway, highly recommend!! Five stars!!

Its been a great experience at Creekside Park The Residences so far. The move-in process was easy, and we feel so well taken care of by Raul and Catherine! The apartments are clean, and maintenance does a great job responding quickly. The numerous community events are a cherry on the top.

The place is very nice and peaceful. They could resume the activities they organized before COVID. I like having Katherine in the administration. She is a key player in the complex because she knows everyone, shows excellence in public relations, and is very diligent. Also, kids literally love her!

The apartment is very clean, the neighbours seem friendly and respectful. The moving was super easy Raul and Jessica both helped us out and had our lease approved with ready to move in a day it was a very pleasant experience. The thing we like the most is the on-site playground for kids my son is 2 and he loves it.

I had a very smooth experience when I moved in. Raul took very good care of me. I myself being in the same industry understand why its important to have a stress free moving experience. We sold our home which was 3000 sq ft to move into less than 1000 sq ft. I choose the 1/1 with a garage below me. It has worked out great for us and in reality I do not miss the space. When looking for a place you do have to realize in multyfamily living you will be sharing walls with neighbors. But, I have not had an issue here at Creekside. Thank you all for making this a stress free transition for us.The Hantzs

My experience leasing for the first time has been extremely easy, thanks to the staff at Creekside park the residence. I really appreciate all the hard work that Stephanie has done with helping me throughout the process and making this as smooth as possibly. The apartments are very beautiful and equipped with smart technology features it is also a very quiet neighborhood. I really enjoy living here. :)

We love our place at Creekside Park the Residences!! Nice finishes, convenient parking, gorgeous pool and work out room! Easy garbage removal, dog waste bags & bins. Great staff!! Recently my friends and I needed a meeting space - the front office was very accommodating, allowing us to use a conference room for our 2 hour meeting. The kitchen, library and other seating area in the main building are beautiful - we look forward to using those as well. Close proximity to services is a bonus - walking distance to HEB, several restaurants, UPS store and more. Have met many nice neighbors and look forward to meeting more!

I dont normally do reviews, but I love Creekside Park so much I had to. This place is seriously so great. Its quiet and nestled in the corner, but right across the street you have HEB, and basically a mini market street. I love living here. The apartments are nice and everything is new. We have had some problems with electricity, but maintenance responded to the issue quickly. I would suggest this to young couples and families with one or two young children.

This new development is absolutely beautiful! The staff is incredibly helpful, especially Stephanie Viesca. She was very warm and welcoming when I came in without an appointment to look at available units, and she went out of her way to follow up with me directly with updates on availability. I also came back for a 2nd visit a few minutes before closing and she was more than happy to accommodate another showing without question! Great staff and facility.

Stephanie was the one that helped me when I visited the property. I moved from out of state and needed to find something quick and hadnt been having luck. Although there was no vacancy that fit my need she still told me about their other property and helped me find my new home. She is wonderful.. professional and helpful. BEAUTIFUL property in such a great location! Walking distance from the HEB, as well as super close to other necessities. The units have super unique features and amenities that you cant find anywhere else and even offer townhomes for a completely reasonable price. Stephanie helped us out and she was incredible. Super patient with all of our questions and concerns and made it a fun experience! We cant wait to be residents!

Raul was very nice and helpful when I went to tour last week. While touring a 2 bedroom townhome I could hear the dog upstairs walking so I imagine the soundproofing is not that good. The one bedroom floorplan was just ok. The light fixtures, plugs, and handles were clearly installed quickly and poorly because most of them were not straight. Nice area though but priced as such and just not worth it for me. I could easily get more house then I need for the price of the 2 bedroom.

I love living at CPR! The amenities are great, the community is cozy and the location is ideal within walking distance to HEB and several restaurants. The grounds are well kept, and the staff/maintenance crew are kind and accommodating.
