I have moved here six months ago, and so far, my family and I are very happy here. The community is well-maintained, and the office staff is always polite and helpful, whether it’s addressing issues or considering new ideas.I especially want to thank Sarah—she is an amazing manager! From our very first visit, she made us feel welcome, and her professionalism and kindness have stood out ever since. I’m grateful for her support and for the positive experience we’ve had living here. Highly recommend!

A very nice and quiet community. I have the B1 floor plan on the 2nd floor and love the layout space and design of the unit. The diversity and colors that you get to choose from and the difference that each floor has is very nice. The leasing staff Was very easy to work with and very kind. I worked with Ariel primarily she is a very sweet woman.

Continues to be one of the well run properties in Woodlands/Spring. A few gripe points around wheel theft, slow service requests if improved upon could make this a sure 5-star.Location and amenities wise it’s definitely a 5-star. Overall property management has been ok with several activities to keep people engaged.Final note: power loss has been a concern both in 2023,2024. This is not a property issue but makes it necessary to have a hurricane kit.

Even during the aftermath of the Dereco and Hurricane Beryl. The staff has worked everyday to protect the property and provide assistance to residents to the best of their ability. They are working without electricity and are sweating right along with the residents. I personally have had no issues with the maintenance department, always responding and repairing every ticket I have ever submitted with professionalism. Thank you to the staff for enduring with us!

I came in to inquire about an apartment here and had a great experience. The office staff here are extremely friendly, Sarah did my tour - she was super nice and answered all my questions. The apartments look beautiful and they put a lot of attention into the details. There is a lot to do around the area as well. Only wish it was closer to my work, otherwise it is a great property.

Creekside Park the Grove, is an amazing community needless to say. From staff to amenities and its luxury beautiful sleek design. My husband and I could not be any happier with our choice, of making this amazing property our home for the next couple of years. We have been here a little over 6 months and we have zero complaints. When we went in for our first tour we were amazed with all of the staff especially with Raul. He answered all of our questions with great detail. They are great with answering phone calls and emails. Which we are truly grateful due to past issues we have had at other complexes. Cannot wait to share this experience with our new neighbors.

I literally wish I could live here forever!!! We love our apartment! So spacious, big kitchen, walk-in shower in the primary bedroom, walk-in closets, large laundry room, spacious patio too! Love having the elevator and all amenities!

Went to see these luxury apartments and they were so beautiful. I walked in and the property was nice and clean and the office was very nice . I did a walk through the property with Ariel. The details and the amenities were best seen in person. The apartment I viewed was so nice to the finishes. The pool and gym was top notch.The tour with Ariel was a great experience and will be back before I make my decision. Thank you Ariel for making my visit a pleasure one.Alex

My stay at The Grove has been great so far. The office team is very helpful and maintenance goes above and beyond to keep this place nice. Grounds are always clean, fun new resident events and a great sense of community here. It’s nice to be within walking distance of HEB, some great restaurants and bars as well.

Excellent experience. Not only because the complex is new but the staff is wonderful . Yolanda, Corbin and Brittany are the most professional and attentive people. Before visiting The Grove I went to other apartment complexes in The Woodlands and what sets this apart, is the great people that meet you. Needles to say that the amenities are great too. The gym has state of the art equipment, the pool and common areas are resort like. Although they opened very recently, I’m sure they will fill up very quickly.

4 month Update: I have loved living here. The staff and maintenance have been really nice and friendly. Props to Irma for being so helpful, knowledgeable and well disposed. Definitely ask for her when you go in!I’ve been able to connect with multiple of my neighbors and now that I got a puppy I’ve met a lot more of them. This is an incredible community and im happy to have moved here.Living in Creekside Park - The GroveI moved just about 2 weeks ago and I can simply say I love our apartment, and apartment complex. The staff has been very nice since the very beginning from the time we came searching to the time we move and the time I went to the office for a coffee.The apartment is located in a great area, close to schools, grocery stores, banks, shopping center and even a movie theater.The apartments have a luxury feel, the living area is very spacious, and it has a modern look. I kind of wish the pantry was bigger on my one bedroom apartment but the size still works.Although I don’t have any pets, I love that the Grove is pet friendly.And for families that have kids or teenagers in school, there are some study/work areas in all buildings which is pretty cool.My one bedroom apartment, fits a king size bed and still has a lot of space around. Everything is new, the layout is perfect for me and my husband; it’s what we we’re looking for in an apartment.So far we have not encountered any issues and would totally recommend moving here.Overall, I love having moved here, it feels like home.

Overall living there was an experience close to 5 out of 5.Im surprised with the fact that nobody says that youve an HEB and a Walmart on a pretty easy walkable distance, for example.Also, the fees were pretty reasonable for the level of attention you get. I never had big troubles besides a couple minor used that they fixed quickly.If youre coming to The Woodlands for the first time or -even better- youre moving overseas, this place is perfect. Youre on a nice area, surrounded by everything you need by walk, with a -nowadays- super friendly staff that I enjoyed, it became specially good the last months. I lived there for a year and a half and I would definitely repeat it if I would need to do it again.

Moved to this Apartment and I can honestly say they have the greatest customer appreciation and service. They’re willing to do everything they can to help make your experience great! From the guided tours, the fun activities, amenities is very modern , quiet and beautiful area of Creekside park ! Management is very awesome and loves to spread the joy of the guest. Overall, the leasing experience was outstanding and so was Irma. From the moment I walked into the leasing office, Irma was there to greet us and answer my endless amount of questions. During my tour, she went above and beyond with her customer service and knowledge of the property. I couldn’t have asked for a better leasing consultant. If anyone is looking to lease at this property, I HIGHLY suggest asking for Irma to walk you through the process. Initially, I was so terrified of the amount of paperwork that comes with leasing an apartment; however, Irma was so knowledgeable about all of the little details that I needed to know. Overall, the team at the The Grove are extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Beautiful complex in a great location. Brand new apartments with gorgeous, luxurious interiors. We love our spacious A3 that has a huge kitchen. Great customer service as well, Corbin has really taken care of us. It feels so “high end” here, we love it.

I absolutely looove this complex and the people that work here….. Yolonda, Taylor, Brittany and Corbin are all Amazzzing!!!!! The property is beautiful and the customer service is fantastic. My apartment is spacious and brand new!!!! I moved allll the way from Austin which is 3 hours away and I do not regret it.
