The place is very cause. Both laundry are amazing. Parking is outstanding. Renting Office workers are so professional and caring. They are always on top of their games. Always helpful and very communicative. I can stay here for 20 more years to come.

Moving into the Cottages at Terrell Hills has been such a blessing to me , after searching for months I finally landed a very reasonable price appointment which is very well kept very clean and spacious. The management was very helpful and instrumental in getting me approved in my time frame of my desired move in date. Very quiet and well kept grounds. Also, the online portal is very Helpful with all concerns making it fast and efficient. I would just like to take the time to thank all the personnel that work for the cottages for all that you’ve done for me, you’re a blessing keep up the great work I would recommend this location to anyone which by the way it’s really close to my job which was one of the main reason I was interested but after seeing all the perks of moving in I was sold merry Christmas and a happy new year to you all. Thank you so much for everything.

Good since I moved in January 2023. I have a newly renovated apartment and must say I am more than satisfied with it and the price. Nowhere is perfect and I’m not saying they are too but must admit I have been happy with how they respond and react to requests since I have moved here. Parking lot could use some love but other than that not a bad place to start

We have been here 3 months and we like this place. We work close by (a hospital) and is very convenient. We love the large 2 bedrooms! and two full baths. The closets are large and pantries are good. We do not have roaches, but we are not messy people either.

The office here is great they have helped me lately when needed. They helped me replace some of my stairs to help me get up and down. Cause Im disabled they have fixed everything I asked for I have had no problem with them. They are great here Im already re-signing my new lease in a couple of months

The Brix is located in a great location! Spacious apartments with lots of closet space! Management is willing to work with you in a timely manner. Just remember to come to the office and seek help and help will be given. The pool is a great place to hang out at as well. Honestly price, space and location that is what is all about!
