I felt compelled to leave a review after seeing all of the negative comments and crazy accusations by people who simply became impatient.I am the second person I know who has received help from this team. Both times, they made the impossible possible. My experience was professional, timely, respectful and I just moved into my new place yesterday. The complex was my first choice. Its a high end community and I am happy with the place that i chose. The move in process was easy and smooth with the leasing office because everything was done and ready for me to get the keys and sign one document.Jasmine was professional the whole way through and I put her through it over the course of a week pushing her to get things done as fast as possible because i was going from AirBnb to AirBnB and had been for 2 weeks.You must be patient and trust the process. I now feel like a jerk because of the annoying emails that I sent to her asking for updates and whining because I didnt have a place.I needed their help as i was unable to gain an approval due to an ex who didnt pay rent on time in spite of me paying my part on time every time for over 3 yrs. I was on that lease, so the final bill and poor payment history drug my 700 credit score down to 590.I jumped through every hoop and anything I needed to do, I did quickly. Thats important to the process as applications expire so you need to make sure you have the $ to spend and do anything they need you to do immediately.These people provide a much needed service to good people who work hard but have things on their credit history that will prevent them from renting an apt, house, anything.Dont believe the bad reviews. Those people either became impatient with the process or didnt have the money liquidity to even participate in the program but found reasons to blame these people. I just picked up my keys to my new apartment so I can assure you this program works! Kienyata was my account manger and did a great job keeping me updated and reaching out to the apartment complex if something was missing (they forgot to include my dog on the lease and didnt add me as an occupant). I read all the reviews and honestly I was a little nervous. Theres just so many scams out there that its hard to figure out who is and isnt legit. But given they are rated with the BBB and they responded to most of the complaints I took a chance. Like others have said this is not a quick process. I think I applied the second week of December and the lease was signed the middle of January. Part of the delay was that the apartment was not available until 1/17 so things werent moving super fast. Things I did to speed up the process a bit was I made sure the apartments I picked had corporate leasing, there were units available, and I made sure i met the income requirements. I was approved by my first choice. Like I said earlier there were a few hang ups but I dont think that delayed anything and it wasnt the fault of Complex Property Solutions. In fact Kienyata pointed out the issue with them not including my dog and not listing me as an occupant before I even noticed.So yes, the process can take a little longer than going through it yourself and it will cost a little more but if youre in a situation where you cant get an apartment on your own this is a great solution that works! I will definitely recommend Complex Property Solutions and Kienyata to others.

Best experience ever! I got exactly what I wanted and they were very professional! I wish they had referral incentives because I will be telling everyone I know that is credit challenged. Guys please ignore any negative reviews ! Trust me I was one of those guys who looked at the reviews before signing up and reading the negative ones made me a bit optimistic. I literally just got done with their program and I couldn’t be more thankful . Whoever is running this program, I really do want to thank you for the opportunity and especially Quisha and the rest of the team . If you’re looking for a new apartment but for some reason you keep on getting denied, this is the place to go ! I really recommend! They will not give up until you get approve for an apartment. Shakeia all day long!!! She was super patient with me and very persistent in responding!! She got me approved for my 1st choice with no hassle at all. I would strongly recommend Complex Approvals for anyone in need of a place but having a hard time. Its straight forward and very worth it, no sketchiness here, believe me. Just trust the process and be proactive. Shakeias customer service skills are top notch and the company is lucky to have her!! She deserves a fat raise 😊 Also Jeanette and Natasha were very helpful too. Great work ladies!!

Complex Approvals really works!! Definitely have your money ready, but the process is pretty straight forward. Trust the process and be patient. I’m very pleased with the new home I now have. Didn’t get approved for the first place but found something better and got approved within 72 hours of applying! Thank you.

This is an easy process. Literally took 3 business days to get me approved. My credit is horrible. Im past due on bills, bankrupty, and I owe apartments. But I was still approved by my first choice apartment. They are very quick in responding back, and always answers my calls. I am thankful! I am leaving a bad marriage and need to move asap. They really helped me

It was a process and I was very skeptical but I knew of people who used them so I went off of it that way. It was reassuring to know the whole payment wasn’t due upfront. The communication throughout the process could’ve been a lot better but the job was done and I am satisfied!

I’m in my new place and couldn’t be happier. There was a process that I had to go through with Complex Approvals but considering that I gave them under 30 days to help me, I am really grateful for all the assistance I received. I usually received a response from my request anywhere from 1-24 hours whenever I had questions. All responses were professional and on point. The person, Shakeia, assigned to assist me was wonderfully patient. All my interactions with the other staff went well. All my questions were answered and I was notified how things were coming moving along as I went through the process . Yes, I would recommend Complex Approvals for those who have been challenged finding a good place to live.

I appreciate this company very much. I have a bankruptcy on my credit which made it very hard for me to get approved for an apartment on my own. Complex approvals helped me get approved for an apartment in one of the areas I was interested in. I appreciate them very much and will definitely use them in the future again. Let me say I due apologize for leavening a late review but I had to get settled in my new place! This Company is great! At first I had my doubts. But thank God I went through with the process! Very easy to apply and the lady’s in the office does All the work for you and it’s so worth it. Make sure you have all your fees ready because the process goes pretty fast. Everyone was very nice and kept me informed on what was going on. Thank God for this Company. Thank you Complex Property I’m so in Love with my new home.

I cant say anything negative about this company because they are a Godsend. My back was against the wall and Complex Approvals came through right on time! If you are hesitating to work with this company, DONT BE. Because of delinquent student loans, I was denied twice until I was accepted into Complex Approvals program and got approved for a one bedroom apartment well within my budget. I cannot recommend them enough!

Started my experience with Complex back in March 2022. I heard about them through a friend. It was a long road but at some point in your life even when at your lowest you have to learn how to trust. Thats what I did with Complex and by God I was highly impressed. I was approved for my apartment the last week of May 2022, moved in the first week of June 2022! Our communication was mainly through email, but the job got done and when I did need to call , they answered or either returned my call swiftly! I highly recommend Complex, especially when you feel like youve falling rock bottom! THANK YOU COMPLEX APPROVALS! My children and I were caught up in a rental scam, took me for all of my savings. I needed a new, safe place FAST! I was very hesitant, because of the situation I had just left. Well, I had to take a chance, and Thanks be to God I did. Shakira was The BEST! Shes worked late, sent emails early and called continuously to get us into our dream home! Youd think she was kin or something ☺️ No seriously, if you have anything holding you back from the home you want to rent, please give them a chance! I didnt stop until I found an all inclusive property in my price range for these kiddos! Thanks again for your patience and understanding even when I was frustrated Shakira 🙂
