The onboarding process with Landry and Gaby was absolutely wonderful and seamless. Ive been here for a month now, and it truly feels like home. The apartment interiors are modern and thoughtfully designed, making it a comfortable and stylish living space. The management team is incredibly supportive and quick to resolve any issues, which is a huge plus. The gym center is top-notch and far better than those in other communities I’ve experienced. The greenery throughout the property adds a refreshing and serene atmosphere, making it a joy to live here. Buildings 12-14, in particular, are exceptionally well-maintained.

Our experience in Colonnade at Willowbend has been amazing! We love that we are surrounded by trees all around. The staff has always been attentive to problems that may pop up and they solve it right away. The apartment complex is clean, spacious and surrounded by friendly people!!I will totally recommend for someone to move out here! 👍🏼

The grounds are well kept, staff is always easy to contact and pleasant to get along with. Overall, Colonnade has been an enjoyable place to live. The pool is definitely enticing when the weather warms up in the spring.

Cant tell you how pleased I was to find a two bedroom in my price range, in a really great neighborhood, and what so far seems to be a wonderful complex. Heather was helpful, thoughtful, and eager to make sure that I had everything I needed. The whole group in the management office has been great, and I look forward to many years here. Love it!!

I’ve really enjoyed living here for the last 14 months. The management staff are awesome and always helpful and friendly. Our unit is a bit outdated and showing some signs of wear and tear, but I know they are renovating apartments so hopefully repairs will be undertaken.It’s a bit disappointing that the grills aren’t accessible at the swimming pool this year.

Weve lived here for over a year and we love it! The grounds are well maintained with mature trees, a creek, dog parks, and walking paths. Our floorplan has good storage, good-sized rooms and high ceilings.Maintenance is timely when you need them fast. Office staff is helpful. Neighbors are friendly, diverse and everybody is just doing their thing.And, we love our garage! Having a place for our cars AND extra storage space is awesome!

Just toured this property and had a great interaction with Raymond. He was super helpful with answering all of my questions and had great energy! The property is very nice and is located in an upscale quiet neighborhood in Plano. I’m so glad I found Colonnade at Willow Bend and I am excited to become a tenant in the near future!

Raymond was dope! He was very helpful, professional and super detailed explaining the difference between each floor plan. As for the property, its an old property that they tried to upgrade, theres a little room for improvement. A nice family community. But, this doesnt reflect the great customer service that we received.

Great place to live, really close to 2 tollways and 6 minutes away from lots of amazing food options. Floor plans are spacious and come with large balconies. Some even come with working fireplaces, security is nice and lots of visitor parking spots in the back on the property.

Moved to Texas and this apartment complex about 6 months ago. Perfect transition. The apartment amenities are what we expect, size of the 2 room apartment is great, and the campus grounds are well kept. Neighbors are friendly and the pool is always clean, clear and blue! They also have regular food trucks attend and brunches as well. The office staff, Henry in particular helped my family and I move in. His attention to detail is fantastic, very accommodating and always a nice person to talk to whenever I visit the clubhouse. Id recommend this complex to any of my friends or family.

This apartment complex is amazing. I have been here now going on 3 years. The office staff (Mattie, George and Michael) are awesome and they model excellent customer service always. Maintenance is on top of service requests within 24 hours and are always so respectful and helpful. If you are looking for an apartment complex with staff that truly care and go above and beyond to make sure you are safe and happy then Colonnade at Willow Bend is your new home.

My family and I have lived here for the past 3 years and I could not recommend a better place to live! It is a close proximity to all the things: grocery stores, shopping, movie theaters and a short drive away from downtown Plano.

We’ve lived here almost four years, and enjoy the beautiful property. The landscaping and grounds are so nice, especially for pet owners. The apartments are spacious with great floor plans...mini, cozy homes. Lately, we’ve been through several managers...seems they change monthly. This presents some problems around the property. However, Roxy and Raquel are such reliable and helpful personnel you can count on when contacting the office. They are always eager to help, and even stayed late to assist with printing a document. Yes, printers most often do not work. Thanks Roxy and Raquel...You guys are awesome!

My wife and I moved in July 31st and Raquel and Ashley helped us with move in. Unlike other apartments weve rented they allowed us to see the apartment before move in, and at move in the checklist only had a few things that we needed to address. We are extremely happy with our new apartment and the care the apartment management gave to us during the move in process. Recently the garbage disposal clogged and maintenance was able to fix it and give a detailed repair work order to us in the turn around time of 1 day. This apartment is extremely quiet at night. Best apartment experience my wife and I have had. Hopefully it will stay this way through the rest of our time at Colonnade at Willow Bend.

I have enjoyed living here very much. It is very quiet and their courtyard area is one of my favorites as I love feeding the birds and squirrels. The management team is respectful as well as very professional. I cant say enough good things about their maintenance department. They handle things right away and if they have had to stay late to see that everything is ok, they do. I would recommend Colonnade at Willow Bend to anyone. I am an Apartment Locator and could have moved anywhere and I chose Colonnade.

The Colonnade at Willow Bend is an awesome and wonderful place to call home. I have lived here for about 8 years and counting,. The staff is very professional in all they do. Ashley, the current manager is very skillful, in her management style. I commend her for so many things because for the years i been here she has proven to be very outstanding. She listens and takes prompt action. Repairs and complaints are PROMPTLY addressed to satisfaction. Residents are her priority and are treated with high respect. She is very simple and easy to deal with. The complex is very clean and quite safe to live with your family. I have recommended some friends who do enjoy living here. Her subordinate staff are such great ladies indeed.Chris Ndakwe.

I have lived in this complex for a year and just renewed my lease. When I have a maintenance request they always address it immediately. Roxi has always been super helpful with anything Ive needed. The grounds are kept tidy and overall its a quiet neighborhood. My view from the patio overlooking the creek is so serene. I have birds, squirrels, turtles and ducks that I get to witness on a regular basis. Highly recommend.

This was by far the best complex Ive lived in. The staff, amenities, grounds and layout were the best. The staff was remarkable. They called back when they said they would. During COVID they made sure residents were taken care of and reached out to make sure everyone was ok. During the ice storm they supplied, water, warm meals and locations to take a shower and places to keep warm. The maintenance crews were very knowledgeable, friendly and always smiled and waved when driving by.Only suggestion I would have is lighter wall colors as it could be a little dark in the apartment, ceiling fans in the living rooms and upgraded light switches.If it werent for buying a house I wouldve stayed.

The experience alone is worth 5 Stars. From the first moment we walked in Roxy made my mom and I feel welcomed. We just relocated to the area from Louisiana and it’s been a pain finding somewhere safe, nice and affordable with immediate availability. So the warm greeting we received was appreciated. Roxy gave us a tour and explained in detail everything we needed to know about the apartment community. She was so patient and answered any questions we had with a smile. It felt like home but because we were looking to move in immediately and their first availability was for 9/24 we looked at a few more places. We found a couple of communities that had immediate availability but ultimately went back to the Colonnade at Willow Bend because of Roxy and the impression she left on us... oh and she also spoke with her manager to get us moved in a few days early!

I rented this apartment long distance over the web. Roxy was very helpful in getting me information and directing me to video walk-throughs of the apartment. Location is really good for my wife and I as we relocate to Texas. Close to our son, daughter-in-law and grandson, close to lots of shopping and restaurants. A great space for us to house hunt from.

I have been here for about three years. Iam up for renewal. My only issue is that rent continues to raise year after year. Keep in mind, jobs are not giving raises so it makes it hard to see what is the benefit because the amenities remain the same but the cost goes up. Relatively quiet. Parking could be better.
