This community is beautiful! I went by to take a tour with Michael and he was such a pleasure to work with. He seemed eager to help and answer all of my questions. I didnt feel rushed or annoying when speaking with him! Even the property manager was exited to help! Office was so pretty and smelled amazing! Excited to start my application process!

Love these apartments great for commuting to base if needed less than 20 minutes away. It is off the highway and easy to get to stores, has a lot of space even for a one bedroom. Staff are very nice and helpful always planning events for the kids and tenants. Amenities is a bonus including a grill pool side, computer room, printer service, and complementary coffee, snacks/ candy when available. I love whoever decorated the office very cozy and clean. Always informs tenants of reminders, changes and upcoming maintenance in advance, through our resident app. Absolutely quiet place to live with privacy. Love it here :)

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! They always keep it professional and answer all inquiries swiftly. I work on post and love that its close to post. The commute to work and other stores and major cities is a plus. The resident app is super user friendly, which I love because most Ive experienced before coming here have always been very buggy and hardly worked. Thank you! I highly recommend.

Great community! Me and my family lived here for 5 years, and we just moved out yesterday😔However my family outgrew the place and it is time to move on.Positives: Pool, 24hr gym, in home laundry (some apartments) and on site laundry room, maintenance team does good. Clearcreek also provides lockers for residents to receive packages in a secure room in the front office. Social events throughout the year is the norm, after school snacks for the kiddos and more! Go take a tour and see for yourself.Negatives: Even though its gated, there are constant issues with it remaining open especially during bad weather. No playground for kids. Various office workers throughout the years (probably due to military spouses).Overall great experience, highly recommend to check it out. Thanks for everything! God Bless

Im unable to locate my previous review, but my issue has greatly improved. My previous experience was frustrating acquiring reasonable accommodations that began before Miss Sarina coming board. But its been resolved, but wish it happened sooner. But this complex is well maintained, clean, with excellent maintenance. I recommend Clear Creek Meadows to anyone.Charlie R.

This place is a very great place. The office staff is amazing. I will recommend anyone to stay here. Also, the general manager is very helpful and very knowledgeable of her job. All the questions that I had she answered them and gave me a timeframe when I was able to move in.

The management/Maintenance team is very helpful and respectful. The reoccurring problem is the roaches. Management team communicated before we signed, that previous resident wasnt the cleanest and they did their part in clearing the apartment of roaches before our move in, very helpful/considerate. A year later my wife and I clean religiously, not sure about the neighbors, but the roaches seem to have gotten larger and are along the walls in the stairway. Only one has made its way into our apartment near the entrance.Other than this issue, this apartment is nice and management is doing a great job.

I love living here at Clear Creek Meadows Apartments. The staff here have always been friendly and professional. I have been in the Army for 15 years. I’ve stayed at many different apartments across the country, and I must say that this apartment complex is the best one I have ever stayed in.The landscaping and upkeep of the outside of the apartments are always on point. The grass is always cut, and you never see trash laying around on the outside of the apartments. The outside dumpsters are conveniently located between the different apartments. This makes taking out the trash an ease. Anytime you have a maintenance issue, the maintenance team takes care of the repairs in an expeditious manner.I never had any issues with the staff. Andrea (Community Manager) and Brooke (The Assistant Community Manager) are always friendly, and very helpful! No matter how busy they are, they are always able to multi-task and resolve any issues or concerns that you may bring to them. All the staff at Clear Creek Meadows makes you feel as if you are part of a big family. Hands down, Clear Creek Meadows is the best apartment complex in the Ft. Hood area. Trust me, you will not be disappointed living here!!

I have lived here for 9 months and the staff is great. I suspect that there were some changes a little over a year ago, for the better. There still is a problem with residents not picking up after their pooches. Yet there is a poo bag dispenser available. The parking is tight if you dont want to pay for a covered parking space that I wish they would stop charging for. The foliage and grass are always neat. The pool is small but is always clean and sparkling. The gym isnt Golds but I still get my sweat on. As far as noisy neighbors, at first I thought my new neighbors upstairs had a pet gorilla. It turns out they were assembling furniture. They are quieter now. I definitely recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a nice place with amenities.

I have lived in Clear Creek Meadows for about a year now, and I love it! The staff is WONDERFUL and are always there to help you. Recently my parents came to visit and were renting the model home for a week. (Which is only $50 a night and comes with EVERYTHING THEY NEEDED, including spices for cooking) I forgot to ask Lynn, the manager, for the key to their room before my parents flew in. We got back home around 10 pm when I realized my mistake, so I called their maintenance line and left a message explaining my problem. 2 minutes later Lynn called me back and graciously brought down the key and met my parents. The on sight gym is fabulous! It is great for people who cant sleep because it is open 24/7. The pool is kid friendly with a seperate part only 1 foot deep with a waterfall for the kids to enjoy. It also has a brand new grill next to the pool for parties. We live in the larger 2 bed/2 bath and love it. I can only think of a few things that we dont love. The carpets pick up stains really quickly and the bath tub is not bath time friendly, meaning that the tub is shaped like a rectangle and has no curve for your back, hence the no bath time friendly. Other than that, we love it here!

I have lived in a lot of different states and apartment complexes, but Clear Creek Meadows by far exceeds the rest. The staff is friendly and efficient. They address any needs right away and are super helpful with assisting you if you are new to the community! They even helped to streamline my internet and electricity for me which they did not have to do. My neighbors seem quiet and friendly! Highly recommend this complex.

Clear Creek Meadows Apartments are the absolute best apartments ever. I have dealt with various rental agencies for houses and apartment complexes, and these guys & ladies are absolutely AMAZING! If you have any issues w/ maintenance, they are always very prompt and right on it -- they are very respectful and extremely kind! Gym is open 24/7 which is always a plus when you have a child and spouse and need to release some stress in the middle of the night. (haha). Also, the pool is always clean, and majority of the time (not packed during the day), so if you need 30 mins to an hour to yourself to relax your mind and body, it is perfect! I could go on and on about this apartment complex, but I am sure you guys understand (: Definitely recommend them to anyone who is searching for a safe, relaxing, non-stressful environment to live in!

Kellie (asst. manager) is top notch and never hesitated to help me. The maintenance staff is prompt and professional. No complaints after living here 2013-2014. The 2BR/2BATH was huge and came with washer/dryer installed. Yes there is covered parking. I would move back in a heartbeat if I come back into town. Thanks for everything!

Love my apartment and the leasing office personnel have been nothing but great with me since the beginning, only thing I dont love its the stomping neighbors I have above my apartment specially when Im trying to sleep, it seems like they dont know how to walk without making that much noise and I dont like not having a permanent parking space its FCFS, everyone should have a assigned parking spot. Other than that I like the place.
