Citizen House Wolf Ranch has been a great home for me for the last two months! The leasing office and managers have been extremely helpful and handled some issues with vendors smoothly. They host great events to celebrate the residents and even sent me a card for my birthday. Each person in the office greets me with a smile and remembers my name. The fitness center and pool are great and I can’t wait to spend more time there. Shoutout to Josh for his exceptional customer service and helping take care of the minor fixes needed in my place. Quiet community and I’m so glad I found this haven in Georgetown.

We have lived here since august and have found it a nice place to live. This is a brand new complex so we ran into some issues in the beginning with certain things but they have been resolved and many things were outside of anyones control. Everything is kept clean and tidy in the common areas and they throw great events! We love taking our toddler to the activities they put on and it’s always a great time. The office staff is always very kind, we love dani! She is always so nice and willing to help. We look forward to experiencing the growth of the community here at CH.

Madison was absolutely great! From the moment we walked in she was very welcoming and extremely informative. Took us to tour the apartment and answered all the questions we had about the unit, availability, price, location, etc. We felt so at home by the end of the tour that we just HAD to apply (we had toured over 20+ apartments prior to and this was the FIRST time we felt the “this is it” feeling). Madison helped us apply right after our tour and she emailed us the very next day with our approval and next steps. I will be recommending Citizen House to everyone I know, I have nothing but great things to say. Awesome job Madison!

Love living here! Amazing location, staff, amenities and community events. The apartments are fairly new so there are occasional kinks to work out like wifi and power outages. However, great vibes overall.

I recently toured this new Community and was so impressed by the special touches to the units, the pool and club house are beautiful.Staff was very nice, patient, and informative. The location is not far from the Wolf Ranch Town Center. My favorite thing was the amazing hill country view.This is definitely on the top of my list .

I went to visit my brother and I was amazed at the beauty of the whole apartment complex. The feel was equivalent to a resort, the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. If your looking for a luxury apartment living this is definitely the spot!

The community is full of fantastic views! I just moved in and have a tree line view from the first floor! The community is off of the main road so I do not hear any major road traffic. The road to the community is private so the only cars coming down the road are the people who live here. Also, I get awesome perks like discounts, gifts, and points that help pay my rent just by living here. Its pretty cool!

Been to the property several times to visit some friends. The apartments are gorgeous! The grounds are well kept, the apartments themselves are spacious and very nice. Hopefully I can move here myself soon!

I recently had the pleasure of touring the Citizen House Wolf Ranch community in Georgetown and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Dani, our designated staff member and guide, was incredibly helpful, direct, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions and provided valuable insights into the community and its amenities. The apartments themselves were spacious, modern, and well-maintained, offering everything one could need for comfortable living. I loved those countertops in the kitchen. The community grounds were also beautifully maintained and the amenities were impressive, including the pool, fitness center, and love that there was a dog park!Whether youre looking for a new place to call home or just exploring options, I highly recommend scheduling a tour here. This property is just gorgeous! I went out and toured and Dani was so knowledgeable and friendly she made me feel like I would be extremely well taken care of! It will be such a pleasure working with such a gorgeous property and the best staff at any Greystar community PERIOD! If you want a gorgeous brand new property with the best staff in the world then this is definitely the apartment complex for you! Also dont forget their pricing is actually up to par and isnt like crazy expensive which for the amount of luxury they provide it is over the top and way beyond the price that you would pay to be a resident!

When I knew our lease on Westinghouse Rd. was expiring, my dog and I went looking. So many uh ohs until I drove into Citizen House Wolf Ranch. I toured three units and loved the first one. Oak trees left to create cover, set back from the hwy for a quiet environment, an incredible new Gym and the swimming pool is unbelievable. So, we are moving in and it has been such a long haul to move to a place that can be a quiet, lovely home. Thank you!

The property is stunning. While I dont live here, I was visiting a friend from out of state and accidentally left my hazards on, which drained my car battery. After his workday ended, a team member named Jim Pons kindly assisted me, even helping to jump-start my car to ensure my 9-month-old son and I could safely return home without suffering from the Texas heat. Jims incredible kindness and generosity have made me seriously consider this property if I ever decide to move to Texas. Thank you Jim!

Absolutely stunning and brand new. I love these apartments. Truly impressive prices for how nice it is and all the amenities. My favorite amenity is probably the pool. It’s really well-maintained, clean, and just feels luxurious hanging out down there. The gym is also super nice - I love the big windows.
