Im gonna start by saying that the staff, or at least the leasing agent I was thankfully blessed with, were extremely EXTREMELY helpful and quick to resolve my issue and she is the ONLY reason I gave this many stars.The unit I was leased, which was not the one I applied for since that unit was applied for literally a couple of hours before me, was not clean, hole in the door was plastered over, paint spray all over the floors and mirrors, bathtub painted over with hair still in the drain, and gnats flying around.My leasing agent was quicker than most would be possible at getting that fixed and getting me into a clean and livable unit that is of the same quality that I applied for.I walked the property and toured the units with her and they are actually pretty nice so I was very shocked to see the state of that unit.I cannot thank Belle Goff enough for her help, resourcefulness, and determination, and just overall amazing and calming demeanor.

Jada helped me through the process and she was amazing. If she wasnt so great, I probably would have moved somewhere else. It took a while for my apartment to be ready but she continuously kept me updated and offered another unit. The price is very affordable. There are some minor issues with the place but with the price you pay, you have to expect some issue. You can tell that the management company is in the works of giving the property a face-lift and I look forward to seeing it.

This is a huge community.. I think I counted over 900+ units. I dont know how the office team keeps up..but they certainly DO!!! I was so amazed at how organized the staff was. Maintenance greeted me outside and another maintenance helped me find the leasing office. Everyone welcomed me when I walked into the leasing office. I was even able to enter into the drawing for sharing my great experience that day. I truly love the options available..it was lots. I met the leasing manager, Rosa and Jamie....all of them were very friendly and eager to help me. I ended up forgetting my ID... but they called me back to the leasing office before I got to far. The quality of service was exceptional. Keep it up!!

I’m new here- but so far I’ve had a great and smooth transfer. I moved from basically the nightmare of apartment complexes full of shady management and terrible surprises on the units to this one. The rep helped me find the perfect apartment that was within my budget, floor preference and decent size. The move was smooth. So far a couple months in I’m so glad I moved here!! - now I know each experience varies with what people’s expectations are, but this place was clean, no strange orders other than the fresh paint. The inside looks wonderful not what I was used to at the other place. It’s been rather peaceful. Don’t see many people out and about. And the few I have seen seem nice. They had a movie event this week and every resident that attended was so nice there. I’m just loving this pace so far!

Honestly dont get why there is all these nasty reviews. First and foremost this apartment complex has been absolutely amazing to work with, not only did they process my application I was able to move in next day. I have had to make little maintenance request and they are too of it, they are very fast to come out and handle all your needs. I also let them know some concerns and once again they addressed them fast. I highly recommend these apartments. Also every one in the front office has been nothing but courteous and sweet and they legitimately do care about their residents.

I am in love with these apartment. Its super quite at night. They have such an amazing community. Very dog friendly, great for kids. I love how there is so much parking available. The staff and maintenance is always so helpful and nice. They do try their best to respond and answer. For how big the apartment complex is they really do a great job. I am truly happy here and plan on renewing my lease. You also have almost everything near you.

If i could rate this place ZERO stars I would. Management is very unhelpful and rude. There are roaches EVERYWHERE. You pay for pest control and they NEVER come. Ashlee is an “assist manager” she is the rudest and unhelpful person I have ever come in contact with. My air is BROKE and their is mold in my shower. Maintenance is no help unless Jermaine comes. I constantly contact the front office, but I received no help. LISTEN TO THE 1 STAR REVIEWS.UPDATE: Send emails for your records, but make sure to actually go to the office. The face to face help is amazing you will see fast results once you go to the office. Jessica was very helpful and made sure that all of my issues were fixed. Besides the few inconveniences this is a great apartment complex that is safe and is located near lots of necessities. I do still recommend the apartments, but just for your mental notes if you’re having issues make sure you go to the office.

Love my apartment. The staff is helpful and it was a breeze to get approved. I like they have valet trash and the cable that comes in a bundle package within your rent . All packages that you order come to your door . Service is spectacular!i had a service request and they came right out . I didn’t have to call and call they came right out . The apartments are kept up . Only problem I have is when the people upstairs from me have no respect and let their child run run run and it really is irritating . I understand walking but running and playing it’s horrible and it’s everyday . Other than that I would recommend this place.

Customer service here is great! I am in the B3 and the rooms are large and so is the master closet ! It has a nice flow and even a fireplace! I haven’t had any issues with the apartment and no maintenance issues. My apartment is near the back and there is always parking. No crime in my area and I haven’t gotten any of my amazon packages taken off my doorstep! This is a great place to live at a great price.

So first off i really do like living here. Honestly never had an issue with anything in the apt. No bugs of any kind. Maybe a gnat but that would be on me. Lol the pool is never over crowded. My neighbors are nice and no one bothers me. It’s never loud or crazy. Everyone is nice and kinda kinda their own business. I actually had a question and when someone in the office helped me they were kind rude. But then i called back and Jamie was so quick to help and listen and not give attitude. Really made me feel comfortable enough to vent how i feel. And then she transferred me Jessica T and she was just as helpful and i got my question answered and what i needed done. Put me in such a great mood that i decided to write a review. Also shout out to Cristina Rivera who’s the bomb in the office. Definitely felt helped and valued.. Honestly very pleased with it all. :)

I have been living here for almost a year now with my wife and two kids, John and Melissa. I think this apartment was a good find, the manager here is nice, Miriam really takes good care of the apartment and us. The hallways and walkways in this apartment is clean, but sometimes here is dog poop if the neighbors are not picking up after their dogs. The cleaning people get it the next day at the latest but it is never pleasant to see poop. I like the facilities here, the gym is pretty great but can get crowded.

I simply enjoy staying here. Never had any problems with neighbors or staff. It’s quite and I Love the pool area. The grounds are kept very clean as well. Management stays on top of any request by tenants. Ask for Jessica Tudor, she is on top of her game when it comes to management.

I have been living at these apartments for about 6 months.. before moving in we had an issue with getting the right unit, and was pretty upset they only had carpet for the first floor apartments.. but T.Ball our leaseing agent helped us get laminated floors and were super pleased on move in day that we had laminate flooring.. The side our apartment is on, has plenty of families and nice neighbors. Feel pretty safe living in the unit I am in. About a week ago, a pipe bursted in the ceiling above my storage unit located on the patio. The maintenance supervisor and dry wall contractor came out to check damages, and assured me that it would be cleaned and repaired in less than a couple of days. During that same weekend and on my schedule they replaced the dry wall and door.. after a week, everything is back the normal. Super happy with service and happy about calling my apartment home.

THESE ARE NOT LUXURY APARTMENTS!!!! Buyer Beware DO NOT LEASE HERE!!! A year later new management company same run down apartments! Check the crime rate for the property and read the reviews!!!!!! No hot water, or water is constantly off! Roach infestation, mice, raw sewage seeping from underneath the toilet, constant plumbing leaks, it takes sending certified letters to the management company for them to even send maintenance to your apartment and they will come and fix one or two things and leave the other 15 things on the list undone! Faulty appliances, I contacted the office by email a week ago about half of the apartment being without electricity because no one in the leasing office ever answers! Bottom line look elsewhere!!

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. Miguel Salgado who’s part of the leasing staff was very welcoming. Miguel gave me a complete tour of the aprtments and took the time to show me different floor plans. He made it easier by communicating constantly and tried to get me the best deal. The maintenance crew is always seen taking care of the property and kids often play outside. I like that the staff wants to make your living experience a great one. The area is really nice and every store that you can think of it’s near this apartment complex. Police officers are seen walking the property and trying to keep the apartments safe. I highly recommend living here at Circle Point Park.

The apartment has been an up and down ride for me and my wife here. There are lots of good stuff in here and we like our two bedroom apartment for the most part. Comes with AC and we have a washer and dryer in the unit so we can do our laundry which is pretty convenient. I think that the apartment could be kept cleaner and the neighbors dogs keep pooping without them picking it up. There should be a rule on that here.

This is my first apartment and with being an overnight worker I was worried about being able to sleep during the day. But even then the apartment does a great job of keeping the sound out. The stainless steel appliances are nice and for how low the price point is its a really good deal! (Theres also 3 pools and a gym)

We have been living in a two bedroom apartment here with a nice patio and have been enjoying living here. It is really comfortable being in this giant community of people and families. There are lots of things to do - like we love going to the gym and taking walks around this apartment with our dog. The management here i think is good, we have friendly interactions with the office staff almost daily,

This apartment has been a good place to live as far as cleanliness and comfort goes. The apartment is kept up well by all of the cleaning and maintenance people. The management here has been working their butts off lately or at least the apartment seems alot cleaner and friendlier than before. The apartment unit is very nice and have no complaints on that end.

It took one tour for me to know this was home! Ashlee is absolutely amazing! Angela is too! And Jessica and Rose are the absolute sweetest and they answer all of my many questions. This is my first time in an apartment by myself and I can’t say enough good things about them and how they’ve helped. Also service is on top of their game! Ive only been here twice before with a friend and both times have been such a wonderful welcoming experience. The staff always have smiles and are so helpful and very knowledgeable! The second time, while visiting I was there when a resident had car problems and the Regional Manager stepped in and offered to help jump start his car! His caring attitude and thoughtfulness for a complete stranger made my day! This is the type of community I would love to be apart of!!

I give 5 stars only to the staff of this apartment complex.I do however would give a 0 rating for the owners of this apartment complex and at the same time purpose a challenge.It isnt the office staff nor maintenance that prevents bad reviews it is you the owners.Why would I say this to you because all that has happened here in the years I have lived here has nothing to do with the staff.Actually, you as the owners should appreciate what the current and past staff have to deal with in order to keep your expectations in occupancy.I truly wonder how the uppers with control of the money can sleep at night knowing you havent done nor taken the necessary means to protect, secure, and maintain the good residents you do currently have that do pay rent on time. The people you seem to not care about that dont cause problems, obey the rules, and trying to not live outside their means to raise their families.It is a slap in the face to watch another building up in flames another family having to sign an additional lease because of it and oh also being offered to another apartment building that is just waiting its turn to flame up due to the poor conditions and abundance of hazards.I know as we all do there are bad apples that live on the property but not all are in this category. Even though the lease states security doesnt have to be provided...etc.How about this? Where does your family live? Why dont you live in one of these buildings that havent burnt down yet and have them deal with the pest control problems, bed bugs, loss of furniture, medical bills due to being robbed and shot. The maintenance is so far behind due to all the hazards that are allowed and covered up because youre the bosses and its your rules. I dont blame the residents at all nor the staff.I blame the owners. Go ahead and take this down after I post it I have a copy. Go ahead and make your phone calls to me etc.I have given my notice already. This isnt to be ugly to anyone a simple wakeup call is needed before someone else gets hurt. Prevention is key, crime can happen anywhere, so what are you doing to secure the people?What are you doing and are you doing for this complex what you would do for your own family. Whatever it takes right?
