I am totally Recommending this Place!The Manager (Maribel) is a very professional and caring Person.She made my mother feel right at Home!The apartments have an elevator, Gym, Dining room.And a resident coordinator they have lots activities for the residents. and the Manger is very much involved.I read these reviews, And felt compelled to say. Miss Maribel has never been rude to myself nor my 67 year old mother. In fact she and the staff have gone out of their way to be as helpful as they can. We just had a building meeting and she heard all of our concerns.If you want your loved one to live in a well coordinated,independent community this is the place for them.My Mother feels totally safe, I feel very confident in having her live there.

As a current and long time resident.Maribel is a wonderful property manager. Old management was horrible. the leasing personal didn’t know what they were doing. Maintenance is still outrageous, the man does not know what he is doing and I’ve been in the office when Maribel has specifically called him in for my work order and he says that it’s above his pay grade. We don’t do a lot activities due to Josie our “activity director.” Maribel is there to do a job it’s a senior living we are seniors not children.

6-14-2023 this apartment property is under new management and we are under a new management that smile and love old people and listen to what we have to say and our apartment is based on your income if your income is low your rent will be low . Come check us out and move into a nice apartment that you can afford and love . Maribel Villarreal is no longer the property manager .
