Going on my 3rd year living here at fountains and Im still happy. From the first day walking the unit with Itzy from the office, too now. Itzy has always been a helping caring person, willing to answer and help with any questions or issues. Shes always exciting to talk to , always has a smile, and brings such a great attitude. On that note , everyone in the office is very helpful and work with you with any issues. I really hope to keep living here.

I Been living here for only a few months and i can tell you the experience is been amazing. Elizabeth Especially she answer all my questions and help me to get a Apt based of my budget. I am a single father and like everyone we have ups and downs in life and Her and her team are really understandable and work with you! Thank yall truly!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Itzy a few times. She has always fixed any problems we have had in a very timely manner. Not only does she put in our work orders, she has came to check soon after the job was done that it was properly done. Thank you so much Itzy!!

I don’t see how anyone has rated these less than a 5 star in the last 3-4 years. These apartments are the best and the office staff is amazing. Management is professional and attentive. I honestly miss living here, it was peaceful and my apartment was super cute. Maintenance was always fast, and I very rarely had any issues while living there. If you’re not at Bent Tree Brook, you’re missing out folks 🤷🏽‍♀️

I lived in Irving for 4 years and decided to upgraded to a bigger place (yes the price for apartment at bent tree is costly, but you pay for what you get! Quality), the closet space is big!! If you have any issue with maintenance the office is quick about handling that it. They have mail room that locks after certain hours and lockers which keeps your package safe. I love that I can have my plants on my patio, without being bothered lol, the kitchen counter top is super big, and much more. If you are looking for apartment in safe area def consider Bent tree💛

Ive lived her for 2 years now and compared to the places I lived before, this place is heaven. When my ceiling caved in they acted promptly! Two days later my apartment was like new, in the mean time the accommodated me and my sister in one of their lovely demo apartments. When it came time to renew, my sister and I decided to stay. We now live in one of the bigger 2 bedrooms and havent had a single issue since. I am excited for all the renovations to come. Ive had other friends move here because you get so much bang for your buck! Safe, quiet, family community, great prices, friendly staff, and timely maintenance!

Not currently a resident but I will be soon! I have gone twice to tour different size apartments with Denai at the leasing office. She was very helpful with recommendations and explaining available options/upgrades based on my needs. When we toured the grounds it definitely felt safe, lots of areas to walk your dog, and the apartments seem to be well kept and upgraded. Looking forward to the move. Maybe will update the review after the move in process, but for now - definitely recommend checking this place out!

I live at the Fountains Apts.I blessed up on this community in a mad rush relocating.100% blessing!! The staff is all VERY friendly and really enjoyable personalities. Ive found them to be very responsive to any maintenance issue and reasonable in repair times. The rent is fair and the location solid. Its a VERY kid & dog friendly community.The complex was purchased under new management just a couple months ago and since then have by making repairs EVERYWHERE (replaced all windows, pools, roof etc.) like theyre possessed with greatness in details (definitely a virtue!!).I cannot speak on the other complexes surrounding this one however I can 100% say Fountains is FANTASTIC and the employees are now people I call friends.

Ive lived here for 2 years. The grounds are nicely kept and mowed regularly. Nice pools and tennis courts. Never had an issue putting g in a service request, Ive filed three and all answered and handled in a timely manner. Office always were attentive. Apartment i rented has SS upgrades and faux wood flooring. Good experience and Recommended.

This review could have easily been very negative but I was very fortunate because of Jessica Flores.My application process from the beginning to move-in was a little rocky, to say the least. Fortunately, Jessica Flores stepped in to make me feel comfortable with my decision to live in the Bent Tree Community for the next 13 months. She was extremely professional, responsive, proactively provided accurate information and went above and beyond to address my issues and concerns.Im grateful and look forward to my stay at Bent Tree Brook.

The leasing agent are nice. The leasing office looks clean and they have free water and coffee and candy if you have kids,or just for you 🤠. The first time we went they had free pizza and games etc. for the residents and whomever is coming. Jennifer was nice and explained about the apartment. We set a time and by calling before so its recommended.

When I first moved in here 2 years ago the complex was under a different management company and a little ran down. A few months back it was taken over by new management. The new management has made drastic improvements and are all friendly as could be and much more organized, we even get emails of events in the area, lost pets, and property updates. Some of the improvements so far include new insulation, new windows, and a much needed landscape improvement that has fixed the mud run off issue and also looks great! The main reason I moved here in the first place was an awesome floor plan and also being close to an awesome night life. Happy to say Im gladly signing a renewal coming up on my lease. Oh yea and shout out to the awesome maintenance team as well! Its nice knowing everyones name that is in charge of this community and feeling like Im a resident and not a unit number.

Our experience with the Communities of Bent Tree this past year has been so phenomenal that we have decided to stay another year. The office staff is always friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The office manager Amanda McMackin is unlike any other leader we’ve met. She always makes herself available for her residents. If you can’t reach her at a present moment, she will always respond within 24 hours. She is always current with training to ensure that her office staff provides the most world class customer service. You are always treated like family here at the Communities of Bent Tree.

I grew up in these apartments and the current management company is by far the best Ive seen. The office staff is always friendly, maintenance is reliable, and since taking over last year, they have made many improvements to the apartments and landscape.

I have lived in this apartment complex for 3 years now and its been a great complex to be in thus far. The leasing office agents are so friendly, always helpful and the they are quick to have maintance fix anything thats needed. Ive never had to wait more than a day to have someone come out, theyll even come late at night if its a emergency, no matter what day of the week it is. Bent tree just got new ownership and we are all stoaked to see all of the upgrades that are in store. From upgrading the apartments inside, to the new dog park, pools, and landscaping. To be living in Addison can get pricey but I always recommend Bent Tree Apartmrnts to any friends or family looking for a place to live.

I live here for more than 15 months, very friendly staff and their response for any service request or queries will be quick. Apartments are very spacious with good storage and their maintenance is really good and they clean parking areas everyday.

Love bent tree oaks more than Brooks. Lived here for 7 years between 2006 and 2012. Its awesome the way they have remodelled a lot of things including countertops, paint, flooring! In addison, this is the place to be.

I have been living at CBT Apartments for 5 years and I highly recommend it and there is also a very friendly and attentive staff in any emergency, especially Miss Elizabeth, she assisted us very kindly with everything necessary during the course of this time that I have lived here at CBT

Residential complex very well located in Addison TX, which is part of what could be called the Dallas metropolitan area. Their condo-type homes are very nice, comfortable and relatively affordable. The complex has a swimming pool, covered and outdoor parking. It is very close to the Addison airport.
