I gave this a 5 star rating based on my stay at this apartments for a duration of 3 years back in 1994 when they were brand new and it was predominantly for wealthier type of people. What an amazing place it was . Now I see its mainly for low income folks. Good times.

With new management and staff and on-site maintenance the casa del mar Apts ARE getting better in customer service and I and my family feel safe and are safe in these Apts with cameras, decent neighbors who do look after you, courtesy police officers on call. A gate that opens by app only. A walk in gate with key code only to residents. Been here for over 5 years and this place is coming up with advancements. MS. Melissa, Mr. Matthew and Ms. TJ are great at taking care of their customers.

“My experience at Casa Del Mar Apartments as a ( new tenant ) was great. Starting with Dixon ( leasing agent ) at the front office who was impressive and DeMarcus Davis ( Traveling property manager ) Who was very professional and passionate about his job. Mr. Davis was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The room was clean and bright and the maintenance department was prompt on getting the job done. I highly recommend this apartment complex to those who are looking for a clean, affordable, and comfortable living environment!”

I have been living here for one full month now, and I love it. Any work order I submit is done the next business day and I receive a follow up call from the office immediately after its completed. That is such an amazing thing to be at work and receive that call and know that I will come home to working and perfectly running appliances,ac units, or whatever I needed repaired. They respond to any emails or messages I leave them immediately and they are very professional! The complex is clean, well lit, and has a security guard that actually does his job and patrols the entire complex rather than sleeping in his car! I love the brand new appliances and how updated the apartments are. I dont have any problems at all with pest control and its been very peaceful and quiet. No loud partying that I have encountered not even in weekends. I love it!

My kids and I just moved into this apartment complex a few weeks ago and so far so good. We are loving our new apartment. Veronica that works in the office is amazing and so is the rest of the staff as well. Veronica has been helpful and made sure I was able to move into an apartment asap due to my emergency situation. She went above and beyond for my kids and I. So far the other tenants have been very nice and the on site security makes it feel even safer.

I have lived here almost 4 years and I can finally say that the new management team has made a ton of improvements. They are friendly, personable and seem to Care about the residents. They improved so much around here. Even built a park for the small kids. The apartments needed alot of work and they saw that and begun to improve the property. It even actually feels safer here now. Great lighting gates fixed plumbing under control. And put in a new fitness center. Pools look so much nicer. Thank you for ask you have done for our community. The renovated apartments are amazing looking and maintenance respond to calls in a very timely manner. Turning into a great place to live.

I would love to thank Reina for helping me get my apartment Im a first time renter. This apartment is not that bad. Its very livable to me I like it its seems quiet I dont mind the noise sometimes. But I would love to say security doesnt really do his job well, I do security and just to see how his performance is not really good. We had 2 incidents on the property but no security around. Im a mom and its a concern for me and my child to see anything like this I stay to myself and dont cause no conflict to noone

Moved in a few weeks ago after the storm, which my move was supposed to be the week of the storm😒. They changed my move date with additional fees or a problem. Now I will say move in day, there was an issue which was quickly resolved by the manager effeciently! Than you so much for help because I didnt know what to do. I love my new apartment. The only thing I will say is the property could use a good cleaning, lots of trash everywhere and dog poo pouring of some patios is ridiculous and very unsanitary. But hey to each his/her own. Otherwise maintenance has promptly addressed the few issues I had. Thank you again!

I was a Hurricane Harvey victim in search of a new home for me and my family. God gave me a mind to search for Casa Del Mar Apartments and go to them and put in an application. Everything went smoothly and they accepted me and we have not had any issues at all! Every service request and issue is resolved quickly and properly. I love it here as well as my family. I recommend these apartments to anyone and i already have. Thanks

I came in last week to view an apartment at Casa Del Mar and I was approached by the manager Rebecca and she took the time to sit down with me and showed me the floor plans. I was shown a unit by Mrs Afahan the sweet Indian lady and she was so nice. I lease a unit and I can she i have shop around in different places and Casa Del Mar was the only one that took the time to greet me with Search kindness. Come by and lease a apartment here they are the best staff.

Have been residing in this community since last year and just signed a new lease! Since new management has taken over maintenance issues are resolved quicker and in a timely fashion. They have also obtained security on the property and built a new kids playground with other new great features! You will enjoy staying on the property,and the many activities that are also involved for the entire family! Keep up the great work...💖💖💖

I like staying here at Casa del Mar. I was one of the lease residents was having trouble with her rent due to the pandemic but the mangers n hr manger are real nice and helpful. They worked around my schedule and helped with my rent . There was real understanding and very patient with me. I really truly appreciate Casa del Mar for the weight off my shoulder I didnt know what I would have done.

My favorite management team member is Renu Jain, she is a great, hard working and compassionate person. They work hard for the residence living here. They stay on top off maintaining the property and your treated like family. For me and my family this is a great place to life.

I have written a previous review when the name was Gallery at Champions. Let me start by saying that the new management is beyond wonderful ( to me). I understand that my experience with management may not be the same ass others and I do not want to discredit or discount other peoples experiences.Not gonna bury the lead so lets start with theCons:1. ROACHES. While each apartment is different the common theme among pretty much every tenant here is ROACHES!!! I cannot stress enough that there is MOST definitely an infestation here. That being said, this is a problem INHERITED by management. I am sure they do all they can to deal with it. I DO NOT FAULT them for this.2. Other tenants. Kids out all hours of the night. Unsupervised. Someone actually stood on my car! There were foot prints all over the hood of my car. Dogs roaming around because the TENANTS refuse to walk their animals or keep them indoors.Thats it folks. Trust me I thought about it.Here we go...The PROS:1. Management. I cannot begin to explain how happy I am that they are here. Please understand that they see people in and out of that office everyday. Speak to them, they are landlords yes, but people as well. Let them get to know you. Open communication.Now to address a common complaint.....water being turned off.Our water had been shut off, yes. HOWEVER, were usually given warning through the community app. Also, sometimes there is just no avoiding it. Remember when I spoke about tenant? People put weave, oil, toys and more down the drains. It causes major septic issues that require they shut things down and repair. While it is an inconvenience, it is one that can be rectified by people respecting the space they live in.

I moved here in Feburary and am very impressed with the new management and office staff! For Easter they threw a big celebration for the kids with an Easter egg hunt, games, and snacks!! They really strive to make sure the kids in the community have a good time and they are really focused on making the community better and being more involved with their renters!

I have been with this prorerty for over 11 years and the management here is nice and make sure your work orders get completely properly. Working with Sayeed, Marilu and Renn Jain has been a great experience. I love my apartment and the comfort of it each and everday. I have recommended my mom here as well. While staying here she had no complaints.

During these trying times the management has done an amazing job at being more understanding during these trying and difficult times. I wasn’t not even aware of Karya Kares rental assistance. However, I received financial assistance for the month of June. The covered $475.00 of my rent. I just want to say thank you and shows you guys really take the time out to care about your residents.

Been here for 2 years it was horrible but since about dec til now things have changed dramatically and i love it office personnel is very nice i have never had an issue with bugs or rats but then again im a very clean person. Im close to work and this is the perfect spot to commute from not alot of traffic. Wonderful people wonderful property and will be better when residents help staff make this a better place to live .
