Cantabria is within walking distance to Oak Lawn, trendy eateries and entertainment. Katy Trail, Uptown and Downtown Dallas are a few short minutes away. Centrally located, Cantabria would be perfect for those not yet ready for home ownership. Great location, competitive pricing, luxurious amenities and a high walkability score all make this a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience.

Edit: updated from 3 to 4 stars, the elevators are always working now, they added additional treadmills in the gym, and you could request a balcony cleaning for the pigeon nonsense lol. Also there’s been no inconvenient construction the last year definitely a happy tenant—-I’ve lived here for 12 months so this is my honest impression. I have overall enjoyed living in this building but it’s definitely not perfect (especially since the change in management)Cons:-The building has an elevator that is constantly breaking down and has not been working half the time I’ve lived here-All the units facing the pool get no direct sunlight also everyone’s balcony is COVERED in pigeon feces making the space nearly unusable-Walls are thin in the sense of you can hear very clearly any activity that’s going on in the hallway-The gym has pretty limited equipment— for example only 2 treadmills, which are constantly occupied-During the Summer the building went under significant renovation projects without giving tenants transparent timelines for projects. Some key amenities like the pool was closed down for ~2 months during peak season. Why weren’t these projects done in the spring, fall, or winter? And of course we weren’t given any discount/ refunds on the amenities charges.-There is also a lack of security/ on duty personnel in the building after hours which make for less than optimal situations. My partner and I had our fobs mistakenly deactivated due on our initial lease end date (but we re-signed our lease and were never notified this would be an issue). This happened around 11:30pm and we had to wait outside of our apartment for over an hour for this issue to resolve since there’s no one in the building around that time to helpPros:-Love the Turtle Creek area — great walk ability and proximity to Katy Trail-The building is well maintained (even though their timing for renovations is not well planned)-The majority of their units have very spacious layouts-The staff is very nice/friendly, and maintenance requests are addressed quickly

Ive lived here for over a year, and I would give it a darn good review.- good quality appliances- I like the coffee machine downstairs- concierge people are amazing (shout out to my boy Dara for being the coolest person ever)- great location- maintenance has almost always come within 24 hours to address issue- parking is always available also for your guests- and lastly, I had a situation where I needed to get management involved. thanks to managements care and understanding, they helped me find a solution where I was comfortable and happy. really appreciate it.great and enjoyable time so far at cantabria. I would reccomend.

I would like to leave a review for Travois. He helped me move in and went above and beyond to make it a welcoming experience. He is always the friendly face that you can ask for assistance. The building is lucky to have him on staff. I also want to leave a note about Dara and Maya. They are with the concierge team and make the place feel like home, thank you!

I lived at Cantabria for about 3 years before moving out in Jun 2022. If youre looking to live in the Uptown Dallas area, this is the place for sure. The location is great - 5-15 min drive from any fun part of the city (uptown, deep ellum, bishop arts, etc.) but not directly in the middle of it so youll still have quiet when you need it. The walls are thick... almost never heard my neighbors. The concierge service is a big bonus. The amenities (esp the gym) is enough to get by. Overall, not many complaints living here. For the Uptown area, these apartments are the best and most price effective choice.

Lincoln Property Management took over late April 2019 and have been awesome. The apartment complex is clean and well kept daily. The dog park is great and the community is super friendly. Only concern is key fobs occasionally stop working - usually when I’ve done a key release and my key fob deactivates at midnight (seems to be a training issue). There’s an emergency number you can call if that happens but is inconvenient. I believe they’ve fixed this now and it hasn’t happened to me in over 3 months. This wouldn’t deter me from living here though - staff are friendly and helpful and any maintenance requests are done same day. Elevators are quick, which is great for a 9 story building. They do break down occasionally but are usually fixed same or next day depending on timing of day. No issues in the parking garage and guest parking is super easy which is a plus in Uptown.

Ive lived here for 3 years and cannot speak more highly of this complex. Maintenance requests are met within 24 hours, each floor level is mopped and vacuumed weekly, quiet and respectful neighbors, new workout machines, free covered parking, 8 minutes walking distance to Katy Trail Ice House, weekly resident events, fresh paint for every apartment... the list could go on. The staff here are very prompt to meet needs and make continual new updates around the building. A HUGE perk if you enjoy friends over is accessibility to let guests in by giving them a code to dial when they need to be let in -- you never have to leave the apartment. If youre looking for a newer place around Turtle Creek, truly consider Cantabria.

Front the start Mikey has been incredibly helpful in getting us a great apartment and ensuring a great experience for move in! Our apartment is what it’s all about will the stellar downtown view. Maintenance is quick and everyone has been very helpful. I knocked off one star because one of our cars has already been broken into and we’ve only liked here a few months. Looking at the reviews this seems to be an issue so hopefully this can prompt at the very least cameras and other safety measures for the property.

Wonderful place to live. We love it here. Staff has been very helpful and maintenance handled our requests very quickly. The building is well kept and clean. Very quiet! This is an extremely well built building. We never hear our neighbors. Close to a ton of restaurants and bars. Also, we never have an issue with parking in the garage. No matter what time we get home there is always available parking spots. We have lived in a lot of apartments in this area. Cantabria is by far the best. It has met all of our expectations.

We have lived here for a year now and love it! We are signing a new lease for this next year because we are so happy- especially with management and staff. The building is wonderful- 250 units but it never feels big or anything. The building and surrounding area is always impeccably clean and very safe! It’s easy to find a parking spot and catch the elevator even on high floor. The building is super quite because it’s concrete built, and the management couldn’t be more responsive, helpful and easy to talk with. Oh, and the location is superb as well!!

I was looking to move into Dallas and for a new job and found Cantabria. Mikey was super friendly and patient through my decision making process. I see some complaints about car break ins, but honestly that happens at every single apartment everywhere, it’s part of apartment living. Just lock your car and remove your items. I personally felt safe at the property when I toured and looked around the area. I love the apartment finishes and amenities. I like the convenience of the location too. Great place and ask for Mikey!

Been here 6+ months and have had no major issues. Maintenance is super friendly, helpful, and quick. Apartment was clean upon move in and front desk is always ready to help with fob issues and amazon packages. Residents are very nice here and a great community.

My sister has been a tenant at Cantabria of Turtle Creek since 2018. Over the years, Id come to visit and I absolutely fell in love with the space. When I decided to move to Dallas, my sister was ready to move out of her apartment and suggested that I take over her lease. To say that the transfer process was seamless and pleasant would be an understatement. Not only did the leasing office go out of their way to make sure I received the best possible rate, but they even waived the application fee for me! The level of care, and welcome feeling I received upon my arrival has been nothing short of wonderful. The entire staff at Cantabria is just top notch. If you are looking to move to Dallas, Im sorry to say, but this is really the absolute best place in the city. If I could give them 10000 stars, I would. Thank you so much to the amazing staff at Cantabria at Turtle Creek, Im so pleased to be a new tenant!

Have lived here for 2 years now and enjoy the property and staff thoroughly. The only issue we have ever had and reason for the missing star is the parking garage car break ins that have happened to us multiple times. Other than that, the property and units (and the maintenance and service team) are amazing!

I love living here! The apartments are beautifully done and insulated really well so I very rarely hear any noise from my neighbors or people that live above me. The hallways and common areas are always clean, the office staff is friendly and helpful, and the maintenance staff is amazing. Maintenance requests are almost always completed the same day I submit them or one day later at the most. Some of the negative reviews below are regarding the old management team, but it’s totally changed and I haven’t experienced any of the problems that people below were having with the previous management. I’ve had zero issues with anyone on staff and I think the new management team is awesome!! They also work with a service that will come into your apartment and do chores for you (dry cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.) which is incredibly helpful for people who have really busy schedules. All in all I think it’s a great place to live and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

Feel at home experience. Maintenance team is great, very clean, ample garage car parking. Love the apartment freebies, goodies in the conceirge and the 24x7 free coffee. This is my third apartment in Dallas and I absolutely LOVE it. So so happy Smart City Locators recommended this place. Neighbors are quiet, no issues with parking, building/amenities are super clean, pool is great, and loveeeee the rooftop!! Only minor complaint is that one of the elevators is out of order every now and then. 10/10 recommend the Cantabria!!!!

Recently renewed my lease for another year. Cantabria really is Turtle Creeks hidden gem. Cant beat the location, new management/leasing/maintenance teams and the added benefit of the Concierge group! Great amenities (business center, pool, fitness center, parking garage, lobby, Amazon Hub lockers, trash shoots etc... ) nicely appointed apartment homes and great views. Glad I made the move to Cantabria and plan to stay put!

Incredible Property. Very well maintained, and overall pretty quiet. Nice mix of working professionals, and easy access to Katy Trail. The pool is busy on the weekends, but not too crazy. Its the perfect place for someone who wants to have fun, but also likes it quiet from time to time.

Views toward The Mansion property are beautiful. Quiet building with nice neighbors. The only issue is that the elevators break about every other week.

I cannot express how great the experience has been for my partner and I so far.We’ve lived in the same apartment community since 2013 and have always been hesitant to move fearing we would end up living in a bad community, poor management etc.We finally decided it was time to upsize into a larger space and wanted a yard for our dog. A friend of ours casually mentioned checking out Cantabria. I ended up leaving a message with concierge and received a call back within the hour from Michael S. He was extremely helpful and had exactly what we were looking for! I toured the same day and left with great instructions on how to secure the unit after leaving.We applied that evening and Michael followed up with us afterwards showing me his dedication and excellent customer service! This week the property manager contacted to confirm and follow up on our desired move in date. Again, the follow through was by far better than our current community management.Even though we haven’t moved in yet it already feels like home. We are so excited to move into this unique and spacious unit with a one of a kind 4th floor fenced in yard!

QUIET AND SAFE LUXURY NEAR UPTOWN!Ive now been a resident here at Cantabria for 4 months and I couldnt be happier! Moving from out of state is a very daunting process, and to not be able to see your future home in person was really difficult, but Michael Loewinsohn was incredible and the amount of work he did to provide me all the information was so helpful. Turtle Creek is the PERFECT area to combine peace and quiet in an upscale neighborhood as well as access to a great social scene in uptown. The concierge Dara, Jose the maintenance, and the managers Shelly and Shan couldn’t have been nicer as well. I’m so happy to be a part of the Cantabria family for many years to come!

I love living here! Its beautiful inside and out. Its on a quiet street. EAsy to get to. Really good security with concierge service. The walls are super soundproof which is usually the worst part about living in an apartment but here I never hear any noises from any sides. Its worth every penny!
