Absolutely love the staff and uphold of the complex. Staff, such as leasing agents, Maintenace, and the property manager, Kelsey, are very welcoming and are very considerate in regard to their tenants. I have resided here over the last decade and have nothing but wonderful comments to share. The environment is very quiet and calm with a united community. In addition, these factors have contributed to my stay and make feel very comfortable enough to reside as long as I have. Not only are they considerate of the community, but for our furry babies as well!!

10/30/24 Update: The complex would not give me a dryer from a vacate unit, but allowed me to use the apartment under me a few times.In conclusion after moving out: I had lived here for 3.5 years and I did enjoy it. The neighbors were great, the location has some issues with being next to schools and a large shopping center. But the maintenance staff was the most helpful and always enjoyable to talk to. In comparison to competition around, they definitely need to start renovating the apartments. The cabinets, appliances, flooring, and pallet colors are all dated.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Update to review: I was able to move in with my washer and dryer however the appliances were never removed from my lease or noted in the special provisions. When my washer broke last year they quickly moved the washer for my unit back in.I gave a 60+ day notice and had a pre-move out inspection with maintenance, and at that time I noted that I will be selling my dryer and will need my dryer for the unit back when that happens. I sold the dryer on Wed, and that morning I had a discussion with a staff member there and was told they did not have a updated model. I was ok with an older model to last me for a few more weeks, and there was no issue brought up. On Thursday I went into the office to set up an appointment to have the dryer brought in. Two days later I followed-up to see if they could still do the appointment today, and was told at that time they do not have a dryer and it could take weeks to come in. They have had more then enough notice from the inspection a month ago, to make sure they have the dryer for my unit still. Along with having 5+ units available, including the one directly under me for over 2 months, I am told that they have to wait for more approvals to bring me a dryer. This is absolutely ridiculous, a refrigerator, washer and dryer are included appliances with our rent.Since the office staff turned over this year the customer service has definitely dropped off.----------------------------------------------------------------------I want to applaud the maintenance team! They always go far and beyond. Jose has helped me many times and is always very friendly, so hardworking, and personable. He always catches up with me when working, and this is nice cause it makes this place feel more like a home and not just a stranger coming in and out when needed.I also want to thank the office team for their hard work, and even being so sweet to help me after my surgery, they also sent me a card signed by everyone.I have been here 2 years and just renewed my lease again.

It has been a pleasant place to live with an always responsive staff, including virtually same-day maintenance service, and I have not once entertained the idea of living anywhere else.

I have to say this is one of the most comfortable apartments Ive lived in after moving from California. Its extremely convenient, 3-minute drive to two grocery stores. Its reclusive, in a sense, that gives me the peace of mind after work but not to the point that Im unable to socialize. It has a friendly neighborhood, and Im able to do my morning jog at the sidewalks around the property. In addition, I have to give a shout out to Rosalyn who was extremely patient with my questions and guided me through the apartment enthusiastically. Its quite rare to find a management member to listen to what their tenants got to say and help out in whatever way she can. Thus, I have to list her here to show my gratitude. All that being said, combining the living conditions and surroundings, I highly recommend this place to those seeking a comfortable apartment that comes with a serene surrounding and equipped with multifarious amenities.

I have lived here since November 2019 and I have absolutely no complaints. They treat the residents, the property and the grounds top notch. Excellent service all the way around. Excellent staff and wonderful customer service!!!!! If you are looking for a reputable place to live, Camden is an excellent choice. The best rental experience I have had since moving to Houston in 2015. This is our third location.Highly Satisfied Resident!!

I have been living at Camden for 3 months now and I absolutely LOVE it! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure your living experience is comfortable and enjoyable. I love that I have online access to put in work orders after business hours, and they were taken care of the next day! It is very clean and quiet, plus the neighbors are friendly as well! I am glad I chose to live at Camden, it definitely feels like home :)

I have lived at Camden Woodson Place for a little over a year now. I am still amazed at what a great place this is to live! It is quiet, the staff are courteous and responsive, maintenance is handled promptly...and everything is on line which is great! Since I rented a covered parking space along with my unit, I have had no issues whatsoever. No one parks in my space and I always come home with a smile! Oh, did I mention the great facilities available?

I am a previous resident and former employee at Camden Woodson Park and I must say it was my favorite place to live! I moved here as a resident and about a month later started working in the office. Love my home! Camden is the community I was dreaming of when I was first searching for a new place to live over three years ago! The entire staff has been so amazing and helpful from day one! The staff in the leasing office always goes above and beyond to work with me and to make sure I have everything I need. The gentleman on the maintenance staff are extremely hard working and get the requested job done amazingly fast. I can truly tell Camden employees care about your experience as a resident in the Camden Community. Thanks for all you guys do!

These apartments are excellent! I live in the Samoa style apartment; which is 662 SqFt. The ceilings are high, and the space is really open and well lit. The layout of the apartments makes them feel private and personal.Staff are friendly and on top of things, and maintenance comes the day you ask. Everything works perfectly, and the only maintenance issue Ive had has been a burned out light. No pests either! Staff do a great job of keeping the facilities clean and beautiful. Nothing looks run down or worn out. Its obvious that a lot of hard work is put into keeping these apartments a great place to live.To top it all off, the area outside of the apartments is beautiful as well. There are two enormous parks just a couple minutes away, and the location is extremely convenient (15 min from airport, 25 min from downtown). You can pretty much get anywhere within Houston in less than 30 min. I love it.

My apartment search started off a little rough, until I visited Camden Woodson Park. My leasing agent was Rosalyn. She assisted me every step of the way in the process. She was available to answer questions whether it was through phone or email. During my scheduled move, she told me she would be on vacation and gave me the information of the person who would further assist me. I really appreciated the notice. Kenisha assisted me further from the time I moved in and got settled. she was also great. The staff have all been great. When I did the walk through and provided the minor things that needed fixing, the next day maintenance arrived and fixed everything on the list which was magnificent. I would definitely recommend these beautiful apartment homes. I love it here!

We recently moved out of here, and we just want to say we had the best possible experience here at camden. There were never any problems with the apartment that couldnt be fixed with one call to maintenance. Very spanish speaker freindly!! Rosalyn at the front office never hesitated to help me and my mom. The maintenence staff are incredibly friendly, even waving at the students as they walk home! I have been so happy to be a resident at Camden Woodson Park! The maintenance team is efficient. The location is amazing being so accessible to the Sam Houston Tollway and an easy trip to downtown happenings via US 59. There are two grocery stores and numerous restaurants and stores in nearby retail spaces. There is an accessible bike trail through a nearby neighborhood that leads to the lakes of Summerwood! My neighbors are quiet yet friendly. The pool is resort style and so fun during the warm months. The gym is clean and a great accessible place to work out! Thank you Camden Woodson Park staff for being home sweet home!

We moved into the Camden in December 2017. The staff is very nice and helpful, as well as the maintenance team. Maintenance issues are handled very quickly, which is quite impressive! They keep the landscaping nice all the time and they listen to their tenants concerns. What I really like about this Camden is that the group page is transparent- meaning that they dont hide anything and allow open dialogue between the staff and tenants. Most apartments dont do this and make it seem like everything is great. Trust is everything and Camden Woodson Park definitely has mine.

I am new to Camden Woodson Park but it is by far the best apartment complex Ive lived in. It is a beautifully maintained, well kept community. What makes it outstanding is the staff--I have never lived anywhere with such genuinely kind and friendly staff. I also appreciate how fast maintenance will come out when I submit a request. There is an online community web page as well as the ability to pay rent online.

I would highly recommend Camden Woodson Park to anyone who is currently looking for a new place in this area. My cousin lives in this property and every time I come over the place is CLEAN, quiet and the people who work here are very friendly. I myself am considering moving here when my lease is up due to the accessibility of the highway and how close it is to everything. The shopping center across the highway has most of the stores that I shop at on a regular basis and a lot of new restaurants have been opened within a mile radius. The community has a nice pool with a swim-up bar to their outdoor kitchen, their gym is in good condition with operable equipment and the best part is they have a dog area to let your dog loose to run and a wash station in case you dont want to bathe your dog in your tub. If youre looking for an apartment they have some real nice people in the office that will help you.

I would like to share my experience with Airiel, Assistant Manager at Camden Woodson Park. I was looking for an apartment in the area, and Camden was high on the list. I had to have an unexpected surgery, which postponed my search. During my recovery Airiel checked on me a few times....nothing about Camden....just checking on me!!! Once I recovered and was ready to resume I visited Camden again, and Airiel was eager to assist. She followed up, and even when I chose a different property she wished me well and promised shed check on me in a year....LOL!!Airiel is the kind of employee that every complex needs!! I honestly wish she would leave Camden and come with me to my complex, but I know that isnt happening. You can tell she loves her job....it shows!!Thanks Airiel

I have lived here just around a month and have loved it so far. The office staff is extremely helpful and friendly, very easy to work with. I also find that it is a great place to have a dog. There are potty stations everywhere on the property and even a dog park, which makes it very easy being in an apartment with a pet. I also used the painting service they provide, which really makes it feel like home. The beautiful landscaping really makes the community a nice place to live.

Our entire family loves Camden Woodson Park ! When anyone of us mention Camden Woodson Park a huge smile appears on our face!Our family has thoroughly enjoyed Camden Woodson Park from the helpful staff to the quick maintenance . Any time something went wrong in our apartment, maintenance would be there within the hour and worked diligently to fix any issues. The Camden Woodson complex is beautiful and well maintained from the landscaping,pool,gym, painting of black steel gate, painting of the parking lot lanes, etc. The staff at Camden Woodson Park always treated us as top priority.(Michelle is amazing!) You can tell the staff enjoy working with each other! Keep doing what youre doing guys!

My husband and I have been residents of Camden Woodson Park for quite some time now and the staff, Tina, Tanya, Laverne and others are always so nice and take the time to talk and get to know you. That makes them be an extended family in my opinion. I love the cleanliness of the property, the beautiful greenery abd how quiet and beautiful it looks at night. I get so many compliments when people visit me especially because of my massive closet space. The setup for paying your rent, requesting assistance and receiving packages are extremely convenient especially for someone with little time to spare. 2 thumbs up Camden Woodson Park. ..you rock!

When my roommates and I were checking out apartments in the area, Camden Woodson Park definitely caught our eye. The complex is clean, quiet, family friendly and the staff are exceptional and helpful.The staff reaches out to the community and tries to bring the community together by offering special events like food/pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus this past Christmas. They keep us well informed on gate issues or by sending out reminders on how to stay safe or any safety issues that may arise. I personally haven’t experienced any safety issues (knock on wood) and feel pretty safe which is very important to me.Our leasing agent, Kaneshia H., has been nothing but helpful and inviting since we walked into the leasing office. She even still helps us out with any questions we might have a month in of us living here. The process of leasing our apartment went by so smoothly as she helped us through it especially since it’s our first time moving into a real apartment on our own. She constantly kept us updated through email and made sure we had all the documents we needed at the proper times. Kaneshia definitely made an impact on us! (:Maintenance issues are also resolved fairly quickly. After doing the inventory of the apartment, maintenance came by not even a week after we had moved everything in to address some of the issues we had (very minor). When my roommates got locked out of the apartment late one night, Juan came out to help them despite it being midnight and very cold. He even followed up with the door the next two days.I can certainly say that we have enjoyed our stay here so far and hope to remain so for the remainder of our lease.

I would like to give a review of my experience here as a resident of Camden Woodson Park but I find that it is not an easy task. Why?,because I cant find the right words to express how pleased and fortunate I am to be a part of this exclusive community.There is so many wonderful things that I would like to point out in this report but there is simply not enough room so I will only mention a few.Ill start with my major concerns...., first there is safety. We are in a very strategic and comfortable location with above average security providing peace and tranquility that other properties could only wish for.Then there is the equally important things such as our customer service which in my opinion is peerless and incomparable. Besides the convenience, trust and professionalism..., you have to look far and wide to find a staff thats courteous, considerate and kind like the ones who serve here. (Not only that..., All the girls are as pretty as they are smart)My only complaint is that this place is too wonderful and I cant find enough good things to say about it. Now you may say Im dreaming...,well, come see for yourself!!So in summation, I would just like to say...,Camden Woodson Park, Thank You for providing an extraordinary place to stay because these days this is the place to be!!Thank You(Gene Lewis)

I have been living in Camden Woodson Park for approx. 4 months. I love the property, amenities and location. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are respectful of each others space. Parking is not always the best situation and I often find myself rushing home to make sure I get a spot within a reasonable distance of my front door (not the case on weekends) and visitor parking is virtually non-existent and is typically full before resident parking (TELL VISiTORS TO GET THERE EARLY!). However, other than this I have no complaints. The ladies in the office are efficient, helpful and responsive to any issues or concerns.

From the very first time me & my wife coming to Camden, Michelle Shick has been very friendly and helpful. They also respond our complaint about the faucet prior to our moving day in a glimpse and put a security pole in our gate as residents requested, to keep the residence more secured.All staff here are superb! The service are great! Have been here for almost 2 months and feels very homey compare to my last one. You will not regret choosing CWP Apt. as your home.

Tina, Tanya and Laverne are awesome! I am on my second lease at this location. They are always very helpful and attentive to my needs. They leave birthday cards on my door and randomly a little note for my Boxer pup. This location is very friendly and well maintained. They have a dog park with a doggy fountain and a dog wash station too. Lastly, this location is in a classy up-in-coming area, but is also not too far from stores and restaurants.

Great staff and maintenance team hands down. They are always warm and welcoming. They’re always showing small token off appreciation weather breakfast at the gate, birthday cards at your door or just a simple smile and greeting by name when passing. Maintenance let me tell you I can put in a request at 2:30 and at 2:35 there’s a knock at the door to fix the problem. I’ve even had them come do work on my unit on there off days. The grounds are always kept so nicely.

I have lived here since late Dec. and I love it. This is the first apt complex I have ever lived in, and always thought I would hate it since Im used to the open country. This complex made me change my mind, am really glad we choose this as our living area. I love that the staff are always polite and helpful. Not the fake kind of nice you get at most places, but a genuine nice. When something needs fixed they are very quick to respond. It being a gated community is very nice too. The grounds are very clean and well kept. All in all I would recommend this apt complex to anyone looking.

I had the best experience here! I needed to move ASAP and l went in on a Saturday and was moved in within the next two weeks! Michelle Schick is the best, she was very sweet and was eager to help me find exactly what me and my family needed. She kept me up to date on everything leading up to my move in date by email and phone correspondence. I love this place! It is very well kept up and any service requests that are made are taken care of very quickly. I couldn’t see myself living anywhere else 😊

We lived here on two different occasions. Staff was always friendly. Grounds are well maintained. Traffic can kind of suck during pick up and drop off for the school across the street. They host holiday parties which was nice. We had zero issues with anyone our first time renting. Our second time however we had a horrible neighbor. (Miss Dark) She was crazy. The apartment tried to help handle the situation as best they could but honestly theres nothing they could do until her lease was over. They did let us break our lease to get away from her which was very kind of them. Her review is an exaggeration of events. However she did call the police a handful of times. Once for her door being hit by another car and she tried saying I did it. But the police proved that wasnt the case because my door sits to high. Another time because she was outside screaming at me for my dog going to the bathroom in the grass and she felt threatened by my eight month pregnant self. The police told her Im allowed to have the dog and since the dog didnt bite her and I didnt touch her there was nothing they could do for her. And the final time was when my husband parked next to her car... in his own spot. Not over the lines. In the unassigned parking lot. So honestly take her review with a grain of salt. I highly doubt the staff is racist. Mainly because the office staff and maintenance staff are a mix of all races. (White, black, Mexican...)

Edit3 (8/26/19) replaced our AC and all is well :)Edit2 (7/13/19) - Have lived here for over two years now, well into our third summer. Pretty much meets all expectations as mentioned before, but AC continues to be an issue (which is a big deal in Texas!). Have had maintenance check it 7 or 8 times so far but after a week or its not able to keep up with Houston summers. Gets down to ~77 degrees at best from June-August. First apartment complex in Texas that weve had these issues with.EDIT: immediately contacted regarding the AC even with my original 5 star review and being understanding of how hot Houston is in general. They scheduled maintenance for the very next day. Very impressed.Really great place to be. Have been here for about a month now with almost no complaints (which is surprising for an apartment complex). Great apartment layouts and design, and well constructed/maintained place (cant tell its 10 years old).Noise isolation is amazing in the bedrooms. My wife works a night shift and despite construction across the street/me meandering in the kitchen, she cant hear a thing with a light fan running.Location is fantastic. HEB across the street, as well as Kroger. One minute drive to get out the door and onto the beltway in either direction. Many new shops are coming in as well.No parking issues and fairly inexpensive covered parking is offered.Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.All maintenance calls have been answered within a day (mostly included move-in issues such as a leaky faucet in the bathroom).Only things are the AC struggles a bit (100 degrees outside, tough time keeping below 80 but thats understandable). Theres no sprayer on the kitchen sink which I miss a bit from my old place. And storage space in our layout is a bit limited (especially near the entryway which immediately goes upstairs - nowhere to hang anything).Pros certainly outweigh the couple of cons though. I really enjoy living at Camden Woodson Park. The grounds are always well kept and the team is always improving and upgrading when needed. The staff in the office are super friendly and helpful. They appreciate us just as much as I appreciate them. Shout out to Tarryn for always being so helpful and assisting me with any concerns in a timely manner. Another shout out to Damian. I put in a maintenance ticket with Tarryn at 5:40pm on today and as I was walking back to my apartment, Damian was already headed to my apartment ready to take care of my maintenance issue. Wow! You cant ask for better service.

So far my family and I have been living here for almost 4 months now and we love it. When we decided to go look around this was the only place that really caught my eye the ladies in the front provide you with all the information you need. They even send you emails to keep you updated, this place is very organized. And let me tell y’all about the Maintenance it is always on point, within a couple of mins they come knocking at your door. The area is so nice and clean, this place makes me feel safe and I’m happy to say that we choose our first place to move in here.

Lived here for about a year, besides minor issues that about every apartment is going to have, I really have nothing but positive things to say about this place. Its quiet, the staff has always been very nice and when those minor things do occur they get right to it! The gates almost ALWAYS work, Ive never seen them be down longer than a few hours, it feels safe here ands been an easy place to live.

I have had several tickets for service for my apartment. I have nothing but great things to say about Michelle Schick and maintenance man Jose Lopez. Michelle has been awesome and very friendly and helpful. Jose has taken care of all my issues and even helped me unload heavy items out of my truck and help me move them inside my apartment. How many people are willing to help out like that? Thanks so much and great job.

My experience with Kaneshia was more than wonderful and the best customer experience Ive had while touring. Kaneshia was professional and knowledgeable about the community. I can tell she genuinely loved doing her job and with that, left a lasting impression on my experience. The community is beautiful and the team makes you feel right at home. 5/5!!

I love having an online interface to put in work tickets and keep in touch with the community as well! I really dont have any complaints about living here!

I have lived in this complex for over 5 years now, the facilities are spotless, clubhouse, pool and workout gym. All my maintenance request have been resolved in 1 to 4 hrs. The ladies that work in the clubhouse are very kind and courteous and take good care of all my Amazon packages with fast notifications.

(April 2018)I am glad that I’ve chosen to call this place home. The process from touring to moving in was a pretty smooth journey. I’ve only lived here for a month, but these are the pros and cons I’ve noticed so far.Pros:-The leasing staff and community management are some of the best around. They are friendly, helpful, considerate, and truly have the residents best interest at the forefront.-The entrance gates have a security “arm” that keeps vehicles from entering behind another. I love this and recently they have added this security feature to the exit gates. This helps to cut down on uninvited guests.-The grounds are kept quite nice and kept clean.-Parking is awesome! Although I pay to have a covered parking space, I always have an available permit space a couple of steps from my door.-I have no noise complaints; the community seems peaceful and quiet.Cons:-There was a lot of noticeable wear and tear in the apartment when I moved in. None of it keeps me from enjoying my stay, however, I would have appreciated if more care were put into fixing some it prior to my move in. It’s not a huge deal so there’s no need for a maintenance request.-The floors are creaky and some of the appliances are a bit rusted, but it comes with usage.-I’m not thrilled with having only one provider (EnTouch) to choose from for cable/internet, but I was aware of this prior to move-in. I just don’t enjoy having my choices limited. I opted only for internet and choose not to pay for the expensive package with cable. The internet connection has been pretty good.He pros heavily outweigh the cons, so I’m pretty satisfied living here. I will continue to update as time goes on.

I really like Camden Woodson Park so far. The complex is pretty, the units come with nice appliances, and my only maintenance request was fixed quickly. Id like even more community parties/get-togethers, though! (Preferably after 7 on weekdays or during the weekend, due to normal office work schedules of most residents.)

Have lived in several apartments in Humble/North Houston area...by far the best experience. The team in the leasing office go far and beyond the standard to accommodate residents. Weve come home to gifts, birthday cards and other pleasant experiences in our 10 month stay. Would recommend this complex over ANY other in the area..

The apartment complex is very quiet with a great location that in itself is worth 4 stars. However the ladies at the front office put it over the top. They have always stopped whatever they were doing to accommodate me anytime I needed anything. They treat me with the same kindness after a year as they did when they were showing me the apartment!

Called this place home for the last six months. Pros: Very friendly and helpful leasing office (Thank you Kaneshia!), nice units, well maintained complex, very prompt maintenance. Cons: units next to the beltway are pretty noisy (I should have checked, lesson learnt), no choices in internet, more security cameras would be helpful. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Very nice, well kept property. Amenities are nice and well cared for. Very nice pool area. Maintenance gets to your issues very quickly which is impressive to me. The two issues for me are the apartments are rather small and there is no outside storage/patio. Other than that, its been a great experience.

Overall Im pretty pleased with my stay so far. The staff is nice and the apartments look nice. Also the developers definitely did their job designing a good drainage system as the water never got to the curb during Harvey. The break ins are pretty disconcerting and the parking can be terrible sometimes.The thing that drives me the most crazy however is the damn AC drain being above the tub in the bathroom. Whats the point of having a gorgeous garden tub when you cant enjoy it because cold AC drainage water drips on you? Not only is this annoying physically but its an eye sore because of the stain it leaves where the water drips and where the drain for the tub is. If that could be fixed I would definitely give 5 stars.

All of you have always been courteous and professional towards us. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because the parking is not the best(not enough spots). If you have two cars you will need to get a car port, but overall its a GREAT place to live. Any time I have issues with lights, washer ect they are on call 24/7 and on top of it, great place to live for singles/families.
