The quality of work performed by Armando was excellent. After completing the repairs, he tested both the sink and tap to ensure there were no leaks . Following his work, I observed that there were no signs of water leakage, indicating that he had effectively resolved the initial problem. Additionally, he left the work area clean and tidy after finishing.

I cannot express enough how much I love living here at Camden Whispering Oaks. The staff is incredible, friendly, compassionate, and willing to offer any support needed to make my stay comfortable. I just renewed my lease for another 17 months! The maintenance staff is amazing as well. Me and my daughter have enjoyed living here, peaceful and so well maintained. I recommend Camden living!!!! I just love this community. My leasing agent Carolyn was so patient and knowledgeable. She helped me set up the app to the community, walked me through the whole application process, and made sure my move in date ran smoothly. My apartment came equipped with everything, and they also left me a little welcome package, which I thought was so nice. The grounds are well kept, and the trash area is always kept clean. The maintenance men are on point with the service tickets, and I just love that! I couldnt be more pleased that I picked this community to move to. Thank you so much, Carolyn, for making my move go so smoothly.

Recently, my unit experienced water damage from an incident above me. The Camden Grounds Manager (Raymond) and maintenance team moved quickly to resolve this issue quickly. The Ocean Contractors saved the day! They assessed the dry wall to remove all moisture, reconstructed my kitchen, foyer, and laundry area ceilings. In addition, the contractors added new crown molding and repainted. It really look like it never happened and all this week completed in 8 days (during the week of the Houston Tornado touch down 🙌🏾🎉)! I believe in giving credit where credit is due! Thank you Camden for turning this Lemon like incident into LEMONADE- My Kitchen got UPGRADED!Signed,Very Satisfied Resident 🙂

UPDATE: decided to update my review after living here for a little over a year. The maintenance staff is incredible, Armando was very helpful and kind!I lowered my review because Camden doesn’t have any office staff on site anymore. So if you have an issue there’s no way to file a complaint or talk to anyone in person. I’ve tried messaging the staff online but they are very slow to respond and act.

My mom moved in March 2024. Carolyn was an awesome agent. She assisted my mom with the application. Once approved, she gave her eveything she needed before move in date. She was very patient, kind and very knowledgeable of the property. So far, maintenance is awesome. The team always introduce themselves before entering. The issues are always resolved quickly. The community is quiet, clean and safe. Thanks Camden for always being professional and kind.

The grounds of this complex are very nice. When entering, we were welcomed. I only saw the main building and the grounds surrounding but the gym was nice plus the pool and outdoor kitchen.

Armando, the maintenance supervisor is amazing We diagnosed and fixed my issue I had in my apartment and he could’ve done just like what other guys would do and just say OK we’re done and leave, but he triple checked every single little thing around my air conditioning just to make sure that we will not have any further issues. He went above and beyond what I have ever seen.

Update #1: Adding 3 *sQuick little update, first I would like to thank and give a shutout to Tonia for reaching out shortly after I had moved in. I planned on doing this a while back but got swamped with work and other life activities.Ive been living in this community for about 4 months now and my time here has been really comfortable. The maintenance crew team have been awesome, attentive, and friendly amongst other good qualities. The front office staff usually communicates really well with their tenants if something is going on in the community.There is a small issue here with pests, mainly ants and wasps, but considering the location of the apartments, I dont blame the community as they offer pest control every Wednesday.Overall I really am enjoying this community so far. I plan on doing an update down the line and if everything is smooth as it is so far, then the final star will be added.Thanks again Tonia.---------------------------First I would like to thank Roslyn and Carolyn, they were truly helpful and cordial with me when I had concerns moving in, however, the rest of the management team was at time rude, unprofessional, inattentive to their duties and to their residents. As someone who lived in this complex years ago, it is very disappointing to see how the service for this community plummeted in recent years.As I write this review, Ive spent 20 minutes on hold just trying to reach the Virtual Leasing Office as they do not have on site office staff during the week. Before I even signed, it would take hours for staff to text back, I had to follow up at times.After going to their Holly Spring location to pay/sign/and finalize the lease, I was told everything was set, nothing else was needed from me, and I was ready for move in. Later on I get a text (not a call) that I need to sign more documents with no context given and when I reached out, I was met with a rude tone from one of their agents. I eventually sign what they need that day and brush it off. Come move in day, I get another text (again not a call) to sign a whole NEW lease with significantly HIGHER rent. I get the text WHILE I was loading the UHAUL that I had rented. Frustrated, I call the office and Roslyn took my call graciously and had managed to fix my lease and had the local leasing agent call me. In that call I was met with an unprofessional escalating tone and was told it was my fault this situation happened in the first place, like I did not go down to a different location (Holly Springs) to confirm everything was good to go. In the end Carolyn, who was very professional and understanding, managed to ease my concerns and proceeded to move in.Overall, this was THE worst move in experience I have ever had. I still have high hopes for this community, but it was a rough start.

I’ve been living here for 2 years so trust me when I saw this complex is 10/10. Pool is always cleaned. Maintenance staff are so friendly and respond quickly to service request. Location is prime (Walmart, HEB, several shops & food along Westhimer). I always feel safe walking around the complex. NEVER had roaches or any pest issues. All the positives make moving out a hard choice trust me !

Garret with the leasing office is always pleasant and helpful.I do not approve of Camden’s new attempt to manage this complex from a different location, however. I am not a person to write reviews but Camden deserves one. I lived there for almost two years until I moved into my own house in a different area and I never had any problems. Everyone at the leasing office is always polite, welcoming and willing to help, and they make you feel comfortable and safe in the community. Oscar and Mauvi in the management area; and Heather and Garret in the leasing area were always very attentive to my needs and requests.The team is amazing and their amenities are even better! They offer a beautiful business center, a fitness area, a swimming pool with deck, and a pool/kitchen common area that opens when the leasing office is open. Their cleanliness is exceptional as well.I am glad I was able to get my own place, but Camden will always have a place in my heart because they gave me a place that I could call home in the meantime. I am very thankful!

Honestly I wish I could give more stars. I would like to give a huge thank you to Ms.Jennifer, Eddie, and Edward. I wanted to choose the best place for my children and myself. A place that is safe, comfortable, and in a good location because I travel around the city for work. I was very indecisive because of course finding a new place to stay is a big deal. These guys were EXTREMELY patient , kind , and helpful. I was stuck in between renting a house , or an apartment and decided to go with the apartment because of the helpful staff, beautiful apartment, and sense of community. GREAT place to live. I stayed here for 2 and a half years but ended up moving due to a career opportunity in a different city. Honestly, living there was perfect. The community was quiet, never had any issues with noise or my neighbors. All of my maintenance requests were taken care of quickly. All of the office staff members were polite and helpful. I never had any problems there. I would definitely move back if I had to move back to Houston.

I have lived here since 2012 and I cant imagine living anywhere else. The layout of the units are beautiful and you do not feel like youre in an apartment. You feel like youre in a home. The staff is truly amazing. Maintenance response to requests very quickly. The office staff is wonderful. They really treat you like family. I cannot wait for the Xfinity technology package that is being upgraded next month. This has far exceeded my expectations

LOVE this complex! Having lived in Houston for the past 10 years and numerous apartments, this is the best by far. I have already signed the lease twice and will be doing so a third time when my current one expires. The grounds are clean, with multiple doggy deposit/baggy areas, resort style pool with two gas grills, and you cant beat the valet waste pick up! The maintenance crew also responds timely to requests placed. The only improvement I would make is if they would have a gate clicker instead of a card for those rainy/cold days. Two thumbs up! Happy to call this place home :)

We recently moved in after deciding to downsize from a house. The application process was really easy. The move in was facile and without problems. The staff has been friendly and willing to help as we became acclimated to apartment living. Also, it’s a great location close to stores and close to the toll road. Overall, we are pleased and specifically we would like to publicly praise Heather for the great work...if you’re moving here , ask for heather ( even though someone else helped when heather wasn’t on one day and there was no difference so that’s great)

Though, I have not seen my desired unit at Camden- Whispering Oaks as Im in search of 2 or 3 bedroom on 1st or 2nd floor. However, Im really impressed and satisfied with my tour experience. Mayra is welcoming, receptive and really professional in providing us with necessary information. The apartment is also exceptionally clean. We still hope to join Camdens family when there are available units on 1st or 2nd floor.

Had a great experience living here. Maintenance is superb, any issues you have will get completed in a timely manner. When my AC broke in the middle of the night maintenance came within an hour to fix it. Desirae is a great manager, and Kayla is always happy to help.

Pretty quiet Complex, I live in one of the townhomes and they are Great!! Especially for my job working at home ;) The Maintenance always get the job done right, and not to mention THEY ARE PRETTY FAST!! Rodrigo always take care of the things perfect and on time! I lived at Whispering Oaks for over 3 years and enjoyed my time there. The Elm floorplan is amazing, but there are some two bedroom floorplans I would have loved just as much. The area around the apartment complex is full of restaurants and shops, plus there is an HEB just a few blocks away. The maintenance team is the best. They are so quick with the repairs. The longest I ever had to wait was a day. I REALLY miss that level of service. Just overall a great place to live!

Love Camden. Heather in the office is very sweet, and the maintenance men are awesome. All maintenance issues are fixed same day with the exception of (non-emergency) requests put in after hours. No complex is perfect, but Camden Whispering Oaks and Camden in general is high qauality. Also, there are great events and free food on many occasions! Nice place to call home.

Ever wanted to live in a hotel? Living in Camden Whispering Oaks has been the closest thing I’ve gotten to living in a actual 5-star hotel. The apartments are spacious and meticulously well-kept 24/7. I moved from New York for work at West Houston Medical Center across the street and I lived out of the Hilton Post Oak by Galleria until I could find a place to call home. A co-worker raved on and on about the amazing experience she has living at Camden Whispering Oaks and luckily for me, there was one available single unit apartment. The price was incredible for all of the amenties and services one receives. As my car rolled into the long driveway lined with flowers and palm trees, I felt as if I was still at the hotel I had been staying at. The staff is the definition of hospitality and excellent customer service. The Whispering Oaks staff should be held as the standard for what quality hospitality is. Desiree, Garrett, Heather, Kayla, and all of the workers at Camden make it a “home” and not a “house”. I can not stress how amazing they are! There is not one worry that I’ve had that they haven’t eased or an instance where a request of mine has not been fulfilled within the day in the most efficient manner. I thank God everyday that I found this complex. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in Texas, maybe the entire United States! - Devina Chintaman

I love living here. I’ve been here for almost one year and yes, I keep my place clean and thankfully I HAVE NOT SEEN one bug in my home! There is a frog family that lives near my building where I park but that is it! I have seen the buildings being pressure washed which shows management takes good care of the area. I have lived in brand new apartments that go downhill after 2 or 3 years but this community remains basically brand new bc it is CLEAN!

Camden WO is pricey, but nice. I am proud to call my room my home and to have guests over. The rooms are spacious and laid out well, and the multiple dwelling units have BIG patios and tons of porch space. You get an outdoor closet as well which is nice if you have outdoor hobbies and need to stash, say, skis or a mountain bike.Ive only ever had one problem with a neighbor being noisy all night, so this is a more subdued complex. The pool is remarkably nice, and if youre not very serious about lifting the gym will serve its purpose. The staff is very energetic and friendly, and maintenance is remarkably quick.The only real complaints I have are that you have to pay for cable even if you dont use it, and the smoke alarms are WAY too damn sensitive. Ive set off the alarm cooking probably 10 times in 6 months, which is pretty annoying to all my neighbors.

**Updating review: I’m no longer a resident but it needs to be said, it’s been a year since we had to move for work/commute reasons and I miss Whispering Oaks almost every day! I hope we can move back someday! Thank you for everything and keep at 3rd floor 2br open for me ;) I miss you guys!**Easily the nicest apartments in the area ... with competitive pricing to boot!Whispering Oaks is unique in that it is the most socially active apartment community Ive ever lived in! The front office is always coordinating parties, food truck days, and even painting classes! All the residents Ive met are younger or older professionals ... just a great, safe, and social environment!Now lets get started on the office team. Best. Apartment team. Ever! Oscar is super cool. Mauvi and Christina are amazing. Mauvi was about 85% of the reason we moved in here!!! (If youre wondering the other 15% was the amazing townhouse!!!!)I could go on and on really... if youre looking for an apartment home this is the place. Hands down. We are so happy to be here and hope to call Whispering Oaks home for many years to come!!!

I have lived at whispering for about 2 1/2 years.Overall the staff is great they are nice and helpful. The gym is well equipped and the community for the most part is pretty quiet, it is mostly older people and families, so you do have the occasional kids screaming. They do come with cable which is a bummer... While its a good cost you can get Direct -Tv with DVR for the same cost but to pay for two cable options is just not in my budget.I do worry about reviews I have read about move out due to how the unit looked when I moved in. I also had a past neighbor tell me that someone lived in my unit that was a drug lord or something and the unit got raided. So I am not sure if this is what caused the dents and huge chunks of plaster missing from my wall that they re plastered over in a poor way. Hope they dont try to get me to pay for all this but I did list it at move in... I mean the unit is pretty bad and in no shape for form did the walls, carpet, floors, kitchen, even the washer and dryer and shower all looked really worn. Though I was careful to mention this all on my walk thru at move in. The staff since then has completely changed so hopefully it doesnt come back to bite me.They apt is pretty poorly insulated my energy bills are crazy high and leave my air at 80 during the day 72 at night (I am hardly home I work 2 jobs for it to be $100+ a month). Not sure why this is having lived in alot of apartments on the top floor I have never experienced bills this high.I do agree with past post about it being pricey, but that appears to be Camden properties in general considering it being outside the loop which is suppose to save you some $$$. They do raise the rent yearly it seems which is a shame for current good tenets because I would like to stay but depending how much more it goes up (last year was close to $100/mo) I most likely will have move.Overall I would recommend moving here! You wont regret it, just make sure it is in your budget plus the closet highway is west park so be prepared to toll is everywhere.

We have had nothing but great experiences living here. Garret and all the leasing office staff are just amazing. Maintenance is extremely fast and efficient. Definitely a great place to live
