Camden was my first apartment tour in Dallas and it turned out to be one of the best ones. I’m grateful to Amily for going over the details very carefully like the floor plans, views, deposits, fees, etc. and being patient with my follow-up questions. Also she kept a check on my case and offered me another unit that I was interested in after it became available. I appreciate the extra thought on my preferences.

Not only is Camden Victory Park in an incredible location, but the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. I could not recommend them enough for their professionalism, speedy responses to requests, and consideration for their residents. In addition, resident maintenance requests / requests around the building are addressed quickly and effectively. If you are considering living at Camden Victory Park, I would highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed living at Camden Victory Park. Through my tenancy all the staff were responsive, professional, and helpful and the building was well maintained. It’s also conveniently located next to Katy Trail and walking distance of most uptown restaurants and bars. I only moved out because I left the state - I would highly recommend this community.

Whenever we need help with maintenance, the crew is always one step ahead to fix everything we request. You guys make the living experience here amazing. Moved here a while ago and havent looked back since. Leasing staff are super helpful, amenities are always clean, and more importantly, the maintenance team are all damn great. Santigo, Hildo, and Jose are absolutely solid and always know how to fix any issue whether big or small and they do it fast.

I had such a great experience living at this community. I was a resident for 14 months and loved every moment. The location, amenities and chirp app are great. And the staff are simply wonderful. Thank you Santiago and maintenance team for always being so efficient and kind. Reagan & Shae thank you both for being so kind as well. You were always available and happy to help answer any questions I had. Y’all are great! I’ll definitely miss living here.

We have had several apartments at Camden Victory Park and we love it here. Management is kind and very helpful. The amenities are crazy amazing. We have very few maintenance issues when we do they are always taken care of quickly. The manager Michael always goes above and beyond to help us out we dont even have to ask, he anticipates our needs and lets us know he took care of it. How many people can say they even know the managers name?

Cant recommend Camden VP enough. Apartment living can be tough, but the staff here truly treats you like a VIP. If you make a service request, Ive never had it take longer than a few hours before someone shows up. They are the nicest, most professional, maintenance men that work tirelessly to make this apartment great. Michael is the GM and goes above and beyond too. In addition, the location with the katy trail and AA center is very fun! Mavs and Stars games can be a little rough with traffic, but that con does not outweigh all the pros.

I lived at Camden Victory Park for my first two and a half years in Dallas. This was my first time living in an apartment and was the best place I could have been. The team at the Camden makes all the difference.There were a few incidents while I was there involving the parking garage (theft) and a few one off ones that I experienced. Whenever I had an issue the team was prompt to respond to me. When I had a service request they came within 2 days and sometimes within a few hours.This was the best maintenance and management team. They made sure that I was taken care of from getting me a new dishwasher, power washing the dirt off of my patio, and changing every lightbulb and battery that died.The management team differs from others in Dallas because they care, they take action, and they take accountability if issues come up. The only thing that made me leave was the traffic from the AAC in addition to how much my rent increase was.

My fiancee and I lived at Camden Victory Park for almost 4 years and we would go back in a heartbeat if we were in the market for an apartment! The amenities were stellar and always well maintained, I especially liked the gym having heavier dumbbells than other apartment complexes. The staff was always very helpful and the maintenance team were always fast with work orders and super friendly! The location was awesome and definitely miss walking to all the great places in Victory Park and the easy access to Katy Trail!A couple things to note for any potential residents:-This apartment complex is right next door to American Airlines Center and with that comes heavy traffic during events. I would recommend knowing the AAC schedule in advanced and planning accordingly.-As of March 2020, the office does not provide a package storage system for residents and there were reports of packages being stolen while being left outside apartment doors. We circumvented this issue by getting packages delivered to my workplace. There are also different package drop off lockers around the area that are close to the complex that our neighbors would occasionally use.-Since this apartment complex is in downtown, there were quite a few reports of break ins into cars over the years. Luckily we were never a victim of these crimes, but I would definitely recommend not leaving anything out in your car that is valuable and locking your car and apartment at all times you are not present.Overall, we are definitely recommending Camden to anyone looking for a great apartment at a decent price for the area. Good luck in your apartment search!

I absolutely love Camden Victory Park! The apartment homes are beautiful and the staff is amazing. I have never been so pleased with my living experience as I am at Camden Victory Park. Maintenance is always very friendly and make a point to notice you and say hello. Robert and his entire team go the extra mile and always get the job done! The office staff is extremely responsive, professional and always very kind. John Michael, Jose and Jessica are the dream team! I strive to be like them as an employee at a different Camden property. They set the bar for how I want to carry myself at work for my residents and make them feel as valued as I do!

The entire team at Camden Victory Park has been nothing short of phenomenal!!! They exceeded all of my expectations, and then some. I would like to personally thank both Jose & Rachel for taking care of my parents throughout the entire move-in process and for treating them as if they were their own family. Their attention to detail, constant communication, and professionalism with us during our move was exceptional, and I commend them for their valiant efforts in helping to make us feel at home right away. Even the maintenance supervisor came up and introduced himself while we were moving in and asked if everything was up to our standards!As an employee of Camden myself down in Houston, I am very picky when it comes to going above and beyond, but I can tell you that this team at Victory Park are all SUPERSTARS! Kudos to everyone for a job well done!! The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful- modern finishes, stand in showers, large bedrooms, spacious closets, high ceilings. Plus, the property has fantastic amenities! Not to mention it is right next to the Katy Trail, American Airlines Center, and great restaurants & bars in the area. We are excited to be back home in Dallas and cannot wait for what the future holds. Thanks again for everything guys! :)

I have lived in Camden Victory Park for about 6 months and do not have enough good things to say about them. First, their administrative team is helpful and incredibly responsive. I have had the pleasure of working with Jon Michael, Taylor, Jeannette, Jessica and Syndey and each of them was incredibly professional and helpful. In addition, the maintenance staff is unmatched in its speed, service, and quality. In most cases, I will have a maintenance request done the same day or the following day. Santiago has helped me several times and he is always excellent. Rick, the maintenance supervisor, has also been a great help to me. He is incredibly patient and willing to help you out on whatever issue you have.I have never lived in an apartment complex with such a stellar group of employees. I recommend Camden to any of my friends looking for a place to live!

I love it here! I’ve lived here for about a year now and just like any other apartment, there are things that can improve, but overall this place is great! The location is unmatched and Robert & the whole maintenance team are quick and efficient! Jose has made my experience here great from the day I toured! I continue to have a great experience living at Camden@Victory and just renewed my lease for another year. All around a great place to live, location and amenities are excellent and the best part of the community is the staff. Jose is the leasing agent who signed me up 3 years ago and he has been such a pleasure to work with. He is always on target with processing my paperwork overall provides excellent customer service whenever I stop by the office. The maintenance team is excellent; Robert, Gerardo and Carlos are prompt with handling all my requests and always go above and beyond to ensure the work is completed in a timely manner. You will not be disappointed living at Camden@Victory!

A friend and I toured Camden Victory Park for a move planned several months out. Even though we’re looking extremely early, and there was no way we’d be leasing an apartment that day, the staff was so so friendly and helpful! Our leasing agent, Taylor H. was phenomenal. The apartment manager came over and introduced herself, which was thoughtful and unexpected..everyone here was just on another level of welcoming and professional. The property is beautiful!! The pool 😍 The location 😮 The proximity to the Katy Trail 😄 It’s a great place, very clean and well maintained, the finishes are great. The common areas are very nice. Just fantastic vibes all the way around. Check it out. We look forward to becoming residents this summer..Thanks to the staff at Camden VP, you guys were great!

I have a confession: Nothing is perfect, but I do believe that communication plays a HUGE role in making the best of what you have to work with. I would describe the office staff as well as the maintenance staff as receptive, respectful, and responsive. Oftentimes, service/maintenance request are completed within a 1-2 days, much better than other apartments. Also, the office staff is very open to ideas (within reason) of how to improve the community. Lastly, I would like to add that the community is much more secure than 95% of the surrounding apartments (I have previously lived at 3 others in the area), but we all know some people that are unwilling to accept the fact that somethings arent perfect. The staff at The Camden truly make the best of they have to offer and then some.

The staff here is so wonderful. When I was looking to move I needed a short lease, which is hard to find, and even though they do not do short leases at this property Jose still took the time out of his day to show me around the property and tell me how I could possibly transfer to another Camden or end my lease if I needed to. The maintenance is also wonderful. Any time I put in a request the task is usually done that same day or the next day. The community is always clean and well kept. I also have a little dog and she loves to go to the dog park here on property but we are also right across the street form Katy Trail so we can go on walks all the time. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a new home!!

We had a wonderful tour of the Camden at Victory Park Apartments with Samantha Stone. What a fantastic facility with all the latest in luxury apartment living in the heart of Dallas! We loved the property being located right next to the American Airlines Center making it convenient to see the Dallas Stars play and to hear awesome concerts. Within walking distance are so many restaurants and things to do to choose from making it a great place to consider living and working. Samantha is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I highly recommend Camden at Victory Park.

Ive been a vendor for this property for over a year now and its always been one of my favorite stops. All the units are kept up with very well. The doors, keys, and elevator are always working. On a weekly basis this property has little to no request for pest control so my job is always easy here. One giant aspect of what makes this place great is the staff. I believe Camden has a superb hospitality training program because every staff member Ive had the pleasure to talking to has been so welcoming and helpful. Recently Ive stated how jealous I am of this work place after witnessing constant employee and residential events that Camden provides. If youre considering making this place your home, just remember there are just as amazing amenities inside the complex (ie beautiful pool, dog wash station, and full gym) as there are local attractions outside (American airlines center and the Katy trail). Feel free to call or stop by anytime. The leasing staff seem genuinely happy to help.

I recently moved into Camden Victory Park and couldnt be happier. I love the apartment and upgraded features. Their apartments come equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, cable TV, internet, and trash pickup service--very convenient! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The gorgeous pool just opened and I cant wait to spend this weekend poolside. Maintenance is prompt and courteous. They are very pet-friendly. We enjoy taking our dog on walks on the Katy Trail and are looking forward to the dog park! If youre looking for a new place to live, Camden Victory Park should be your first and last stop.

I began my living experience at Camden Farmers Market and loved the living excellence motto they have. When I began looking for a change I started and stopped at CAMDEN VICTORY PARK!!!! First of all, the place is stunning! Everywhere you look its state of the Art from the decor to the staff. From my first time in the door, JOSE HERNANDEZ, my leasing agent gave me the absolute best customer service. He gave me a tour of the facility and told me how to make the most out of my search for the best apartment for the best price at Victory Park. Well his guidance paid off as I am now a very happy resident. When JOSE was out of the office FRANK AND FIDEL gave me awesome service as well. The Facility is very clean, safe and the neighbors are great!!! Thank You CAMDEN VICTORY PARK for continuing the legacy you have established of Living Excellence. Im sure Im going to be very happy here.

I cannot say enough good things about Camden Victory Park. Out of all the places Ive lived in, Camden by far has been the best apartment complex. The management and maintenance staff have all been amazing. Moving across the country during Covid-19 was tough, but Jose and the rest of the team made our transition so smooth and easy. Also, never in my life have I experienced an apartments maintenance team to be as responsive as the one here. Ive put in several requests during our time here, and they are always completed within the next day. The amenities are also amazing with a great gym that is always clean, multiple outdoor living areas with fire pits, and a large dog park and pet spa that my dog loves. The location cannot be beat- its within 5 min of all the great shops and restaurants in Victory Park (including the new Starbucks), right next door to the AAC making attending concerts/sporting events so easy, right off the Katy trail, and just a quick 10 min walk to tons of Harwood District and Uptown spots. For all that it offers, Camdens value cannot be beat in the Uptown/Victory Park area. My husband and I plan on living here for the rest of our apartment life, as its hard to imagine a better set up than the one we have here.

After recently transferring to work at another Camden community near by, I can honestly say Victory Park is one of the best. The amenities are consistently clean and working, making the dog park, pool, gym, fire pits, and grills a huge perk! If you are looking for a place to live, put Camden Victory Park at the top of your list!

I am fairly new to Camden Victory Park but Ive really enjoyed the experience so far. Jose, my leasing agent, definitely went above and beyond to assist me during the moving process and now as a resident. I think the property has great amenities, the management team has been responsive to my individual needs as well as community issues, and I personally havent had any issues with property crime, noise, etc. I cant speak to some of the previous reviews, but I will say that for people who are perhaps new to living in an urban area, there will always be some quality of life issues. Im very happy living here and would recommend to anyone looking for a close-in apartment solution in Dallas.

We just moved into the Camden Victory Park last week and couldnt be happier! We love the Harwood District/Victory Park area and were happy to find this complex. Our apartment is beautiful and the amenities are top notch. One thing that has impressed us the most is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff to include not only the front office personnel but housekeeping and maintenance as well. The welcome home gift basket waiting for us upon move-in was a nice touch, especially the card signed by all the leasing consultants!

Camden Victory Park has been my home for the last four years. As I’m moving soon to Miami, I felt the need to write this review as a belated thank you to this fantastic building management. Living here raise your standards so much that’s it would be so hard to find another building that comes close.I’ve moved to this building when It was still under construction, and after four years, it still smells like a new building thanks to the excellent maintenance team, especially Santiago and Robert, who always go the extra mile to keep residents happy. As for the leasing office, Jose Hernandez made lease signing very smooth, answered all my questions and questions that I didn’t ask and went above and beyond to make sure that I understand all my options and find the perfect unit for me (actually I had to change the unit four times, and he was always patient and happy to help) which is something that I miss so much in other leasing offices that I visit now. They all make you feel overwhelmed and not welcome. It’s tough for me to leave Camden victory Park because you get to use to this kind of convenience, luxury living, VIP treatment, and the spacious apartments with very high ceilings but what can I say, this’s life.

The staff here is so welcoming. I was working with Jose Hernandez, and he went above and beyond on my tour! He took me to many units and showed me everything that I could have wanted to see on the property. It made my selection process for my unit so easy! I would definitely recommend Jose as a leasing consultant at Camden Victory Park!

As far as apartments goes, this may be one of the best places around Dallas. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. They host resident events every month, including breakfast at the gate, weekend brunch, happy hours, and resident appreciation days. Jose, Frank and Rachel are great and fun to be around at the events, they always have a smile on their face. Same with the maintenance staff, they fix home issues quickly and are always happy to help. When security was a problem, they added to it with guards and cameras. They all care about their residents and keep the place looking good. And the location of the apartment building on Katy Trail is perfect!

We have been tenants at Camden/Victory Park since the building opened and we couldnt be more pleased. We have just renewed our lease and are in our third year of residency. The building is great; the staff even better. Dolores, Rachel, Jose, Frank and Fidel are as friendly and helpful as anyone can be. It is great to live in a building where everything, from addressing maintenance issues to changing light bulbs is taken care of, expertly and efficiently. Robert, Santiago and Brent do a great job and Van is pure sunshine. We are blessed to be here and feel we are valued by everyone here.

First off, Camden is one of the best management companies in the industry. For what you get on square footage, build out, location, it’s the best value without a doubt! Being on the Katy Trail is great. You have entry to the North Toll close by. Easy Uber to downtown/Deep Ellum, Design District. Tom Thumb around the corner, Victory Park a quick walk, two coffee shops a stones throw away. As someone that works in the industry, for the price it can’t be beat. The maintenance and management team are very friendly and go out of their way to get things done. People that complain need to realize that it’s high use stuff so things break. Issues happen. No place is perfect. Even the crazy expensive spots. Can’t go wrong here!

I am about to move out in a week and my wife and I are sad to be leaving. We lived here for a year after moving here from Plano. Yes Camden victory park is pretty expensive, but for victory park their prices are very competitive. The units are new and the finishes are modern but still very homey and comfortable. Whoever designed this place killed it, its so elegant and classy. For you coffee lovers, there is free coffee from a machine in the lobby that grinds whole beans to make your fresh cup of coffee; I got my coffee from here every day. The management is very friendly and any complaints that the residents had were addressed immediately. Camden victory park is truely upscale living, dont hesitate to lease here, it was a great experience for my wife, myself, and newborn baby. The property is well maintained and the maintenance people are top notch. I had two dryers die on me and they were replaced without hesitation. Also, the units are well insulated and you wont hear much from your neighbors. Most of your neighbors are adults and working professionals so there is hardly any partying or shenanigans. There are very few negatives about this place, although parking can be a pain and you may not be able to park on your floor if you arrive after 10 PM and traffic can be annoying when there are events at the AAC. Highly recommend Camden victory park, we enjoyed coming home every day.

Ive been apartment hunting for 3/4 months - apartment hunting can be stressful! The second I walking into Camden Victory Park, I knew this was where I wanted to sign. Jose at Camden Victory Park has been AMAZING at helping me figure out which unit would fit my needs/wants along with sticking within my budget. The application process was easy and I had the lease details sent within 24 hours of me applying. Once I move in, I will submit an updated review!Update: Moving is was such a breeze! The elevators took a while but once they were put into service mode, this helped speed up the process.

Im a 6 year resident of Victory Park and have lived at The Cirque, Vista, SkyHouse and now Camden. So far I love everything about it. The leasing staff is A1. The maintenance staff is best in class. The apartments are really nice. So far my favorite community. And again, thats in direct comparison to the other properties Ive lived in in the area.

I dont normally post anything online but felt it was important to review our building Camden Victory Park. We have been tenants here since the building opened and just renewed our lease for the third year. Being a Mom of post college age 20 somethings, we have toured dozens of buildings since our kids had their first apartments in college. The most important feature of any building is the Management and the property owners. Many apartments these days have the sole intent of getting full occupancy and then selling the building. That means new management and no accountability. Camden stood out to us from the beginning as having strong long term Management and building operations. Delores, Rachel, Frank, Jose and Fidel are very professional and always go out of their way to address any needs or concerns that we have. Van, Robert, Santiago and Brent are exceptional as well and are a pleasure to deal with. The market is full of available apartments but we choose to continue live at Camden Victory Park.

I’ve lived at Camden for 1.5 years, and have really enjoyed it. The facilities are great (pool, gym, lounge, courtyard), and I love living on Katy Trail. The only bad thing is if you get caught in AAC traffic after a game or event (but this doesn’t happen to us too often). I would recommend living here to anyone, and wouldn’t be surprised if we renewed our lease for a third time.

Me and my partner were considering downtown living, and toured a few other properties. Out of all the apartments we toured, Camden Victory Park was my first choice. I enjoyed all the amenities included and of course how close the Katy trail was. We ended up with the Statler, but to my regret had many many issues and was the worst choice of all downtown living. If you consider moving just north of downtown, I would recommend Camden for the price. We were worried about all the traffic that AAC brings, but from the reviews posted it doesnt seem to be that big of a problem.

Camden Victory Park is extremely beautiful and is in the most convenient part of town. One thing that caught my eye is how clean the entire area around the community is as well such as the city streets and sidewalks. The hallways are very clean and it’s as if the apartment was soundproof because I couldn’t hear anyone! (This is a good thing) The apartments have subtle but game changing details all throughout like the lights underneath the cabinets and the ascetically pleasing shower hooks. I love that you’re only steps away from the Katy Trail! The parking garage is really nice and spacious too. Very awesome place!

But one particular member of the staff, Frank, surpassed any expectations I could have had. I found out about Camden Victory Park online, and had no intention on checking it out until I drove past it and figured, why not? Taylor H. showed me a tour of the apartment complex, and was very friendly and answered any questions I had. The apartment that I was looking at wasn’t available until the following week, so I went to look again and Jose helped me out. He is very attentive and quick to find a solution to any questions/problems you may have. The apartment complex itself is clean, great location, and super nice.

Besides the great location, this property has great amenities (pool,workout,bike storage, game room, office). The entire staff from maintenance to the leasing consultants have great communication with and provide great service to us tenants. Rachel in the office has been very helpful with all of my questions here....go in and see her for a great experience in looking for a new apartment!

I absolutely LOVE living here. The move in process was very easy, and we live on the third floor. It’s a very well kept and quiet property. Living so centralized makes getting to everything much easier, and you can pretty much walk/scooter everywhere. Having lived on the north east side of Dallas before I can say you are definitely getting to best bang for your buck, I feel very safe in this area. We have a dog too and we get to take him to Katy trail right across the street! We had one maitenance issue and Santiago came the very next morning and fixed the problem for us and made sure everything working before he left. Every time we have needed something/had a question the staff at the front office has been able to help, especially Jose and Rachel. Overall, having been in many different prior, this is by far the best I’ve lived in. Wonderful.

Ive lived here for over a year now. Ive had a few things happen after office hours that I needed assistance with. Camden has been SO helpful each and every time. Tonight, I accidentally dropped my keys in the trash chute. I called the after hours number and was connected to Nestor. He promptly met me at the property and was able to find my keys in no time!!! I was shocked. He was so kind and willing to help. Its exceptional service like this that makes me appreciate living in this community. THANK YOU, Nestor from the Maintenance Team here at Camden VP!

Don’t know where to start but Jose is hands down the reason for this 5 Start review. I’m not one to leave reviews but this man makes you feel at home from start to finish. He’s treated us amazing from the second we toured Camden Victory Park. We are sad that our lease is ending early cause of life things that called for a move outside of Texas. Jose if you’re reading this PLEASE come with hahaFacility is nice minus a few things (mainly my ocd) but we have LOVED calling this place home and are sad to leave.Hey Jose’s boss you have a great one on your hands! He is an amazing person! I’ll always remember him speed walking in and sitting down at his desk before our tour wiping sweat from his forehead saying he just saved someone bird haha not all superhero’s wear capes

This location is truly dazzling and has all of the amenities plus its right by the trail and American Airlines. It feels fresh and fun. Just moved out of CVP after living there for over 3 years. Amazing staff in the office as well as the maintenance team that address your concerns very quickly. The pool and gym areas always kept clean. 10/10 if your looking to live near Victory Park or Uptown. Only frustrating times were when events at the AAC were starting or ending...as there was quite a bit of traffic on Houston St. or Victory Ave. that sometimes delayed you getting home.
