    I’ve lived in a number of apartment complexes over the years, so I feel qualified to make an honest judgement. I would recommend living here because of the staff that manage it and the quality of the apartment itself. On my move in date, they called and said I couldn’t move in because the vendor that was putting in the new flooring and redoing the countertops showed up late. They put me in a hotel of my choice for a night, docked a days rent, covered the cost of keeping the U-Haul an extra day, and bought me dinner. They also helped me unpack the U-Haul into my apartment. One could make the argument that none of that would’ve been necessary if it was ready in time, but the vendor flaking on them was not their fault. Sometimes things happen that are out of our control. The point for me was that they went out of their way to do everything they could to make it up to me. I know for a fact that many other places would’ve thrown up their hands and said, “not our fault there’s nothing we could do.” That’s not what they did. Plus I have new flooring, countertops, and they’re even putting in a new dishwasher. Also, there are no pests! So, a big thank you to James in the front office and his manager, who’s name I do not remember. The stay so far has been great.

    Toured the apartments, and had a great experience! The apartments were a good value for the price, and the grounds seemed well maintained. The guy that led me on the tour said he was fairly new, but he was knowledgeable and had great answers to all my questions

    Samantha Acosta is one of the best employees here at the Camden Valley Ranch apartment. From day one since I came in, she was there to help me out from scratch to find the perfect home for me. I was so stressed and didn’t know exactly what to do, she spoon fed me all this information about the Camden Valley Ranch apartments. And I was falling in love from listening to all the information she was giving me. I’m not a resident yet, but I definitely will be soon. Take my money Camden! I want to be a resident because of this awesome leasing agent!

    Sam Acosta was a pleasure to work with! My mother and I like how kind and personable she is. You can tell she genuinely enjoys helping others. She was respectful and answered all of my questions without making me feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, it rained throughout our tour, but she was willing to give up her extra umbrella to keep my mother and I dry! Sam was also incredibly accommodating, making time to assist me with signing my lease.

    Ive lived at several Camdens in the past and lived at this one for 6 months now. The maintenance team is on top of their game, theyre always at my apartment within hours of putting in a request. They always knock when I ask them to and are very polite and quick. Front desk staff is very nice as well, quick to respond to emails and whatnot. Grounds are always kept fairly nicely as well. Love this place.

    Ive lived here since 2019, and frankly its been a great stay! The only reason its 4 stars instead of 5 is that there is a clause in the rental contract that basically makes it impossible to break the lease. (You literally have to pay out the remainder of the lease to break it, and it still counts as breaking the lease on your rental history.)As for the place itself, the complex makes sure your work orders are done quickly and correctly, the grounds are clean, trash gets picked up, the neighbors are quiet and its all non-smoking. The pet policy is very reasonable and affordable, the units are well kept, and the appliances are very reliable. The front desk is helpful, accommodating, and quick to respond. The cable has HBO added on, and the internet package is the 500Mbps version. (Ive never had lag) For families, this complex has a lot of kids around, as well as a bus that stops multiple places in the complex.My only complaint is the pricing. There are a lot of mandatory package add ons that add up, so be prepared to add about 150+ onto the rent price for trash, technology, covered parking, facility and pet fees. Water is added on top of that, and electricity is on you. Also, the rent cost increases every time you renew your lease. The utility bills are very reasonable though, and the AC can easily keep up with the summer heat without making you go broke.Every place has its ups and downs, pros and cons, but if youre looking for a place thats safe, well kept, with great units and great amenities, then consider this place. Pay attention to the details of the lease and budget for the fees, and you wont have a single problem your entire stay.

    I moved into Valley Park for my very first apartment. I am a Camden employee, but I chose this location and community due to the positive feel of it as a whole. I was considering between multiple communities & the deciding factor was the townhouses they offer. Maintenance has been very fast, and efficient even explaining things to me about where my reset switch was. The office personnel are awesome, and thorough which is a very important thing to me. They are also very friendly towards my dog and dont mind her barking even though I know its annoying. Michael is a great manager, and is very proactive about handling issues and things going on with our community. There seem to be a lot of bad reviews but Im not sure why, its quiet, clean, and a relaxed place to be. There is nothing negative ever going on that Ive acknowledged. One thing to keep in mind when reading these reviews are that EVERY single apartment you go to will occasionally have crime, its just how it is. Its all about how the community handles it as a whole, and I feel they do a great job at that. I feel completely safe as a girl who lives by herself. I recommend and its in a great location with a bunch of floor plans! Check it out!Youll be missing out if you dont, as it is a great place to live!

    The office staff - Michael, Jessica, anybody else I have interacted with has been extremely friendly and helpful. We moved here from out of state and the staff worked with us to move in on the date that was best for us, which we really appreciated. We have been impressed at how QUICKLY office staff and maintenance has addressed any needs that we have had.I have always enjoyed living here. The location is great. Not had any problems with noise or neighbors. Happy with everything. I would highly recommend Camden Valley.

    I stayed in this society for almost 2.5 years. had overall a very good experience. except one experience with one of the front desk lady (she is known to society residents for her behavior). Maintenance staff is the reason for my 5 star rating. all maintenance staff persons were amazing, you raise a service request and they are there within a day with best of their services. Overall nice society, location wise peaceful. i would certainly recommend this society !!!!

    I have been a resident of Valley Park since 2017. The staff has been exceptional especially the Community Manager, Michael, and Dustin, his assistant manager. Both run a tight ship so maintenance delays are never an issue in my building. Even during the massive Texas snow storm during February 2021 they were on top of maintenance requests, damage, power failures, frozen pipes, etc.,. I felt Camden did an excellent job during a difficult period for the state of Texas and our city of Irving. Our maintenance staff recently came out to my unit after 10 PM CST to repair my bathroom. They send courtesy emails from the beginning of a Valley Park upgrade or project. They return calls in a timely manner and address emails as well. I have never lived in another Camden property yet but Valley Park has the best managers in the company for my money. World class customer service. A great place to live in Irving, Texas.

    I have lived at Valley Park for almost 2 years. We continue to live here for many reasons, beginning with the prime location. You are close to restaurants and shops - all almost anything in the metroplex is within a 30 minute drive .The maintenance staff is friendly, helpful, and extremely quick to respond. I have never had to wait for more than a few hours to have anything repaired.The office staff is open and friendly. They are willing to do whatever they can to help out residents.Valley Park had become a great place to call home.I not only live at this Camden property, but have also begun working for Camden due to the amazing examples put forth by the staff. I am grateful to call both home.

    This is a great place to stay. There are few Indian groceries store that are nearby and walkable(outrageously priced, you are better off with Walmart). Walgreens is next door. Few eat-outs are very nearby. This place is prone to catalytic converter theft. Anyone can come and go as they wish to this apartment complex. A word of caution in this apartment complex the toilet bowl is standard size, not the elongated type. The bathrooms are small and cramped. You can hear the tenants walking in their room from above your room. Whenever they walk you can hear the squeaky and creaky noise. The air conditioning unit is loud. Sounds like a diesel engine. If you enable the heater option also it sounds like a diesel engine. If its windy, your window glass vibrates. If your neighbors next door or the one above slams their door, your window glass vibrates, and sometimes you can feel the tremors on your floor. For an old complex, the rent is high. Watch out for occasional hot water breakdown. The boiler often breaks down causing discomfort to all tenants.

    I was blown away with the quickness of the maintenance team, I sent in a few requests that were handled within a couple hours of it being sent and it was handled cleanly and professionally. Absolutely great maintenance team.My apartment move-in was handled by the leasing agent Toni who is very knowledgable about the apartments. Despite bothering her with many questions, she was always very approachable and friendly, and had made the move-in process a lot easier for me.

    I am living here from last 8 yrs and your choice wouldnt go wrong if this apartment community is going to be your choice. I live here with 100% satisfaction. Apartment is situated in a nice and calm neighborhood. Close to Valley Ranch Elementary and Valley Ranch Library. Nice walk by canal. The Management team is very friendly. This place has been a nice home for me and my friends here. Of course you would make friends here. I wouldnt ask more than this. Hope you find the same. Maintenance is very professional always shows up with in 2 hrs to fix the issue. I had some issues regarding my lease and Manager resolved those issues within minutes. Believe me in my life first time I am finding property manager is so helpful. I do not think you will disappoint to be your next home here.

    Camden Valley Park has been our home for roughly the past 9 months and was our very first apartment that we moved into since we got married. Weve not had any negative experiences in relation to the crime that half of these reviews talk about. I personally feel it is appalling that people took the time out to bash Camden Valley Park on Google because they felt nothing was being done about the recent crime that happened. These people legitimately teamed up on the Camden community portal and threatened Michael and Camden that they were going to post negative reviews about Valley Park anywhere they could so that others would be wary. This was done solely to be malicious - these people are absolutely useless human beings.Plain and simple - any of the crimes that occurred here were due to the fact that people leave their windows wide open, they dont secure both locks on their doors at night, leave their patio doors open, and leave their vehicles open. Arrogance at its finest - blaming others for their own stupid actions. Crime can happen anywhere, but its up to YOU to be proactive about it. Camden is not to be blamed for what happened here - theyve taken steps to protect the community by hiring a private security company to patrol the grounds after 6PM.Aside from this, Michael (the community manager) and all of the office staff including maintenance have always been great to us. Weve put in service requests and maintenance will come knocking at the door moments later! Our requests always get resolved in a timely manner and are taken care of appropriately. Michael also does a great job with making sure that all big issues are taken care of - he always communicates with us very well and even handles some items himself.Overall, we have not had any negative experiences except for with the actual residents themselves that live here. Kids ride their bikes senselessly around the property and sometimes into cars driving in the parking lot with NO parental supervision. The residents that live near us are not friendly and have no concern for others.

    Im a Apartment locator and real estate professional, and these apartment homes are Really nice if your looking to move to the valley ranch area, I had to cancel my application here for personal reasons, however The Leasing professional Toni was a pleasure to work with when I toured, had me laughing the whole time, and made me comfortable through out the process. They also have a Really great management company and are well respected in the real estate community!!!

    We have just moved in to Camen Valley Park and I should say that it has the best management with very friendly and courteous staffs. We had few complaints with lights and we even asked for a carpet replacement which was instantly looked into and sorted out. The environment is well maintained. The location of d apt is also a great plus with schools, grocery shops and a park all in walkable distance. Overall we are having a pleasant stay at the Camden and I will definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking in for an apt in this area.

    Good community to live, the maintenance team is amazing, they always respond and solve any problems in no time. The 2 negative feedback = Getting bit pricey compared to the neighborhood rental properties. Also they never change the floor carpets on someone moving out, unlike other properties in the neighborhood. Other than that just great.

    I’ve read the recent reviews that blame Camden Mgmt for burglaries and not maintaining a safe place to live. This couldn’t be further from the truth. I’ve lived here for 3 years and have never had an issue and I am a female that also walks at night with my dogs and have never felt unsafe in the complex or in the neighborhood for that matter. Actually the only time I’ve felt unsafe is when the foreign people who live here(not all) drive too fast in the parking lot or let their kids play in it.The only one responsible for your safety is you. If you want a camera system put one in your apartment. They sell them online for about 150. Pay attention to your surroundings. Take a self defense class. Teach your kids to not play in the parking lots.Management has been always attentive. Maintenance team is great. I honestly really care about Roberto, Manuel, and I believe the other one that’s gone above and beyond is John.As far as roaches go... I have never seen one in my apartment. They come from grocery store bags especially paper ones.One final word if this is the worst society in the US that you have ever lived I’d remind you it’s predominantly your people in this community not the other way around. You create your perspective no one else. I live in a wonderful neighborhood minus a few whiny entitled neighbors.

    Ive lived here for one month and I havent seen anything unusual or broken. Staff is always working on the garden areas so the building entrance looks great. Inside of my apartment none of my appliances have broken until now, so I dont have any complain about it. Neighbors usually keep by themselves (which is a nice thing) and none is fighting or yelling at anyone, so most of the time is a quite place. I havent seen any pests in my apartment (I live in the 3rd floor). DART 401 route pass in front of the complex and there is a Walgreens and a 7Eleven at walking distance. I always see available parking spots here. Above all, I feel comfortable here and I like the place.

    Great staff, great community, horrible contractors. The staff that has managed to stay around as long as I have lived here seem to actually take an interest in their residents. The community is very polite, kind, and look out for one another. The contractors are the absolute worst. Theyve been doing work on this place since Ive moved in, and it seems like the only thing the contractors want to do in this place is annoy the people who live here. They block the street with no concern for resident schedules. Ive had guys in orange vests(no clue what they were doing) staring at traffic and school buses while Im trying to drive out of the complex. They start landscaping with nothing but gas weedwackers at 7:45-8:00 in the morning and dont usually let up till 11, just in my one small area. I complained about this once, and they just seemed to become more lackadaisical. Its the one thing the complex does not attend to. They do not follow up with any of the maintenance staff. Whether its a broken pool gate that takes four months to sort of fix, a water line that got switched around(the maintenance guy said that my roomates or I switched the hot and cold water lines on my shower[just the shower] while I was out of town, and that since I knew it was backwards, it was fine), or a gardening staff that ruins your week.

    Good community with good supporting staffs. They have a very responsive maintenance team. Whenever a maintenance request is created it is getting sorted out in a day or two.

    If you’re looking for a quiet community, friendly staff, and a hard working maintenance team, Camden Valley Park is where you would want to live at. With their heavy duty door armors, this is a safe place for anyone with a family or even a single individual. I will be renewing my lease for sure!!

    I just moved in Saturday and this was the EASIEST MOVE EVER . This community is laid back/ beautiful and so simple. I loved the help i received from Devina & Rachel. They helped make my process as smoothe as ever and they are so knowledgeable. Neighbors are nice so far & I love how kids are out being kids. I think I’ve finally found somewhere to call HOME ♥️This is my Second year at my apartments ! My maintenance team is BEYOND efficient ! Mel, John and Roberto ALWAYS take care of me no matter what! They have their PPE on and are so respectful of your items ! I truly appreciate you guys for looking out for me !

    Here is an honest review after 3 months as a resident:- saw everyones concerns about security. i got an alarm system just in case. it looks like they did some reinforcing on the doors to help keep them from being forced open. only security issue ive heard about since being here is a car broken into. unsure if the person left valuables in plain view. its also true the complex isnt gated. i dont see what good gates do as all you have to do is follow a car in. i like that i dont have to let my visitors into a gate.- management/staff have been respectful/responsive- havent had to make any maintenance requests but i see the maintenance workers cleaning up the grounds almost daily. they are friendly.- i had an ant problem in my kitchen on move in but that was easily dealt with. i have killed 2 bugs in 3 months. i dont think they were roaches. seen 1 dead june bug. also had a small lizard get in the front door somehow but they are cute and eat bugs so, carry on little guy. in fairness im a stickler about keeping food sealed and immediately dealing with dirty dishes. the people reporting roach problems might be unfortunate enough to have careless neighbors.- i do hear water flow from neighboring apartments, but... its an apartment building. that happens. it happens a few times a day.- i dont mind paying the $90 for 300mbps internet and cable tv (lots of HD channels). thats a pretty good deal. hopefully that rate stays locked in if i renew my lease.- yes lots of children playing/screaming outside but thats what kids do. its summer time and they are having fun. dont mind it at all. they were playing in the streets a bit too much but management sent out a notice and the activity has lessened.- ive reduced a star for a couple minor things: (1) the complex is under Valley Ranch HOA. HOAs exist to fine people for silly things (renters dont pay any HOA dues as far as I know, but it was not disclosed that the complex is under an HOA when I signed the lease). (2) the fitness center is a bit undersized/under equipped for the number of residents here. (3) visitor parking is supposed to be done via a website but it hasnt worked the whole time ive been here. management asked us to register guest vehicles with the management office. (4) my A/C struggles to keep up on the really hot days as im in a top floor western facing unit (with no tree cover). thanks to the lovely HOA i wasnt allowed to hang a sun shade on my balcony to provide passive cooling. so now im buying insulated curtains. also the vents are oddly placed. there is no AC vent in the bathroom. its outside the bathroom door. bathroom has what appeared at first to be a ventilation fan but it actually just circulates air. strange.my complaints are minor. my experience here so far has been mostly positive. i did a lot of research before moving and this complex seemed to have the best price/amenities/location for me.

    Camden Valley Park has been my home here in Irving for many years. The staff has changed over the years but they have always been personable, attentive, and welcoming.Things break as they always do, but they are prompt in getting things fixed and in working order. They treat the property as their home and make sure it is a nice place to live.It is situated close to the airport but not close enough that the noise is a problem. It is easy to jump on a freeway and head to Dallas or Fort Worth. And there are movie theaters, grocery stores and a wide variety of shops and restaurants nearby.It is also located to several Irving amenities such as a great library branch, community pool and community center. These are all within walking or biking distance.

    This is a very nice place. The grounds are well kept and nice. There are a lot of surrounding parks and even a private entrance to the canal trails here in Valley Ranch. Maintenance is always good and they will usually come by the second day.We live on the first floor and we have a lot of bugs and ****roaches. Its kind of nasty. We usually have to get the exterminator to come over twice a month to keep them down (which is a free service).We also have a very nice golden retriever dog that would never hurt a fly but I dont think this is a dog friendly community. There are a lot of people here (like 50% of the people in the complex) that are SCARED of dogs. We get nasty looks, people screaming, and running in the opposite direction whenever we take her for a walk. I mean come on people! This is the same type of dog featured on the Air Bud movies. Why would grown men and women be afraid of Air Bud?This place allows large dogs (which is one of the reasons why we came here) and the staff and apartment are very dog friendly. Its just the other people here are largely afraid of dogs. I feel like Im walking an alligator or a 10 foot long python around whenever I take my sweet golden retriever on a walk. Ive talked to other dog owners in the area and many feel the same way.That is my only complaint about the complex and it doesnt have anything to do with the staff or complex itself.

    Without a doubt the best and most helpful staff anywhere, always eager to take care of any problems. A quiet neighborhood, so dont expect the thrills of downtown Dallas, but with everything you could need nearby. (Especially if you like Asian food!) The buildings themselves arent the newest (as is the case in the whole neighborhood, they are 80s/90s constructions) but thats just fine because the maintenance team is so dedicated. Prices are comparable with the rest of the neighborhood, check which school district youre in (the Irving ISD side saves on taxes.) I recommend!

    My family and I have been here for the past six years and we really love it here. Everyone is so nice and always willing to help you. Anytime we put in a request for anything they always get it taking care really fast. Michael the manager is extremely helpful and always asks me how we are doing. I highly recommend this property to everyone.

    I have been with Camden properties since I moved to Texas. I must say the staff and Camden Valley Park strive on customer service and were able to answer all my question and concerns to make my life a lot easier with my move.     Management & staff are attentive and accommodating. Maintenance Supervisor (John Thomason) does a great job ensuring that maintenance issues are handled promptly and correctly. Apartments are located in close proximity to restaurants and shopping & are reasonably priced.

    So far so good!! but due to old construction my heating is not upto the mark!! I having trouble to manage the older version of thermostat!!! Also free open parking is not available nearby sometimes.. hence had to look around. Its good for small to medium term living but pricing is quite better and competitive as per local rates!

    I just moved after staying for 2 years. Great complex, nice and professional staff, and timely repair services. It broke my heart to have to leave but a change in life situation to where I now need a larger space and the raising of the rent pricing me out were the only factors in me leaving. If you can afford the high rent its well worth it :)

    This is a nice place to call home. I have been here since 2014 and no real complaints. the staff is very friendly and patient. i would recommend Valley Park to anyone.     Valley Park is best apartment complex with multi family units. Have great pools and greenery. Near to Schools, India Bazaar, Walmart, Patel Bros. I love this community. Surely recommend my friends here.Units are not upgraded yet but still support is quick incase of issues.
