    Just moved in 2 weeks ago, and we love this apartment complex! Pedro Pique, our leasing consultant, was extremely helpful with the application and move-in process. This complex is very homey--the amenities (playground, dog park, basketball court, gym, pools, etc) are so awesome, and the property is very well kept; Ive seen landscapers out trimming the trees down already since being here. Im very happy with our choice to live here.

    My Fiancé and I just moved into our apartment here and we love it! The whole moving process was smooth and that’s because of the team working here, especially Pedro. They we’re very helpful! It’s also very family and pet friendly! As someone who has fur babies, the dog park is one of my favorite features! The community is so well kept! It’s a great place to live!

    Ive recently moved into this apartment, and Im thoroughly impressed. The entire complex is clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall comfort of living here. The atmosphere is peaceful, with beautiful greenery all around. The community is friendly. I also want to give a special thanks to Mr. Ped for his support and attention. His help made the move-in process smooth and stress-free.

    Pedro has been very helpful and easy to work with. He has been extremely patient with me while I was making my decision on my next home. My only concern is that for the last 3 weeks the gates to get into the complex have not been secure. I have been told that the parts needed are on back order so we will see how things go. I have not actually moved into my apartment yet so have not had any real experience with the property at this time.

    I loved living at Camden Sugar Grove. I lived there for almost 2 years and property was always clean, pool always operable and I never had any issues. When my job relocated I had to move out but I would recommend this community to anyone looking. The team both office and maintenance are amazing!

    After working here for close to 6 years, and the great experience with the residence and the whole office staff with Pedro Pique, Louise Crawford in front office, I decided to make Camden Sugar Grove my new home. The maintenance is amazing with Jorge, Antonio, both of the Carlos and Raul responding quickly to service requests. Being a resident, when I submit a service request, they say it takes about 24 hours to complete, but it takes them only a few hours after sending in the request to complete it. With the property being over 27 years old, it is extremely well kept. The location is great with being close to the highway to get to downtown or Sugar Land. Stafford has grown quite a bit with restaurants close by. Got my sister to move here for a few years and had a wonderful experience.

    Camden Sugar Grove has been our family’s home for several years and each year has been better than the last. I am so grateful to have been a part of this community. It was definitely a bittersweet moment as we moved out and into our house. We had such a great experience and the Camden team has felt so close over the years that we couldn’t just leave without giving our heartfelt feedback. Any time we needed something from maintenance, they were so fast about getting it taken care of. The office team is sweet too…always smiling and showing that they truly care about our experience. The grounds are always well maintained and landscaped really pretty. The location is perfect, conveniently located to great restaurants, shopping areas, highway 59 and the beltway. This community is truly a great place to call home!

    I lived there from August of 2019 to January of 2023. During the three and half years of stay, Ive lived in both of their single and double room apartments, and have had a really good experience. The compliances in their apartment are pretty new and high quality, maintenance was performed on a timely manner (I have gotten to know the majority of the apartment maintenance crew, they are all pretty cool), and the apartment is pretty clean and quiet. Overall I really enjoyed staying there the last couple of years, and would highly recommend this place for anyone or any family.Special shout out to Adam - one of their front office staff members. He was there the entire time during my stay - a very friendly and professional staff member whom Ive talked to numerous times.

    I love living at Camden because the grounds are beautifully landscaped and the apartments are well maintained. This speaks volumes about the management here. If I have a maintenance problem, it is taken care of promptly. The staff here have been in place for several years and treat renters respectfully. The location is perfect for commuting to Houston via 59 and 90. There are lots of places to eat since the former Texas Instruments location has been developed. If you are looking for a place to live, check out Camden Sugar Grove. Youll be glad you did.

    I have been living at Camden Sugar Grove for over a year now and the experience has been wonderful. The surrounding is clean, their maintenance service is outstanding and their office staff are very helpful and courteous. The management keeps you updated with whats going on within the community via emails and reminder notes at your door and I really love that.The neighbors are friendly and quiet which was one of my main concerns when moving here, I love a quiet environment. Overall I am very happy with my decision to move into this apartment. I feel very comfortable and safe.

    My husband, 2 dogs, and I have lived in Camden Sugar Grove since 2014. We would recommend this apartment community to any of our friends/family.Everything about this place is great. We have never had an issue with maintenance- the maintenance crew responds to our requests in a timely manner and with a smile on their face. The crew at the office is hard working and patient. Assistant manager, Stephanie, is always so kind and helpful to us. You definitely feel taken care of here.The community is peaceful and well-groomed. Speaking of groomed, this is an excellent place for pet owners- your dogs will always have buddies to play with at the enclosed dog park.Another thing I’ve really enjoyed are the food trucks we’ve been treated with lately! Just one of the many perks of living at Camden!We are lucky to have found a comfortable/safe place to call home.

    I recently moved to Houston for Grad school and wanted to find a great place to live during my matriculation. After what seemed to be an endless search of apartments here in Houston i found Camden Sugar Grove by reading the reviews that current and past residents had left. I was still skeptical but after calling the office and talking with office staff i knew this place would be an excellent place to live! They even called me several times during my search just to make sure my apartment hunting was going well. Ive lived here for about a month now and i can honestly say i love it here! The staff are all extremely helpful and nice and greet you with a smile! The maintenance crew is very responsive and all of the residents i have met have been really friendly and inviting! It is a quiet safe gated community with more amenities then anyone could ever need! My apartment is amazing and Ive even received calls from the office staff just making sure my stay here is going well! They really care about their residents which makes Camden Sugar Grove feel like home! So glad i found this place! The perfect place for a college student looking for a community that reminds them of home!

    I love living at Camden Sugar Grove. The area is very safe and convenient to get to all the shopping and restaurants in the area. The rental office staff are always pleasant to work with. They are very accommodating to all my needs. Their rental rates are very competitive.     Great place to live. Have lived here for close to 5 years and never had an issue. In a prime location between downtown and Sugar Land. Office staff with Louise, Adam and Pedro are so nice and inviting every time I need to go in or use the nice fitness center and play basketball afterwards. Always seem to provide a warm welcome. Louise is a great community manager where she has done this for a long time, Pedro is awesome, and Adam is super nice and always has a smile on his face. Maintenance staff is so great with Jorge, Carlos, Raul, Antonio, and Damian. Do such a great job keeping up with the property and make it look beautiful. My grandkids love to visit because of the great playground on property. Highly recommend living here. Have recommended friends and other family to live here it is that great.

    Visited and toured this apartment on June 15, 2022. Camden Sugar Grove was on our list of apartments we were interested in and off the bat the exterior was very clean.I met with Pedro Pique, he provided phenomenal customer service. He answered all our questions and made us feel welcomed/comfortable.The unit we toured was unfurnished, but thats preferred to get a scope of the space, and it had a very clean interior.Would recommend having this on your list of apartments to check out.

    Weve lived at The Camden Sugar Grove for the past two plus years and it has been a great experience. The staff is really great and helpful. We reserved our media room for our sons birthday and the ladies (Laura & Ariel) in the office were so helpful and kind in ensuring the reservation of the space went off without a hitch! In addition, the maintenance and office staff were very kind to upgrade our carpet floors to wooden ones. We didnt have to arrange to move any big items and both Ariel and Abel both followed up with us to ensure we were happy with our floors! Its a great community to live in!

    The apartments are very nice and spacious. The property is very well kept with friendly people and pets. The valet trash service is a plus. The leasing staff is very friendly and helpful. I have been really impressed with how nice and friendly everyone in the office is. The maintenance team is very friendly as well. Its very close to 59 which makes it very convenient. You are close to Sugar Land mall and you have many nice restaurants around which is a plus! The fitness center is clean and it has great equipment to work out. The pool and basketball court are my favorite!

    My family has lived at Camden for a year and a half. It has been a pleasant experience thus far, as the maintenance is very efficient and effective. Also, the management staff is always friendly and helpful when I do go into the office, which is rare. The workout facilities are nice and I use them frequently. They are always clean and operational.Overall, my experience has been great at this community and I have no major complaints other than rent and utilities have increased since we have been living here. Some features can be updated, in my opinion. For example, the kitchen and bathroom countertops can be renovated to granite for the prices charged. However, the location is amazing and convenient for my family. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a friendly, safe, and clean apartment community.

    I really havent had any issues while living at Camden Sugar Grove. My service request are handled promptly and I dont have to keep calling back because the job wasnt taken care of initially. The grounds are kept very nicely.I only wish we had the option to select the Technology package or not select it. Overall, its a nice quiet community to reside.

    Great location located near 59 and beltway 8. The complex is always clean and well groomed. The pools are amazing, they have updated the gym with new equipment, and the grills are always clean. We have never had an issue with maintenance, front desk staff, or with any other resident in the complex. Anytime we needed anything fixed, it qas taken care of immediately. (We only needed to call a maintenance request twice in our time here.) The dog park is great, and everyone gets to know you and your animals, so making friends is easy. Thanks Camden Sugar Grove!

    LOVE IT!!!!I really enjoy living at Camden at Sugar Grove. I had 2 weeks to find an apartment and I am glad I ended up at Camden at Sugar Grove. I moved here August 2015 from out of state. I truly enjoy the layout and the beautiful apartments. The staff is SUPER friendly and any question I have they are all over it and help out. Nice private community.WINS!!!!-Beautiful grounds. Paved walking paths to walk/run-Gated community.-Community Center. Havent used the gym but it looks nice and plan on checking it out.-Size of patio. Which are awesome if youre like me and like to grill and relax outside.-Parking spaces are ample and Ive rarely had any issues finding a spot.-Electricity bill is usually around $100, and thats running the A/C a lot.-Maintenance seems to be on top of things.

    I took an apartment for a short term lease while I was on assignment in Stafford. I couldnt have been happier. The apartments are comfortable, well maintained and the location is perfect for me. The relationship with Cort Furniture was very helpful in arranging for the necessary furnishings. The complex is quite attractive with many trees, and well maintained gardens and lawns. The fitness center is excellent. The best part of living there, though, is the staff. The office personnel and the maintenance crew are friendly, helpful, efficient and just plain nice! If I am in the Houston area again, I will definitely be living at Camden Sugar Grove.

    I have lived at the apartment for about three months now, and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I just moved to Houston as a single female, and when I started my apartment search three months ago, I was worried about safety and my budget. However, I am so happy I decided to choose Camden Sugar Grove as my residence. I feel very safe at all times while I am in my apartment, even when I get home late from work. Also, I have sent maintenance requests to the building engineers, and they have always fixed my requests in a timely manner. It has been so nice to live in this complex and not have to worry my safety at all times, and I know that things will get fixed. Thank you!!Lastly, the ladies in leasing have been so nice and willing to help me. It is such a relief to be able to call or stop by and see a smiling face. The team at the Sugar Grove is AWESOME!! Thank you very much for making my stay here comfortable and enjoyable!

    LOVE Camden Sugar Grove! By far the best apartment I have ever lived at! I truly wish I would have found this place earlier... Everyone from the staff to the maintenance crew is so helpful & efficient. I recently transferred into a smaller unit, and the process was seamless. This will be my home until I purchase a house. The location is convenient to shopping and the beltway. The property is very well kept, and always clean. I highly encourage you to check them out, you wont be disappointed!

    Rosie the community manager is the best. She cares for our residents and I appreciate all her dedication. She is always available to speak about with any question or concern and very nice and respectful. She is compassionate and she genuinely cares for you and your living experience at Camden Sugar Grove. It does not matter what issue you bring to her attention she will listen and take care of you. It does not matter where you live at longest you have a caring person like Rosie and team she will always help you. I admire her and I have decided to renew my lease because she has taken care of my wife and I. Thank you Rosie, I appreciate all your assistance.

    Ive loved living at Camden Sugar Grove since 2012. It is a pet friendly community, which is a must for me. Also, the apartment, grounds, and amenities such as the park and pool areas are beautiful and comfortable. When an apartment maintenance issue comes up, the office and maintenance staff are very responsive (almost always the same day I log the request) and they have always followed through until things are resolved. I find it to be a friendly and diverse community for anyone seeking convenient apartment living with easy access to Beltway 8 and Highway 59.

    This place has been such a great place to live! It’s a quiet place to stay for a long long time. The staff is helpful and always welcoming when I walk in the office... I don’t visit often but when I do I’m always greeted with a smile. Also want to mention that maintenance is always on time and addresses my request in a timely manner. The grounds and the amenities are always clean! If you are looking for a place to live I recommend Camden Sugar Grove 😁😃

    Hello I have been at Camden at Sugar Grove for 2yrs. I have been very pleased with my stay here they are very nice and customer service is awesome. The rent is very reasonable. The property is always clean as well as the parking lot. The maintenance is very quick with handling issues. They also do events for residents which are fun for the kids. Keep up the great work and thank you!

    My mother in law lives at this apartment complex and has for almost 5 years. The rent has always been competitive for the area but well worth the cost (as long as they don’t keep going up) Very little crime. She’s lived in a couple of the floor plans. The 2 bedroom is very spacious as well as the 1 bedroom she has now. I love visiting her. Very peaceful and calm and stafford police are quick to respond. Meadows police nearby as well.

    My dad lived here for almost 20 years until his untimely passing. The whole time he was here never heard a bad thing about this place. The staff is wonderful from management to the maintenance. I would like to truly thank them for everything they did for my dad!! ❤️ Thank you!!

    My husband and I moved into Camden Sugar Grove March 2019. We went on a tour, and my husband instantly fell in love with the complex before even viewing the unit, thankfully that went well. Our time here at Camden Sugar Grove has been nothing short or amazing. As a newlywed couple, and our first apartment together, we had an amazing experience. The ground were well kept, maintenance never took no longer than 24 hours to respond to an issue, and the office staff were always there to help. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, and our lease contract coming to an end, we were unable to renew our contract, as my husband and I both have had finical cuts from our jobs. I am thankful to say that Camden has helped us every single step of the way, and we are forever grateful for them. We have many friends who live in apartments that were not flexible with paying rent, and we are happy to say that Camden was phenomenal!!! Thank you Camden Sugar Grove for all that youve done and we were thankful to call this place home. We will miss it dearly.

    This place and the people who work here are incredible! My wife and I moved in almost two years ago, and we have never been anything but amazed and grateful at how professional the workers here are (both the office staff and maintenance crew) and how resident-centered they are! The staff is always open and willing to take suggestions, helpful with all problems big and small, and always doing it with a smile.Just to share one story, these guys were already a solid 5 stars in our book, but last weeks events put them over the top in our book. The water went out in the whole complex Sunday night (due to a burst pipe just outside the complex). The staff communicated well with everybody and had water available in the office, but what the maintenance crew did that night was far above and beyond anything we have seen in our previous apartment complexes. One of us (me or my wife -- not sure which, which is probably a good thing ha!) left the faucet on full blast when it was out. Well, the water came back on around 3, and by the time my wife got home we had about an inch of water in our bathroom, and it had seeped into our bedroom and through our walls to the living room and neighbors apartment. Anyway, it was a huge ordeal that was of course 100% our own idiotic fault, and it caused Abel and the maintenance crew to have to stick around and work well past quitting time, but they did it graciously with no complaint or eye-rolling in sight. Abel was especially helpful, and gave us a cheerful play-by-play as the cleanup was unfolding.Anyway, sorry for the length, but in conclusion, if you like living in a place with superbly-trained, excellent, helpful staff who earnestly try to make your life a little better and easier, then come to Camden Sugar Grove!

    Good apartment building, with cordial and very helpful staff. I lived here for a year and thankfully I never had any issues. Gate and door access were via mobile phone app. The maintenance resolves your issues within 24hrs, and the management team is always open to assist you. I had packages delivered to my old address here and even though I did not live there anymore, the team helped me pick up my package. The downside was the noise from landscaping and occasionally from residents. There were some burglaries and theft of catalytic converters, which unfortunately is typical in every part of Houston. The gates also broke down a lot of times but they were regularly fixed. Other than that, I appreciate you guys for the time I spent here.

    Excellent management and maintenance staff, beautiful lush grounds, on-site dog park, a welcoming community. There are certainly issues that come with an aging community and inconsiderate residents, but I feel the staff does everything possible to resolve them. The location is very convenient at I-69 at Beltway 8, Im on the freeway north, south, east or west in under 3 minutes. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the quality of the finishes is not what most new apartments have, but feel their lower rates fairly reflect that. Ill take location over granite any day.

    I have a very good exe¹perience of Mr Pique service.I am a Chinese with not very good English but Mr Pique has always enough patience so as that I want to thank him and your company from my deep within.He showed me the comunity ,the house and everything and make me feel from home to home.     My first apartment complex Ive lived in with a roommate and it is amazing. Very good security makes me sleep easy at night. The service they provide is great as they are quick and attentive to problems that might come up. The 2 pools they have are very nice and clean. Overall I am extremely happy in my choice of Camden sugar grove.

    The best apartment community that Ive lived so far. All front office personnel are always welcoming, helpful and cooperative in every little small matter. Estefania was my first contact and she was great in explaining every little detail and giving me many different options. Later on, Adam helped me personally several times for different matters, Stephanie didnt sleep one whole night and updated us until the technicians fixed about a serious broken pipe in the community. She also always brings us the basketball court key, if we are still playing there by 6 pm and it is not reserved by someone else. These kind of personal touches definitely make your day! Carlos and other service team members are very fast to respond, kind and very detail oriented. Finally, thanks to Louise, I believe you have a great role in this great atmosphere here as their leader.

    This is a beautiful and peaceful community to stay at and make your home. The management and maintenance team go above and beyond to make sure that you, whether as a guest or resident, are well taken care of and that all your questions get answered. Highly recommend visiting this Camden SugarGrove. Plus they have a huge dog park that gives more than enough running space for your pets. As well as plenty of BBQ Grills and 2 pools to enjoy outdoor time with your loved ones.

    They will give you the best tour, answer any questions you have and greet you like family. I applied as soon as I was finished with my tour. Well kept grounds and pools. Family oriented and quiet at night. Definitely would recommend this property to anyone! 5 stars.Mr. Pedro and Mr Adam are the ones you should ask for when inquiring!The only thing I didnt like seeing was the wasp nests on my porch thats still there after I pointed it out to management on my move in day but thats no deal breaker ☺️. He could have easily forgot since the end/first of the month are busy for most apartments.

    Very good experience. I enjoyed the apartment I stayed in and the grounds were always kept up very well. The staff and leasing office always responded quickly whenever I had to call them. It was always quiet, I never had any issues with security. I get up early in the morning to go to work at 7 am so this was really important. I enjoyed the residents/neighbors who were friendly and helpful as well.

    Just A Little Heaven on Earth:After visiting several Properties in the Fort Bend area, I was ready to begin my research on Reviews.I was really shocked at some of the comments on the Properties that appeared really nice upon visiting, however I do know that some expectations are based on the person’s level of service.When I reached the Camden Sugar Grove Site, it was amazing! Everyone loved the Front Office Team, and the Supporting Teams.I was greeted by Louise upon entry into the property, she answered all of my questions, I watched as she multi-task supporting others as they came in. I was on my way out of town for an appointment, Louise was very mindful of the timing as she gathered the documents with all of the Information I needed for my move (My Next Journey).The next day I arrived and again was greeted with a Huge Sincere Smile, I was also to meet Stephanie; who is mentioned in the reviews as well.A team that supports our Community during difficult times such as Harvey, is a Community I am excited about being a Part of.I was taken on a tour of the Property and was truly peaceful, as I admired the surroundings and opened the door to my “Little Bit of Heaven on Earth”.

    I have lived so many places in the past years and the experience that I have with Camden sugar grove is an amazing. I lived in this community for the last two years from 2015-2017 and from the time that I moved in until I moved out I dont have a single issues with this property. some of the reasons made this community exceptional,1. The management teams are amazing. they are always willing to help above and beyond. Rosie, Marisol, Kathy, Laura and Airiel2. The maintenance guys are always on time. Carlos ( both) , Abel, and all.3. More importantly, this neighborhood is the safest place to live. no matter how late you stay outside, still safe as heaven.I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to have peace of mind.Ben

    Rosie is wonderful, she is polite and very courteous! The most I admire about her is her patience she with her customers. Always with a smile in her face and able to take care of any concerns right away. Rosie has a great team that are very helpful and ready to assist with anything. The property is beautiful, the grounds are well kept, its very quite at night. Neighbors are very nice and friendly. They have fun events and really enjoy the atmosphere!     Great place to live, staff is friendly and very attentive. Recently moved in and the community is very well kept. The maintenance team is very friendly specially Abel and Carlos. The ladies in the office are friendly and always have a smile on their face! I viewed and visit many communities before I made my decision and this staff was way friendlier and helpful! The application process was fast and the leasing lady Airiel was very helpful. Happy Im living here and will definitely recommend!

    I really like living here. The ladies in the office are always so nice and helpful. I love the basketball court and the pool. Its our favorite. I just wish we could stay. But unfortunately if we renew our rent is going to be too much and we need more space. I have never had a problem with this place and its a quiet area.     It is really a great place to live in and we love it. My family has been here for about six months. The community is quite and beautiful. The management staff members are very friendly and efficient. Especially, Kathy in the management office is very warm and patient.     Just moving to the area I was weary about where I should live. The moment I stepped into Camden Suagr Grove I was met with a warm smile and the friendly demeanor of Stephanie Spratt. While learning about the community I was very impressed with her. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She made me feels so welcome and comfortable. The community was beautiful, clean and I could tell it was well managed. As a single mother I felt it was a safe place for myself and my child. Stephanie was very informative on the measures put in place for the residents and their safety.Hoping my job takes me near Sugar Grove so I can put in my application.

    I absolutely love living here, but I want to especially point out Stephanie Spratt, the assistant manager of the property. She treats all her residents like family, any issue I bring up to her is taken to heart and she never stops until shes not only resolved the issue, but goes above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Ive never lived somewhere like this, where you can really feel that they really care about your actual well-being and living experience. I adore Stephanie, and she is what really makes living here such a 5 star experience. Kudos and much love to her!

    Working with Sam Tran to find the perfect unit was pure Bliss. My family was displaced by Harvey, and Sam worked very hard to find what we were looking for. Camden Sugar Grove has an absolutely beautiful exterior and lovely swimming pool. I also liked the indoor basketball court. While we settled on another complex, as a result of wanting wood flooring. The customer experience at Camden was superior to all other places we visited. If only I were able to change out the flooring, I would gladly call this place home for my family of 4. Thank you Sam for going above and beyond for us.

    Camden Sugar Grove Apartments is a Super Place to live. My stay here has been nothing less than AWESOME!! Every single one of the staff here are over the top wonderful. Especially ...Rosie, Marisol, Laura, Ariel, Sam, Carlos, Abel, and its one more not able to think of his name, ALL of them are super, the whole staff!! if I have an issue, I call and shortly it is take care of. I personally have not had any breakins, and Pray that no one even thinks of it. So, If you had to pick a place here in Stafford and want to be close to everything.... this is the Place to be....     Such a wonderful place to call home! My wife and I love it here and have really enjoyed raising our son in this community. Rosie and her staff are super nice and do such a great job. Abel and the maintenance crew have always been very quick to respond and very helpful. Parking is never an issue and all of the luxury amenities will spoil you! I honestly couldnt ask for any better. I would recommend this place to any one of any age.

    My wife and I still live here and love it. We will be staying here as long as we are in an apartment. The staff is very friendly and responsive. There has not been an issue that they did not resolve, and there have been very few issues to resolve. If you live here and arent 100% satisfied they listen to your request and work to make your experience more pleasant. The grounds are beautiful and constantly being improved upon. Family and pet friendly as well.

    I love it here. I ended up transferring from one unit to another instead of looking elsewhere when my roommate situation changed and they have been awesome. They really do their best to take care of you. The units are spacious, the grounds are peaceful, it’s all just so serene.     Seriously has to be the best Apartment Complex within a 20 mile radius. Family Oriented, my family feels safe here, theres 24 hour emergency maintenance, Valet trash pickup, countless amenities like a basketball gym, fitness room huge pools with brand new BBQ grills and the staff is PHENOMENAL!! I would recommend this place to anybody in a heartbeat no kidding. I love my new home and Im raising my newborn twins here and the park in the middle is great for strolls !!     Camden @ Sugargrove is the best apartment experience I have had since I started renting over 10 years ago. From day 1, they have been very warm, professional, and courteous to my family and I. Maintenance response time was always within the timeframe promised and reasonable.. The apartment grounds are always well manicured and welcoming. Parking is plenty and covered if you like. I didnt use the fitness center much, but It was definitely a plus for my husband. It wasnt always perfect... because there is no such apartment that is. But everytime there was an issue with any of the residents (including me), the staff at the office always acknowledged it and tried to get it resolved (in other words, they did something about it!). For me, thats what matters. If we werent looking to buy a house, I would gladly sign up for another 12 months.

    I have lived at Camden Sugar Grove for close to 3 years and have loved it. The apartment is safe, staff is helpful and nice, amenities are fabulous and maintenance is speefy and helpful. They have wonderful parties like their pool party yesterday, with delicious food truck tacos, ice cream, drinks, a DJ and dancing and games. I live tbeir pool, walking trsil and dog park. Valet trash and biz center nice too. I have enjoyed living here.

    We have truly enjoyed our short time here at Sugar Grove. We moved my brother to Houston to receive medical treatment and I am so glad we picked this apartment for him to call home! The staff has been nothing short of amazing, always going above and beyond. When hurricane Harvey was fixing to make his debut I was beside myself with worry as my disabled brother was in Houston alone and didnt know anybody there. I emailed the office as I wanted somebody in the city to know he was there alone. I quickly received a response back from Ariel letting me know that she had stopped by his apartment and told him where to find her if he needed anything. She can not possibly know how much that gesture was appreciated and put my mind at ease. Thank you Camden and all the wonderful people that work hard to make this community the awesome community it is!!!!

    I moved to this community in April this year. Its been very good living here. The park and jogging track where we got to know many neighbors and found good friends . Felt no fear walking on the track after 9 pm also due to good lighting.The gym,pool and park is maintained very well. . Regularly they do arrange get together parties and staff is very responsive and respectful. The resident portal is active to get updates on whats going on and neighbors do post useful information related to the community . Never worried much about parking spot availability.Above all, the service requests (for any problem in the house) are resolved very quickly which is wonderful & vallet trash service is excellent. My only concern is about the TV cable fee which we dont use it but have to pay. I hope management do something on this.

    Just moved in about a month ago and so far so good. I did extensive research on finding the best best place based on security, amenities and management.Pros: Lots of amenities, gorgeous pools, plenty of parking, community involvement, beautiful floor plans and well maintained grounds. There are community events like breakfast and weekly classes for Zumba (one day Ill go I swear). Camden was also the only complex in the immediate area that has a playground (a very nice one at that). Valet trash and recycling has been wonderful! The office staff is friendly, outgoing and whenever I need them they respond quickly. Really felt welcomed into the community.Cons: COMCAST! Really have a grudge with the company and didnt look forward to having their service. I dont blame Camden for this, comcast just has a monopoly and they suck (personal opinion). Pricing of the rent can be tricky. During some parts of the year the rent is higher than normal but, if you have the time, you can lock-in a great apartment within your budget. Maintenance has been hit or miss. The first service that I needed was taken care of immediately and correctly however, there were some issues with the second request but, when I called up management, it was taken care of quickly and efficiently with a friendly manner.Overall it has been a positive experience and Im glad that I moved in.

    I can’t begin to express how caring and thoughtful Louise & Steff are. It was Monday September 16, and I came to view their amazing complex. Not only was I created and treated very well from the first minute I walked in but have continued to feel the care and support from these two amazing women. I couldn’t leave the property without applying. And than when a issue came about They were so helpful and fought with me the entire time. Even sending me an email the next day wishing me a Happy Anniversary, which they didn’t have to. I can not wait to be apart of the community. There should be more ladies like these two out here in the world. 2 weeks in Houston and I will forever remember this experience for a long time.     Sooooo…….I recently asked myself what is it that would make a person want to stay in the same place for over 12 years. That’s how long I’ve been here at Camden Sugar Grove. I’ve compared it with other complexes and for the money there’s nothing even close.There’s the office staff with Rosie, Marisol, Kathy, Laura, and Ariel that always do everything in their power to take care of the residents making sure they are comfortable and up-to-date with all the complex has to offer. Then there’s the maintenance staff. With Able, Carlos, and the others any problems large or small get immediate attention unlike with other locations I’ve dealt with where getting an issue resolved may take several days.The grounds are always immaculate and the tenants are friendly and peaceful. I should also mention that the apartment complex is strategically located in that there are several options to get to the downtown area, you have Sam’s Club, Walmart, and (just opened) an Aldi that is literally next door. Various restaurants are within 15 minutes so being hungry on a lazy evening is not an excuse. Personally, I feel you get a lot for the money, especially when you have the tech package included in the rent that has Xfinity cable and internet included.Did I mention that I’ve been here for over 12 years? Now you have an idea of why. I don’t get paid for saying this but it’s just a damn nice place to live. Try it out!

    From the day I first toured the complex, all the way thru move-in day, Steff has been nothing short of amazing in every way. She was super helpful throughout this whole process.     I applied to live in this Condominium in the month of July to move in September, the staff that works in the offices is very professional and friendly, especially Mr. Pedro and Manager Louise, in general everyone treats you with a lot of professionalism and respect, they explained to me everything was very good and they showed me the apartment and all the facilities, in this place there is incredible cleanliness and the apartments have all the necessary amenities to live, a safe and very quiet place, the maintenance staff does their job very well and they are very respectful, I congratulate you, it is the best place I have lived in a long time and the one that has given me the best treatment.

    Abel deserves a raise and a paid vacation, the maintenance team needs to be compensated more since they are the reason not just Camden but any apartment complex has tenants. We are a growing population that needs housing. Anybody can fill an apartment void. But, to provide quality service, care, and dedication so that others have a comfortable living experience now that credit belongs to the maintenance staff that puts in the work and fulfills the maintenance orders.     Have been living here for 2 years now. Breakins is regular thing these days. You get crime alerts atleast twice a month. Breakins happening at broad daylight which is quite disturbing. Got a wonderful swimming pool, fitness center and basketball court, buts being accessed by non residents. Parking is a mess around building 8,9,10,11 and 12. You have to park at least 2 blocks away if you come after 7:00 PM. Did talk to leasing office and no action seems to be taken. Its been ages since parking enforcement is removed.Update: 01/14- Theres a new management who are running just behind money. Even open spots are made reserved parking. Now, even kids are not allowed in leasing office without parents. They have to figure out their own way of getting into the complex after getting back from school. Have 6 more months of lease. Bye Bye camden !!
