    I have lived in many apartment complexes throughout the years and hands down Camden Spring Creek Apartments has been the best! The entire staff continues to amaze me, always very attentive to my needs/requests and exceed my expectations every time. The community feels safe, is very clean and friendly. I highly recommend Camden Spring Creek Apartments!

    I’ve lived here for 5 years and really feel at home here. The maintenance staff is very quick to respond to requests. The pool and grounds are well maintained. Decent and fair pricing for rent. Great location if you work at any of the hospitals in the Woodlands; less than 15 min drive away. Close to the Woodlands Mall. Overall, a great apartment complex.

    Camden Spring Creek is one of the very well maintained apartment complexes in the Spring/Woodlands area. Ive lived here for 16 months and I have nothing but good things to say about the community. Everyone at the leasing office is very friendly and approachable. Maria in particular has been a huge help all through. She always went above and beyond in providing assistance whenever necesessary. And, all my maintenance requests were taken care of on the same day.The units are spacious, residents are courteous and everyone follows the rules. The property felt very very safe.

    It was very nice community to live in. All the staff and maintenance are great people along with being very helpful. The amenities at on site were wonderful. I would definitely recommend to anyone to consider this property for living. Conveniently located near anything to eat or go do anything.

    We lived in Camden Spring Creek Apartment for 5 years. During this time, especially the sales manager Cara helped us a lot in every way. They have a great team. Also, the maintenance team is amazing. No maintenance request is postponed, they always try to do it the same day. John and Ricardo are very respectful and helpful.And also thanks to Danielle from Camden main office.Unfortunately, we had to move because our house was too far from our new workplace, otherwise we would never have thought of moving. I hope we will rent a house in Camden Apartments again one day. We thank everyone individually.

    I did enjoy the layout and placement of my apartment, it had a lot of natural light and high ceilings that made everything spacious. In unit washer and dryer was top tier and they have no updates so I imagine the fixtures are better than they were. Maintenance was fast anytime we had an issue and hearing my neighbors was never a major issue. BUT I didn’t like that even on the 3rd floor, ants raided the pantry anytime we had anything, bread, sweets, fruits, etc. and in the bathroom too. I had a whole hoard in my bathtub almost every morning towards the end of the lease. Parking is an absolute joke here so I recommend getting a garage. The pool is normally full of kids so working a 9-5 limits when the pool is available for relaxing time. Overall, I would live here again.

    Were coming up on 8 years living at Camden Spring Creek which says a lot on its own. Early on, we decided that if we ever relocated, we would seek out another Camden property based on how awesome they are here.Maintenance is spot-on. John is an incredible manager of his team. Hes always quick with a joke and I believe has been with this community since it was built. His pride in it shows. I love them all. Ricardo especially is so kind, and gentle and helps explain things in a way you can understand.The management are very professional and I feel like our privacy is important to them. Cara, the assistant manager, has been here just as long as John.Earlier this year, I started falling out of love with living here. I met with the manager. He took notes, listened to my thoughts and came up with ideas to make living here awesome again. The best part is that he followed through on his promises within a week.Regarding Harvey... As soon as the water receded, there were honestly 30-40 people starting work, the next day, even more. They did awesome on rehabbing the affected apartments, no sloppy shortcuts.I really wish accessing the bike/hike trails in The Woodlands was easier. We checked out other complexes actually on the bike trails, but for the large apartment we have, and all the other perks...2 minutes and you are on the freeway,... Were staying.Update: Still at Camden for now. When our lease ends, I am not sure what we will do.Its definitely a younger vibe here. That is both good and bad. I like the youthful, more loving and accepting people but not the dogs and irresponsibility that seem to come with it.

    Hailey was amazzziinnnggg!! I felt very seen and heard ! She answered all my questions and took my preferences into consideration when choosing the properties to showcase . She made what could have been a stressful experience an extremely pleasant one . I didn’t feel rushed ..I didn’t feel pressured.. Hailey made me feel like I was touring with a friend. This was by far the best experience I’ve had in my search of a place since living in Houston ! Give HAILEY A RAISE !!!

    Entire application process was quick and easy. The staff communicated with me the entire way through. When i moved in my unit was perfect. No complaints. The complex is very quiet and clean. I know its summer time and the wasp, bees and everything else are out and busy but i love the fact that there are no hives just building up In the stairwells. Everything was perfect and made my move in so easy and not stressful at all.

    I most recently moved out of Camden due to needing more space but wanted to give a shout out to everyone at Camden spring creek. I had a wonderful experience. Maintenance is on point with being prompt to repair anything needed and the office staff has always been great. The grounds are always kept up as well as the pool. The office staff is also prompt with responding to anything you need. Thank you Camden team for everything!

    I lived in here a little over a year. This complex and my apartment were the best that I have ever lived in in my life. The complex was always clean and noise free. Whenever there was a maintenance issue, it was resolved immediately. Please keep up the good work!

    I have been here a little over a month, Very spacious and quiet. The MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT is top notch, never had one this good and fast in any state or place I have lived before. 10/10 Jon and Racardo are amazing. Leaving we smooth easy and they check on you to make sure all is well. Highly recommend this complex.

    Moving into Camden Spring Creek Apartments went smoothly. Maria and staff were very patient in helping my husband and I understand the process of entering our apartment with Chrip App, as an 80s couple we are not use to or like complex technology, but was able to manage system. Only concern was lack of parking space to park large Uhall truck. Since our move was during late evening we needed to park truck over night. We had to park far from our apartment and walk back, too much for 80 year olds.

    What can I say about my 3+ years at Camden Spring Creek? It has been nothing short of amazing. I never had a bad experience here. From the leasing process to actually being able to switch units within my time here, the process was smooth and very professional. Management has always been great and good with communication. The maintenance team is probably my favorite of them all! Any problem I had with my unit (big or small) they always handled it as a priority. They try to handle all issues same day, and if not, they make sure to be there the following morning. The grounds are always clean and maintained, along with all the other community amenities. I appreciate the care and compassion, Camden Spring Creek gives to their residents. It is bittersweet to be leaving, I am only leaving to relocate for school and work. I hope this helps to confirm that your choice to move to Camden Spring Creek is a good choice to make. No apartment community is perfect, but Camden Spring Creek does their very best to make it feel like home (coming from someone that is not from Texas). Camden Spring Creek, thank you so much for being somewhere I could feel safe and call home over these past few years. I wish you all the best! :)

    The maintenance supervisor John A is amazing and such a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond helping to troubleshoot and fix an issue we have been experiencing with our AC. He has the greatest attitude and knows what hes doing. Thank you!!!

    Hayley represented Camden very well I felt truly welcomed my entire visit on the property. She was attentive to answer ALL my questions, was very professional, focused but also humorous. Hayley Carreiro took me to see a 1 bed room apartment that was very nice it had all new up grades. The property grounds I noticed was also nice, quite, clean the vibe around me felt safe was welcoming. After the tour she patiently walked me thru the process of how to fill out my application on my cell phone. I am very happy that my application was approved within minutes. Hayley, had me sold on Camden properties. In Conclusion before I went inside the leasing office I spoke with a few residents they told me positive things about the Camden Spring Creek✌️😀

    Camden Spring Creek was my first apartment home experience! Ive lived in a 3 bedroom attached garage apartment for 16 months at Camden. The manager and office staff are always helpful and nice! The grounds are always pretty and well maintained! The office always host holiday parties! My daughter attended the first safety meeting and reported that the information given was very helpful! The community was not built in 2017 so....you would need to visit for yourself to see if its up to your standards! The apartments light fixtures, ceiling fans, and faucets have all been upgraded! My unit was newly carpeted in the living areas upon move in as well! The manager goes out of her way make sure repairs are taken care of quickly! Direct access to 45 North is always nice! Unfortunately, I will not be renewing my lease at this community but I will miss the manager and office staff dearly!

    Ive lived here a few years now and am very happy with Camden Spring Creek. The office and maintenance staff have been excellent and responsive. The community is quiet, well kept, and overall is a great place to call home. Most of my conversations with the staff have been through Cara, and I highly recommend talking to her if your looking for a new place to live.

    The office staff are friendly and helpful. We moved in mid April and are enjoying our new life here. The maintenance team work fast and efficient. We fill like we have joined a family instead of a community. They send out birthday cards, community events, welcome outreach is amazing. I stayed in my last apartment for 10 years and never had this warm embrace from them. The office staff here at Camden Spring Creek called last week to see how we are settling into our new place! I feel safe, welcome and at Home! Camden Spring Creek is the best moved I have ever made.

    Camden is a great place to live. The grounds and common areas are clean and well-kept, and maintenance is incredibly fast and responsive. I have never had neighbor issues, and the office staff has always been prompt and helpful with whatever I have needed. The renovated apartments are beautiful and are a joy to live in. I would definitely recommend this complex.

    Overall, safe and quiet. Best place to live in the Spring area. They service same day maintenance, no outside dramatics, and sometimes they have food trucks stopping by. Although, if you have a social dog who loves to play, live someone else. About 90% of dog owners avoid any type of interactions, it’s super weird. It’s conveniently located and you can walk to Sawyers across the street. Shopping centers and restaurants are less than 5 mins away.

    My wife and I have lived in the Camden for a little over 8 months. Our overall experience has be positive and pleasant. Here are my pros/cons...Pros: Nice amenities (Newly surfaced pool, newly built courtyard area/grill, dog park with pet bath/wash station). Friendly and accommodating staff. Nice apartment layouts. Big oval bathrooms tubs. We have had minor repair issues that maintenance hastily fixed. Competitive prices for the local area (~ 1K for a 1BR/1BA)Cons: Packages wont be left in office and must be picked up from the post office. Parking isnt sufficient - youll likely end up parking across the complex if you arrive home past 8 or 9PM (although they have 2 reserved spots/building that are $25/month). They charge $25 for a key to the dog park on top of $25 pet rent/month. No warm water in wash station in dog park.Overall, weve enjoyed our stay here and would resign if we decide to stay in TX by the end of our lease.

    The facts: its not a perfect community, but it far exceeds the competition.1) Camden staff HEAR and RESPOND to community needs. Since I have lived here, security has been an issue. However, management has put in a significant amount of effort in order to improve safety by installing smart locks on all apartments, installing additional exterior site lighting, and hiring security. Just be a smart resident: lock your vehicles and dont leave anything valuable in plain site. They also allow you to purchase a security system if you so choose.2) Maintenance is very responsive. When there is an issue, large or small, the staff has always responded within 48 hours of our requests.3) Parking is sometimes difficult late at night, but Camden staff are responding by providing additional reserved spaces that are available for monthly rental.4) The grounds are well taken care of, with pet stations within a reasonable walking distance.5) This complex flooded during Harvey. Camden probably wont tell you this unless you ask about it directly. Living in a first floor apartment, I can attest that there is NO evidence of flooding, and NO issues with mold or mildew. The first floor apartments were thoroughly renovated and show no evidence of past flooding.6) Sawyer Park across the street occasionally has outdoor concerts that last until midnight. Its not outrageously loud, but has annoyed some residents. If you have concerns about noise, I would lease an apartment towards the back of the complex.Overall, living here has been a very positive experience! Definitely recommend.

    I moved into Camden Spring Creek 3 months ago and I just love it here!!! For starters, when I first drove in I was impressed at how clean and well designed the exterior was. When I walked in I was very pleased with the beautiful interior. It was so clean and well-decorated. Then, I met the staff and I have never met such nice, polite, friendly and fun leasing agents! Maria, Mary and Kara were just wonderful!When they showed me the apartment with the beautifully remodeled kitchen, walls, floor and bathroom, I knew I had found my apartment..I love the ambience here. It is so quiet, clean and beautifully designed. I am very pleased. When I do see a resident walking to or from their home, they are very friendly.The maintenance here is exceptional. Not only are they super prompt, but theyre professional, skilled and respectful. I called one afternoon for maintenance and they were there early the next morning! Can you top that for promptness?If that wasnt enough, they have an online payment portal and they dont charge extra for online payments. Awesome! In the portal you.are not only able to pay, but youre able to see what your payment record is and you get a receipt! I repeat, you get a receipt. You dont even have to ask for one, you just automatically receive it.I cant say enough good things about Camden Spring Creek and their staff! I can say Im very grateful to find this complex.Thank you very much Maria, Mary, Kara and the Camden Spring Creek owners.

    I love living here. Everything seems perfect for me. My kids love it, they like the school, they love playing around the apartment. They have some good friends after living here 3 weeks and very excited to discover the new place.My Mom she loves the bathroom, clean and neat.I love my Master bedroom, big enough and have big window, good view and give me sunshine every morning I wake up.And especially the Service is great, they come quick n complete the job with very professional n supportive way. Mr. Ricardo and Junior are very nice, they even help me to fix stuff that I don’t report at the start. And Junior helped me to clean up all the boxes on the day I just move in.I have to say I love to come back home after work now, and I will stay here long for sure. Because I feel it’s my home now, makes me feel warm and safe when I come back from work.

    I love living at Camden Spring Creek! This is my second spacious 3 bedroom to lease. The staff here are wonderful, caring and extremely helpful when a need arises. When repairs are needed, they are done promptly and the maintenance staff are very thorough and courteous! I was not home during repairs, but spoke with Cara when the problem was reported. The shelf was repaired quickly and looks great!

    Ive been very happy with Camden Spring Creek. The property is well maintained, and the maintenance team is extremely responsive. One day, my dishwasher stopped working. I put in a service ticket online before I left for work, and I had a new dishwasher within a matter of hours. The front office staff is courteous and professional as well. I feel safe and LOVE the ease to get on I-45.

    I have lived in Camden Spring Creek for the last two years and would not change apartments for the world. Considering that i have lived in two other apartments in the woodlands and the spring area, i can absolutely say this is the best place to live on the north side. I explain below:SecurityThe gates are always closed at every time of the day. In addition, during the day i see the maintenance guys driving their carts around the building so you are rest assured that no one will sneak into your apartment when you are away at work. Moreover, on many occasions i have seen a police car in front of the second gate on Pruitt road which i believe serve as a deterrent for criminals.MaintenanceDamian and the maintenance guys are awesome. Most maintenance requests are taken care of within an hour of posting them online. You get updates and emails confirming that the problem has been solved so you dont even have to call them. My AC had a problem this summer and it was fixed within minutes of the service request. The grounds is well maintained and looks beautiful, especially the pool area.Leasing OfficeEveryone in the leasing office is very nice and friendly. Cara, Michelle,Kaylee and Mary are really helpful with any questions I have...from retrieving packages to rent payments.(I occasionally get an email to pay my rent before the late fee kicks in even when i forget!!!!) They organize a lot of social events for the residents throughout the year.Overall, coupled with the fact that the complex is conveniently located close to most of the attractions in the woodlands (the woodlands mall, the waterway,etc) and Interstate 45, this is one of the best places to live in the woodlands and spring area. I enjoy living here and i see myself here for a couple more years!!!!

    When it comes to apartment living, Camden is my go-to. I always recommend others to look into living at a Camden property. I’ve been lucky enough to live in two different Camden properties over the years, and they always exceeded my expectations. I reluctantly moved out of my first Camden apartment to live with my then boyfriend. We moved to a non-Camden property, and it was a year-and-a-half of horrible service, and an absolutely terrible experience. I had been so spoiled by Camden, I told my boyfriend I would be leaving to go back to a Camden after our lease was up at the non-Camden property, whether he was coming or not lol… So I found Camden Spring Creek, where I would call my home for almost 5 years. This property was one I could always rely on. I was there through Hurricane Harvey, and they were extremely attentive and proactive with taking care of any damages that occurred. There was no lagging or damage sitting around for weeks on end, things got taken care of immediately. Through the lockdown and troubles of 2020 and after, they were very patient and understanding to my situation, finding every solution they could to work with me to make sure I didn’t lose my apartment. The staff here is always on top of everything, and knowledgeable in every aspect of making your daily living experience easy and pleasant. Shout out to the Assistant Manager, Cara, who has been a remarkable staple the whole time I was there. She is a rockstar!! Her and Maria, who is also wonderful, have been here my whole stay, and I find it a rare luxury to have the same staff you become familiar with at the same property for so long. The same goes for the absolutely skilled and fast maintenance team. Ricardo and John, who were also there my whole stay, are always there when you need them, super friendly, and always swift to complete requests. I liked having the online community board for residents to communicate, even though I didn’t post much, it was very helpful to have available, and was quite active. Bottom line, this is an amazing place to call home, and I will very much miss it. Me leaving has nothing to do with the quality of this community, just changes in my personal situation. If needed in the future, Camden will again be the place I call home. Thank you to the staff for making living at Camden Spring Creek amazing!!

    I moved in here March 2021 as a single 20 year old student from California. The staff was so kind in walking me through every step of my leasing process. The apartments were more than accommodating for my needs. The neighbors are nice and overall just a good safe place to be. The location as well is suited for a younger crowd in my opinion given the newest bar in town is across the street and close proximity to Hwy 45. Would be renewing if I didnt have to move closer to my job.

    This is a review for maintenance. I came back to my apartment after being away for a few weeks and my AC was unresponsive. I called the emergency maintenance line (very late at night) and Camden sent John out immediately. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything working again. Excellent service from Camden, especially John.

    We have been living here for almost a year, and are about to renew our lease. We love our 2 bed, 2 bath apartment layout and the kitchen with bar is great. We love our balcony, too. The meticulously kept grounds are beautiful, along with the pool area. The staff is absolutely wonderful and very attentive. So happy here.

    This beautiful and well maintained campus is only topped by the amazing staff that’s on board here. We’ve lived here for 2 years and every interaction with management specifically Cara, front desk Specifically Maria and maintenance Specifically Junior has been above and beyond. Their professional yet friendly demeanor lets me know we chose the right home. I recommend anyone looking for luxury living at non-luxury prices to look into moving into Camden.

    I love this apartments!! I’ve been living here for over 2 years now and can honestly say it is the best ever!!!! The landscape is always clean and neat, the dog park is always full of happy puppies, my neighbors are very nice, the pool looks like a peaceful resort, and they have the best staff!! Every morning, when I stop by to grab a coffee at the office, they’re always very helpful and all smiles. Absolutely a great community!!!

    As a several month resident of Camden Spring Creek, I can honestly say it is the most pleasant and comfortable place I have lived in decades. Not only is the property itself excellently maintained, it is plush and has a genuine resort feel. But the key is the on-site management and staff, who are both professional and highly attentive. As an example recently I was in the hospital and had a problem contacting my sister who lives with me. I called the office and they unhesitatingly did a wellness check for me, going to my unit to check on her.I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable and relaxed place to live. And it has a genuine sense of community, with easy means to get to know and interact with other residence, if that is what you seek.At the very least you owe it to yourself to check into living here. I dont think you will regret it in the least. I certainly dont.

    Great apartment!! I have had no problems with anything since Ive been here. The girls in the office are really nice and always respond to my requests asap. I really do like it and recommend highly. They are very competitive with the market of apartments in the area. They can be pricy but you get a workout facility and washer/dryer plus easy access to I-45. So its worth.

    It’s been great! Moving here from New York has been an awesome experience. Rent is decent for the luxury of the place. I’m pretty sure there are cheaper options. But the staff here has been awesome.Cara gave us the tour of the place and was so welcoming and kind we didn’t want to look at any other places.They have been keeping in contact with us via email up until we moved in! When we moved in the maintenance supervisor helped us move all big pieces into the apartment.It’s been so good I don’t even want to mention some of the bad stuff. Bugs and insects (duh) but no real pest problems within the apartment. Also our shower curtain pole thing was some what broken, dish washer and washing machine was dirty and wished someone cleaned it before we moved into the apartment.HOWEVER! Once we told them the issues they came either the same day or within two days to fix all the issues!I am happy with the staff, apartment and area. So close to literally everything!!!!

    Ive lived here over two years and I really love it. The office staff has been helpful and prompt. If I make a maintenance request its handled before Im home from work that same day. I called the emergency maintenance line after hours for my washing machine since water was dripping out (turns out a sensor was blocked-easy fix) and they were there very quickly and fixed it immediately. My neighbors are nice and quiet and if youre a dog person theres always someone walking an adorable dog around the complex. Only complaint is I dont get to pet all the dogs. Lol.

    These are really nice apartments inside and out. I had a pleasant move in, all service requests were handled in a timely fashion. The leasing agents are very kind and helpful. Camden Spring Creek truly cares about their residents they show this on the daily basis. Therefore I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for an apartment.

    I love this community because it is in the perfect area.. so close to The Woodlands Mall & The Woodlands Pavilion ( my favorite ). There are endless amounts of family fun areas near by.. as well as events. The apartment complex itself is very well kept (clean and smells so good)..the pool is one of my favorite area and they have a dog washing station... how perfect! I know Ill be having fun family times at the pool and game area for sure. The staff is so sweet and helpful; Maria Leite was my leasing consultant and I have nothing but positive things to say about her. She was very polite/knowledgeable and made me feel right at home; Maria knew all the answers to my questions and was very quick at responding when I emailed her. Im very excited to make this my home!

    I lived in this apartment complex back in 2014-2015 and it was absolutely amazing, so of course I had to come back. Jacob gave us a tour, and he was invested in our experience and was very helpful and had a good sense of humor. We had a little bit of a hiccup during the application approval process, but Mary worked with us day in and day out to ensure we got everything squared away and remained patient as things were sorted out. Cara has always been pleasant, as she worked in the leasing office since I leased the first time, and was patient and encouraging as we settled our debacle. Overall, it was a great experience, and I greatly appreciate how much they worked with us and how well they communicated to get things completed while always remaining kind. I would highly recommend leasing here!

    I have been a resident of Camden Spring Creek for three years now and as a first time renter, Ive gotta say, Camden sure has me spoiled for any future homes. My boyfriend, who has lived in a few different, said this apartment has the best management team and maintenance staff he has ever seen. They are so attentive, they recognize me every time I come in the office or walk past them on my way out of my apartment, and with the number of residents in our complex, I feel that shows just how much they care and pay attention to their residents.

    The staff here is AMAZING. They know me and my dog by name and face. They are prompt with assistance and paperwork. If all Camden properties have this level of professionalism I wont live anywhere else.My dog has an anxiety issue and tore through the walls. I reported it to the leasing office and they were both helpful and efficient in getting the walls repaired and doing whatever they could to save on costs. I just transferred to a bigger apartment and theyve handled everything without delay. Seriously, if you have to live in an apartment, here is the place to be!

    I moved to Camden Spring Creek in the midst of the Pandemic. I have really enjoyed being here. My two dogs love to go on walks. There is a lot of green space in which to walk the dogs. Dog stations with baggies are conveniently located and always full of bags. I wish I knew how to grill and I could take advantage of the grill area with seating for a large family. The pool area with side tables is great for having food delivered, we took advantage in the summer and had crawfish delivered from BigCabs!! The office staff is always helpful, Maria and Cara are ready to answer all your questions. The maintenance staff is exceptional, although my dogs do give them holy barks!!! LOL

    I wanted to wait a few weeks after moving in before writing a review to get the whole living experience and leave a complete honest review.We’ve been living here for almost a month now and I must say I’m so happy to have chosen this place, it’s been completely opposite from my previous experience at Park at 505 apartments which was horrible, DO NOT MOVE THERE!!I got to thank Maria Leite from the office who helped us with the leasing process and made the moving experience so smooth for us. I was out of the country at the moment with no roaming, so we had to do everything via email and I was impressed with how quickly and responsive she was to every single one of my questions and concerns. In just one day everything was ready for us to move in, which was the very first glimpse of how good the service is. The other ladies at the office are great also, they have answered the phone every single time I’ve called and they have been willing to help me and answer my questions.We love the place, we chose one of their remodeled floor plants in the first floor and I got to say its very nice, stainless steel appliances, high ceilings and quartz countertops. Apartment is clean, well kept and spacious.You open every door trough and app on your phone, the gates, mailroom, gym, even your apartment door you open with a code of your choosing, no keys needed. I was skeptical of this feature at first because I’v heard in a lot of places people having problems accessing their apartment with this new keyless system, and my concern got real the first day when we tried to access the apartment, the latch got kind of stuck and it wouldn’t open with the app. It was around 8 or 9 pm and we called the 24/7 support service and in less than 15 min Junior Medina, a member of the maintenance team showed up, replaced the whole thing and we haven’t had one issue since then. So that’s another positive point, maintenance is responsive and quick and it’s 24/7.Common areas cleaned, well kept, neighbors are quiet. Most of them have dogs but I dont see dog poop around most of the time. Valet trash 5 days a week. Gym is 24/7.Even though we don’t pay for cover parking and our apartment does not include a garage, we haven’t had any problems with parking, we got home at 10pm once and still found a parking spot close to our apartment.On the downside, apart from rent and valet trash is mandatory to pay for this internet/cable bundle. I would have like to have the option not to pay for the cable part because we don’t use it, but you just cant. I honestly don’t mind that much, considering all the other good things this place have, I see it as a little extra I pay for the outstanding service and great features.I’ve also seen quite a few residents complaining about amazon packages being stolen, that seems to be and issue here, but it has not been my personal experience though.Other than that overall is a great place, you won’t regret moving here!

    We lived at Camden Spring Creek for 2 years. Each year was great with excellent customer service and timely maintenance requests fulfilled. I must say though the staff there now under Mary Caranza (hope I spelled her last name correct) is excellent. Everyone is so nice and Mary has always been so helpful whenever I have had a question or sought help. If we hadnt made the decision to buy a new home, we would have definitely stayed at Camden Spring because it felt like home!! Thank you to everyone working at the property!     I lived here for a little over a year, and I honestly don’t have any complaints. I’m a young college student (21 now, moved in at 20) and Hispanic if that helps anyone! They’re pretty safe, convenient, clean, lots of cool bars around (there’s even one across the street I walk to sometimes lol). The apartments bring food trucks sometimes🤭 lots of young people living here as well (mid to late 20s to early 30s). They’re actually pretty diverse, it’s still majority white but I mean it’s the woodlands that’s to be expected. The pool is nice, the gym is nice, the people are nice, everything was nice I genuinely enjoyed living here.I only ever saw ONE roach and ONE spider in the apartment ever since I moved in to the time I moved out. (I have a phobia of roaches, so it’s a big thing for me when looking for apartments) & I’m pretty sure it’s because I have a habit of leaving my sliding door open lol.Safety wise, it’s pretty safe I never had any issues, everyone minds their own business but everyone is also pretty nice with each other. The neighbors tell you good morning and things like that. I would sometimes leave for MONTHS at a time (leaving my home all alone) and never felt worried about any break ins or things like that. I also never personally saw any break ins in cars and things.The front office ladies are very nice and helpful with all your concerns, I was always up there with different questions and they never made me feel like a bother. I never met any “karens” and everyone here sort of follows the rules so they’re not on your behind about anything and if you do something they’re pretty nice about it on some “hey dude you can’t do that man” unless keep doing it after they give you a warning then they’ll be serious consequences. The maintenance guys are pretty cool as well especially this old white guy with white hairs OMG HES HILARIOUS! And there’s this other old little Hispanic guy he’s so funny and nice as well.Overall I loved it here ! Parking isn’t bad it’s just that they’ve been doing some construction so the trailers have been taking up space, but once that’s over parking shouldn’t be an issue. You can always reserve a spot since people love to complain about parking but don’t want to reserve if it’s that big of an issue for some🙄.But overall if you’re looking for a place to live and you can afford it , come here! I’m moving and that’s the only reason I’m leaving them, but i hate to have to! So chill and pretty!

    Very nice community! The apartment is spacious, crew is very friendly and ready to help us whenever we need. Infrastructure of the community allow us to use new equipment in the gym, and if we want to stay outside for a barbecue, we have plenty space for that. It is in a good location, which makes easier for us to commute to the North or South without facing heavy traffic.

    This is my first apartment in The Woodlands/Spring area, but after viewing some of the other area properties I settled on Camden Spring Creek because it had the best combination of a great floorplan and nice exterior. Camden was also actually cheaper for a larger floorplan than the other properties I looked at in the area. The complex is well landscaped and the management from day one has been very nice, accommodating, and helpful. They put in extra effort to make residents feel welcome. Based on the apartment layout, management, and price, this is the best apartment Ive lived in.My only complaint is that while being here for only 3 months, there have been at least 2 multiple-car break-ins and Ive seen cops driving through the complex on other occasions. My sisters car was broken into when she came to visit (talk about bad luck). When telling the management, the response is that there is a camera at the gates (but this camera is pretty useless because it is pointed at the side of the cars entering/exiting and would not catch a license plate, even if that could be linked to a break in). They also sent out a notice to remind residents to practice awareness and safety. Im not sure how the frequency of these incidents compares to other complexes in the area - it could be average. Other than this, it feels pretty safe to live here.

    I have been a resident of the Camden Apartments for approximately 6 years and a resident of Spring Creek for 6 months. Having worked for two different apartment complexes for over 3 years and I have had extensive knowledge of general apartment operations and understand the hard work that goes into giving hundreds of residents the experience of feeling at home. I can say, without reservation, that the staff at Spring Creek, is above and beyond one of the most professional and welcoming apartment staffs that I have known throughout my time, living in and working for apartment complexes. If I needed questions answered, they would welcome it, no matter how many there were. If I had issues with noise complaints or otherwise, they took care of it before I left the front office. If I had a maintenance issue, which were very few, they wouldnt hesitate to take care of the problem. Shout out to JUNIOR for coming to my apartment at 10 pm at night to come fix my A/C, definitely a pro and wasnt expecting such a quick response. From the quite atmosphere, to the friendly environment, I simple have not looked elsewhere for another home, after taking a tour at Camden. I am now moving to Camden Northpointe in Tomball for closer location to work and I can say that if the Northpointe staff is half as good as the Spring Creek staff is, then I will have just as great as an experience with them as I did with Spring Creek. If you are looking for a new home and you just toured Spring Creek, dont worry about looking elsewhere, this staff will take care of you for as long as you live there. THANK YOU TO MARIA, MEAGAN, CARA, AND MARY, FOR TAKING CARE OF ME FOR THE TIME THAT I WAS HERE! SOMBODY GIVE THIS STAFF A PAY RAISE!

    The apartments are nice, and the leasing agents are great specifically speaking Cara! Maintenance are quick to respond to work orders, the property is keep up, various rules that are meant to ensure the property remains up to par are enforced. The only thing I hated had nothing to do with the property, but rather I-45 the traffic at the Rayford and Sawdust Rd exit is horrendous.

    Ive lived here for over a year and I can say I absolutely love it here. The maintenance office really takes care of this place. My favorite feature is the dog park! Theres enough space for multiple dogs to roam around and get exercise in and its a great spot for everyone to get together and talk. The pool and nearby grill also make Saturdays more enjoyable for ourselves and our friends.A couple downsides to living here are as follows: Camden soon wont accept packages directly to the leasing office. Ive seen UPS trucks blaze through the complex and, at one point, parked in front of my friends garage so she couldnt park. I can only assume this will happen more frequently. Furthermore, the dog park has a serious mosquito problem. We went out there without bug spray (still in daylight) and were swarmed with five mosquitos around my head alone. And its kind of an inconvenience to have to spray ourselves with deet so our dogs can exercise. If anything, itd be nice to see maintenance put a screen under the wash basin drainage grate to prevent mosquitos from breeding in there. Also, itd be nice to see some benches along the entrance side of the dog park and not just towards the farther end.

    Me and my wife moved in here at Camden in September 2016. This place is amazing; we got a 2 bed, 2 bath its 1,200 + square feet and the price is very fair for all the upgrades and work they put into.I like the att package upgrade which knock the cable and internet price more than half! Lets face it, most apartments dont offer the cable and internet deal for half the price, ive got the next biggest package only paying $40.00/monthThe fitness center is top notch, not to mention they also upgraded the fitness center; placing new equipment and its clean. Every morning, maintence is cleaning the place; also kids are not allowed in with out a key remote which adults have, this prevent misbehaving kids from breaking the equipment. 👍🏼Clean pool, lighted walkways (upgraded),security cameras on parking corners (upgraded), clean grass, quite place, friendly people (mostly).🙌🏼 Forcing rules on parking, people who are not resisdents are getting towed if not parked in designated spots🙌🏼Management is friendly and very understanding, since my wifes roommate is moving out, they made a deal at tranfering us to a biggest 1bed 1bath at a very good price. Im not mad at that! Ill live here for a while until i start a new chapter in our life in getting a house 👍🏼

    Bug problem, hope you dont get a front building, the rails under the gates click very loudly, the lights on the sides of the building glare heavily in the bedrooms which makes it feel like the sun is out. The landscaping company will be there for 5hrs and will make every noise possible. Those are my only complaints though, pool is decent. Nice propane grill system. Well monitored. Nice master suites.

    I Moved to a Camden Complex just about 3 years ago and having grown up in apartment complexes that were managed by my mother I can say without hesitation that I know the difference. I know what I want in an apartment home and they surpass my expectations each time. I personally like the flexability of being able to change apartments with realtive ease. the bottom line is this:I am home and barring winning the lottery I am here. This IS my home.     I’ve been living in Candem for 5 months and It has been a very comfortable experience for me so far. The apartment is located very close to a main artery like the Interstate 45 North.With several convenience stores and shops nearby.Apartments customer service responds quick and satisfactorily.

    No bugs. Quiet & safe community. Pool and gym are kept in great condition. Friendly and accommodating office staff. Trains go by from time to time, but Ill take train whistles over cockroaches every time.

    The people in the office and the maintenance people are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are always resolved within a day (or less!). The office, pool, billiard room, gym, bathrooms, and business center are beautiful and great to use.

She was very patience with my family.     Big shout out and acknowledgement to the maintenance crew. My AC was not working at all last night(after 10pm) and maintenance responded in a very timely manner as always and fixed the problem last night.     Maria Leite at the front desk/sales, she has a great attitude towards her job, well this is not my first Camden and before I decided to move back to Spring Creek again because I remember how I was treated back then by the manager Mary and her staff, its all about the attitude and professionalism, my last Camden in Katy needs uniform with this one in my opinion.
