I had a great experience with Camden Shadow Brook Apartments. Any concerns I raised were addressed promptly and effectively. I was fortunate with my apartment’s location—it was always quiet and felt safe. The gym, pool, and dog parks were well-maintained and enjoyable. The maintenance team and front office staff were both efficient and friendly. Overall, it was an excellent experience!

I have not yet moved in, but so far my move in experience with the front office has been great! Shae was a wonderful help answering any leasing questions. My car battery actually died on the day I went in for move in day appointment and the community manager as well as some maintenance staff helped me get my car back running in a jiffy. Even with things like that I was pleasantly surprised they helped me so quickly and without hesitation. I cannot wait to be a part of this community!Update - Everyday I am so happy with our home, the community is quite and clean. And maintenance is great at keeping up!

Pretty good place to live, Ive lived here about 2 years now and they lowered my renewal rate to match the current price of a 1 br/bath. They are redoing all the roofs however and if your building is being worked on its very loud from inside the unit. The gyms are pretty solid, theres not traditional barbells just smith machines, cables, and dumbbells. Maintenance is on point with any requests, theyll have it taken care of within 24 hours and Ive never had issues with pests either.

Shaye is honestly the reason I leased here. She was SO kind and SO helpful. My friend even joked that maybe she needed to move too. I’d love to share my experience with Maggie! Maggie is an absolute ray of sunshine. She always responds to my inquiries with such care and consideration and in a timely manner. The Shadow Brooks website is great but seeing it in person- WOW. It checked all of my boxes for my dog Riley and me. Maggie Elwood is outstanding. She found exactly what we needed. I loved this place so much I applied immediately. I have been looking for awhile and I was so disappointed. In my opinion, Shadow Brooks is a hidden gem -I am so happy that I went in person. Maggie didn’t just stop after I signed she has made this transition seamless and has been extremely helpful which is rare. I look forward and am excited to my move in on May 13th. Put in a maintenance request late last night (11pm) and they were under my sink to repair a very small leak early the following morning. They even fixed the loose sink nobs I haven’t gotten around to. 5 star maintenance and staff, thank you Camden!!

I moved into the apartment complex on March 1st, 2024, was surprisingly smooth, thanks to Aliyyah Blackshear and Molly Critchlow.They went the extra mile to make sure everything was stress-free during the whole process. When I hit a snag with my Spectrum internet(estimated 1 week to fix from Spectrum), Aliyyah and Molly stepped in and took charge in communicating with Spectrum and getting a supervisor out to fix the issue. I sometimes work from home and not having internet was costing me. They got the issue sorted in 2 days.The property itself is well-kept and always tidy, which shows how much they care about the residents comfort. Whenever Ive had a maintenance request or needed to get in touch, theyve been responsive, whether its through emails, texts, or calls. I had one request made and in accordance with the International Property Maintenance Code that the City of Austin has adopted they had 30 days to fix the issue. I was resolved in 3 days!I love that they keep everyone in the loop with weekly emails about whats happening around the complex. Overall, my experience here has been fantastic, and its all thanks to Aliyyah, Molly, and the whole team. They really know how to make you feel at home.

Ive been living at Camden since November 2021 and overall its been a pretty great experience! I honestly would stay, but I am just moving cause of a life change, and we need a bigger space on the top floor without carpet (cause of pets).The units are very spacious and homey and I have loved the built in desk in the room and 2 closets. It really feels like a home in here with the stairs, carpet and warm colors, people always say they love my apt! Also valet trash was very convenient (they always took my trash), I always found a parking spot by my unit (and they are very large spaces), plus I love the little pond in the middle. The staff has always been very nice and helpful to me, always answered my questions, even helped with packages a few times, or checked on my apt when I was out of town and maybe needed the heat switched on or to check if i turned off the stove! Maintenance is great too and fixes things quite quickly! Theyre always very kind and responsive. Theres also access to the Mary Moore off lease dog trail which has been a nice alternative to the gym!The few things that could have been better here are:Internet: the internet (spectrum) had a lot of outages even though we pay for that in the rent. I dont work from home so it wasnt a huge problem, but something to know about...sometimes my netflix was affected.Noise/neighbors: i dont know what it is, but it feels like Im surrounded by families and loud kids. My current neighbors blast their tv or the mom is screaming at her kids...and then the neighbors in the next building let their kids run free and screaming through the trees in the back, so it is quite annoying but Im not sure what Camden can do which is why I havent said much. My bedroom is super quiet tho and I never really hear my neighbors on that side. So, im not sure what to say because that might just be apt living, but Camden can maybe remind people to be mindful with their noise.Chirp App: I liked this app a lot , but I would just say it might be nice to have a backup to open the gate, in case someone forgets their phone, or their phone dies!But overall it was a generally good experience and Id recommend living here!

Unfortunately we already found a place. One of our musts was having a place where we could choose our own electricity provider, and we could not do that here since the area was not deregulated yet. The property itself was really beautiful when we went though.Also, Jonathan Underwood was an awesome Leasing Consultant! Went above and beyond, showed us vacant units in the two different finishes the property had to offer, his follow up was great, had a good attitude, didnt try to sell us on anything. Wish more places had leasing consultants like that.

Camden Shadow Brook is good. It’s a large complex with two pools, two gyms, dog park, and a big pond with center spray. Plenty of maintenance people, our repairs too about two days at most to get completed. People get packages stolen from their doors though. Seems to be frequent. No car break ins that I’ve heard about. Grounds are clean. Pool too.

I am a current resident of Camden Shadow Brook and am so happy I chose this community to call home. The entire office and maintenance staff are second to none. They are always so quick to respond and are so great about keeping the lines of communication open with everything going on within the community. My apartment is so cute and cozy and really does feel like a home. The grounds are always nice and well manicured. I can go on and on about all the reasons to move here. It makes me so proud and honored to work for Camden as well. Shout out to Alexandra, Jonathan, Maggie, Christina and the maintenance team for being AMAZING!!!

I had a great experience here. Gorgeous, big windows, close to nature, units feel like homes instead of cookie cutter apartments. Office staff is v nice & were pretty helpful with a situation we had and made finding a solution easier than expected. We had some roaches since it was an older building, but most were dead when I found them which means pest control was working. Roads and speed bumps could definitely use an upgrade. Very pet friendly!

Camden Shadow Brook is the best! My wife and I moved in here last year and are loving the area and our apartment! Our two bedroom is super spacious and it’s a nice touch to have the vaulted ceilings on the upper floor. Katie in the office has been amazing from the start of our move in. She went above and beyond by sending us a video since we were in a rush to move and couldn’t tour in person. Maintenance is always on top of our requests. Our dogs love the dog park and it’s convenient to have a trail attached to the apartment complex as well. We were also impressed how Camden and the staff took care of the residents during the Winter Storm. They were always sending out communication about updates with the city and even ordering pizza and delivering waters to residents in need. We love it here!

The maintenance and office staff have been super helpful, and I can tell they genuinely take pride in Shadow Brook. Because of my experience here, I eventually applied for a position at Camden, and can say working here that all my positive impressions were proven true! I have been living in Camden Shadow Brook for around 2 months now and I love this place! The community is quite and well maintained. And the apartment is very spacious. Since I moved here from out of state, I could not tour the property before signing the lease, but Jonathan in the leasing office did a great job with a video tour and answered all my questions. Im really glad that I decided to live here.

Im a previous resident and would absolutely recommend Shadow Brook based on my experience there. Any time I placed a service request the response was fast, done well, and with a cheerful attitude. The apartments are so cute - we had amazing closet space and a built in desk in two rooms! Washer and dryer were included which made my life and move in easier. We rented a covered parking space and that was super useful. Great amenities and really easy to use online payment and service request options were nice to have. I work a lot so I never participated in the resident activities but there is a community message board and everything looked really well done if that is important to you.

I love living at Shadow Brook! The office staff are so friendly and helpful! When I first moved in my mailbox key wasnt working and they brought me a new key and my mail to my door!With two small children...valet waste is the most amazing and convenient amenity Ive ever had at an apartment!The gym is great and has a great view of their beautiful pool!I love all the green space around the pond, my 1 and 2 year old have so much fun playing outside and running into their little friends and seeing our neighbors fur babies!Ive been here for about 3 months and I dont have a single complaint!Living here is one of the best parts of working for Camden!

We have lived at Camden Shadow Brook for 3 years and have had an amazing experience with the staff and their responsiveness the entire time we have been here. Katie at the front office has been a key part in our happiness at Camden. She remembers the residents by name (even the dogs!), she attentive when presented with issues needing resolutions and follows up to ensure our problems were properly resolved. She is genuinely kind hearted and a pleasure to talk to every time we encounter her. Also a huge shout out to Johnny and Tina with the complex maintenance team! They are both genuinely concerned for occupants needs and are efficient in resolving issues around the property. Our dog LOVES when Johnny comes by to drop off an air filter or check on items in the apartment.

Weve lived here for almost a year and really enjoy it! The front office staff is nice, friendly and capable--they take care of things easily and are always willing to help. Same high standard for the maintenance team...anything that needs fixed or for emergency plumbing, heating, etc they really come through. Tina is especially friendly and handy, she fixed our furnace on New Years Eve and saved the day! Johnny is especially nice and efficient for fixing our blinds when they fell down.Calling about questions or concerns goes to a main call center or the local front office. They are all helpful especially Julie, shes so nice and really cares about the residents. She helps with questions right away and makes me feel welcomed and comfortable here.Its a great experience and most of the other residents are friendly & nice & most importantly clean and respectful.Its a wonderful place for families with kids because of the two pools and the Mary Moore nature park right next door. We love going to the playground there:) Dog lovers also seem to enjoy the dog park and theres lots of grass to roam even a tiny makeshift pond with ducks. Great place! I highly recommend Camden living.

I was always very well taken care of and always felt at home. The office staff is wonderful and maintenance keeps the community pristine. I can not say enough good things about this community. I would still be living here today if I had not bought a house.

Greg and Britt are the best! We really enjoyed living with Camden, so much that when we moved to a different state we stuck with them. The transfer process is easy is painless. You basically stop paying rent in one place and start paying in another. I can not recommend them enough. If new to Austin or just looking for a change definitely look up Shadow Brook and talk with either Britt or Greg and you will for sure be impressed. They’re extremely friendly and incredibly personable. Wish I could have brought them with to our next location. But our new staff is just as great, we truly have enjoyed our entire Camden experience. But do beware about Shadow Brook, it sits next to a green belt/park. I saw quite a few snakes in the area. So just be aware with your pets. But outside of that the property offered great management and amenities.

Maintenance requests are few and far between. However, the times I have put in a maintenance request I was provided with swift responses and effective solutions. My last request was a simple issue with my garbage disposal which may be viewed as needing little to no urgency. Regardless, I was contacted immediately by one of the staff seeking to resolve my issue. Within a couple of minutes, Otto had fixed the issue, gave me a quick synopsis of the cause for the issue, cleaned up after himself and locked the door on the way out. Otto was friendly, down to earth, and professional throughout the entire process. Thank you Otto for your service to our small community.

Camden Shadow Brooks is absolutely beautiful. It’s luxury for an affordable price! I thought I was in “luxury “ before at my previous apartments but man was I wrong and I was paying more at my other place! These apartments are well within my budget and as luxurious as they come! TWO gorgeous pools! TWO gyms! And the leasing office is like right out of a magazine complete with a movie theater! Like who else has that?? All of the leasing consultants are very nice and professional. My personal favorite being Greg. We clicked as soon as we met. He’s very real and transparent with you and make sure things get handled ASAP when they aren’t up to par. I had a few issues in the beginning with some things in the apartment and my hot water and Greg was instrumental in getting it handled ASAP. He’s funny , professional, and very personable and made me feel like family which sold me on these apartments! Thanks Greg! I’m glad to be apart of the Camden Shadow Brooks Family!

Im quite a new renter here but have lived in many other apartments prior to Camden Shadow Brook and I can say without a doubt the entire staff truly care about you and have a passion to help you in anyway they can. Chloe was able to get me into a great apartment over the phone when I was moving from Dallas. She was able to give me a detailed run down of everything to expect and had a unit and move in date set up and ready for me within a day of calling.Even more so then that is their maintenance team! I had a few minor technological issues (freezer not making ice etc.) Which I reported sometime after 5:30pm and by the time I came home the next day everything was fixed and taken care of usually I expect to be on a waiting list for at least a few days seeing as these dont require immediate action but was amazed at the speed accuracy they responded with again another way they show they truly care about their residence. If you are like me and value being valued this is a great place to live.

I have had a great experience so far being a member of this community. The staff are great and very responsive! My apartment is beautiful and I love it! The whole place is really nice. The pools are amazing I have been a couple of times already and Ive only been here a week. Same thing for the fitness center. I even tried the spin class room. Im really happy here!

My husband and I are relocating from Dallas to Austin. Apartment hunting is hard. Camden Shadow Brook, specifically Alexandra Roberts, made looking at prices, units, and facilities a clear and enjoyable experience. Some of the apartments complexes we had looked at either did not offer a reasonable price vs unit, or were slow to respond with our inquiries. Alexandra has been professional, polite, and responsive with our inquiries. We are excited to move in this Fall.

Not only do I love living in this community, but I love working here also. From Maintenance to the office staff, everything and everyone is amazing. Every service request Ive had has been taken care of in a timely manner. Maintenance cleans up after themselves after they are done, They give me advice on how to avoid things from happening in the future. The grounds are always clean because Genoveva goes above and beyond to make sure the pools are clean and maintained, and that the dumpsters are never overflowing. Ive only been in Texas for 3 years and this is my 3rd apartment, and so far this has been my favorite place to call home.

A great place to live!!! Myself and my two little girls (German Shepherd/Kitty) feel perfectly at home. Clean and peaceful. We can take nice walks, and feel safe. I moved in October 2017 and Naomi(manager) set the bar really high on my search for an apartment. She gave me such a warm and homey feeling I couldnt resit the offer. These apartments are great and also are very fast on service request which get done right. I dont have any complaints with my choice and everyone should consider living here. I also want to shout out Ashley Petre(leasing consultant) because she also goes above and beyond for you to make sure your living arrangements are what you want them to be. If you are looking for a complex to call home, try Camden Shadow Brook and those girls will take good care of you.

Molly C. at Shadow Brook has always been a pleasure to work with. I met Molly when I first came here in June of 2018. She was a guiding light in getting me settled in my new (first ever) apartment complex. Camden is a big operation and can seem a bit too anonymous and only distantly concerned from time to time. Molly however has always been a good and capable listener and leader in her group. I was so happy when she came back to Shadow Brook, it wasnt the same with out her. Molly is a wonderful person to have at Camdens Shadow Brook.

Just recently finished a 15 month lease with Camden and just wanted everyone to know how great it was. Camden Shadow Brook was an absolutely wonderful place to live with brand new units and appliances (washer and dryer included!), built in desks and shelving, insanely efficient air conditioning, two beautiful pools, and two decently stocked work out centers. The maintenance people were the absolute best and Colette (leasing consultant we worked with most) is very knowledgeable and understanding. They also have fun events all the time in the leasing center. Coming from out of state, Camden was a great first Texas home!

I am a new resident at Shadow Brook Apartments, and the staff is amazing! Brittany helped me find the perfect apartment. I moved in and then had gone out of the country, after my return I discovered my apartment had a smell of like a cat had been spraying. I called the office and Brittany took care of it. She apologized and had flooring replaced. Amanda has been amazing, all of the staff. I will tell all of my friends what a great place this is. The community is peaceful and the residents are friendly.

I moved in a week ago and have nothing but great things to say. Ash (leasing office specialist) is amazing! I have issues with short term memory and I think I have called or emailed Ash about a million times. Each time shes been super helpful. Never being short or cranky or inpatient with me. Everyone has always been pleasant. The maintenance crew are great. Always wave and say hi when they pass you. I dreaded having to move into a apartment but Camden Shadow Brooks has reminded me there are still good places and people out there. Thank you all!!!

I’ve lived here over a year, pretty much keep to myself.Working as a commercial general contractor for the past 45 years I had the occasion to work with many Property Managers, even those managing US and UK assets in Saudi Arabia. For the main part it is a thankless job with very few compliments and thanks.Try doing the out of the norm and surprise the staff, all of them, with little gifts to show your appreciation for the time and effort they put in to provide for you while trying to make a living. My wife and I just moved into our new apartment at Camden Shadow Brook in Austin, Texas. From the first interaction with Ashley, the level of service, help and overall courtesy that we have received has been absolutely wonderful. Ashley helped us with all of the finer details including at the first interaction, assisting us with parking our large rental truck and then directing traffic, and was extremely well organized when it came to preparing the apartment, having all of the paperwork ready for signatures without any questions asked and answering our many questions since we recently moved from another state. Ashley even inspected the apartment with your maintenance staff several times before we moved in. We felt greatly appreciated even before we moved in and the apartment was in wonderful shape and extremely clean.Thank you again Ashley for making what is normally a stressful process, extremely smooth, quick and efficient!!!

This is my second time living here and I am happy to be back. I have had only positive interactions with the staff and the maintenance team is very quick to respond. The location is ideal because you have so much shopping nearby with very quick access to the Mary Moore park. My dogs love all of the grass areas and the landscaping always looks on point. We are very happy with our decision on this community. Not only am i very pleased with the staff, the company itself has been good to me. We have enjoyed our time working for Camden and I know the staff in the office feels the same. My apartment was in great condition when we moved in and we look forward to several years of happy living. I can’t say enough great things about Naomi, Molly, Ashley, Julie, and Shawnty. Broc, Juan, Johnny, Ryan, Tina(thank you for always saying good morning!) and Genoveva have been fantastic to interact with around the community. Thank you all so much!

Example: I submitted a work order around 10 pm And the following day they completed the request. Its quiet and calm. I highly recommend living here! Everyone in the office is super sweet and helpful & the maintenance team is absolutely amazing! If I ever need anything, the front office gets right on it and maintenance shows up super quick.I have my own small cake business, Rayne Desserts, and I do all my baking/decorating from my apartment. I’ve been getting a lot of orders lately, and wasn’t able to fit things in my fridge, so I called to see if they could possibly switch out my fridge, for a wider one. They showed up the next day with a beautiful huge new fridge!!! I am extremely grateful for the whole Camden Shadow Brook Team!! They are the BEST!

The property landscape and apartments are well maintained and units come with a full sized washer and dryer. Its near a lot of different stores and services (W Slaughter gets very busy too). Camden staff are all very friendly and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Didnt have to tolerate much noise from my first floor neighbor unless I was in the living room, where I could hear everything going on below. Phase one gym (there are two) was decent and they have wifi available. Community is gated, but there was almost always one gate not working between the two entrances/exits and so there was usually a way in for anyone. Biggest complaint was with getting parcel mail. The post office stuck missed-delivery notices in mailboxes more often than they actually tried to deliver. However, there were also more than a few complaints about packages that were dropped off at doors getting stolen during the day.

Such is life, events occurred which left me needing an apartment asap as in same day or I may have no place to live. After searching online for places to live and each having rooms weeks or months out, I heard about Camden Shadow Brook from a friend.On my 1st visit there I was greeted by the one of the leasing staff, Shawnte. I told her a little about my situation and that I needed a place to stay pronto. She was very welcoming from the start and seeing my stress she placed me at ease with her kindness and her understanding. Shawnte, gave me a tour of the available apartment and showed me around the complex. All the while, I had her pausing every so often as my phone was blowing up with calls I had to take.Throughout it all she was polite, professional, and made me feel that she really cared about my dire situation and not pushing to make a sale. With back and forth from me throughout the day I locked in my lease with Camden and as they say the rest is history.The location of Camden Shadow Brook is convenient with plenty of places to shop, eat, exercise, go to church, you name it. I have had my apartment since Jan 2018 but only started living here in March (life...). Every issue I have brought up has been responded to same day and addressed either same day or the next. I have had no complaints about pests inside my apartment, noisy neighbors, unkempt outdoor areas, etc. Also, the maintenance crew can be seen working hard throughout the day (hope they get paid well, they deserve it).All in all, I have had a wonderful experience so far living at Camden. The apartment complex is great but the staff (maintenance, Shawnte, Julie - these are whom I have met so far) are the best around. They thoroughly are dedicated to the residents and making Camden Shadow Brook one of the best living experiences around Austin.

She went ABOVE and beyond helping us transition into our new home and even left the SWEETEST welcome note and package for us on move in day with a hand written note and TREATS for our cats. SO THOUGHTFUL. WE have the most beautiful little 1B, 1B tucked away in the back of the property with a creek view, and almost direct access to a great walking trail in Mary Moore Seawright park. 10/10 would recommend living here (esp. after living at another large property owned by a competing name and having the WORST Experience ever.) I have NEVER had such an AMAZING experience at a property in my entire life. I was blessed to work with Ashley Petre, who is the most phenomenal leasing consultant I have worked with in my life! She is incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond even before I was a resident and continues to do so with here bubbly personality, remarkable follow-up, excellent customer service and accountability. Broc is the lead maintenance and he Is nothing short of a superhero. I was having a major case of the Mondays with myself being sick and my wife needing to get to work for an important meeting, meanwhile both my truck battery was dead, left the lights on all night, and my wifes car was completely out of gas. Needless to say Broc saved the day with a large gas can the he allowed me to use and my truck got my wife to work just fine. He refused to be paid for the gas I had used and was sincerely glad that he was able to help us out. I am overwhelmed at how professional and courteous the entire staff has been and they communicate so well amongst each other that no matter who answers the phone when you call you can count on them knowing exactly who you are and how they can help before you even state the the reason for your call. The apartment on move-in day was immaculate and even offered to install the smart thermostat I purchased to help save on the bills. The other staff members Shawnty, Julie, assistant manager Molly and property manager Naomi have all each been equally awesome as well. We are first-time Austin residents recently relocating from Dallas and I am so glad my family and I found Camden Shadow Brook it has certainly been one of the best decisions that weve made!

I’ve been living at Camden Shadow Brook for almost 3 years now and I’m reaching out to you, the public, to inform you of the experiences you may be missing out on. The staff all around is absolutely exceptional. If you’re going to live in Austin, we all know that we’re going to pay a little more than in other areas of Texas. If you’re going to pay a little more, you might as well live with the best. Any service requests that are reported, are always fixed and completed the same day. This is exceptional. They do criminal background checks. Every neighbor I’ve met is friendly and respectful. We all help each other out like a community should. The office staff: they are remarkable and compassionate. To name a few, Ashley Petre, Julie Clark and Shawnty Herndon are outstanding professionals that care about their careers and the people that live in their communities. Shawnty personally helped me with my latest move. I had some roommate issues and had to transfer to a single bedroom apartment. I feel grateful that during that stressful time that they waved my deposit, since I made my payments on time throughout my lengthy stay before things got awry with a new roommate. Thank you, Shawnty! The workout facilities will keep you in shape and away from having to join a gym or spa. The landscaping is always well groomed, which can be easy on the eyes after a hard days work. If you’re looking for a new apartment in Austin, look no further. Give them a try. What do you have to lose?

Overall, I would recommend this property. If there was one thing I could change though it would have to be the mandatory valet trash. I always take my trash out myself, but don’t have the option to opt out of valet trash service.

This post is looooong overdue but due to work and other timing issues, Im extremely late posting; better late than never lol.I travel often due to work and Id purchased some things that I had mailed back home to myself bc I didnt have the capacity in my suitcase to bring the items with me on the plane. Now, I will say the fact that the office doesnt accept ANY packages on behalf of residents irks the living daylights out of me, but I digress... My package was shipped via UPS and tracking showed as delivered, however it had not been received. I called the office and of course they didnt have it. I noticed a person named T. Galindo had signed for it. Considering the majority of the items were irreplaceable, I posted on the community website board hoping if someone had it, they would return it. I also went to the office to discuss the matter and ALEX overheard my conversation with the mngr and I mentioned the name that signed for the package. Alex seemed to be reviewing emails and noticed one from Tony Galindo, a property mngr at a different apartment community nearby... She along with mngmnt (so sorry I cant recall her name) were able to put two and two together and they reached out to the other property mngr to find out if they had it. To end this before it gets even more lengthy, the package was delivered to the wrong complex. If it werent for their investigative work, I may have NEVER received it bc when I followed up with the other complex afterward, they said they didnt have it initially and this was around the holidays so when I called UPS regarding delivery, they were already going crazy. The office staff really worked on my behalf and special thanks to Alex (give her a raise) for being so intuitive bc she got the wheels in motion on that one!

This is generally a great place to live. There are two pools, two Gyms, and an office center located in the leasing office for faxing, printing, or web use. Im not sure how long the property has been here, but it still feels new. The community is gated for extra security, and there is covered parking available (for an extra charge). They offer Valet trash service 5 days a week. There is an enclosed dog area for some play time with your dog, and a pond of sorts for an outdoor feel. The pricing is a bit higher for the area, considering that the units dont have storage areas, but you may overlook that with the styling and new feel of the complex. I wish they offered more covered parking closer to some of the units, and there are a few areas that could use sidewalks between buildings, but its a minor suggestion. The maintenance staff is friendly, and youll often find someone in the office for assistance.
